We were there yesterday for the first but definitely not the last time. I found the selection really appealing. Everything we ordered was really tasty and the service was very accommodating. There were four of us and we all ate our fill and also consumed enough drinks for a reasonable price.

Friendly staff, delicious tapas even after 10 p.m.!

We visited Bisu with friends from abroad, who of course wanted to offer only the best in culinary terms. After years of in-depth research, Bisu has been on my list for a long time. However, the mother of the two shops in Sülz. Due to a logistically advantageous situation, we decided on the location in Nippes. The Bisu is beautifully located on a side street, less than two minutes' walk from the Florastraße stop. Inconspicuous and yet expressive at the same time. A very harmonious and beautiful appearance. Very welcoming. However, let's focus on the food. We didn't know this type of tapas from Italian cuisine. However, this idea should have been implemented years ago. Who doesn't long for the classics of Italian cuisine like Vitello Tonnato or Carpaccio in such adequate portions that you can eat them at the same time? Personally, I've had a desire for quite some time now to just stuff myself with appetizers when I visit my favorite Italian restaurant. If you also have this wish, Bisú is the right choice. Let's get to the service: Incredibly good, very friendly waiter initially offered us a seat outside and definitely kept us happy with the prospect of a seat inside or in the heated area. Our request was responded to very openly and quickly and the staff always kept an eye on all circumstances, so that we were assigned a table after about 10-15 minutes. The food was incredibly good. We tried our way across the map. There is something for every taste. It is specifically divided into categories so that you can order vegan, vegetarian, meat and fish dishes. Very well adapted to the individual palate. Every meal I made was delicious. What stands out, however, are the pizza fritta neapoletana, the lasagne and the fried sardines. The highlight, however, was definitely the dessert. The tiramisu is very tasty, the tartufo can definitely do something depending on your taste, but the star is the pistachio mousse. Melts on the palate. I'm generally not team dessert. However, I will probably order each dessert individually on my next visit to Bisú if I don't feel like something savory. Definitely not the last visit, I look forward to many more.

Service and food were great, but the ambience (interior) was unfortunately negative. It was a bit cramped inside, despite there being a table of 4 for 3 people. Since the food came very quickly, I think that the tables would be occupied several times because it really didn't invite you to linger for long.

Four of us ate there. Everyone ordered 3 delicacies. At the end there was a delicious dessert. We drove home completely happy and full.

Chic restaurant. Italian tappas are really delicious. Staff attentive and friendly. The Sati-Sour is amazing. In summer with a large outdoor area. Card payment possible. We'll definitely be back soon. Thanks for the great evening.

Nice restaurant with Italian tapas. Unfortunately the food doesn't suit my taste, but that's my subjective opinion. What really bothered me was the vegetarian menu. Many of the dishes contain parmesan cheese, although it is not vegetarian. Either a vegetarian alternative should be used or the dishes should be written on a non-vegetarian menu.

Very friendly staff and the food was also very tasty. A little cramped in the winter garden but otherwise highly recommended

I was surprised by 2 things: 1. That I was full from two courses. (which was probably because of the bread) 2. From the rather steep prices. Good to have tried it out. The concept seems to be working. It was lavishly full. But for me the sometimes very simple preparation of some tapas was simply too simple. I wish the team good luck, although they will have to do without another visit from me and my family.

Delicious tapas in a very nice atmosphere. Service very nice. Overall, all of the tapas were delicious, the shrimp were not fresh, firm and didn't taste good. Were taken off the bill. The rabbit was also rather tough, a shame about the lovely rabbit meat. The risotto was also too firm for my taste. My recommendation: if you forego the extravagance and stick to the basics, you will be very happy here. When it came to the absolute basics, I missed the patatas bravas and the grilled green peppers. Too bad

Nice atmosphere (sat outside), but food below average. Portions manageable, carelessly prepared and 6 out of 8 dishes soaked in oil. Service was friendly, but also overwhelmed at times. We won't be coming back.

The tapas are delicious and the selection is good, especially vegetarian and vegan. Sometimes a bit too salty, e.g. the quinoa bowl. It was a shame that some tapas "just" had the same ingredients put together in a slightly different way. The prices are quite high for that. For example, you get two mini eggplant farinata for €6, with half of the plate covered with the same cashew aioli that you can also order separately. Unfortunately, it is not clear from the menu that the ailoi is also included in the farinata. If you realize that you never get a great price-quantity ratio when it comes to tapas, it's quite nice here. Service was super nice and a bit chaotic, but that's normal for a full shop on a Friday evening.

The Bisù is a unique Italian tapas restaurant, which is located directly on Leipziger Platz in a very good location in Nippes.
If you feel like taking a little trip to Italy, you can spend a lovely evening here.
We really enjoyed the food and the service was very friendly and attentive - like in Italy:). The saltimbocca, the pea gnocchi, the herb salad with roast beef and the oven-roasted vegetables on hummus were among our highlights. We look forward to visiting the restaurant again soon.

Nice place, concept is ok. Price/performance doesn't fit. 7 euros for a mini saltimbocca is too much. The food itself was average, but nothing earth-shattering. 4 tapas for about 35.00 euros Cologne 2.20. Service was super friendly, but when it got full, more was requested (dip as a starter needed two reminders and came with the first tapas)

The little things are written down using an assigned number on a specially designed beer mat and then ordered. The service is very friendly, attentive and approachable. The many, especially Italian classics, are very tasty. It's fun to be able to try many in one evening. With a wheelchair you can sit outside and inside, but the ground-level toilets are unfortunately far too narrow and therefore unsuitable for wheelchairs

Nice atmosphere (inside and outside), friendly staff. Delicious Italian tapas (3-4 at around €6 each) are enough to fill you up. Tip: don't order everything at once, otherwise too much might be put on the table at the same time

It was our first time there and well... we were charged for dishes that we didn't eat at all. The service was very sparse.. not recommended. A pity..

I can only say great. There were three of us there. Everyone ordered 3 tapas. We made sure everyone liked it. We put everything in the middle from the start. The tapas came little by little. With the delicious home-baked bread, which we ordered some more, it was absolutely sufficient. We tried everything from vegetarian to meat and fish. Lugana with great taste. Tables may be a bit crowded. Otherwise everything is fine

Great restaurant in beautiful Nippes

It's a really nice tapas bar and a change from the "classic" tapas. The additional drinks menu has good drinks (recommend the Negroni) and the food has something for everyone (there is even liver). In terms of price, it is understandable that it is set a little higher given the range of variations, I just didn't like the fact that the portions were different sizes/smalls for no apparent reason (e.g. the duck (very good!) comes with salad and is one good portion. Or the chickpea balls alone make up almost a portion of food. The tuna tartare, on the other hand, is disappointingly small.)

The food was very tasty, you need at least 4 of the Italian-style tapas to fill you up. Attention: Tapas can be served when the table is ready and the kitchen is ready - neither together nor sorted by person or order. Service was a bit chaotic, OK, it was also quite busy that evening. When it comes to drinks, you should mark the lid yourself, otherwise the calculation may not be correct for larger groups.

Pleasant overall package. The ravioli in sage butter are highly recommended.

A slightly different Italian restaurant. Similar to the Spanish, you can also try out many different small dishes here. Everything we ordered was very tasty. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and you can satisfy both small and large hungers with delicious small portions. We were very satisfied and would like to come back to eat. Price performance is very good.

Unfortunately I don't like the small plates and bowls. You can't mix salt and you can't cut meat. But the food is super delicious. It would be nice if you could decide for yourself what is a starter, main course or dessert. Today it turned out the way the kitchen wanted it. It's a shame, otherwise it would be really nice. The food is excellent, nice atmosphere at Leipziger Platz. The prices are appropriate for the quality. The house wine is tasty but overpriced. There is still something going on with the service, friendliness was top, the details still need to be worked on. Overall, you can easily spend a few hours here.

Food was very tasty but we chose something too fried and with butter. I only discovered the drink I wanted later on the board. It wasn't on the menu and the perhaps new waitress didn't know it. The food was served without cutlery. The experienced colleagues quickly helped out. Overall very nice and friendly, clean and tasty.

The positive thing first: the taste of the food was ok. The portions are way too expensive for the size. The noodles were stretched with potato pieces. The shrimp also have their shells on. But you don't get a plate for the bowls. That brings us to the service: we didn't get any plates with our bread and dips. Other guests, however, do. The ordering system is confusing and dishes are forgotten or delivered incorrectly. We were served a salad incorrectly (not ordered). Shortly afterwards the waiter took it back and brought it to the right table. Even though the salad was already with us. No go! The atmosphere can be described as rustic. We found it rather disturbing. The tables are very small, the decorations hang askew and the lamp cables hang open on the wall. Worth repeating for us.

We were here after a team event with a larger group. The tapas were varied and most were very tasty, some were bland and boring. The service was friendly, if a bit slow and the dessert was forgotten to be served... but it was very tasty. The restaurant is small and the seating is quite tight. All in all it was a nice evening.

Weihnachtsfeier dort gefeiert. Italienische Tapas kannte ich noch nicht. So konnte ich "angstfrei" mal was neues probieren. Wer's familiär mag ist dort gut aufgehoben. Légères Ambiente, genau mein Ding! Preis-Leistung top👍

Zanimljiv koncept, odlična hrana...svratite obavezno!

Wir waren vor zwei Wochen dort sehr lecker und sehr gut essen. Dort wird Essen der gehobenen italienischen Küche serviert und das zu meiner aller größten Freude in Tapas Größen. Weil, ich habe ja immer die Qual der Wahl und weiß nicht für was ich mich entscheiden soll :-) Und hier kann ich mir direkt mehrere kleine Speisen bestellen und das finde ich super! Dort findet man sich in einem angenehmen Ambiente wieder und wird von sehr nettem Personal betreut. Fazit: Immer gerne wieder!!!

Wir waren mit 6 Freunden hier zum Abendessen verabredet und hatten noch einen schönen Platz auf der Terasse bekommen. Nachdem wir die Speisekarte bekommen haben mussten wir erst mal lange warten, da das Personal nicht hinterher kam. Und dabei schreibt man sich die bestellten Tapas selber auf, also der step der Bestellaufnahme entfiel hier immerhin. Getränke kamen dafür zügig, die Tapas mit etwas größeren Zeitabständen. Geschmacklich gab es von „super lecker“ bis „trifft leider gar nicht unseren Geschmack“ alles dabei. Preislich in Ordnung.

Super lecker, komme immer wieder gerne. Habe bald alle Gerichte durch, vielleicht kommen ja noch ein paar mehr saisonale Sachen auf die Karte 😍

Toller Laden - das Essen ist super lecker (die vegane Cashewaioli!!), der Service sehr freundlich und man kann hier einfach eine gute Zeit haben mit gutem Essen, lecker Getränken und das in einem schönen Ambiente 😍 P.s.: das vegetarische und vegane Angebot ist riesig!

Tolles Restaurant. Das Konzept mit den vielen italienischen Tapas hat uns total überzeugt. Viele vegane und auch vegetarische Tapas, die Fleischesser kommen aber auch nicht zu kurz. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Die Atmosphäre sowohl drinnen als auch draußen ist sehr gemütlich.

Toller Abend! Ein Feuerwerk an Überraschungen und Geschmack. Man möchte immer weiter den kleinen Deckel mit Nummern bestücken. Aber irgendwann ist Schluss :-). Kleine aber auch nur konstruktive Kritik. 1 kleines bisschen mehr Auswahl an offenen Weinen (aber der offene Weiße war wirklich sehr gut) weiter so….und: Service 1A!!!

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Leider war es aber so voll draußen und die Tische standen so nah bei einander das es kein wirklich gemütlicher Abend war. Die Tapas haben mich wirklich überhaupt nicht überzeugt. Am enttäuschendensten fand ich die calamaris, Aioli und den quinoia Salat. Die Portionen waren teilweise auch viel zu klein. Beispiel süßkartoffeln. Also alles in allem sehe ich da schon noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Das Brot war sehr lecker. 🙂

Nachdem wir als die ersten Gäste Platz genommen haben, kam auch schon die Bedienung und hat uns über das Bestellsystem aufgeklärt. Auf der Speisekarte befinden sich nummerierten Tapas. Sobald man sich seine Favoriten ausgesucht hat, schreibt man deren Nummer auf vorhergesehene Bierdeckel und wartet auf sein Essen. Jedoch hat das Warten bei uns sich sehr in die Länge gezogen, so dass wir uns gewundert haben, warum alle anderen Gäste schon ihr Essen erhalten haben und nicht wir. Anschließend kam die Bedienung und hat zugegeben, dass die Eingabe ins System vergessen worden ist. Infolgedessen haben wir 45 Min lang auf unser Essen gewartet. Das vorab bereits gebrachte Brot war sehr lecker. Als dann endlich die Bestellung serviert wurde, konnten wir die Köstlichkeiten genießen. Fast auf allen Tapas war Olivenöl mit Knoblauch drauf. War eigentlich sehr lecker, aber die Menge am Knoblauch war zu viel. Am Ende gab es dann als eine Entschuldigung ein Dessert aufs Haus, welches auch wunderbar war. Besucht haben wir diesen Laden in Sep 23.

Leckere, mediterrane Tapas von netter Bedienung serviert ;)

Das Restaurant stand schon länger auf unserer Liste, deswegen hatten wir uns schon sehr auf den Besuch dort gefreut. Leider wurden wir enttäuscht, zumindest größtenteils. Das Personal war nett, der Service ist allerdings verbesserungswürdig. Einen Wein durften wir erst nach 20 Minuten am Tisch bestellen - der war allerdings sehr gut. Einzelne Tapas hingegen wurden zuerst vergessen und nur auf Nachfrage gereicht. Nach der ersten Bestellrunde kam niemand vom Service von selbst auf Idee, nachzufragen, ob wir noch weitere Tapas bestellen wollen. Wir mussten selbst auf das Personal zugehen - und wurden danach trotzdem einfach vergessen, schade. Zum Essen an sich: Empfehlen können wir die Hackfleischbällchen - herrlich! Die Arancini waren ebenfalls genießbar. Was gar nicht ging: Der Kartoffel-Bohnen-Salat. Es grenzt schon fast an eine Frechheit, wenn ein Restaurant Kartoffeln nicht mal annähernd präzise garen kann. Außerdem würden dem Gericht Gewürze sehr guttun, zum Beispiel Salz. Das Ambiente war hingegen sehr, sehr nett. Ruhig gelegene Straße, schöner Außen- und Innenbereich. Ob wir wiederkommen? Eher nicht.

The food was one of the best we've had in Cologne! The price for the portions was really fair and because of the tapas concept, everyone was able to taste a lot of different dishes and the taste of the dishes was something diffrent than usual, so they were not so standard dishes (much better than the standard italian restaurant ). They recommend 3 to 4 dishes per person to order. We had 5 inklusive the dessert per person and after that we were really full, even we only had something small for lunch and nothing else the whole day ;)

Sitting on their nice terrace you can choose from lots of italian tapas, one third is vegan (around 15-20 delicious tapas). All in all it's a nice place to share some tapas in a nice atmosphere with your vegan and non-vegan friends and family.

Mit Abstand der beste Italiener in Köln. Super Konzept und richtig leckeres Essen. Sehr gut für Paare und Familien.

Mein Favorit war Lasagne. Die Kellnern sind sehr freundlich.
