Wie immer, köstlich und sehr guter Service

Wir waren als Hochzeitsgesellschaft im Hacienda essen und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Essen war sehr lecker, frisch und schön angerichtet. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und zudem richtig schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

Das Essen war super! Allerdings akzeptieren sie keine Debitkarten, deshalb musste ich Bargeld abheben!

Ehrlich gesagt, ist es ein wundervoller Ort mit hervorragendem Essen und sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Stadt ist wunderschön; ich empfehle, ein paar Tage dort zu verbringen. Es wird Ihnen bestimmt gefallen. Herzliche Grüße von einem Argentinier, der zu Besuch war. Weiter so!

Essen war mega, ja die Jungs und Mädels sind SEHR Ambitioniert ihr essen an den Mann/Frau zubringen. War ein bisschen wie :abfertigen und nächsten bitte, aber sonst völlig okay.

Heute waren wir zum ersten Mal da , das Essen war wirklich super , das war es leider von positiven ! Nun kommen wir zum negativen , wir hatten keine Steak Soße und bot freundlich das Personal das wir eine Steaksoße bekommen da wir mittlerweile auch schon Super gutes Fleisch liegen hatten ,nach den dritten Mal nachfragen war ich persönlich zu einen Mitarbeiter gegangen ,wir warten nun schon 30 min auf die Soße,dann hatten wir sie endlich bekommen,keine Entschuldigung....später beim Bezahlen wurde uns etwas zu viel Geld abgenommen,wir hatten auch keine Quittung bekommen,......ich hatte für mich zum Nachtisch nur 2 Kugel Eis genommen,eine Kugel Eis kostet 4,40€ sprich 8,80€ für 2 Kugeln Eis 😅, Fazit essen top Service Flop, bzw die Frauen und jungen Männer die uns bedient hatten waren eigentlich ganz nett aber der ältere man der für unseren Tisch zuständig war ging gar nicht ,daher werden wir leider nicht mehr wieder kommen.....

Ambiente ist Geschmackssache, das Essen war toll - wir hatten Rodizio- und die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cooles Konzept, leckeres Fleisch, nettes Personal.

Wir waren heute mit einer Gruppe von acht Personen in dem Restaurant. Das Essen war klasse. Der Service war bis zur Abrechnung auch in Ordnung. Als wir dann, jeder für sich, bezahlen wollten, fing es damit an, dass die Summen bei jedem Einzelnen vom Kellner einfach mal aufgerundet wurden. Kartenzahlung war nicht gewünscht und wurde nur widerwillig akzeptiert. Teilweise bekam der Kellner zu seinem bereits erschlichenen Trinkgeld trotzdem noch ein weiteres Trinkgeld. Als er von zwei der Kartenzahler jedoch kein Trinkgeld erhielt, weil diese kein Kleingeld hatten, sich dieses aber von jemandem aus unserer Gruppe geben lassen wollten, hatte der Kellner dies offenbar mitbekommen und wartete ganz frech auf sein Trinkgeld. Als nichts kam zischte er nur, dass Trinkgeld auch mit Scheinen bezahlt werden könne. Bisher waren wir alle gerne in diesem Restaurant. Durch die Dreistigkeit dieses Kellners hat sich an der bisherigen Meinung jedoch einiges verändert. Ein weiterer Besuch dieses Restaurants scheint von daher mehr als unwahrscheinlich. Schade, aber so schnell lassen sich Gäste vergraulen.

Hat man Hunger kann man gut hier her kommen. Natürlich werden satt macher wie Brokkoli doppelt angeboten und beim Fleisch gerne übersehen. Möchte man Essen gehen ist man hier leider verkehrt. Quantität statt Qualität. Masse statt Klasse. Muss aber jeder für sich entscheiden. Gewissermaßen Jesteburgs McDonald. Nur teurer halt. Es gibt halt andere Lokalitäten die sich über Gäste freuen und diese nicht Abfertigen. Versucht dem Laden eine zweite Chance zu geben. Na was soll ich sagen. Ich gehe lieber zur Alternative in Jesteburg

Kommen immer wider gerne vorbei , essen ist wie gehabt gut , lediglich bei den Toiletten müsste mal was gemacht werden, wäre fast vom pott gefallen weil die Brille Lose war .

Zu groß und weitläufig Auch langsam in die Jahre gekommen. Mein Essen war gut aber auch nicht mehr. Die Preise fand ich etwas happig aber das ist persönlich Eindruck. Bei unserem Besuch wahren wenig Gäste anwesend und somit gab es auch genügend Parkplatz.

Wunderschönes Lokal, das Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Empfehlung von meiner Seite ist ganz klar.. Rodizio Einziges Manko ist die Zugänglichkeit sowohl zum Restaurant selbst als auch zu den Toiletten. Eine ältere Dame hatte Probleme mit den Stufen zu den Toiletten und kam nur mit Hilfe wieder hoch. Aber das lässt sich hier wohl nicht ändern. Von meiner Seite aus aber nur zu empfehlen!

Waren zum wiederholten Male hier. Und freuen uns schon jetzt aufs nächste Mal. Die Bedienung geht auf alle Wünsche ein und hat immer die passende Reaktion parat. Das Essen ist der Hammer (Rodizio). Danke für den schönen lustigen Abend. Und wieder ein toller Abend. Satt und glücklich.

Ich war heute im rodizio und es hat uns sehr gefallen wir sind auch Gastronom und haben ein Restaurant und wissen den guten und freundlichen Service zu schätzen das Salat Buffet ist frisch und für jeden was dabei,das Fleisch war Mega zart und hat absolut saftig geschmeckt der kellner dashnor war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt.Wir können den Laden herzlichst weiter empfehlen und gehen ab jetzt gerne ins rodizio jesteburg Achso eins noch es ist so eine schöne Natur hier draußen hat richtig schönes Holiday feeling gebracht.Danke rodizio Team ❤️

Gutes Essen. Nette Bedienung - etwas vergesslich.

Keine Kartenzahlung möglich in dem Laden. Erst nachdem man den Spruch Bargeld oder Abwaschen ein paar Mal anhören muss. Dann aber auch nur mit EC-Karte. Hatte aber nur MasterCard und Visa. Also ab zum Geldautomaten und Bargeld holen. Danach zurück und bezahlen. Dann war der zuvor genannte Rechnungsbetrag auf einmal weniger als am Tisch, weil er mir dann auch die Rechnung zeigte. Ich hab bezahlt und bin wortlos gegangen.

Leider wurde ich beim bezahlen mehr als unhöflich behandelt. Visa Karten werden nicht akzeptiert. Ich hatte leider nur 150€ Bargeld dabei. Damit war die offene Rechnung bezahlt. Nur für Trinkgeld hatte ich leider nichts mehr. Das hat mich der gute Herr deutlich spüren lassen. Schade.. Ich komme sicher nicht nochmal

In den letzten Jahren habe ich eigentlich immer eine 3-4 gegeben, aber dieses Jahr war ich schockiert, Preise ordentlich angezogen, Bedienung zum großen Teil unfreundlich, die Spieße so auf den Teller gehauen, dass meine Kleidung Fettspritzer abbekommen hat und nach zwei Rundgängen, wurde der Tisch einfach bei Rodizzio Essen ignoriert, bis man sich beschwert hat und dass war die Bedienung noch patziger. Wir waren mit mehr als 10 Leuten dort und waren alle schockiert von dieser maximal negativen Entwicklung. Ich fahre jetzt lieber nach Harburg, da wissen Sie Kunden zu schätzen.

Das Fleisch und die Beilagen sind lecker. Unsere Bewertung bezieht sich darauf, dass wir gegen 19h da waren und eigentlich tierisch Hunger hatten. Freuten uns auf das Buffet. Allerdings wurde die Bedienung schlagartig um 20:30 eingestellt (Werbung, Karte, Internet steht bis 23h geöffnet-22 Uhr Küchenschluss hätte man akzeptiert). Wir hatten noch Hunger, erklärt wurde auch nichts. Der anfangs schnelle Service blieb aus, neue Getränke bestellen nicht möglich, vermeintlich der Chef selbst rannte um die Tische herum und war bereits mit Dekoration und Neubestückung für den kommenden Tag beschäftigt. Alle anderen Kellner waren weg. Unseren Nachbartischen ging es ebenso. Leider keine Kommunikation und wenn eine Uhrzeit angezeigt wird, kann ich nicht weit über 2 Std.vorher abbrechen. Toilette leider auch viele Beanstandungen. Sehr Schade

Tja, was soll ich sagen ? Wir waren gestern mit einer größeren Gruppe hier Essen. Ich war gut drei Jahre nicht mehr hier und war bisher immer sehr begeistert. Gestern leider nicht ! Das Ambiente ist nach wie vor schön. Man sieht aber das massiv gespart wird. Im Herren WC war eine von drei Kabinen verschlossen und von 6 Pissoir´s war eines abgebaut und zwei mit Folie zu geklebt. Nicht schön ... So nun aber zum Essen und zum Service. Das Essen war "OK", ich fand es schon mal schmackhafter und die Salate schmeckten mir diesmal nicht. Service: Wir waren 3,5 Stunden hier und es wurde lediglich dreimal nach Getränken gefragt obwohl einige Gläser leer waren. Die Fleischspieße wurden diverse Male an unserem Tisch vorbei getragen, obwohl unsere Teller leer waren. Besonders Aufmerksam waren die Mitarbeiter nicht. Zahlung war nur am Ausgang möglich, hier wurde uns auch erstmalig mitgeteilt das nur EC-Karte oder Bargeld akzeptiert wird. Sehr schade und unüblich. Also meine Familie und ich waren diesmal vom gezeigten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht zufrieden. Schade ...

Kellner war Übelst korrekt aber wir haben nur Salat bestellt mit Steak. Anstatt das uns alles serviert wird mussten wir wie in einer Jugendherberge uns den Salat selber machen an einem Büffee. Und das für 20€!!!

Wir sind Kunden seit 20 Jahren und kennen gute sowie schlechte Tage dieses Restaurants. Selbst unter den stressigsten Zeiten, war es noch gut. Aber was uns nun leider erwartet hat, war mehr als enttäuschend, 30 min am Tisch warten zwischen den Fleisch Spießen, auf Anfrage, kommt ein äußerst unfreundlicher Service , der am Tisch mit einem diskutiert, kein hauch von Kunde ist König. Wir werden dieses Restaurant nie mehr empfehlen, besuchen oder dort Familienfeiern halten. Es wird nicht lange dauern bis es Pleite geht.

Essen war reichlich,wir hatten Rodizi. Bezahlen dann mit ec karte und wollte trinkgeld draufschlagen,da sagte der Kellern das es nicht ginge bei ec. Ok....da ich kein bargeld hatte,gab es leider kein trinkgeld. Nachdem wir dann gegangen waten hat der Kellner mein Mann angehalten und gesagt das ich geizig sei,weil kein trinkgeld. Fand ich schon sehr frech. Wollte ja aber......

Am Anfang kam das Essen beim Rodizio im Sekundentakt, meiner Meinung nach viel zu schnell. Danach kam wieder lange gar nichts mehr. Ein Mann war außerordentlich unhöflich, mehreren von uns gegenüber. Sehr sehr unangenehm! Das zog sich den ganzen Abend. Bestelle Getränke bei ihm wurden nicht geliefert und das Trinkgeld in bar wurde abgewiesen „zu wenig“. Mit Karte ging kein Trinkgeld. Alle Bedienungskräfte die uns das Essen gebracht haben waren dafür sehr nett und freundlich. Danke dafür. Sonst hätten wir das Restaurant Vorzeit auch verlassen..

Essen hat leider sehr nachgelassen. Salat bar sehr vielseitig. Fleisch vom Grillteller teilweise komische Konsistenz. Ich hatte Spinat mit Garnelen mit Käse überbacken.war lecker aber leider nur 5 Garnelen und dann für knapp 20 Euro ohne Salat etwas zu teuer. Rib e,e Steak war gut Bratkartoffeln ok.

Der Weg aus Hamburc hat sich gelohnt. Sehr schönes Ambiente, freundliche zuvorkommende Bedienungen. Das Essen war sehr gut, ich habe es sehr genossen. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis bei Euch. Werde auf jeden Fall noch mal wieder kommen.

Sehr enttäuschend. Hatten für 19.30 Uhr einen Tisch vorbestellt und haben von Anfang an nur noch Reste bekommen. Die Getränke kamen viel später als das Essen. Und beim letzten Bissen wurden uns schon die Teller unter der Nase weggezogen. Das Personal war eher unfreundlich und genervt. Beim nächsten Mal vtl. doch lieber wieder Grieche.

Immer wieder gern, für uns leider etwas weit weg, sonst wären wir öfter hier. Tipp: Mittagstischgerichte oder Happy Hour-Gerichte!

Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen. Große Portionen, sehr lecker, und die Salatbar ist ein großes Plus. Sehr freundlicher Service.

Sehr hübsches brasilianisches Restaurant in Jesteburg. Recht groß, viele Sitzplätze, aber auch viel Betrieb. Und das zurecht: freundliches und witziges Personal, gemütliche Atmosphäre, absolut leckeres Essen. Sehr zu empfehlen: Rodizio - hier kommt ständig jemand vorbei und bietet viele Fleischsorten, Gemüse, pommes, Kartoffeln und Desserts an. Sehr lecker! Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Tür. Mein Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten Rodizio und das war sehr gut. Es wurde auch ständig nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas wünschen. Sehr gute Fleischqualität. Was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, war die laute Musik. Eine gemütliche Unterhaltung war nicht möglich. Auf Nachfrage wurde die Musik zwar kurz runtergedreht aber leider nur für 5 min. Richtig nervig wurde es aber erst zum Schluss, wir haben 6x!!!! um die Rechnung gebeten und ganze 45 Minuten vorne an der Kasse gewartet bis wir zahlen konnten. Kartenzahlung war angeblich nicht möglich ;-)

Essen ist okay ,- Preise haben trotz MWSt.- Senkung leider angezogen! Reservierung ist für die Verantwortlichen anscheinend ein Fremdwort - nie mehr wieder!!

Bisher waren wir immer zufrieden, doch der letzte Besuch ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Die Beilagen waren teilweise kalt und beim Servieren des Fleisches wurden wir mehrfach übergangen. Der Höhepunkt war jedoch die Situation beim Bezahlen: Erst dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass nur Barzahlung möglich sei und ich doch auf den Hinweis an der Tür hätte achten sollen. Anschließend wurde ich aufgefordert, zur Bank zu fahren und Geld abzuheben.

Einfachstes Essen zu überzogenen Preise. Wir hatten Fleisch, Fleisch, Fleisch und Pommes, einfach nur trocken gegrillt und die Rippen waren einfach nur gekocht, ohne jemals einen Grill gesehen zu haben. Einziges positives, das Salatbuffet!

Haben mal wieder Rodizio gegessen, sehr viele/gute Fleischsorten und viele Beilagen.

Wer gerne verschiedene Fleischsorten probiert, ist hier genau richtig.

War mit Bekannte heute das erste Mal dort.Hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Rustikales Restaurant mit Wohlfühlambiente und nettem Personal. Meine Empfehlung ist ganz klar Rodizio. Gutes Fleisch und eine Menge leckere Beilagen. Mit offener Terrasse für warme Sommertage.

Das Essen war super, die Atmosphäre angenehm. Sehr lecker und eine große Auswahl. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Wäre 5/5 gewesen, aber leider kann man nicht mit Visa oder MasterCard bezahlen 😞

Das Essen war insgesamt okay, allerdings wurde mir zu Beginn Kartoffelgratin angeboten. Als ich später danach gefragt habe, hieß es plötzlich, es sei ausverkauft. Das war etwas enttäuschend, da es vorher noch in Aussicht gestellt wurde.

Obwohl wir Rodizio genommen haben, mussten wir sehr lange auf die einzelnen Gänge warten. Das hatte ich dort noch nie. War echt heute enttäuscht😟😟

Sehr lecker und vielfältig Doch plötzlich wurde nichts mehr angeboten und da die anderen Gäste um uns herum gingen und nur noch aufgeräumt wurde kam schnell das Gefühl auf ok wir sollten auch gehen. Das war um 21:30/21:40 trotzdessen das bis 23 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte. Der Kellner sagte nur ja heute schließen wir ungewöhnlich früh weil „alle“ Gäste weg sind… ok kann ja sein aber wir hatten erst um 20:15 mit der Vorspeise begonnen 😅

Am 1. Weihnachtstag war das Restaurant sehr gut besucht und der Ablauf vom Rodizio was alles andere als gut organisiert! Gemüse war kalt, die Spieße sind immer erst an die anderen Tische gekommen, wodurch wir sehr lange warte Zeiten hattten. Saucen wurden nachbestellt, sind aber nicht serviert worden. Die Qualität des Essens war aber gut und das Personal auch bemüht aber meiner Meinung nach überfordert.

We enjoy eating here, mainly for the rodizio, often with four to eight people. Good atmosphere, great service.

I've been there three times now. The first few times were good. Around Christmas time, it was somewhat disappointing. We sat in the large hall. The noise level was very high. It might be okay for a corporate event, but I found it a bit too loud for a private gathering. Regarding the food: Side dishes: The broccoli was far too hard, the cauliflower far too hard, the green beans far too hard, and the potato dumplings were okay. I have no idea if the vegetables had even been cooked in a pot. At that price, I expect more than just that. The side dishes lacked a certain something. They were probably all from a standard catering mix, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. But something was missing. I skipped the salad bar. If I'm spending €30 on meat, I only want to eat meat. The chicken was okay, the pork was tasty, but the beef and lamb seemed to arrive only when I was almost full. If you hadn't already had at least two courses of inexpensive chicken and pork, you were practically skipped for the beef and lamb. But you know that beforehand. The drinks were expensive. We paid €200 for a rodizio for four people. For that price, I expect really good food, and it wasn't. So, no more rodizio for now ;)

Unfortunately, the service has declined significantly. We were seated in the area where the kebabs are grilled. We had booked a table for 10 but were given one for 8, which was quite a challenge. It's a shame that they only offered the Christmas menu during the holiday season. The staff tried their best. Next time, we won't be coming during the holidays. It was far too crowded and extremely noisy. It would also be nice if card payments were accepted.

And once again we made the mistake of going to the Hacienda for New Year's Eve. The reception at the front was unfriendly when we inquired about our reserved table. Our group, who had ordered rodizio, had to repeatedly remind the waitstaff to offer beef instead of sausages and bacon. Rodizio is too expensive for that. For our group who ordered plated meals, the rump steak was simply raw inside and the turkey steak tasteless. The eggs on the salad bar were half-burnt and smelled bad. It was loud and overcrowded; the restaurant certainly made a good profit that evening. The restrooms are disgusting. Next year, and actually in general, we'll be avoiding the Hacienda. You can find much better and higher-quality rodizio in Hamburg. What a shame...

Unfortunately, we were disappointed, even though we traveled all the way from Bavaria. The first two or three rounds were very positive, but after that, there was a really long dry spell when it came to food. Just for fun, we set a timer to pass the time, and in about an hour of our three-hour stay, we were only offered warm pineapple once. Only after asking several times were we offered meat again. The meal for four is really only worthwhile if you're a couple.

I asked for food several times, gave up after three hours, and drove home with a half-empty stomach. We're going to the Famila supermarket across the street now to get a cheese and ham croissant.

Went home hungry after three hours because we received virtually no service, even after complaining.

Things have really gone downhill. People keep walking past with the skewers, even when you wave, they just stare and deliberately don't come. 150 euros for two people caught and two children with one bottle of water is ridiculous. I don't know if the waiter pocketed it or if it was so expensive because of Boxing Day. Never again! I had sharp bones in my food, or I don't know exactly what they were. Now my gums hurt.

We ordered rodizio, and it started quickly with the Kassler (smoked pork loin), chicken, and sausages, which tasted good. Vegetables were offered frequently. Excellent. We had to ask several times for mayonnaise. Then, eventually, the beef arrived. The steak on the skewer was overcooked and therefore inedible (like a shoe sole), and the Tafelspitz (boiled beef) was also almost tough... let's say very firm to the bite. Veal or lamb, as they used to offer, were no longer available at all. Very disappointing. At the next table, they were complaining about bones in their meat and had to ask for the bill multiple times. The restrooms were awful... two urinals were broken, and the toilet was constantly running. You guys used to be so good. All in all, we were full, but the food was a real shame.

Today, as has been the tradition for many years, we went there on Boxing Day. We used to be really satisfied, but this year they've really changed for the worse. The waiters came by countless times during the rodizio with smoked pork loin and chicken. Those were actually quite good. Then at some point, a meatball with a dark sauce arrived. Warmed-up, pre-packaged meatballs taste better. At one point, a waiter slammed his chair back into my wife's shoulder, for which he apologized. Okay, these things happen. Then the beef arrived... FINALLY... first, steak on a skewer. OH MY GOD... The animal must have been killed twice. Shoe leather is nothing compared to this. Completely inedible, as was my piece of boiled beef. Overcooked. Someone at our table asked for mayonnaise... oh, how surprising... we had to ask twice before it finally arrived. Lamb or veal, like they used to have, wasn't available at all anymore. At the next table, they were complaining about bones in their boiled beef and having to ask for the bill five times before anyone came. The restrooms were in a similarly sorry state. Two of the urinals were marked as broken, and you could constantly hear running water coming from the toilets. All in all, in my opinion, the restaurant has gone downhill significantly. Dear restaurant owners... read this and do better.

We opted for the Christmas brunch at the Hacienda restaurant again this year. Unfortunately, all that remains of our fond memories is the now somewhat dated ambiance and the consistently friendly and tireless waiters who diligently served the food. However, the only drinks offered at brunch are coffee, tea, and hot chocolate; you have to ask for anything else yourself. A vegetarian option is also available, but this is simply the rodizio without the meat – salad, fries, and dry vegetables. The fish at the brunch was just as dry as the meat in the rodizio. The price has gone up, and the quality has gone down. The low point came when they claimed we hadn't paid yet, even though another employee had already taken our payment. Ultimately, due to the incompetence of the staff responsible for taking payments, I had to pay extra because suddenly there was no longer a discounted price for children. It's also questionable that you don't receive a receipt; perhaps the tax office could find that interesting...

The restaurant has really gone downhill. You couldn't even pay by card anymore. I'm very disappointed; it used to be very good.

We had booked a Christmas party for 26 people. We had agreed on a mixed grill platter (no pork), potato gratin, mixed vegetables with hollandaise sauce, and a scoop of ice cream with hot raspberries and a drink for dessert. Once everyone had ordered, the owner decided the 0.5-liter glasses were too expensive. He should have instructed his staff to serve 0.2-liter glasses beforehand, instead of simply taking orders and then arguing about it. The vegetables only arrived after further discussion and much too late, when the meat was almost gone. Side dishes, spoons, and plates were missing, and we constantly had to go and get them. The vegetarian dishes were only brought out after we asked for them. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience. What a shame!

We've known this restaurant for a long time. Unfortunately, it has deteriorated significantly over a long period. The staff barely understands German anymore, so you can't even properly explain what you want. For example, if you want lamb without the crackling, it's difficult. We'll now have to look around for other options, as this was truly one of our regular haunts.

I went back after a long time, and unfortunately, the quality had declined significantly. We could have easily filled ourselves with the salad and side dishes, but we were either left out of the kebabs or they were all gone before we arrived. Even after we brought it up, nothing changed. What a shame...

I really liked it, it was delicious, there was a lot of food.

We were greeted normally and served quickly, so the four of us opted for the rodizio. It started quickly, and the waiters seemed to come every two minutes with new dishes. However, the longer we sat, the less attention we received, and we sometimes had to wait 15 minutes for something new. In my opinion, that's not how all-you-can-eat should work. When we paid, we were reprimanded because we wanted to pay by card, as tipping wasn't possible that way. The men's restroom was very disgusting and dirty.

Very good food, friendly service, unfortunately often quite noisy. The children's menu includes crayons for coloring at the table – a very good idea.

Good selection of food. Almost every dish comes with a salad bar where you can assemble your own salad. The meat was very firm to the bite. Good selection of side dishes, such as croquettes, herb butter baguette, and more. Broccoli was served with almost every dish, but no other vegetables. The service was very friendly. The restaurant is comfortably furnished and suitable for groups of all sizes.

We went for the evening buffet. As always, the food was great.

Well, as my predecessors have already mentioned, the golden age is over. Quite obviously since the change of ownership a few years ago. Our reservation couldn't be found. Drinks arrived quickly, side dishes by the minute. Meat? Forget it. In 70 minutes, we received one portion of lamb scraps, one portion of smoked pork loin scraps, one portion of rump roast, and one portion of sausage. That was it. We repeatedly asked for the skewers to come by again... Well, apparently, they forgot. When paying, I complained once more that we were dissatisfied... This wasn't reflected in the final price. They simply pointed out that the restaurant was too full. A blatant response. Definitely my last time there. In fact, it has to be said that the decor hasn't changed in what feels like 25 years. The restaurant is generally musty, and the restrooms are downright unpleasant. What a waste of money.

Ordered and paid for a filet steak, received a sirloin steak. The days when this place was good are apparently over. It's now solely focused on quantity. We won't be back!!

We booked a table for six for our birthday dinner, but it wasn't available upon arrival. We ordered the rodizio and received insufficient meat and side dishes, only after asking for more. When we paid, they excused us by saying they had 100 guests over capacity, meaning we had to divide the available meat among everyone present at full price. I wonder if this is normal. Very disappointing for our guests and for us as the payers.

Saturday, 6:30 p.m. We had a reservation for four people. When we arrived, the restaurant was packed, and we were told that our reservation had been canceled! (Uh, no?!) Then we were shown to a table and sat there. Waiting. About 10-15 minutes later, eight people sat down at a neighboring table, and the waiter immediately asked them if they wanted drinks. The same waiter then walked past our table, placed a stack of menus on it as he passed, and continued on without looking at us. (We would have liked to order drinks too...) Meanwhile, the drinks were being served next door... Finally, "our" waiter came back to our table, and I asked him the difference between "Mixed Grill" and "Rodizio." He snapped at me that they didn't offer "Mixed Grill" on Saturdays (even though it was advertised on a board in the entrance). Our companion then retorted that a polite inquiry could have been answered politely. The waiter turned around, and instead of being served, we were studiously ignored! The next table was already receiving their food when our drink order was finally taken! Three of us opted for rodizio, and so the evening unfolded. There was a sufficient quantity and variety of side dishes. Servers repeatedly approached us, asking if we wanted fries, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, cauliflower, beans, etc. The carvers with their meat skewers also came by regularly. Sausages, smoked pork loin, sausages, pork neck, sausages, smoked pork loin... The carvers with the truly high-quality meat consistently gave our table a wide berth. We could observe them but couldn't get their attention. Therefore, we specifically asked the other staff about boiled beef and poultry. Unfortunately, they couldn't help us. Only once did someone finally come to our table with boiled beef. Later, poultry and plenty of rump steak were also offered at the next table. Unfortunately, our plates had already been cleared... For €31.90 per person, the service was more than poor! The overall impression: Absolutely disappointing! Never again!!! There are so many good restaurants with friendly staff and really good food! We'll eat at one of those next time. You won't see us at this establishment again!

The food arrived incredibly quickly. Even though the place was packed, everything ran very smoothly. The waiters were very friendly and served us relatively quickly. We always enjoy the food, and the lunch specials and happy hour offers are very tempting 🍜. There's plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. We always enjoy coming back.

Yes... We constantly had to ask for food. We didn't get any side dishes at all, only after asking. Our waiter at our table was simply fantastic and funny. If it hadn't been for him, I think I would have left. Unfortunately, we had to keep asking, which was very uncomfortable for us. I probably won't be coming here again anytime soon.

As always, the food was delicious, but this time the server assigned to us was busy with other tasks, so the server also served the other tables, which led to longer waiting times. But otherwise, it was fantastic once again.

Very good food! Good value for money

Tried their Rodizio and it was interesting and a new experience to me. The meats were properly charred with balanced spices. Also there were varieties of veggies as well with complementary salad bar. It was a nice evening there with my colleagues. Would love to revisit someday.

Everything was top-notch: the food, the service, and the ambiance. We had a rodizio dinner and were very impressed by the abundance. Excellent value for money. For us, everything could have been served a little slower to allow for a truly relaxed meal and maintain that holiday feeling. Nevertheless, we would gladly come back.

The food was light. But nothing more. The vegetarian rodizio consists exclusively of side dishes, no vegetable skewers or anything similar. Some of the restrooms are broken. Service was average.
