Always great, always very nice and funny Absolutely recommended

I had dinner with my family on Friday. We ate there between 4 and 10 times a year and the price was justified, but on our last visit we were more than disappointed. Our favorite meal was no longer on the menu and the food was no longer as well prepared and tasted as it was on our last visit, a 0. It was always a pleasure and a feast for the eyes but on our last visit we were so disappointed. Either the super chef is gone or I don't know either. So for the price I expect the food like it used to be. I won't come back. Too bad

My wife and I have been guests at regular intervals since the restaurant opened. We were always served by very attentive, committed and friendly employees. There has been a very positive development, particularly in the last 4 years. You can feel that the “chemistry in the team” is right. The food is excellent, the ambience fits the character of the restaurant very well. I would also like to add that the “dream house” attached to the restaurant is ideal for spending the night. The bathroom facilities in particular have recently been further optimized for disabled access and every room has been given air conditioning. We can highly recommend a visit to both facilities and wish Mr. Kühn and the entire team all the best and much success for the future.

I was in the dream house from Wednesday to Friday and was warmly welcomed by a very attentive team. I am still so grateful that Mr. Kühn gave me such great personal hospitality. Completely outside of restaurant hours. Big thanks again to everyone and keep it up. See you again soon!

The food tasted excellent, unfortunately the burgers were no longer warm enough, had gotten a bit cold, everything else was perfect. The service is extremely nice and friendly, high praise. You feel very comfortable here.

Very pretty place. The food is expensive but very good... Another but... the portions should be a little bigger... That's why instead of 5 stars only 4...

We had our class reunion yesterday and after a fantastic cultural tour of the city during the day we were able to end the evening in the Blau Haus with very tasty food and great service. After Ms. Julia Köhler had thoroughly prepared this day for us, we were warmly welcomed by the manager, Carsten Kühn, and his team. The staff was very friendly and professional. The menu is clear and the food was served and prepared perfectly. I can only recommend this restaurant because it seems very clean and fresh to me. With the options for sports, games, leisure time and accommodation, it is almost perfect for relaxing days with friends and relatives to explore the Elbe Elster region. My recommendation, keep it up. Thanks again on behalf of all classmates from the years 1978-1988 (POS Schönewalde)

We were able to end the evening in the beer garden with great food. The staff was really very friendly and professional. We'll be back soon.

I come here regularly and am always greeted with great warmth. The service is very attentive and attention is paid to whether the guest is satisfied. Regardless of origin or possible handicaps, everyone is equally looked after here. The food is very good and the price is reasonable. I take my 88 year old mother here every now and then and she always enjoys it and leaves visibly happy. My dog ​​and my special characteristics as an autistic person are also taken into account and fully accepted. Special requests are always taken into account where possible. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I am very enthusiastic about the restaurant because you can sit inside and outside on the terrace. Nice, quiet place. The food is very tasty and the cocktails taste great too. The service is very nice.

An unusual hotel. After waiting 1.20 hours for food, I received an excellent menu. Service was excellent but dependent on the front kitchen.

Great food, delicious, Austrian influence, was worth the trip for us. It's been a long time since I had asparagus and potatoes that were on point, not cooked to death like in most restaurants. Great dry ager on site but unfortunately hidden why? The food was sensational: tomahawk steak, beef cheeks and rare beef fillet were cooked very well. We would have liked to have had a drink recommendation, but that was postponed because the head waiter was probably not in the house - it didn't matter, but it was still 5 star top quality cuisine

Great ambience, friendly service. The food has always been excellent. We like to eat at the Blauhaus. We really appreciate that the food isn't on the table after 5 minutes. Ideal for meetings and small celebrations, so there is more for nice conversations. And everything is freshly prepared.

Dear Blau Haus team, also from my wife and me, big praise for the very successful “Steak Club” evening last Friday!!! Great idea, very tasty steaks with different side dishes and a lot of interesting information about the keeping and origins of the animals. The wines that were recommended to go with the right meat were also a great idea! Big praise goes to the entire service team and the kitchen!!!

I really like this place because it has delicious food and wonderful polite staff!🧡 My husband and I have been here twice and brought our parents here. The restaurant really deserves high marks. I love the stuffed bread served while you wait for your food🔥 This is the most delicious bread in the world😁 The food always looks beautiful, I liked both the soups and salads. My husband took lamb meat in a pot, he was pleased, he really liked it. We shared dessert between two people and were advised which one would be best to take to suit our tastes. I can say that the toilet and the hall are very clean and comfortable. You are taken care of at every step: the toilet has everything you need to clean yourself up and hygiene products. Thanks to the staff and waiters! Thanks to the cooks! Everything is very tasty🧡

We recommend! A restaurant in an upscale atmosphere. Whether it's a Christmas buffet, Valentine's Day special or just lunch or dinner: we've never had any reason to complain. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend unter Freunde, der Service war sehr nett, freundlich, aufmerksam und und und😊 nun zum Essen..... ich sag nur eine 11/10.... Vorspeise, Hauptsache und ein Eis danach sehr geschmackvoll. Das Rinderfilet, Medium, butterzart...ein Traum🥰

Immer wieder schön da zu sein! Das Essen ist sehr gut, herrlich auf den Tellern angerichtet...die Preise sind allerdings sehr happig, deshalb ein Stern Abzug.

Unser erster Besuch im Traumhaus war super. Sehr freundliches Personal und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Schöne ruhige Lage, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein hervorragendes Restaurant, in dem hochwertige Gerichte mit herzlich charmanten Service geboten werden. Es gibt spitzenmäßiges Essen in erstklassiger Qualität, das liebevoll angerichtet wird. Sogar glutenfrei werden Gerichte angeboten bzw. spontan glutenfrei hergestellt, wie zum Beispiel das Schnitzel heute. Es gibt kaum etwas Vergleichbares in der Region und ist deshalb für uns zum Lieblingsrestaurant geworden💗! Ein großes Lob an das zuvorkommende Team, sowohl in der Küche als auch im Service. Wir fühlen uns immer sehr wohl und sehr willkommen. Danke!🤗

Es ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit super Ambiente. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, höflich - einfach spitze. Das Essen ist sehr lecker mit hervorragender Qualität und tollen Produkten aus der Region. Es ist immer ein Besuch wert, sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein sehr schön gelegene Gastronomie, die zum spazieren einlädt, direkt an der Elster. Super nette Bedienung und das Essen war wirklich lecker. Danke gern wieder.

Ich habe mir das Filet bestellt und kann nur ein riesen großes Kompliment an den Koch geben. Das Fleisch war genau auf dem Punkt (Medium rare). 👌🏼😋 Die komplette Kombi mit dem gegrillten Gemüse war super lecker. Allerdings eine Anmerkung bzgl. Creme Fraîche/ Sour Creme: Diese sollte nicht über dem Filet sein, damit man auch das Fleisch als solches schmecken kann.
