Super tasty. Most of the waiters are super friendly, but the younger ones definitely have room for improvement. There were four of us there and we were allowed to take our best friend "Gouldie" with us, which was very important to us. We'd love to come back😊

Unfortunately, this restaurant has already had its best days. It could use an update. The toilets are in great need of renovation. The food was okay, we didn't have the Rodizio, but something from the normal menu. But for steak I would go somewhere else. The service wasn't very attentive. We won't come again.

Delicious Rodizio in a slightly dusty atmosphere

The food was very tasty and the service was humorous and attentive to the guests. S.h: We were given a quiet place because we had our dog, Grandpa, with us.

Unfortunately there was no buffet at lunchtime, but still highly recommended. The lunch menu is also not to be sniffed at.

Came here on the recommendation of a neighbor... Ordered Rodizio... Very impressed. Very good food, lots of choice on the plate and replenishments always came extremely quickly. We really liked it and the price is more than fair considering the quality. Sometimes a waiter is missing because of drinks and supplies, but you're there comfortably and not on the run. The hall itself was good, but too big and too loud for us personally. Normal conversation at the table was actually impossible. But the food was good. Always my pleasure.

First time such bad service had to pay so much. Every 20 or 30 minutes the staff never comes back.

Except for the undercooked vegetables, the food is great. Rooms are a bit confusing and dark. You have no idea which waiter is responsible for you.

I ate here with my wife on August 31, 2024 on the occasion of my 23rd wedding anniversary. The quality of the food is very good. Unfortunately we had the impression that we were at a train station. The frequency of employees coming to the table with meat or other side dishes was almost every minute. Everything seemed very rushed. A few employees only asked me (not also my wife, who was sitting opposite me), if I would like something that I had brought with me. If I said no, they (male/female) disappeared again without asking my wife. The drink service didn't really work either. After our first ordered drinks, none of the drinks waiters came to the table and asked if we would like to drink something else. Everything here gave the impression that the guest had to be quickly fed and gone!! The sanitary facilities (M and W) did not make an inviting impression. An unpleasant toilet smell in both locations, full trash cans with towel paper, unclean toilet cubicles and taped-off urinals in the men's toilet. Suggestion to the operator: Place small tongs for the meat at the customer's place so that they can remove the meat from the assador when cutting at the table before it falls onto the plate. The meat falling onto the plate left me with splatters of gravy all over my white polo shirt. The Rodizio in Scheeßel does it that way too!! It wouldn't be a bad idea to give customers a printout of the receipt when they pay, instead of just placing the cashier's cell phone on the table with the receipt. We were not asked for a paper receipt, as the tax office requires. I won't eat here again. For me, food is usually relaxation and not an escape. It wasn't my first time in a Rodizio restaurant, but I'm not familiar with it!

Food…actually I can’t really say anything about it. The favorites were served by the service staff. 3 types of meat, not a vegetable side dish, potato variations and more. Everything runs through an Orderbird. Obligatory receipts are not taken seriously. Conclusion: Not recommended

Absolute disaster, the store deserves 0 stars. Staff underground Unfriendly, you get insulted when you ask if you can get something that isn't on the menu. Others at the table had ordered rodizio. When the lady with the cauliflower came to the table, she spilled it on my cell phone while she was filling up the plates. She noticed this, smiled and went to the next table. You really have to experience eating like in a pigsty. A few minutes later my food arrived and I asked the waiter for ketchup. She assured me that she would take care of it, but nothing happened for over 10 minutes. In the meantime I asked 3 other waitresses for ketchup, and they didn't bother with it either. At the end of the song I got ketchup from the kitchen myself and the food was cold. If that's not enough for you... Since the others at the table were eating Rodizio, the gentleman came around with a meat skewer and had to go to the last corner of the table. So he held up the skewer, dripping with fat and oil, and passed it over the heads of the others to the end of the table. So that's how you get greasy hair ;). Otherwise there is food that has fallen flat everywhere under the tables and in the aisles, but the service also makes it look similar to a pigsty on the table. Send the health department there and close the shop. Just the right thing to really ruin your evening. First and last time.

Good cuisine, friendly service, price performance is right

It's better to pay a little more somewhere else, but enjoy it from start to finish. The affordable price is reflected in the quality.

We were tired of spare ribs and chicken wings. We were able to easily swap the country potatoes for a baked potato. Unfortunately, the baguette bread was missing from the meal. The chicken wings were super seasoned and really crispy and hot. Unfortunately, the spare ribs were only lukewarm, making them a little firmer and drier.

Nice shop, unfortunately the service wasn't that good, unfriendly waiters.

We are now regular guests and come here often. The food is great and the service is first class 😃 the girls are very accommodating, as is the male team 👍🏼 always available for a chat. Big praise, great restaurant 😁 And our dog, Wilma, is always welcome, thank you 💗

If I could give 0 stars I would give zero stars. The food that arrives at your seat at Rodizio is really delicious, the only problem is that we've been sitting there hungry for 2.5 hours and all the waiters walk past you and treat you as if you were air. There's a dog in the kitchen, it's just disgusting.

The taste of the food is okay. The prices are too high, the portions are getting smaller and the waitresses, with a few exceptions, are becoming increasingly unfriendly. Outdoors, the poor acoustics were accompanied by even worse music. We're going to avoid the house for a while. Good food is served cheaper and friendlier elsewhere.

If you could give 0 stars, I would! I've been there several times. Unfortunately I will never come back because the service is terrible. The men with the pikes walk past you as if you didn't exist. Despite waving and shouting, no one comes. After I spoke to the “foreman”, 3 men with skewers came within 2 minutes, but after that no one again. In total we were here for over 2 1/2 hours and are still hungry. There was also a dog in the kitchen half the time. This is absolutely unhygienic! Unfortunately it is no longer the true thing and cannot be recommended!

You will be properly taken care of and fully cared for. Prices are okay. There are also enough parking spaces. It's better to make a reservation than to stay hungry afterwards.

You can read everywhere online and on the door that brunch starts on Sunday at 11 a.m. When we arrived at that time, the parking lot was already suspiciously empty. At the door we were sent away in broken English by an unfriendly lady. A restaurant should at least be able to communicate the times correctly, and the website recommends reserving a table on Sunday...

Food was good in terms of taste and portion size. Service staff are in the mood to joke, which makes the whole atmosphere cozy. What I unfortunately have to complain about, therefore only 3 stars, is that as soon as the dishes are cleared away, there is no longer any staff to be seen. This means: You start looking to order drinks or desserts or to pay the bill.

The food is delicious. What I think is a shame is that at the beginning a skewer seems to come to the table every minute and later not at all. I also had the impression that there were very few side dishes this time (e.g. fries, potato gratin).

A nice restaurant, clean and well maintained. We were there with five people and chose the Rodizio. All the meat kebabs that were brought to our table were delicious. We went to Rodizio for the first time this week and sat on the very large terrace. The staff was always friendly. The meat was cut from the spit at the table and was usually very tender, the vegetables were crunchy and you could also help yourself to the salad buffet. We felt like we were in good hands there, it tasted delicious and we would love to come back.

On the offer page it says: A. Rodizio all day, without reference to the fact that Rodizio is only served from 5 p.m. I went to Rodizio and found out that the information on the website was wrong and that I was lured here under false pretenses. Never again!

Why such a bad rating? Quite simply, boiled beef was only available upon request, skirt steak was not served to us at all. (although many other guests were served steak rump and boiled beef) We asked politely three times, then the boiled beef came and then the pineapple, which served as a dessert. From then on we were left out by the service staff. Everything we got (side dishes of vegetables and various parts of pork) were very tasty. But no comparison to a Rodizio in Hamburg

If you don't get enough here, you're doing something wrong. Starting with the extensive salad buffet, a delicious selection of meat, side dishes and fruit is delivered directly to the table every few minutes.

Arrived, guests come out of the men's and women's toilet no towel paper. Wait 1 hour for the table, 4 x side dishes, no meat. We had a quick smoke and met other guests who weren't happy either. We then left and said we didn't like it because we weren't even full. Owner became unfriendly. Another guest came who, 1 hour after our arrival, still complained that there was no toilet paper in the women's toilet. Poor restaurant. Thank God I'm now banned from the house. Good luck

Very good food. If you leave here hungry, it's your own fault. Rodizio is very meat-heavy. But there are also vegetarian dishes. The ambience depends very much on the area in which you sit. Definitely make a reservation!

Lots of meat, delicious as always

We went to eat Rodizio with 6 people this evening. Complete catastrophe, that's all I can think of. 20 minutes almost the full program, then nothing more. Nothing came when I asked. We were basically ignored, well maybe we had already eaten our share. Drinks were also difficult, the waiter didn't really care. At some point we decided to pay and just leave. Normally we still eat dessert and drink a cocktail...prefer to have an ice cream somewhere else. This was definitely our last visit, for the price they charge here I just expect more.

Ordered a 400 gram Hacienda steak plate and received about 220 grams of thin, dry, miserable meat. In the future we will only stop by when our waiter Daschno's car is at the door. I was very annoyed yesterday.

Unfortunately you have to give 1 star for service and food. For the first 20 minutes things went really well with the food and the skewers. The food is generally quite tasty, but unfortunately after 20 minutes you are ignored and no longer provided with food. When we complained, the waiter became rude and unfriendly! The complaint didn't change the fact that no more skewers or side dishes arrived. So we decided to go and get rid of the remaining feeling of hunger at home. The store is not worth the €29.90 per person! It's a shame it used to be much better. If I'm rude and grumpy, I can go somewhere else.

Treat yourself to the great Rodizio program. It's just heavenly. Top quality salad and meat. The service is top league and the waiters are friendly. Salad bar, service, ambience and the sauces were top. Unfortunately we weren't that impressed with the meat. It was very dry in places. Especially pork and turkey wrapped in bacon. The side dishes were great. We won't take the 45 minute drive anymore. Very unfortunate.

The service was underground! We were treated unfriendly, hardly taken into account and although Rodizio was offered until 11 p.m., we were treated like dirt that needed to be swept out quickly from 8 p.m. Hardly any gentlemen came by with their food. We always had to demand the food because no one came to us and when they did they all came at once or they chatted at our table and talked very animatedly about a guest who must have annoyed them shortly before. We were able to hear exactly who the guest was and what they were doing. It doesn't work at all! We were told in an extremely unfriendly manner that we would not be clear enough if we wanted some of the supplements. A few of us had an Aperol. The first was good and the second was disgusting. The food was good throughout, at least what we received, but everything else was terribly bad. We haven't been to the Hacienda in years and won't be coming back anytime soon! We could have burned the money we left behind!

We've been coming here for years but it's never been this bad and we probably won't come back.

The meat was top quality, vegetables were super tender and very fresh... unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired .We had to wait a long time for drinks...you can definitely plan that differently...on the whole it was a great evening.We'll definitely be back...unfortunately I forgot to take photos...
