Bistro GreenBee in Rinteln

It was really good, filter coffee and cake (homemade), definitely again

We spontaneously ate here today because, as a convinced NO-VEGETARIAN, the menu and the ambience appealed positively to me. And we weren't disappointed - the Bigoli Pera Gorgonzola were absolutely top, finely balanced and completely successful. The meat casserole for my wife with tagliatelle was also tasty and good. The homemade raspberry-hibiscus iced tea, 1a with stars. The tiramisu was also good, and personally lacked a slight alcohol taste but as I said, us, that doesn't mean the general public. The GreenBee is an absolute recommendation! We'll definitely stop by when we're in the area again.

Highly recommended restaurant. We came across it by chance and were lucky to get a table. So make a reservation on the weekend. You will be served homemade bread with beetroot ajoli beforehand, which is highly recommended. The food was prepared quickly and tasted great. The noodles are homemade and you can taste it too. You also have to try the tarts and cakes. This restaurant is highly recommended.

We were regular guests, unfortunately we have been disappointed a few times now. The food tasted bland, the portions became smaller and more expensive... we also noticed that the staff changed frequently, which was a shame 😞

Here I always find more than I wanted, I almost always can't resist the delicious selection of cakes, even though I actually just wanted to eat a little something. I always enjoy it there. It's great and unique in the area that they only serve organic vegetarian and vegan dishes. A huge plus for Rinteln

I went there for the first time today based on a recommendation. Small, rustic bistro, nice service, good selection of drinks and food. It was very tasty, but the prices were enormous, which were probably justified due to the fresh organic products and generally everything being more expensive.

Went there for the first time today and just loved it. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. I had the oven vegetable curry. It was very flavorful and the ingredients are all fresh. If you haven't been here yet, definitely give it a try. Here is something for everyone! 👍🏻

Then go to a completely vegetarian restaurant...the Schlemmerblock promises an inexpensive try if it doesn't turn out to be the right one. The location near the Rinteln market square is easy to reach on foot or by bike. Some shady outdoor areas invite you to enjoy a cozy meal. The service was guaranteed during our visit by two very friendly and attentive ladies. We quickly find what we are looking for on the well-stocked menu and place our order. The question of optionally available vegan components instead of vegetarian ones overwhelmed us at times, but that was quickly clarified. The drinks reach us after a short wait. Then we look forward to the meal. Beforehand there is a greeting from the kitchen, which consists of bread with a salted crust together with a dip. That tastes good. The main courses also arrive quickly and look very tasty. Without adding salt or pepper - which is not a given - we are completely satisfied with the taste. The plates are emptied together. Everyone enjoyed it. Two things spoiled the evening, at least for me, and deducted a star. On the one hand, the Cajun Fries, which, in addition to the spices and spring onions - as it said on the menu - also contain jalapenos. I think the information should be more comprehensive in advance. The homemade orange-vanilla lemonade didn't convince me. In my opinion, the guest can expect a corresponding taste. It didn't reach me. Secondly, clearly the pricing. I have had garlic bread of similar quality for just under €12 and eaten it much cheaper in other restaurants. Why the Cajun Fries also cost just under €12, but are as large in portion size as the regular side dishes of fries for €3...are the spices, the spring and fried onions and the dollop of mayo worth €9? At the end of the day, everyone can decide for themselves. At the end of the day, after deducting the cheaper dish from the gourmet block, the bill still costs more than €62 for two people. This is definitely a course that I would personally expect to take without any deductions. Service, ambience and taste great tennis, but given the prices there is a rather rare risk of repetition. Hello So we are not vegetarians or vegans, but the food there was very, very tasty. We both had pasta and both dishes were delicious. The sourdough pizza at the next table also looked very good.

Very tasty food, very nice service - a great solution was found for our request. Very large vegetarian and vegan selection! Sitting outside in the "pedestrian zone" wasn't that comfortable and the prices are quite high, but it's also regional, sustainable and very good quality.

Great selection between "classic" pizza and pasta and surprising ingredients. All the ingredients and the preparation are very high quality and fresh, you can taste it. Such great quality is rare. You can sit outside and relax. We would like to come again.

The food was once again wonderful! 😋 This time there was Pinsa “Forbidden Love” with a side salad and a veggie burger... freshly and deliciously prepared, plus you know that the ingredients are mostly organic and also regional. You can't eat healthier and tastier than in our “green bee” 🐝 🌱 in Rinteln ☺️ And the service is friendly and quick even when this cozy restaurant is very busy 👍

Absolutely loved my visit to the vegan bistro. The food was delicious - the hummus was creamy and full of flavor, the pizza was baked to perfection and the grilled vegetables with the hummus were simply amazing. The Greek mountain tea rounded off the lunch time perfectly. The service was friendly and attentive. An absolute must for anyone looking for great vegan and quality food.

I have been here many times and have always been absolutely thrilled and satisfied. Today I was a little disappointed for the first time. I ordered a casserole with potatoes and received it with pasta, then I was told the chef would quickly make a new one with potatoes. Of course, my companions already had their food, just not me. When my food arrived quite quickly, you could tell that it was prepared quickly. The cheese wasn't melted, the potatoes weren't hot. This is my favorite dish there and I almost always order it. Unfortunately, I was not offered any “compensation” as an excuse for having to eat alone. Of course I will come back - mistakes happen - but the handling of them could be optimized. Edit: The weekend before last I was here again for dinner with a friend. It was delicious 🫶🏼 and everything hot 👍🏼 The hummus platter is awesome! I had a pinsa and my girlfriend had the wild garlic ravioli, everything tasted great. However, the portion of the ravioli is a bit too small for the hefty price of €19.90. Without a starter that wouldn't have been enough.

Service was very friendly. Drinks (coffee and homemade lemonade) were very good. Cake was...well, let's say somewhere between satisfactory and unsatisfactory. It was just too slippery underneath. Then we had a vegan burger with fries. The fries were okay. But the burger was a complete failure. The patty was cold and tasted too much like stale fat. Combined with the solid prices (2 coffees, 1 piece of cake, 1 soda, burger with fries for a slim €51.50), the GreenBee, assessed based on this individual experience, is unfortunately not a recommendation :(

I kept closing the door during my stay there, others have already written about this, but so far nothing has happened.

I also liked it today in February 2024. Delicious food, friendly service, varied menu. Children's meals complete the offer. Priced at a higher level. There are also different products to buy. There were also delicious cakes. Went there for the first time today and we really enjoyed it. Food was delicious and you could sit outside. Very nice staff. Small but nice menu. Super delicious authentic vegetarian/vegan bistro in Rinteln. The ambience and furnishings are charmingly implemented and a very varied offering is on offer. What you would otherwise find in Berlin or Hamburg is also available here in nice little Rinteln. It was a positive surprise for us.

Wir haben ohne Reservierung abends dort gegessen. Interessante Karte mit Gerichten für klein bis groß und auch für Veganer. Wir hatten Pinsa mit Spinat, Gnocci und Nudeln für den Kleinen. Ging alles auch zügig, das Ambiente war toll und Zahlung mit Karte hat funktioniert. Wie kommen wieder.

I was able to persuade my husband and child to eat at the Green Bee. And lo and behold: they enjoyed it very much. We had burgers, pinsa and pasta...all very tasty! Highly recommended even for non-vegetarians!!! Been here again after a while. Food very tasty. I had a curry with baked vegetables and rice, very lovingly prepared. The service was super friendly. Thank you!

So far OK. Had already rated higher. The employees are always very nice. But the boss always ignores the guests in this very small restaurant. At least hello should be in there somehow. Appreciation is different.

We were there as a couple with a child on Saturday lunchtime and got the last unreserved table (directly after the demo towards the right). So difficult conditions: rush hour and all 10 tables occupied. The service (only one waitress) was very nice, but slow and not very efficient. The cake display looked so good that we decided to have coffee and cake. I've eaten very good vegan cake - somewhere else. Unfortunately, the cream of the “Weserwelle” had the consistency of wallpaper paste and the bottom of the chocolate cake was rubbery. The wild berry cake for the child didn't arrive until 10 minutes later, but it tasted very good (I don't think it was vegan). The cappuccino (either with cow's or alternative milk) was okay for me (too sour, says the man). For the child there was milk foam in an espresso cup: wonderful (but also 10 minutes later than the other one). Very tight seating. The walk to the toilet reminded me of those plastic sliding games where you always have to puzzle your way through a gap. Toilet was clean. Just one for everyone, but it was enough. Next time I would rather order something savory. This also works better for normally non-vegan palates, I think.

Sehr süßer "Laden" erinnert mich an die kleinen Szene Lädchen in Berlin oder Frankfurt. Total gemütlich, sehr nettes Personal und Kinderfreundlich. Die Speisen sind super lecker und frisch zubereitet, das schmeckt man auch. Kompliment an den Koch. Die Auswahl ist groß und für Kinder ist auch was dabei. Kuchen gibt es auch. Die Reste dürfen gerne mitgenommen werden, alles in allem wie ein kleines Restaurant, super Ihr lieben Bee Humble :-) wir kommen gerne wieder

Was für eine leckere grüne Biene. Sämtliche Gerichte gibt es entweder vegetarisch oder auch vegan. Dies ist selbst bei den Getränken so. Ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. Ein schönes Ambiente und die sehr freundliche Bedienung runden das Erlebnis perfekt ab.

Mein Lieblingsrestaurant in unserer Region, super leckeres, kreatives, frisch und von Hand zubereitetes Essen, weitestgehend in Bio Qualität. Nettes Personal und ein super freundlicher und engagierter Koch, bzw. Inhaber. Große Empfehlung, vor allem wenn vegane Speisen gewünscht sind!!!

Gemütliche und entschleunigender Atmosphäre. Kaffee sehr gut und der Kuchen einfach genial. Die Bedienung echt nett, aber auch sehr langsam. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswerter Ort, der sich positiv von den anderen Cafés in Rinteln abhebt.

Schönes kleines Bistro mit leckerem Essen

Super süßes kleines Restaurant/Bistro. Die Damen im Service sind alle freundlich und aufmerksam. Essen vom Geschmack mega, preislich auch gut. Hunde sind willkommen und werde mit Wasser und ab und zu Streicheleinheiten begrüßt. Sofern ich in der Nähe bin, werde ich wieder vorbeischauen.

Ein wirklich schönes Restaurant/Bistro. Tolle Karte mit einer abwechslungsreichen Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Gerichten. Meiner Freundin und mir hat es gut geschmeckt. Die Preise sind auch total in Ordnung wie ich finde. Das Personal war wirklich Freund und höflich. Zum Schluss haben wir uns noch ein Stück Kuchen mitgenommen die alle vegan sind.

Sooooooo lecker und dazu noch frisch gekocht. Selbstgemachte Gnocchi, Pizzaboden noch nie besser gegessen und alle Gerichte vegetarisch oder vegan. Die Soßen sind so toll abgeschmeckt, da will man den Teller abschlecken 😄

Vor einem guten Jahr hat dieses Bistro in keiner Heimatstadt eröffnet, heute konnte ich es endlich einmal testen. Und was soll ich sagen, meine Partnerin und ich waren begeistert! Tolle vegetarische und vegane Speisen, die selbst Fleischesser begeistern werden! Vieles (wenn nicht sogar alles) ist regional, selbst Limonaden, Eistee, etc... Das Essen war wahnsinnig lecker und seinen Preis wert. Zum Schluss gab es noch leckere selbstgemachte Liköre. Insgesamt ein schönes Konzept, was hoffentlich noch eine große Zukunft in Rinteln hat!

Das GreenBee bietet frische Bioqualität und köstliche Speisen - Momentan wegen Corona ja nur zum Mitnehmen, aber trotzdem absolut lecker! Das Konzept ist super durchdacht und auf den Sozialen Medien wie Instagram und Facebook wird man jede Woche über die Specials der Woche informiert.
