Very nice beer garden. Food and drinks (homemade lemonade) were very good. Only one waitress was a bit lazy and put our limo at an empty table. It took a while until we noticed that our drinks were missing. But otherwise ok.

Nice location, unfortunately I didn't have enough to eat at a big event and the fish at the buffet was undercooked and half frozen

Expected more! I ate the chanterelle ragout with dumplings. A total of 7 chanterelles and a few small leftover chanterelles in the whole ragout for just under 20.00 euros.

Very good home-style food with that certain something... Everything from our own farm or the surrounding area... Very nicely located and furnished with a beautiful view, depending on where you sit, of Lake Constance. Plus very good wine that you can buy in the shop.. .

Food is mediocre, as is the service. I ordered an onion roast, I would have expected more for the price. Far too few onions, after all it's called onion roast, too little gravy and in my opinion the roast wasn't seasoned and salted enough. Schnitzel with fries were okay, you can't go wrong. But the best thing was that when we asked the waiter whether he could pack the remaining schnitzel with fries, he replied that he could give us aluminum foil, so he brought us aluminum foil and we had to pack our food ourselves on site. It wouldn't have been an issue for me if it had been any chip shop, but with such high ratings and a seemingly good restaurant, well. I experienced it for the first time.

We celebrated our wedding here and were really completely happy with this decision. The planning and implementation went smoothly and extremely professionally, the food is great and the service staff is really very friendly, competent and courteous. We would love to come back to eat and would be happy to recommend the restaurant!

The ambience is really nice, only the chairs are a bit uncomfortable, otherwise it would be 5 stars for the ambience. Service was good, but very busy. Probably like everywhere else there is a lack of staff. Food was okay, salad was a bit sour, Maultaschen had relatively few side dishes. Unfortunately there wasn't a tarte flambée that we wanted and changes to the ingredients on the other tarte flambées were not possible. We made a reservation at 7 p.m. because it said on the internet that there would be food until 7:45 p.m. There was a sign on site that said 7:15 p.m., which unfortunately wasn't told to me when I made the reservation. This made choosing food a bit stressful. Dogs allowed. Overall 4 stars.

Unfortunately no snack menu. The Maultaschen were very tasty, but the potato salad with it was probably not homemade. Overall the prices are completely overpriced!

We were there this afternoon. The service is good and fast. The ambience is very nice, with a view of Lake Constance. Unfortunately the food wasn't good. The fettucine with chanterelles was average, the chanterelles were tough and only lukewarm, I doubt they were fresh chanterelles, more likely from a jar or a can. The same applies to the tarte flambée with chanterelles, the tarte flambée was burnt black at the bottom, unfortunately only lukewarm and the mushrooms were also tough and rather cold. The mineral water was half frozen, but I was given an extra glass of water. The prices were too high for this meal. A pity!

Were invited to a wedding. Great food and very attentive and extremely friendly staff.

Very good food. High occupancy on our visit day at lunchtime. This results in increased preparation and waiting times. But nice accommodation from the restaurant to make up for it. Recommendation: reserve a table by phone, especially on weekends, and ask if the restaurant may not be available due to closed times.

We were there for wine tasting, excellent wines and great food, what more could you want! The staff was very friendly and customer oriented… Price/performance is also right!

Wir nahmen ein kleines Mittagessen ein. Roastbeef mit Salaten, Maultaschensuppe. Alles war sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und die Ambiente ist toll. Die regionalen Weine sind ebenfalls lecker, im Direktverkauf auch erhältlich für zu Hause.

We were there for wine tasting and dinner. We felt very comfortable there. The wine tasting was very pleasant. The lady who spent 2 hours with us told us a lot of interesting things. No wine was forced on us. Afterwards, if we wanted, we were able to shop in peace and quiet in the shop, which was open a little longer especially for us. We were able to finish the bottles of wine we had started with dinner. The wine tasting cost 25 euros per person. That's a fair price

Excellent. Very flexible. Was with a group of 50 people. Spontaneously visiting. It worked really well. Service and cuisine were perfect. The staff is very very committed. Gladly again.

The location right on the beautiful Lake Constance is fantastic. We were a group and had a wine tasting... it was held by a very competent, nice lady. We had a lot of fun. Afterwards we ate very well.

Food is good, portions are moderate, but the price is reasonable. Waiter unfriendly.

The food is expensive and it wasn't to our taste either, for example there was only pork schnitzel and no selection like turkey/chicken schnitzel like in other restaurants. I also didn't find the gravy with the spaetzle tasty; there were sauces that tasted much better in other restaurants. The only plus point: The ambience of the restaurant is nice, you can also sit outside and they have a playground for the kids to pass the time.

Excellent food served by friendly and nice staff in a brilliantly beautiful atmosphere. What more do you want?

VERY WELL EATED, great wine and great service

I doubt mine was onion roast. First a lady steak was mistakenly delivered... then a few minutes later my onion roast. Very small piece, probably the lady steak, so it was accordingly already tough. All other steaks were fine. The onions are limp and not crispy. Sauce was delicious. Too bad, I ate it and paid for it. A complaint would have led to discussions, and my family time was too valuable for that. Since I come from the catering industry, I am very sure that this is unfortunately how it was done. In any case, I will not visit this restaurant again. After all, there were 14 of us and we eat out regularly.

We were here last night and the food was delicious. There's nothing wrong with it. The wild garlic raviolis were absolutely amazing!! The waiter was great and gave us good advice on the wine selection and was very attentive. It was a great evening!

We were greeted at the door with a very smiling face. We were brought to the table without waiting, the atmosphere is extremely peaceful and it is a perfect place to enjoy your meal with a view of the beautiful mountains. I can definitely recommend it.👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1. Leider war die Speisekarte im Internet eine völlig andere als dann im Restaurant (im Internet wesentlich billiger und z.B. mit Flamkuchen). 2. Im Restaurant hat der kleine Salat 9.50 € gekostet. Diesen Preis habe ich noch nirgends bezahlt. Käsespätzle kosteten ohne Salat ca 18 €. Von diesen Preisen waren wir enttäuscht. Das Lokal war auch Samstag abends ziemlich leer. Essen und Service waren gut.

Sehr schönes Lokal unmittelbar an der Basilika mit gutem Blick auf den See. Sehr guter und netter Service. Die Speisen frisch und sehr lecker.

We chanced upon the restaurant because we were visiting the Zisterzienser-Priorat Kloster just across the road. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was professional and timely. We have visited 2 times now and tried the Pfannkuchen, Schnitzel and Boeuf Bourguignon as well as their homemade lemonade and coffee. They have a special of the day in addition to their regular menu. It's a beautiful restaurant with a perfect view of the Kloster and lake if you are seated by the window. There seems to be 2 storeys of dining area. You can also buy wine from the Bodensee region. There is also enough parking space outside of the restaurant.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Blick auf den See. Wasser ca. 100m entfernt. Toll eingerichtete und renovierte Zimmer mit Balkon.

Wir sind spontan dorthin gegangen weil wir in der Basilika waren. Das Essen war sehr lecker (hatte den veganen Flammkuchen und meine Frau Schnitzel mit Pommes). Die hausgemachte Limo war auch super. Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell. Mir hat auch die Atmosphäre gefallen. Ich hatte eine äh... sehr deutsch-rustikale Einrichtung von innen erwartet (wie die deutschen Restaurants halt nunmal häufig aussehen). Aber gar nicht! Innen sehr clean und modern gehalten und mit dem alten Fachwerk kombiniert.

Wir waren schon des öfteren in diesem Lokal essen. Was uns etwas negativ stimmte ist das es abends nur noch bis 21h geöffnet ist und spätesten bis 20 h die Speisen gewählt sein muss. Wir hatten den Kürbis bit Entenbrust das als Hauptspeise deklariert wurde, sie Portionen waren so klein das wir noch eine Hauptspeise bestellt haben. Das beste war aber das die Bedienung uns gesagt hatte das Ente ein etwas Fettiges Fleisch hat, das aber der Kürbis lauwarm und das Entenfleisch kalt ist wurde nicht erwähnt. Wir sind jedes Jahr öfters am Bodensee und dieses Restaurant gehört zu den Orten, die wir jedes Mal besuchen. Super lecker, Service sehr aufmerksam und Preis sehr fair. Immer wieder gerne.

Wunderschöner, für die Umgebung authentischer Ort. Sehr netter Service udn hervorragendes Essen, überwiegend aus eigener Herstellung. Ich habe die Ravioli mit Blutwurstfuellung gegessen, mal anders/ creativ. Ich kann das Lokal nur Seher ans herz legen. Ich habe nur einen kleinen negativ Punkt, an dem sich nichts ändern lässt und das ist die Lage an der unterhalb liegenden, sehr befahrenen B31.

Habe zufällig dort angehalten. Sah den Außenbereich vom Restaurant u dachte da mach ich mal eine Pause, schön im Schatten eines Baumes. Wurde sehr lieb begrüßt, mein Hund bekam Wasser u ich habe mir ein einfaches Schnitzel mit Pommes bestellt u eine Cola. Cola mit Eis u Zitrone, toll ! Schnitzel, gleich zwei u richtig lecker. Pommes, auf den Punkt genau. Der Stop hat sich gelohnt. Nicht zu vergessen der tolle Ausblick auf den Bodensee.

Ein toller Ort für eine Einkehr am Mittag. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und höflich. Essen war lecker und toll angerichtet. Leider ist nebenan eine laute Straße, aber ich habe es sehr genossen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker , geschmackvoll und frisch zubereitet . Im Biergarten hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick über den Bodensee . Der Service ist sehr freundlich , schnell und sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder .

Wir wollten am frühen Nachmittag in dem Restaurant etwas essen. Wie gewünscht, haben wir am Eingang gewartet, nachdem mehrere Minuten vergingen, ohne das uns das offensichtlich nicht überlastete Personal registrierte, sind wir an die Theke gegangen. Dort wurden wir barsch darauf hingewiesen, das wir am Eingang zu warten hätten. Als wir unseren Wunsch nach einem schattigen Tisch äußerten wurde uns ein Tisch angeboten, der bereits erkennbar in der Sonne lag. Unser dahingehender Einwand wurde unverschämt zurückgewiesen. Vermutlich der Chef erklärte uns statt dessen, wir sollten das Lokal verlassen, was wir allerdings bei der Behandlung sowieso gemacht hätten. Eine derartige Behandlung entspricht nicht unseren Vorstellungen von einem guten Lokal.

Hallo Leute, waren heute hier zur Kaffeezeit. Draußen war bei gutem Wetter gut besucht. Die Bedienung war nett und zeigte uns unseren Tisch. Der Kaffee war gut und der Kuchen mit Sahne war lecker. Auch der Hugo war gut gemacht und Preis Leistung hat gestimmt, kann man empfehlen.

Wir waren kurzfristig zum Abendessen dort, haben vorher angerufen und reserviert. Das Essen war lecker, die Teller nicht zu voll. Wir haben Birnauer Müller-Thurgau getrunken, mild und leicht. Der Service war sehr freundlich und nett!!!
