Ready-made tapas combinations, taste ok, but quite ordinary

It was our first time there, but definitely NOT the last time. The staff is very, very friendly and helpful. Timo is an innkeeper with heart and soul. So warm, you come in and feel like you're with friends. The food was absolutely delicious, not only absolutely delicious 😋 it was also beautifully prepared and, as we all know, the eye also eats. Keep it up!!

I'm from Spain and I was near the area due to a business trip. I was very impressed about the good quality of the food (everything was delicious), great atmosphere, the waiters were super kind and professionals (they explained us everything about the food and also gave us advices). So I fully recommend this place, the best and ever Spanish redtaurant in Germany!

Nice, cozy restaurant, very attentive, friendly service staff, delicious food, there is a deduction when it's offered just because the table got a bit crowded, due to the design, no big deal. The "introduction" to the menu at the beginning of the evening makes sense and explains the structure of the menu cards at the table sufficiently and understandably. The food is delicious and comes quickly and beautifully prepared, the service staff are attentive and friendly. We had a great, delicious evening and would love to come back!

Very cozy atmosphere, food and drink are of very high quality and there is something for everyone (tapas with meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan). The staff is very accommodating, open-minded and friendly. Highly recommended!!

It was a wonderful visit to this little cute restaurant. We were warmly welcomed and felt very well looked after the whole evening. The boss and the whole team were very nice and accommodating. The food is a 10 out of 10🥰 we will definitely be back. Please stay as great as you are 🫶🏻

There is a good selection of tapas, we had the warm fish tapas and the Andalucia tapas plate. You can also get all the tapas individually, but it is cheaper to choose one of the platters. We enjoyed everything very much, except for the croquetas, which unfortunately had no taste of jamon at all. We also recommend the sangria, which has just a slight sweetness and is obviously really homemade! Tastes great!

The food is amazing, if you love Spanish tapas or paella, this is the right place for you. I literally inhaled a lot of tapas there - simply a great kitchen with an obviously good chef. The service is just as good. No long waiting, friendly service with humor. The prices are more than okay for what is on offer. I have rarely eaten such good Spanish food - not even in Spain! An absolute tip, you won't regret it. You leave there full, happy and extremely satisfied. It's actually a shame that other restaurateurs rarely manage to do something like this. Look forward to it.

The tapas are not only delicious but also beautiful to look at. Everything seems to be done with attention to detail. There are different specials every day. I had a cherry lemonade with heidelberries. Super tasty! Last time a raspberry lemonade with melon. Birthday children receive a serenade, small table fireworks and a schnapps on the house. The staff is warm and interested. We received very good advice and were recognized on our second visit. In between we were asked for our opinion. I had the feeling that people were genuinely interested. If you would like to try the great tapas, you should definitely make a reservation. Without a reservation it is almost impossible to get a table, even during the week. We'll be back!

Timo and Christian make excellent tapas and on Mondays in summer there is delicious paella. Here the guest receives loving, personal care from the entire team. Everything is wonderful ☺️

A wonderful tapas bar that you should definitely visit! The owners, Timo & Christian, are incredibly warm and immediately spread a good mood. You immediately feel welcome and there is often a Limoncello or an Anisato on the house ;-) The tapas are delicious and prepared with a lot of love. It's great that vegetarians and vegans can also find what they're looking for. The changing drinks and selected wines in particular always ensure variety. The cozy atmosphere invites you to linger. Absolutely recommended!

Fantastic experience - the Spanish tapas were really good and varied, and the Riesling wine that we had was delicious as well. The staff spoke English and service was prompt. Perfect quantity for 2 people, and with several hot/ cold platters (with 5-6 tapas in each), revisit value should be good too! No wonder it has such good ratings 😃

We really enjoy eating in this warm and lively environment. All dishes taste fresh and very tasty. Some time ago Timo catered for us. It was sensational and perfectly styled. That alone gives us 5 stars.!!

It's very nice when we can sit outside, but unfortunately only until 10 p.m. possible disruption of the peace and quiet for residents. Since the restaurant is in the residential area. Great Spanish cuisine. Tapas variations that you can put together. And good wines from the region and I always drink a Spanish red wine there. The paella is excellent, but can only be ordered with several people. We always enjoy coming there. It is important to reserve a table, even if you only want to come as a couple.

Small Spanish restaurant in Ingelheim. The equipment is simple, but the tapas are super tasty. Even during the week, a reservation is recommended as it is always quite full. Parking spaces in the immediate vicinity are limited.

Extremely delicious Valencian paella I was thrilled during a spontaneous visit to Ingelheim (Rhine Hesse). Timo always does his magic with live paella cooking on Mondays. Just watching it is fun. Aside from that, the portion tastes great. Christian also served a fruity sangria – very tasty. Sensational tapas variations At the end of our visit to Rheinhessen we accepted the invitation to the tapas buffet. We chose the tapas variants Pescado and Espanola from around 55 offerings. Perfetto! Christian's bar offerings are also creative. As an aperitif there was strawberry inha! In between Anisado's encouragement. Finally, I tested it with the Carlos I order. It came perfectly served with an aroma-protecting cover. Perfect like in Playa Esquinzo on Fuerteventura. I would like to highlight the advice from Timo and Christian and the service from Rebecca. Anna's precise accompaniment was perfect.

Begeistert war ich bei einem spontanen Besuch in Ingelheim (Rheinhessen). Timo zaubert immer montags beim Paella-Live-Cooking. Da macht allein das Zuschauen schon Spaß. Abgesehen davon schmeckt die Portion hervorragend. Dazu kredenzte Christian eine fruchtige Sangria – sehr schmackhaft. Zum Abschluss unserer Visite in Rheinhessen folgten wir der Einladung zum Tapas-Büfett. Aus ca. 55 Angeboten haben wir uns die Tapas-Varianten Pescado und Espanola ausgewählt. Perfetto! Kreativ auch Christians Barangebote. Als Aperitif gab es Erdbeerinha! Zwischendurch zur Aufmunterung Anisado. Getestet habe ich zum Schluss mit der Bestellung Carlos I. Der kam perfekt serviert mit aromaschützender Abdeckung. Perfekt wie in der Playa Esquinzo auf Fuerteventura. Hervorheben will ich die Beratung durch Timo und Christian, den Service durch Rebecca. Perfekt das punktgenaue Begleiten durch Anna.

We were here for our wedding anniversary and it was truly unforgettable. The service was incredibly friendly and quick, we felt very welcome. And from a culinary point of view it was also a trip back to our honeymoon in Andalusia. We had two warm tapas plates (vegetarian and fish) and without exception, everything was incredibly good and the portions were generous and ideal for sharing. Wir waren an zwei Abenden Gäste im Timorossi und haben uns gefühlt, als wären wir Stammgäste. Timo, Christian, Anna und ihr Team sind unglaublich offene, zugewandte Gastgeber bei denen man sich gleich zuhause fühlt. Timos Paella ( nur montags) ist die Beste, die ich je gegessen habe und die zwei Tapasplatten (wir hatten Fisch und Fleisch) köstlich. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und Grüße aus Hannover

Wir waren an 2 Abenden hier. Die beste Paella die ich je gegessen habe und am nächsten Tag 2 tolle Tapasplatten. (1 mal Fisch, 1 mal Fleisch) Timo, Christian, Anna und Team sind unvergleichlich gute Gastgeber. Wir wurden verwöhnt wie Stammgäste, die man schon lange kennt. Vielen Dank für diese schönen Abende. Hello Timo, I have never been served and pampered so friendly and at the same time so professionally in Ingelheim (and I have been here many times). Big praise to your employees! The tapas are high quality, as is the wine. My conclusion: Best in Ingelheim.

Spanish restaurant (almost only tapas). Timo is a passionate host, we were there for the first time and felt at home straight away. It's brilliant how the team addresses the guests. You can't beat the service and friendliness, 5 stars are not enough. The food tastes excellent, the tapas menus are hard to manage, only possible if you're really hungry. Not cheap in terms of price, but you get something for your money. In summer you can sit outside well. The restaurant is an absolute recommendation, I have never been treated so well, so courteously and entertainingly.

Unbelievable, what a beautiful evening! The Tappas Bar is a great experience thanks to Timo, Christian and the very hard-working team! It's a very warm atmosphere and the food tastes great! We ordered 2 different types and tried them back and forth a bit. Everything was also very nicely presented. The selection of drinks is divine and we tried a great selection. Everything was explained to us very well, we were asked about our preferences and then we were served drinks that we didn't know yet, but everything was delicious ;)) We will be happy to come back and we can only recommend everyone to visit the bar with its two owners and the great team! The best evening I've had in a long time! Many thanks to Christian, Timo, Anna (like Otto 🤪) and everyone else in the team (very nice Finnish woman from the kitchen)...you gave us (Simone, Ina, Petra and René) an unforgettable evening. To put it in Timo's words...we are a family 🤩 A very nice location, quiet, cozy, small but not too cramped, lots of atmosphere but not too loud. When it comes to eating there is a large selection of different tapas variations. There really is something for everyone. In terms of price, it may seem like a lot for some people, but you'll be really full afterwards and it tastes great 👍🏼 The selection of drinks is huge and there are so many things that I've never heard of, but they were all absolutely delicious. The Timorossi team always managed to serve us the right drink...that's knowledge of human nature. With lots of fun, humor and empathy, your stay here becomes a real experience. I can recommend everything, absolutely everything, without reservation. Thank you very much again for the lovely evening. 🙏🏼

Great Spanish food, fast and courteous service.

The friendly welcome and service from all guests is immediately noticeable. Here we explain, advise and communicate. The tapas plate was hardly manageable. Each fish dish (tapas) was prepared individually. The whole thing isn't cheap in terms of price, but it's worth the money because the overall package, as well as the comfort and atmosphere, are unique.

Food was of average quality for very high prices of around 31 euros per menu for one person. Staff and ambience were good.

The staff was really friendly and nice and it was very cozy sitting by the heater. Funny unexpected thing to know is that they don't have to-go boxes so many just be careful how much you order if you don't want to waste food. The grilled peppers and croquettes were delicious! Sangria was also very nice and came in a clay pitcher with clay jars with fruit. Chocolate souffle was also very delicious and beautiful. Enjoy!! :)

If you want to eat delicious tapas, this is the right place for you. The tapas menu suggestions with 5/6 tapas each are well put together. There are even vegetarian and vegan tapas. The service is very attentive and ensures that guests feel comfortable. Parking directly opposite. We will be back.

Mega leckere Tapas, besondere Kombinationen, ausgefallene Getränke... top!

Super tolle Atmosphäre und mega liebes Personal. Der Besitzer der Restaurants war auch unfassbar lieb und symphatisch. Ganz großes Dankeschön an euch alle ❤️ Wir haben unser 6 jähriges hier gefeiert und haben 2 Platten bestellt. Beide haben in der Zubereitung zwar Zeit in Anspruch genommen aber als sie dann da waren war alles frisch, lecker und wunderbar angerichtet! Zwischendurch hat sich das Personal wunderbar um uns gekümmert und war darauf bedacht, dass uns nichts fehlt!! Alles ist sehr familiär und themengerecht eingerichtet, alle waren unglaublich lieb und symphatisch, wir haben absolut nichts zu bemängeln!! Selbst als wir uns später noch was mitgenommen haben wurde uns alles liebevoll eingepackt und sogar Brot ind Aioli nachgefüllt!! Uns wurde sogar ein Silbertablett mitgegeben mit den kleinen edlen Schalen in dennen das Essen serviert wurde , uns wurde da ohne wenn und aber vertraut,dass wir sie zurück bringen (was wir natürlich auch am Tag darauf getan haben) 😊 Das Essen ist sehr reichhaltig und macht gut satt, man hat so viel Auswahl auch für Vegetarier oder Veganer! Man bekommt mehrere kleine Schälchen serviert mit verschiedenen Gerichten und kann sich nach List und Laune durchprobieren oder ggf. was dazu bestellen. Alles hat absolut fantastisch geschmeckt und wir waren begeistert!! Es war wirklich jeden Cent wert gewesen!! Zusammengefasst wenn man nach Ingelheim kommt und authentische spanische Küche genießen möchte dann empfehle ich unbedingt hier ein Besuch einzuplanen!

Wir waren heute wegen der sehr guten Rezensionen im Restaurant. Leider kann ich die Wertung von 5/5 Sternen nicht verstehen. Die kalten Tapas kamen direkt aus dem Kühlschrank und wenn die Platte für gut 30€ einen Wareneinsatz von mehr als 4€ hatte wäre ich sehr überrascht. Meine Rückmeldung wurde auch nicht weiter beachtet. Für nen Wein zum Feierabend sicher okay.

Wir hatten Garnelen mit Knoblauch in Weissweinsud mit Weissbrot, dazu noch eine Portion Batatas Brava. Es war sehr lecker und absolut ausreichend zu einem akzeptablen Preis. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr leckeres und frisches Essen. Uns haben alle bestellten Gerichte sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonders die Tapas Espanola sind zu empfehlen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Auch wenn ich schon sehr lange in Ingelheim lebe, habe ich es nie geschafft zu Timo Rossi zum Tapas essen zu gehen. Was für ein Fehler... jahrelang super leckere Tapas verpasst. Es gibt verschiedene Tapas Kombinationen, man kann sich seine Lieblings-Tapas auch selbst zusammenstellen, ganz nach dem eigenen Geschmack. Ich hatte mich für die Fleisch-Variante entschieden, und es war einfach phantastisch. Was passt besser zu einem Mädelsabend, bei dem man mal quatschen will, als Tapas. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und mich durch die anderen Varianten testen!

Wir lieben spanische Tapas. Nur leider verdienen die oft den Namen in Deutschland nicht. Völlig anders das Timorossi: Wir waren begeistert. Das sind Originale aus Spanien von der allerbesten Sorte und das noch in einer großen Bandbreite von Fisch bis Fleisch, vegetarisch, kalt und war. Wir vergeben selten die Note 1. Aber hier ist sie gerechtfertigt. Außerdem: Service unaufdringlich, sehr freundlich, abseits der üblichen Service-Frasen. Die Sangria auch ein für uns neues, spanisches und leckeres Original Rezept. Wer hier allerdings ein 5–Sterne Ambiente erwartet: Das gibts hier nicht und daher sind die Preise auch völlig normal. Könnte gut sein, dass wir Stammgäste werden.

Der schlechteste Gastronom ever! Nachdem die Bedienung uns mitgeteilt hatte, der Aussenbereich sei um 22:00 Uhr zu verlassen, wollten wir kurz vor dieser Zeit nach dem Bezahlen gerade aufstehen, als der Gastwirt völlig aggressiv zu uns kam um uns mitzuteilen, dass es nun unsere Schuld sei, dass nun alle in Hektik verfallen müssten um die Plätze aufzuräumen und die Schirme zu zuklappen. Ein nicht nur völlig unangemessener sondern auch gastronomisch unterirdischer Auftritt, der leider dem Abend ein unschönes Ende setzte. N.I.E. M.E.H.R. W.I.E.D.E.R.

Super Auswahl an kalten und warmen Tapas in verschiedenen Variationen. Fisch, Fleisch, vegetarisch und vegan. Für jeden etwas dabei! Der Wirt ist auch eine Ikone und sehr nett!

Im Bistro Timorossi merkt man an jedem Detail, dass Herzblut drin steckt. Jederzeit qualitativ hochwertig, super aufmerksamer Service und von Speisen bis Getränke und Ambiente alles liebevoll gemacht.

Die Tapas waren unglaublich gut. Jede der fünf Sorten war für sich ein absolutes Highlight! Reservierung ging einfach online, wir wurden sofort von der freundlichen Bedienung an den Tisch gebracht. Wir saßen in dem kleinen Vorzelt, leider hat es an dem Tag geregnet und es war ein bisschen ungemütlich. Gut zu wissen ist auch dass die Preise etwas höher sind, bei den grandiosen Tapas aber auch gerechtfertigt.
