Bistro Golden Dragon in Trier

The restaurant has a very nice location, right next to Hbf and Bus bahnhofs. Temporarily giving it a 4* rating, I'll update the review later if I try it someday.

Here the fried rice is always made fresh after ordering - quickly fried at high heat. When it comes to the table, it is still steaming. That's right! That's exactly how it has to be. In many Asian restaurants, fried rice or noodles are often prepared in large quantities in advance just to make things quicker.

The worst Chinese restaurant ever. Never seen such rude people. They just don't have the manners on how to treat guests. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very nice meal, authentic tastes eith good service

The food was very inexpensive and still quite tasty. I ordered number 30 to take away. The chicken was juicy, the vegetables were fresh and the sauce was really tasty. The rice had good flavor but was a bit dry. Sticky rice would have been better here, but was well balanced by the sauce. Unfortunately the packaging in the bag came apart, causing the sauce to spill into the bag.

A really tasty meal for completely reasonable prices. Staff is always very friendly and highly recommended

Small bistro restaurant - very simple with no frills. Fresh, very tasty food is prepared here for everyone to see (open kitchen in the restaurant). I love the Kung Bao and the Thai curry dishes - simply great! Great selection, fair prices. We always like to go there on our lunch break from the Trier North industrial area. The operating family and employees are friendly, appreciative and hospitable to everyone, even if there are unfortunately numerous dubious reviews circulating here!

This is how I rated the shop three years ago ****Fresh, quick, delicious.....very friendly operators, food cheap..... In the "Asian snack bar" category... 10 out of 10 points.... 😋 👍****.......now it's been a long time since I've been back and had fried noodles with duck 🦆... And fried finger food.... wonton and lompja or something... There's nothing to say about the fried food ... Asia cross hot .... But with the noodles hmmmm..... I ordered and waited for the food ... Something smelled bad during the preparation .... I didn't think anything ... it's from outside or something like that.... But because I was full of finger food, I wanted to save the noodles to eat them the next day....ok, I didn't have the noodles in the fridge for eight hours, but in the morning it smelled the same as in the store and was noticeable slimy and greasy... really disgusting... I don't think I'll give the store another chance and go somewhere else... Should have left when the store smelled...

Due to the racist behavior that I am currently making the rounds on the internet, unfortunately it is not recommended and especially not for those with small children! The food can be no matter how good you still don't have to put up with something like that!!

I have never seen such rude behavior before. Really awful! The business owner is very unfriendly and likes to say disgusting things against people with a migration background or people who are overweight. I would not recommend anyone to ever visit this restaurant if you value good service.

When we saw the prices for restaurants in Luxembourg, we stopped on the train journey for lunch and were very happy with the decision. Crunchy vegetables, large portions and very friendly service. 😊

Gebratener Reis mit Hünchen 9,80€ für die Region teuer . Aber dei Qualitaet stimmt

Dass der Service von Golden Dragon nicht so gut ist, weiß nämlich jeder, aber leider wird immer schlechter...man wartet sehr lange auf das Essen und wenn es schlecht läuft, versteht man deine Bestellung falsch (was nicht schlimm ist), aber man bekommt keine Entschuldigung und darf noch länger warten, bis deine Bestellung endlich fertig ist...dies gilt beim Essen im Restaurant oder zum Mitnehmen. Das Essen ist sehr gut und lecker, deshalb mache ich bei solchen einem Service noch mit...

Das Essen war köstlich und hat mir ausgezeichnet geschmeckt! Ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Saucen waren perfekt abgestimmt und verliehen den Gerichten eine wunderbare Geschmacksvielfalt. Zusätzlich war der Service äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, was das kulinarische Erlebnis noch angenehmer machte.

Ik heb wat jaartjes in Trier stad gewoond en haalde zowat om de dag mijn eten hier bij Golden Dragon. Het roerbak noodles met krokante eend is super kwaliteit. Nasi goreng speciaal met pittige kerrie en cha siu is ook super lekker. De man en vrouw (de eigenaren), zijn altijd super vriendelijk en zeer gastvrij naar mij toe en ik kwam daar nooit iets te kort bij hun. De prijzen zijn super laag in vergelijking met de kwaliteit en kwantiteit van hun producten. Men kan heerlijk zitten daar en daarna richting het winkelcentrum, of andersom kan ook. Kaufland daar was altijd ook een van mijn favoriete supermarkt. Al met al raad ik deze Golden Dragon am Bahnhof Trier aan, voor goed eten met een klein prijsje😘👍🏻❤️🇳🇱

Located next to the main station and judging by the interior one expects to find an Asian fast food place with freshly cooked dishes. Freshly cooked dishes: yes - fast food: no, we waited for 15 minutes for our food. The semi-self service is unfriendly, the food is mediocre at best. Far too expensive for what they serve at this unispiring location. Even at request a printed cash register receipt is not availble.

I have to admit that I am not crazy in love with Asian food, but this restaurant made me doubt my preferences. The 2 plates that me and my boyfriend had were so DAMN GOOD that I look forward to going back and try some more. So worth the money!

Sehr leckere und üppige Portionen bei guter Preis-/Leistung - wie man es von einem Asia Bistro erwartet. Gehen hier hin und wieder für die Mittagspause Essen abholen. Der vereinbarte Abholtermin ist in der Regel zuverlässig - auch bei größeren Bestellmengen. Von mir daher eine klare Empfehlung.

Mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Trier. Sehr nettes Personal, Essen kommt schnell, Preise sind ok und die Portionen sind groß genug, sodass man davon satt wird. Gehe dort öfters essen und habe es noch nicht bereut.
