We enjoyed Rodicio for the first time. And we learned something right away: don't take too much salad from the salad bar (it's a shame it gets thrown away) and try everything SLOWLY without rushing. The guys are always running back and forth, so everyone is super friendly, and the food—meat and side dishes—is to everyone's liking. We'll go again. Thanks

Six of us went to eat Rodizio in the restaurant, it was surprising to read that there was also a vegetarian option. In der Karte stand vegetarisches Rodizio mit Beilagen, leider gab es nur Beilagen wie es die zum normalen Rodizio gibt. Unfortunately, no skewers with grilled vegetables or similar, if you can't afford the promised vegetarian option because of the number of meat-eating guests, you should take it off the menu. Für die Fleischessenden war das Essen gut und reichhaltig, der Service wirkte doch sehr überfordert bei der Menge an Gästen. Wir bekamen ein Tisch im Wintergarten wo es sehr laut war, obwohl ich bei der Reservierung ein Tisch in einer Ruhigen Ecke verlangte. So there is a lot of potential for improvement.

We have been to the Hacienda several times now and it is always a highlight. That's why you're happy to drive over 200km. Until now we have always had the Rodizio. No matter what was brought to the table on a skewer, everything was simply a dream. Grilled to perfection, very juicy and tender. And the taste in every bite is simply heavenly. The Rodizio was plentiful and very tasty, the service was very friendly. I wanted to try Rodizio for the first time with my wife. I was also looking for a special location because I have a big birthday coming up. Unfortunately, there seems to be a maintenance backlog regarding the sanitary facilities; a lot of things are broken. Since most people also pay attention to such things, I decided not to have my birthday party there. I think that's a shame because everything else worked fine. The toilets should be renovated.

All very good. Nice and attentive service. The only drawback was the table. Since there are very narrow benches it is very tight for 6 people. People with long legs quickly become uncomfortable. When those at the back want to get out, everyone always has to get up. Even with three people next to each other, the range of motion is very difficult. Food was very tasty. If you want more space, you should reserve the winter garden.

Had dinner there yesterday. Not recommended. Fish is too small, steak was bad... Never again!!!!

The address for meat lovers... A large selection of meat - cut from a spit - straight from the charcoal grill... there is a good salad bar that ranges from olives, pepperoni, corn, cucumbers etc... Side dishes such as grilled champions, potato wedges, Brussels sprouts, beans... there was even grilled pineapple and banana at the end... There is also scampi "all you can eat"... Reservation is an advantage... Waiters very friendly and always helpful...

Rodizio meat skewers were good. Unfortunately not all skewers were preserved. Some of the vegetables were over salted. Fries or potato side dishes are unsalted and unseasoned.

We've been there several times now, the last time was an absolute disaster. We had to constantly ask whether we would get meat or vegetables again, or despite asking several times, the side dish only arrived shortly before the end, once with sweet potato fries. That's why the one with the cabbage sausages was there four times. A little further from us there were people who seemed to be there more often or who were more conspicuous than us. They were asked every time we walked along or were given meat or side dishes or or or without any problems. It does have a not-so-nice aftertaste The table behind us, like us, wasn't too impressed either. But they put it a little more bluntly with the waiter and said that without constant asking nothing comes and the plate remains empty. Really sad for the price We've been coming here for years but it's never been this bad and we probably won't come back.

We prefer to sit upstairs ☝️ It's the most comfortable there.

The store and the staff are underground. Despite a reservation, we couldn't get a seat. You weren't noticed. Whatever you want from the staff. Just left there. Then they left again. Never again

We made a written reservation for brunch yesterday. Today at. 8:40 a.m. tel. tried to confirm the appointment. The announcement states that the store can be reached from 11 a.m. At 11 a.m. we stand in front of the closed door, we see someone from the staff sitting in the restaurant who then disappears. At 11:10 a.m. I call the restaurant and leave a message asking for a call back. I wasn't called back and apparently there was no brunch even though it is shown on the homepage. We recently ate there and were curious about brunch because it was advertised on the menu. We drove for 3/4 hour and we were noticed without any reaction. We don't find the behavior customer-friendly. We will draw our conclusions from this.👎

We went there for brunch with several people and children and made reservations in advance. If you can't come, or if the number of people changes, you should definitely let us know in advance, because the Hacienda really feels like it needs EVERY space. The brunch buffet was extremely rich and, in our opinion, there was something for every taste. The variety of desserts is also extremely appealing. The types of meat that are cut on a spit at the guest's place are also extremely tasty and there is actually every kind imaginable. De facto, the food is simply brilliant. The service is also very courteous, but it can still happen that a drink order is forgotten... that was the case with me. The ambience is generally appealing, but the hall can also be quite loud when it is so full. Conclusion: Definitely worth a visit (or several ;-)). In terms of price, I would consider it to be "expandable", especially for families... but due to the enormous wealth, it is somehow justified.

This branch of Rodizio was really a disappointment. I reserved a table at Rodizio Jesteburg with my team of 12 and called a week before to ask if they also had grilled fish. One of the employees said yes and asked why I wanted to know. I explained that I am Muslim and can only eat halal slaughtered meat from halal animals. I was told that Rodizio has a special section for halal meat, everything is separated and they also pay attention to the suppliers. I was very happy about this, but after an hour's drive I was told by a waiter on site that what I was told was not true at all. I don't expect Rodizio to offer special dishes for Muslims, but they shouldn't lie to customers so much.

We were there on Boxing Day. Sooo full...that was almost unbearable. And as expected, not recommended for vegetarians. Although vegetarian Rodizio is offered. I was offered two types of vegetables in the two hours. And at the very end, some fries. But well... Why do you even go to this restaurant as a vegetarian? ... Because the family wanted it 😫 However, the meat eaters weren't happy either.

We traveled to Jesteburg for Christmas because we have family living there and they invited us to a birthday party. A Brazilian waiter served us very well. Without a doubt we will repeat. Those who like meat will undoubtedly enjoy this restaurant, because they really have a lot of variety. We are from Barcelona.

On Christmas Day we, 4 adults and 2 children (2.5 & 1.5 years) went for brunch. Unfortunately, there was more “mass” than great here. Crammed together in a very small space, it's just not nice. We had to beg for a children's chair, which was brought to us after about 30 minutes, from outside, dirty and wet. The food from the buffet was ok, but not appropriate for a “Christmas brunch”. Unfortunately we had to pay the full child price for a 1.5 year old child, which is completely incomprehensible to us. Unfortunately, some of the staff were very unfriendly, and when we asked whether there was alcohol in the dessert, they couldn't give us any information. FYI: the little one's mom is still breastfeeding! Card payment was also not possible (without any instructions). All in all not recommended!

Cruel + rip off! We were there for Christmas this year and last year with 9 people. First we stood for ages until we were brought to the table, then after we hadn't even sat for 5 minutes and hadn't had any drinks, the waiters came rushing in, you couldn't eat that quickly. Then not all of the side dishes arrived and after the rush, no more meat for ages, but 5x the bananas and pineapples. So this concept is known in Hamburg and in the other two Rodizios where we have been several times; it is better organized and everyone knows where to go. The meat isn't particularly tasty and is sometimes like the sole of a shoe. The icing on the cake, however, was that we were charged for things we never drank! Waiter totally overwhelmed and suddenly so unfriendly just because you insist; to take this out because never drank! Throw the debit cards at us, be insulting, etc. So pay attention to your bills! We were there for the last time yesterday! Incredible!

Our table wasn't the best, but that was due to the holidays. The visit to the hacienda was worth it again. Skewers excellent, side dishes delicious. The service wasn't that great, but we had time so that wasn't a problem. We'll definitely come back. All the best for the new year to the team!

Water [bottle] is just cheekily handed to you without you ordering it! And because you are asked to pay for it, we are talking about something that was neither ordered nor is it a special drink. Impudence!! People will take your money wherever they can, so pay close attention.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with my previous reviewer (Ms. Sulema). We also had an appointment there for Christmas with our family (over 20 people) and were thoroughly disappointed. The waiter seemed overwhelmed by the number of people sitting at the long table. The first sigh on his part was when we didn't all want the "Rodizio" and a vegetarian asked about the vegetarian Rodizio. However, the drinks that were ordered during the evening always came quickly, hence the one star. However, I cannot recommend the Rodizio there. The beef and some side dishes either didn't come at all or, when asked, came right at the end. When you didn't want to pay for all 20 people together, the second sigh came and in retrospect you knew why. We also had people who couldn't understand their bill. Luckily, I had written down in my phone what we had as a family of three. Since Ms. Sulema also described this problem, I assume that this trick is the method here. To eat: The salad buffet was small, but most of the items were fresh. Unfortunately, no peppers were offered with the salad here. To the Rodizio: At the beginning the waiters come in droves with the skewers and you don't know where to put the things on your already large plate and then nothing comes for ages. It seems like mass processing. This is how pigs must feel in a fattening farm, terrible. Unfortunately we asked for the beef relatively late. Up to that point, the beef had come into our area, but the waiter always passed us and didn't respond to a shout or hand signal. When most of them were already relatively full, boiled beef and sirloin steak arrived. In total: Unfortunately it was very disappointing. The Christmas music was too loud, the service was semi-good and the rodizio was rather disappointing. If you want to go there for the meat skewers, you're better off at Panthera Rodizio in Hamburg-Harburg. We won't be back, but that certainly won't bother the store.

We were there for brunch today. Sorry, dear Hacienda, but that really wasn't good. The background noise was borderline and had nothing to do with a cozy brunch. The food on offer was plentiful, but of poor or poor quality. Quantity instead of class. Some of the service staff were very annoying with questions about coffee at 2 minute intervals! A little more simply letting the guest have brunch with a small coffee pot on the table would be great. The constant questions don't work at all! The rodizio was fine.

Big disappointment. About 3 weeks ago we ordered a goose and a duck with the appropriate side dishes for Christmas Eve. When we asked when ordering how many people the goose and side dishes were intended for, 4 to 5 people were stated. That's why I added the duck with side dishes to be on the safe side. When I picked up the box in the afternoon, everything was packed and couldn't be checked. The result at home after we unpacked... was a completely mushy little goose, only half a duck, also of poor quality, a mini pot of sauce, 8 small dumplings and a few croquettes as well as the only usable red cabbage. Thank God we had other food, so we were at least a little full. The good man took €200 from me for this too small and bad meal. By the way, there were 5 of us. The store is not recommended

Very disappointing! Went there with a large group for the rodizio, which was supposed to be there according to the menu. Unfortunately, it was canceled on site, even though it was offered everywhere both online and on the menu, because, according to the waiter, it was “cancelled by the boss that day.” Got food à la carte as we had an alternative option. The steak was well cooked and dry. Listless staff, requests were not addressed. It was a very bad experience for the journey we had to make.

We are there often and every time we are served nicely and the food is TOP. I don't know why some people always have something to complain about? It definitely depends on how you behave! Then I would stay at home! Top price performance

Friendly welcome upon entry. We had chosen Rodizio. Unfortunately it is actually unworthy of Rodizio. Missing black beans and the rice that certainly comes with it and the Picanha willing Brazilian meat. They try to copy it from Portugal and Brazil unfortunately fail. The menu could be better, we'll try it next time.

Hello...food was good when a waiter brought something. Service was bad...The shop was probably too full for the number of waiters...Ketchup and honey were ordered...were placed in the middle and had to be paid for at the end...it's not possible at all...you could also do that point out...toilets were really dirty...

So I was there today to eat, I was amazed at how bad everything had become, especially the service ladies, they were so rude and shook their heads when you asked something...so that was the last time I went there, my money isn't there Well laid out there are better restaurants with more friendliness and better food for less money.....sorry that had to be said.....never again

Very nice infrastructure ideal for strolling

Went there again after 10 years and ate Rodizio off the spit. The hacienda was well frequented and the reception was very friendly. Our table service (older gentleman) was very polite, always with a smile and very pleasantly relaxed. For me, the meat from the spit (beef, pork, lamb and veal) was very good, medium, some rare, but a little too rare for our company. The poultry was well grilled, cooked a little too well done, as was the boiled beef. Sauces for Rodizio very good! Vegetables are crisp and tasty (cauliflower and broccoli in cream, peas, carrots, Brussels sprouts, beans) and the salad buffet is very well stocked, which also includes self-service. Filling side dishes, good selection of fresh potatoes, croquettes, filled potato pockets with cream cheese and gratin Convinence quality, but everything goes well with the Rodizio. Drinks and cocktails were wholesome and well prepared (mixed). Dessert banana split was a huge portion (wow) and very tasty. Grilled pineapple very fruity taste and well prepared. Food price/performance completely OK. Drinks price/performance OK All in one, a lovely evening in the hacienda.

The ambience of the restaurant looks like it has been around for decades. Coziness is really something different. Unfortunately, the cellars don't help either, as they quickly and unpolitely rush past the table in a minimally occupied restaurant without taking any time to listen to the customer's wishes, or skilfully ignore the guests. We ordered chicken wings and Spareips Satt. Of course it's all frozen goods, the chicken wings are completely ok for what they are, unfortunately the spare ribs are not. They taste old and were barely edible. The price-performance ratio is not right here at all. When we wanted to leave, we had to wait another half hour for the bill, even though the restaurant was hardly busy. The toilet is cold and uninviting and you'll be lucky if you can find paper for your hands or toilet. At least there is a large parking lot, but for me that doesn't explain the many good reviews. In my opinion, the people who think the food or service here is good have no idea about decent quality food or good service. We won't come here again.

Unfortunately, once again it wasn't good. The staff felt overwhelmed by the fairly full restaurant. At rodizio you had to wait a long time and there wasn't much choice. For the price I definitely expect more and better service.

Food was delicious and the selection was large. Unfortunately there were longer meat breaks and I would have hoped for more attention from the service staff. I can recommend the turkey wrapped in bacon, the lamb and definitely the potato gratin :)

I like to eat there. They often have special offers. B. today from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. many dishes for almost half the price. Scampis and steaks and salmon trout were very tasty for the three of us.

There were six of us here for a Rodizio meal. Everyone was very enthusiastic. The restaurant is huge and a bit old, but the food makes you forget everything. Rarely eaten so well. Each of us would have liked to eat a LOT more. Thanks!

Unfortunately, this restaurant has already had its best days. It could use an update. The toilets are in great need of renovation. The food was okay, we didn't have the Rodizio, but something from the normal menu. But for steak I would go somewhere else. The service wasn't very attentive. We won't come again.

Delicious Rodizio in a slightly dusty atmosphere

The food was very tasty and the service was humorous and attentive to the guests. S.h: We were given a quiet place because we had our dog, Grandpa, with us.

Unfortunately there was no buffet at lunchtime, but still highly recommended. The lunch menu is also not to be sniffed at.

Came here on the recommendation of a neighbor... Ordered Rodizio... Very impressed. Very good food, lots of choice on the plate and replenishments always came extremely quickly. We really liked it and the price is more than fair considering the quality. Sometimes a waiter is missing because of drinks and supplies, but you're there comfortably and not on the run. The hall itself was good, but too big and too loud for us personally. Normal conversation at the table was actually impossible. But the food was good. Always my pleasure.

The food there is really tasty and the service is friendly too. Unfortunately, sometimes when it comes to Rodizio it really depends on where you sit. If you sit a little further away from the kitchen, you have to wait a long time for your food or are sometimes even overlooked.

I ate here with my wife on August 31, 2024 on the occasion of my 23rd wedding anniversary. The quality of the food is very good. Unfortunately we had the impression that we were at a train station. The frequency of employees coming to the table with meat or other side dishes was almost every minute. Everything seemed very rushed. A few employees only asked me (not also my wife, who was sitting opposite me), if I would like something that I had brought with me. If I said no, they (male/female) disappeared again without asking my wife. The drink service didn't really work either. After our first ordered drinks, none of the drinks waiters came to the table and asked if we would like to drink something else. Everything here gave the impression that the guest had to be quickly fed and gone!! The sanitary facilities (M and W) did not make an inviting impression. An unpleasant toilet smell in both locations, full trash cans with towel paper, unclean toilet cubicles and taped-off urinals in the men's toilet. Suggestion to the operator: Place small tongs for the meat at the customer's place so that they can remove the meat from the assador when cutting at the table before it falls onto the plate. The meat falling onto the plate left me with splatters of gravy all over my white polo shirt. The Rodizio in Scheeßel does it that way too!! It wouldn't be a bad idea to give customers a printout of the receipt when they pay, instead of just placing the cashier's cell phone on the table with the receipt. We were not asked for a paper receipt, as the tax office requires. I won't eat here again. For me, food is usually relaxation and not an escape. It wasn't my first time in a Rodizio restaurant, but I'm not familiar with it!

Food…actually I can’t really say anything about it. The favorites were served by the service staff. 3 types of meat, not a vegetable side dish, potato variations and more. Everything runs through an Orderbird. Obligatory receipts are not taken seriously. Conclusion: Not recommended

Absolute disaster, the store deserves 0 stars. Staff underground Unfriendly, you get insulted when you ask if you can get something that isn't on the menu. Others at the table had ordered rodizio. When the lady with the cauliflower came to the table, she spilled it on my cell phone while she was filling up the plates. She noticed this, smiled and went to the next table. You really have to experience eating like in a pigsty. A few minutes later my food arrived and I asked the waiter for ketchup. She assured me that she would take care of it, but nothing happened for over 10 minutes. In the meantime I asked 3 other waitresses for ketchup, and they didn't bother with it either. At the end of the song I got ketchup from the kitchen myself and the food was cold. If that's not enough for you... Since the others at the table were eating Rodizio, the gentleman came around with a meat skewer and had to go to the last corner of the table. So he held up the skewer, dripping with fat and oil, and passed it over the heads of the others to the end of the table. So that's how you get greasy hair ;). Otherwise there is food that has fallen flat everywhere under the tables and in the aisles, but the service also makes it look similar to a pigsty on the table. Send the health department there and close the shop. Just the right thing to really ruin your evening. First and last time.
