Bistro Pizzeria Candela in Oldenburg (Oldb)

The driver during the last order became violent and insulted.

Delivery service not recommended. Food arrived lukewarm, the "large kebab plate" was more of a children's portion (€9.50 far too expensive) and the coleslaw and bulgur had no taste. Too bad!!! Pizza was OK.

I have to give a shout out! I ordered at 8 p.m., but unfortunately the driver arrived shortly before 6 p.m. and we weren't home yet. While my neighbor called me, the driver handed the food to her friend. I then picked up our food from our neighbor and called Candela straight away because I didn't feel like eating a cold, soggy pita. Short, friendly clarification, new food was delivered (the old one was still packaged and given back) and everything was fine. They're all just people, but I celebrate it when there are still people who are able to solve problems without becoming abusive etc. ~We enjoyed it again too.~ -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- --- Addendum September 15, 2024 Man, please remove the option of requesting an appointment. The requested appointment was at 7:30 p.m. However, the food arrived at 6 p.m. and I only noticed it by chance. My husband and I had to eat the food cold because he wasn't home until 7 p.m. Didn't feel like calling again. We really like your food, but something like this is not only annoying for us but also for your suppliers. As a precaution, we will only order from you if we know we can accept it straight away and eat it warm.

The kebab was absolutely okay. Good value for money and very nice service.

I ordered a veggie kebab and got a cheese roll with cabbage. Even the flies keep their distance

I have traveled to Italy probably 20 times. The kebabs and casseroles and roller blinds at CANDELA are really 💯% delicious!!!! The selection of food is large and at a reasonable price. My father ATTILIO Bernart is a real 🍕Italian 🍨 and loves 💓GOOD cuisine. He was always happy when we picked up dinner from you. Every summer we sit on your beautiful one 🌹🍽️🍷Terrace and enjoyed original spaghetti 🍝 Frutti the Mare. CANDELA, you are always the BEST!!!!

Casseroles and pizza are hardly better anywhere else

Price performance top! We are always very satisfied! I can't say anything about delivery times because we always pick up after around 20 minutes. Always delicious here!

The restaurant makes a very well-kept, modern and clean impression. The owner is very nice and totally accommodating. Our rollo and salad were fresh and delicious. The herb dressing is great! 👍 Highly recommended!

Candela is like a little surprise bag, the pizzas are sometimes well topped, sometimes hardly at all. But they taste okay, nothing special, but not completely bad either. When Candela still had an attractive price offer on Tuesdays, you could already order there. But now that prices have risen significantly and there are no longer any special offers, we prefer to spend our money where it tastes really good and isn't necessarily more expensive.

We are very satisfied and it tastes very tasty, we love coming and the service is friendly.

Pizza base is bone dry and tough, not airy at all Cheese also had a very strange consistency. There was very little topping on the large family pizza. Savings are made here at every corner.

Delivery over 2.5 hours. The food was cold, soggy, defective, the drink was missing and it was burnt. I still had to pay. Complaints were not accepted. The fries were also often delivered in a bakery bag... I liked ordering there for a long time, but that has changed since then.

Absolute disaster! I ordered food there and two hours later after my second call I was told again that my order was just out. After I complained about my long wait, the Lord explained to me that it was my fault that it was taking so long since I lived so far away. After I explained to him that I don't look for addresses at Lieferando before ordering, I pointed out to him that he should please reduce the radius at Lieferando if he can't keep up with the orders. Suddenly he shouted at me and claimed that I was a restaurant owner and that I was getting extra upset. I'm shocked. After two and a half hours the food was there. And then the food didn't even taste good after all that

One star is way too many! Waited over 2 hours for the food, apparently the wrong phone number was given and they couldn't reach us. Name plate on the door could not be read because instead of ü ue was printed out… When the food arrived it was almost cold. The baguette I ordered had rotten iceberg lettuce and even though it was ordered without tomato, it was probably on there beforehand but then simply removed (remains can be seen in the photos!) When we complained over the phone, we were just brushed off and shouted at loudly. We were told that he would come to our house and look at the baguette and that he would then charge us for the working time. Absolutely incompetent staff and unfriendly. I would rather burn my money than invest another cent in this store.

I'm sorry to have to write something like that, but the service with a delivery time of 2 hours exceeds all expectations and the food is completely inedible. The kebab box only has dry meat and dry fries, the rollo without any sauce, the pepperoni I ordered with it were not delivered. All in all, NEVER AGAIN We have gastrointestinal problems after 2 hours. I guess that says it all

The shop is very far away but they still delivered and were very friendly, thank you for that👍 and the food was really tasty kebab with great sauces, great bread and meat. The pizza was also really tasty and the dough was fluffy, thank you very much. and sorry for the long journey

Durch Erfahrung habe ich desöfterren gesehen das der Döner Spieß vom vorm Tag gewesen ist und trotzdem wieder heiß gemacht worden ist.

Ich liebe Pizzeria Candela. Immer super leckeres Essen, bis jetzt IMMER nette Lieferanten gehabt, was will man mehr 🙏🏻

Bestelle dort schon seit Jahren (Lieferdienst, nicht im Laden). Ich persönlich war immer zufrieden. Natürlich ist durch die Wirtschaft auch teurer geworden. Was ich schade finde, ist dass es zum Beispiel bei den überbackenen Gerichten kein Brot mehr dazu gibt. Aber davon abgesehen kann man dort durchaus bestellen. Danke und liebe Grüße!

Hey, erste Bestellung, es gab Dönerteller und Tzaziki mit Brot. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Service, das Essen war fix da.

Wir holen unser Essen immer ab, da wir in der Nähe wohnen. Nettes Personal und Essen ist immer gut. Eine einfache Pizzeria ohne viel Chi Chi.

Für mich der beste Pizzadienst in Oldenburg. Ich hole in der Regel hier Pizzen ab, wenn ich mich mit meinem besten Freund treffe, anfangs aus Bequemlichkeit, weil Candela direkt auf dem Weg liegt, inzwischen aus Überzeugung. In mittlerweile 3 Jahren die ich hier mehr oder minder regelmäßig abhole oder zu mir nach Hause liefern lasse, habe ich noch nciht einmal erlebt, dass ich unzufrieden war. Beim Liefern via App (Lieferando) hatte ich zweimal, dass Sonderwünsche nicht ganz korrekt erfüllt wurden, aber das kann ich eigentlich mehr auf das vermutliche Formular des App-Anbieters deuten, denn bei telefonischen oder vor Ort Bestellungen war immer alles 100%, immer ein freundlicher, sehr zuvorkommender Service und immer gute Qualität.

Pizza kam viel schneller als angegeben, war dank Angebot super günstig und hat extreeem gut geschmeckt. Kann die Pizza Combi sehr empfehlen, aber nur wenn man auf eher pervers-siffige Pizza steht. Für Fans von schlichter, klassischer italienischer Pizza ist das nicht das richtige. Edit: Im letzten Jahr hat die Qualität extrem abgenommen. Es schmeckt alles kaum noch nach irgendwas. Schade :(

Leider schmeckt die Pizza nicht mehr so gut wie früher, schade. Und auch die Zutaten sind nicht ausreichend, der Teig ist zu hart, und die Pizza ist nur lauwarm angekommen. Schade, das war dann meine letzte Bestellung bei Candela

Beste Pizzaria in Oldenburg. Ich bestelle dort sehr gerne und immer wieder. Es werden sogar auf Wunsch extra Gerichte zubereitet, die nicht auf der Karte stehen. Ich verstehe nicht, warum Candela so eine schlechte Bewertung hat. Das Essen war immer heiß und die Bestellung korrekt. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Ich hab gestern Pizzen bestellt sehr lecker und perfekte Preis bin seit zwei Jahre kunde bin sehr zufrieden.

Beste Pizzaria Oldenburgs! Keine Ahnung warum die hier auf Google so schlecht bewertet ist... Es wurde innerhalb 30 Min geliefert, Preis war top und geschmacklich noch viel besser. Schöne, deftige, geschmackvolle Babapizza mit fettem Belag!

Hervorragende Küche vor Ort, sehr, sehr nette Mitarbeiter:innen, aber ein grauenvoller Chef … Leider. Lieber 300 Meter weiter gen Rastede gehen —- es lohnt sich. Sehr schade eigentlich.

Habe gerade bei Pizzeria Candela ein Menü bestellt und es war absolut lecker. Alles war frisch und hat sehr lecker geschmeckt werde dort öfters bestellen.
