Service quick and friendly. Part of the restaurant/bar looks more like a fast food restaurant. It has little or nothing to do with a bar in the classic sense. Price/performance is okay. Food is OK.

I was looking for a restaurant to eat peacefully with the family. I based it on Google Maps notes. And I was surprised by the quality of service and the meal. We had a blast. I congratulate the team and I recommend 👍

Took a quick lunch break here today. I only heard from friends that the food was very good. So go ahead and make your own impression. I had the minced skewer roulade with bulgur and didn't know what to expect. I was all the more surprised by the smell that wafted around my nose when the food was in front of me. It smelled of lamb, garlic, tomatoes and spices that you can hardly describe. So does the taste. Simply incredibly delicious. Finally there was a mocha with a baklava. I can only recommend it and look forward to the next visit

There were seven of us and we were pretty happy. Attentive and funny service. Everything is possible. The food was really good and plentiful.

I really liked the Bilo Restaurant and Bar in Merzig. I've been there several times. It has two larger, cozy interior rooms and a large terrace, which is always busy when the weather is right. You can eat there for lunch and dinner. The food has a Mediterranean, Turkish touch and is always delicious. The price-performance ratio is right, the service is attentive and friendly, which is why I will be going there again soon.

People here ask for Selman, he is the best waiter. I'm actually very picky but it was really great here and I had nothing to complain about. we'll be back.

Simply a cozy shop! Almost every evening we sit in a large group and enjoy our delicious food or our Cay, which is priced at €1 and therefore fits every budget! The service is fun yet professional. Short waiting times, gladly again.

The good reviews are true. Very friendly operators, delicious food and affordable prices. A real restaurant and not a snack bar. The house wine was excellent and at €14 a bottle in the restaurant it was also very good value.

Like fresh warm bread with a dip. Before the main course and after the meal, a small typical Turkish dessert on the house. We love the Bilos Bistro. It's really nice and familiar there. The food tastes suuupppeeerrrr delicious. The dishes are freshly prepared and special requests are always taken into account (greetings from cream sauce :-)). Selman is the nicest and funniest waitress ever. Many greetings, Dani, Markus and the kids

Je vais avec un ami depuis 3 ans dans ce restaurant 4 ou 5 fois par an , la cuisine est excellente , rien à voir avec le sempiternel Kebab , L'accueil est sympatique , le vin blanc trés bon , le rouge aussi , j'ai mes plats préférés - dont je ne me souviens pas du nom turc , j'ai un faible pour le poulet servi avec une sauce crémeuse , le plat est accompagné d'un mixte froid tomate poivrons hâchés avec un assaisonnement rafraichissant , je recommande aussi en dessert les gâteaux à la pistache !

After we had already driven 1 million past the restaurant, I had dinner at Bilo with my husband. The boss was incredibly nice. The food was great. Ambience very appealing and nice. We will visit the restaurant more often and recommend it to others. TIPTOP

We got the shop here as an insider tip. Food: we have nothing to complain about. I have rarely eaten so well, everything is fresh, prepared behind a glass wall and is simply legendary. Service: Family-run restaurant. The woman is at the front in service and is just a great and nice woman. The man stands at the charcoal grill and prepares the delicious food. Cousin is also in service. Conclusion: Since we come from Frankfurt, we will definitely stop here when we are passing through. For all others. Reserve a table and try it, you won't be disappointed. I was just visiting Merzig briefly and ended up at the Bulo Restaurant & Bar by chance. The food was super tasty, I had the chicken grill plate. My wife had the chicken skewer. The taste was very tasty, grilled on an open fire. Simply delicious! Price was also reasonable. SERVICE VERY FRIENDLY. Restaurant was well attended.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, Bilos Restaurant zu besuchen. Ich war wirklich begeistert ! Das Ambiente war gemütlich und einladend, der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, und das Essen war absolut köstlich. Ich habe das Gericht Gemischter Grillteller bestellt, und es war perfekt zubereitet. Das Lamm war Butterweich. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken war top, und es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Ich habe heute zum ersten mal hier mit meiner Frau gegessen. Das Essen war superlecker, die Bedienung herzlich freundlich, keine aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit, toll. Schön war vor allem zu beobachten, wie die junge Chefin mit älteren Herrschaften umging. Hie fühlt sich sicher Jung und Alt wohl. Mein Fazit: wir kommen wieder, dies ist ein nur empfehlendswertes Lokal.

Aardige bediening met een grote lach en een gevoel voor service en humor. Eten was erg lekker, al was de hoeveelheid patatjes die je bij je gerecht kreeg een beetje treurig Hebben op het terras gezeten en tja, sfeer is dan moeilijk. Rustig op straat.

Das Essen, besonders die Grillteller sind super lecker und machen satt. Vor dem Hauptgang gibt es zudem noch frisches Brot. Mussten ungefähr eine Stunde auf den Hauptgang warten, war aber mit Salat und Brot vorher kein Problem. Preis/Leistung, sowie der Service g ist auch top. Gerne wieder!

Sehr leckeres und frisches Essen . Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Veganes Essen problemlos zu bekommen. Wir sind Stammgäste seit der Eröffnung und kommen oder bestellen regelmäßig. Bisher waren wir ausnahmslos immer zufrieden!

Für ein Bistro überraschend. Die von uns bestellten Gerichte waren lecker, die Portionen ausreichend, es ging schnell und die Preise sind ok. Bedienung war auch nett. Kein 5 Sterne Restaurant aber für ein Essen auf die schnelle empfehlenswert.

Das Essen schmeckt super! Alles ist mega lecker gewürzt und preisgünstig ist es auch noch. Die Bedienungen sind alle sehr sehr freundlich und machen mit den Gästen auch gerne einen kleinen Scherz. Alles in allem fühlt man sich sehr willkommen! :) Auch für Vegetarier gibt es einiges an Auswahl. Ich hatte die Pide und kann diese auch sehr empfehlen. Wenn der Teig für die Pizzen, der gleiche ist wie bei der Pide, dann *müssen* die auch super lecker sein. Sehr zu empfehlen :)
