Service and delivery top. Dough was nice and fluffy and delicious. Chicken Fiesta was my favorite, slightly spicy and well topped. I would happily do it again. I can only recommend it.

Fantastic delivery service This was my first time ordering from Big Bite and I absolutely love it. I had a baguette and the Big Bite Rolls, and both were really tasty. The baguette was fresh, crispy and generously topped and the big bite rolls were perfect as a snack. The delivery came on time and the food was even warm. The driver was friendly and accommodating. There are no cheap prices, there are invalid prices on the wall... No EC cards accepted... my hunger remains.

I ordered from them and nothing came. After more than an hour I tried to call but the number on Lieferando was wrong. After 1 1/2 hours they finally had the idea to call me, only to then tell me that I had to wait another half hour for my food (8-10 minutes away). When I said that I wanted to cancel because I had now ordered my food somewhere else and had already received it, the gentleman on the phone became extremely rude. Sorry guys, that has nothing to do with humanity, having to wait 2 hours for food, only getting the call that it's late after 1 1/2 hours and then being told that you should wait another 30-40 minutes and the food is on the way (8-10min drive). And then react extremely rudely when the customer is angry and wants to cancel (I should show humanity.) No thanks was the last order. I would prefer not to give a star at all

Wrong prices! The card on the wall says 14 euros, the card on the counter says 15 € and the charge was 17 €! And when I asked the man about it, he also became unfriendly.

Baguette war Ok für den Preis. Vielleicht ein bisschen zu wenig Fleisch aber die „Chicken wings“ absolute Katastrophe.

Ich bestelle schon eine Weile bei Big Bite und bin jedes mal zu frieden. Die Lieferanten sind auch immer sehr nett!

I got a Ground Zero, which was just okay, but the real problem was the cashier deliberately overcharging me. The menu on the wall listed the price as 7.50 Euros, but he rung up 8.90 Euros. When I looked at the menu in confusion, he explained that the menu didn't apply anymore because the prices had changed. However, once I checked the Big Bite website some time after out of curiosity, I found that the official price of a Ground Zero was 7.90 Euros, not 8.90 Euros. If you're going to come here as a tourist, make sure you check the prices on the website beforehand as they will most certainly attempt to overcharge you if they think they can get away with it.

Ganz okey, wenn man nicht grade um 23:00 Uhr bestellt und die Pizza dann um 1:30 kommt an einem Donnerstag, wo man denken sollte, dass da eigentlich nichts mehr los sein sollte. Die Pizza und der Fahrer haben das aber wieder gut gemacht. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und hat sich für die Verspätung entschuldigt und die Pizza war super, heiß und mal was anderes, sehr interessant und lecker. Da ich kein unmensch bin, hat der arme trzd. Sein Trinkgeld bekommen.

Reasonable prices, food is fresh and average to high quality. Small dining area is clean and staff are friendly. Large menu; something for everyone. Would recommend!

Bisher war ich immer zufrieden, doch dieses mal kam eine andere Pizza als bestellt an. Und das nach 1h Lieferzeit. Soweit so gut, kann passieren. Ich habe jedoch angerufen und erklärt, dass ich eine falsche Pizza bekommen habe und folgende Rückmeldung erhalten: „Was machen wir jetzt?“ Ich war so sauer das ich auch am Telefon lauter wurde, weil er daraufhin Angeboten hat die neue, richtige Pizza mit einem 1l Getränk für 10€ zu schicken!!😂😂 Sowas hatte ich zuvor auch noch nicht erlebt.. Frech
