Were the first time d. Everything was super tasty and fresh. We even got a crepe for free, nothing was thrown away, very sustainable and environmentally friendly :)

Unfortunately the tables and the floor are not clean. The food is just fast food. There's nothing more you can say. The staff is very nice and extremely polite. The benches could also use some cleaning.

Eating was always good, but what I experienced today is really bottom drawer. Since then, I have always ordered in advance by phone. That was never a problem. Today, when we called for the first time, nothing was said and the phone was put aside. The second time all they said was “Hello”. When it became clear that I was really at Croque Star, I tried to order by phone as usual. (I wasn't asked, only the answer was yes). This time I was told that the croques are only baked in the oven when I arrive there is. When asked, the answer was bluntly that he could already prepare it. (which makes no sense at all but OK). When I asked what big things need to be prepared for a croque, where everything is usually already prepared, I hung up. Unfriendliest person ever on the phone, unfriendliest shop in all of Barmbek. I advise you to find another store where you will at least be treated like a human being. One less regular customer. I'm really disappointed and was otherwise always happy with the food (hence 4 stars).

On September 28th I ordered a normal kebab here to take away. One employee took my order and a minute later a second asked me again what I wanted. This seemed as if I wasn't being noticed, which was reinforced by the Turkish conversation between the two behind the counter. In the end I was charged 8.00 euros for a standard kebab with two sauces. According to the notice, a standard kebab should only cost 6.50 euros. The taste of the kebab is a disaster. Very dry cartilaginous flesh

Overpriced for the quality/quantity.
