If you're into food combining... first of all, undercooked meat, straight from the skewer, and pork still bloody is a no-go. The vegetables, broccoli, and cauliflower were too tough with canned béchamel sauce. Beans were simply soaked in water without any butter, and he seriously put 2.5 beans on my plate. Then I asked for some more mushrooms, the waitress said, "Then just take everything." The carrots were delicious. The meat was otherwise okay... Of course, the meat doesn't taste seasoned on the inside... I don't like it. But to each his own... By the time the meat arrives, the vegetables are already cold. Fries were good, and so were the potato chips. Conclusion: You have to like it, either cold vegetables with warm meat or everything separately. The waiter was very nice, though.

Super great restaurant. I've been a regular there for 10 years. Super great, friendly, and welcoming staff. I only ever eat rodizio there, which is truly incredibly delicious. The salad bar is really fresh, and there's a lot to choose from. I always enjoy coming back. If it's very busy, you might have to wait a little longer for the meat, but that's not the restaurant's fault. Otherwise, very satisfied. The price-performance ratio is also good ☺️

We went to Rodizio last night and returned home very disappointed. At first, our table was ignored. The meat wasn't cooked through, but rather tender. The potato casserole was too salty, and the vegetables were still raw. We are very disappointed and won't be going back. What a shame.

My meal (grilled platter) was served carelessly; the meat was dry, and the minced steak was greasy and gristly, along with soggy, dry fries. Something in the side salad was sour (spilled over)! Only the prices are hefty. The manager seemed annoyed, as if he wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible. Only when we paid did he say (almost rudely) that card payments weren't accepted. The restaurant made a sleazy impression on me and my companions (four people). I won't set foot there again and almost want to warn others. How this restaurant got such positive reviews is beyond me.

We had a grill platter, I think we ordered 45 or so, for €35, with fries, two Spezi (spicy beer), and a water. This package was charged for two, even though it shouldn't have been. The platter was a joke: 6 small pieces of steak, almost raw, only seared once, the fries had probably been kept warm, and 8 small croquettes, a couple of mushrooms... Bam, €86. Things used to be better! Annoying waiters... dirty toilets... absolutely crap... never again!

We wanted to eat Rudizio...the problem was, the people never brought the meat...twice within 30 minutes...I was really angry! Then the waiter came and asked me if I wanted anything else specific...then something else came...not recommended!

The BBQ was very tasty, the steak was cooked to perfection and without any tendons, but unfortunately, it's hard to manage more than two portions. My wife's lamb, however, was quite tough, lukewarm, and overcooked. The new portion after a complaint wasn't much better. Next time we'll have Rodizio, apparently they're best at it.

We stopped here by chance, very tasty grilled meat, asparagus soup or salad bar goes with the dish. Very nice staff.

Delicious food! The steaks and scampi are excellent and of very good quality! The service staff was super nice. The ambience is very nice. The delicious food is available at a cheaper price during happy hour. We'd love to come back. In the evenings and on weekends it is better to reserve in advance.

Why you're impressed at first and then go home disappointed in the end. The ambience and arrival hide the small inconsistencies of the visit. Huge interior space and even outdoor seating provide plenty of space for large groups. At the beginning the large white plate is empty and the drinks are ordered. Large drinks offer plenty of quantity, but my cola was non-carbonated, more like sweet sugar water. The salad bar was ok, the offerings were varied, unfortunately the eggs were cold and completely overcooked. Later, the young waiters appear little by little and offer their meat skewers. If something falls down there, there's an "oops" and no excuse for splashes of grease flying away. At first you are oversupplied with meat, the desired side dishes arrive very late and the fries seem to have been rejected. When eating, the adjacent tables are then roughly cleaned with spray cleaning agents. The chemicals in the air are perfect for eating. At some point the interior becomes empty, meaning there no longer seems to be any reason for the waiters to offer any more food. No one was seen for about 20 minutes; instead, half the staff had to eat dinner with small children at the next table. Only then were there occasional requests for new dishes. Even multiple requests for additional supplements were answered with “come back soon” and in the end they were largely unheard of. The way to the toilet is not really visible, larger labels would easily help. The toilets on the men's side were pure horror. So dirty, wherever the dirt came from, doesn't belong in a restaurant like this. If you don't care about the guests, then at least the place should be clean. The highlight at the end comes with the payment. The menu shows a reduced price for Sundays from 5 p.m., but of course this does not apply on public holidays. The fact that the restaurant then treats Mother's Day as a holiday is the final straw. All in all, a good concept in gastronomy, only this individual restaurant tramples on the idea. You should think carefully about whether you want to eat there.

The positive first: The employees are friendly. We have eaten Rhodizio several times in other restaurants. Until now we knew that it started with side dishes and the skewers were gradually served. You always had to be careful not to eat too much of the side dishes in order to still have room for meat. It's not like that in Jesteburg. From the beginning you have the feeling that you are eating food that combines food. By the time the first side dish was offered, there were already three skewers. Initially there was only one other table outside that was taking part in the Rhodizio. These guests and we were served attentively. When two more tables were occupied after a few minutes, the waiters' attention changed. From that point on we were no longer offered any side dishes. We could see that there were also side dishes that had not been offered to us before The waiter looked at us every now and then, but didn't think it was necessary to come to us. Of the three other waiters who served the skewers, two were focused on the two newly occupied tables. A third waiter, with somewhat colorful hair, was the only one who continued to keep an eye on all the tables. He continued to be attentive and friendly. We spent almost €90 in this restaurant for two people today. But the service is really bad and the selection of side dishes (including poultry meat) is very poor. You still have a lot of room for improvement

Yes, it's good! The salad buffet is great. But unfortunately not as good as it was a few years ago. Very quickly a lot of meat and unfortunately few interesting side dishes. Very narrow seating and therefore very loud. Nice but very expensive. Therefore it no longer feels like anything special.

Delicious meat dishes from up to and a service that never stops until you can't anymore. If you had a points system of 1-100, 500 points would be too few 👍👍👍

Six of us went to eat Rodizio in the restaurant, it was surprising to read that there was also a vegetarian option. In der Karte stand vegetarisches Rodizio mit Beilagen, leider gab es nur Beilagen wie es die zum normalen Rodizio gibt. Unfortunately, no skewers with grilled vegetables or similar, if you can't afford the promised vegetarian option because of the number of meat-eating guests, you should take it off the menu. Für die Fleischessenden war das Essen gut und reichhaltig, der Service wirkte doch sehr überfordert bei der Menge an Gästen. Wir bekamen ein Tisch im Wintergarten wo es sehr laut war, obwohl ich bei der Reservierung ein Tisch in einer Ruhigen Ecke verlangte. So there is a lot of potential for improvement.

The Rodizio was plentiful and very tasty, the service was very friendly. I wanted to try Rodizio for the first time with my wife. I was also looking for a special location because I have a big birthday coming up. Unfortunately, there seems to be a maintenance backlog regarding the sanitary facilities; a lot of things are broken. Since most people also pay attention to such things, I decided not to have my birthday party there. I think that's a shame because everything else worked fine. The toilets should be renovated.

All very good. Nice and attentive service. The only drawback was the table. Since there are very narrow benches it is very tight for 6 people. People with long legs quickly become uncomfortable. When those at the back want to get out, everyone always has to get up. Even with three people next to each other, the range of motion is very difficult. Food was very tasty. If you want more space, you should reserve the winter garden.

The address for meat lovers... A large selection of meat - cut from a spit - straight from the charcoal grill... there is a good salad bar that ranges from olives, pepperoni, corn, cucumbers etc... Side dishes such as grilled champions, potato wedges, Brussels sprouts, beans... there was even grilled pineapple and banana at the end... There is also scampi "all you can eat"... Reservation is an advantage... Waiters very friendly and always helpful...

Rodizio meat skewers were good. Unfortunately not all skewers were preserved. Some of the vegetables were over salted. Fries or potato side dishes are unsalted and unseasoned.

We've been there several times now, the last time was an absolute disaster. We had to constantly ask whether we would get meat or vegetables again, or despite asking several times, the side dish only arrived shortly before the end, once with sweet potato fries. That's why the one with the cabbage sausages was there four times. A little further from us there were people who seemed to be there more often or who were more conspicuous than us. They were asked every time we walked along or were given meat or side dishes or or or without any problems. It does have a not-so-nice aftertaste The table behind us, like us, wasn't too impressed either. But they put it a little more bluntly with the waiter and said that without constant asking nothing comes and the plate remains empty. Really sad for the price We've been coming here for years but it's never been this bad and we probably won't come back.

We prefer to sit upstairs ☝️ It's the most comfortable there.

We went there for brunch with several people and children and made reservations in advance. If you can't come, or if the number of people changes, you should definitely let us know in advance, because the Hacienda really feels like it needs EVERY space. The brunch buffet was extremely rich and, in our opinion, there was something for every taste. The variety of desserts is also extremely appealing. The types of meat that are cut on a spit at the guest's place are also extremely tasty and there is actually every kind imaginable. De facto, the food is simply brilliant. The service is also very courteous, but it can still happen that a drink order is forgotten... that was the case with me. The ambience is generally appealing, but the hall can also be quite loud when it is so full. Conclusion: Definitely worth a visit (or several ;-)). In terms of price, I would consider it to be "expandable", especially for families... but due to the enormous wealth, it is somehow justified.

We made a written reservation for brunch yesterday. Today at. 8:40 a.m. tel. tried to confirm the appointment. The announcement states that the store can be reached from 11 a.m. At 11 a.m. we stand in front of the closed door, we see someone from the staff sitting in the restaurant who then disappears. At 11:10 a.m. I call the restaurant and leave a message asking for a call back. I wasn't called back and apparently there was no brunch even though it is shown on the homepage. We recently ate there and were curious about brunch because it was advertised on the menu. We drove for 3/4 hour and we were noticed without any reaction. We don't find the behavior customer-friendly. We will draw our conclusions from this.👎

This branch of Rodizio was really a disappointment. I reserved a table at Rodizio Jesteburg with my team of 12 and called a week before to ask if they also had grilled fish. One of the employees said yes and asked why I wanted to know. I explained that I am Muslim and can only eat halal slaughtered meat from halal animals. I was told that Rodizio has a special section for halal meat, everything is separated and they also pay attention to the suppliers. I was very happy about this, but after an hour's drive I was told by a waiter on site that what I was told was not true at all. I don't expect Rodizio to offer special dishes for Muslims, but they shouldn't lie to customers so much.

We were there on Boxing Day. Sooo full...that was almost unbearable. And as expected, not recommended for vegetarians. Although vegetarian Rodizio is offered. I was offered two types of vegetables in the two hours. And at the very end, some fries. But well... Why do you even go to this restaurant as a vegetarian? ... Because the family wanted it 😫 However, the meat eaters weren't happy either.

We traveled to Jesteburg for Christmas because we have family living there and they invited us to a birthday party. A Brazilian waiter served us very well. Without a doubt we will repeat. Those who like meat will undoubtedly enjoy this restaurant, because they really have a lot of variety. We are from Barcelona.

Cruel + rip off! We were there for Christmas this year and last year with 9 people. First we stood for ages until we were brought to the table, then after we hadn't even sat for 5 minutes and hadn't had any drinks, the waiters came rushing in, you couldn't eat that quickly. Then not all of the side dishes arrived and after the rush, no more meat for ages, but 5x the bananas and pineapples. So this concept is known in Hamburg and in the other two Rodizios where we have been several times; it is better organized and everyone knows where to go. The meat isn't particularly tasty and is sometimes like the sole of a shoe. The icing on the cake, however, was that we were charged for things we never drank! Waiter totally overwhelmed and suddenly so unfriendly just because you insist; to take this out because never drank! Throw the debit cards at us, be insulting, etc. So pay attention to your bills! We were there for the last time yesterday! Incredible!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with my previous reviewer (Ms. Sulema). We also had an appointment there for Christmas with our family (over 20 people) and were thoroughly disappointed. The waiter seemed overwhelmed by the number of people sitting at the long table. The first sigh on his part was when we didn't all want the "Rodizio" and a vegetarian asked about the vegetarian Rodizio. However, the drinks that were ordered during the evening always came quickly, hence the one star. However, I cannot recommend the Rodizio there. The beef and some side dishes either didn't come at all or, when asked, came right at the end. When you didn't want to pay for all 20 people together, the second sigh came and in retrospect you knew why. We also had people who couldn't understand their bill. Luckily, I had written down in my phone what we had as a family of three. Since Ms. Sulema also described this problem, I assume that this trick is the method here. To eat: The salad buffet was small, but most of the items were fresh. Unfortunately, no peppers were offered with the salad here. To the Rodizio: At the beginning the waiters come in droves with the skewers and you don't know where to put the things on your already large plate and then nothing comes for ages. It seems like mass processing. This is how pigs must feel in a fattening farm, terrible. Unfortunately we asked for the beef relatively late. Up to that point, the beef had come into our area, but the waiter always passed us and didn't respond to a shout or hand signal. When most of them were already relatively full, boiled beef and sirloin steak arrived. In total: Unfortunately it was very disappointing. The Christmas music was too loud, the service was semi-good and the rodizio was rather disappointing. If you want to go there for the meat skewers, you're better off at Panthera Rodizio in Hamburg-Harburg. We won't be back, but that certainly won't bother the store.

On Christmas Day we, 4 adults and 2 children (2.5 & 1.5 years) went for brunch. Unfortunately, there was more “mass” than great here. Crammed together in a very small space, it's just not nice. We had to beg for a children's chair, which was brought to us after about 30 minutes, from outside, dirty and wet. The food from the buffet was ok, but not appropriate for a “Christmas brunch”. Unfortunately we had to pay the full child price for a 1.5 year old child, which is completely incomprehensible to us. Unfortunately, some of the staff were very unfriendly, and when we asked whether there was alcohol in the dessert, they couldn't give us any information. FYI: the little one's mom is still breastfeeding! Card payment was also not possible (without any instructions). All in all not recommended!

Water [bottle] is just cheekily handed to you without you ordering it! And because you are asked to pay for it, we are talking about something that was neither ordered nor is it a special drink. Impudence!! People will take your money wherever they can, so pay close attention.

We were there for brunch today. Sorry, dear Hacienda, but that really wasn't good. The background noise was borderline and had nothing to do with a cozy brunch. The food on offer was plentiful, but of poor or poor quality. Quantity instead of class. Some of the service staff were very annoying with questions about coffee at 2 minute intervals! A little more simply letting the guest have brunch with a small coffee pot on the table would be great. The constant questions don't work at all! The rodizio was fine.

Big disappointment. About 3 weeks ago we ordered a goose and a duck with the appropriate side dishes for Christmas Eve. When we asked when ordering how many people the goose and side dishes were intended for, 4 to 5 people were stated. That's why I added the duck with side dishes to be on the safe side. When I picked up the box in the afternoon, everything was packed and couldn't be checked. The result at home after we unpacked... was a completely mushy little goose, only half a duck, also of poor quality, a mini pot of sauce, 8 small dumplings and a few croquettes as well as the only usable red cabbage. Thank God we had other food, so we were at least a little full. The good man took €200 from me for this too small and bad meal. By the way, there were 5 of us. The store is not recommended

Very disappointing! Went there with a large group for the rodizio, which was supposed to be there according to the menu. Unfortunately, it was canceled on site, even though it was offered everywhere both online and on the menu, because, according to the waiter, it was “cancelled by the boss that day.” Got food à la carte as we had an alternative option. The steak was well cooked and dry. Listless staff, requests were not addressed. It was a very bad experience for the journey we had to make.
