So Warnemünde was very good, if you want to eat in a nice atmosphere and with friendly service, you have to stop there. Not a classic, very good bourgeois cuisine that is implemented very well. On all of our visits there was always friendly, nice service. The ambience is also perfect. We will always come back. Many thanks to the whole team.

Not far from the restaurant mile, right on the river, small and inconspicuous from the outside and clocky. Lots of space inside and a pleasant, feel-good atmosphere. We were 7 people and had reserved in advance. The food was amazing, such great dishes, everything was fresh and beautifully prepared and the service staff was very warm and accommodating. This is now our new favorite restaurant.

Nice, rustic pub - but the food (steak au four) was way too thick and unfortunately tough! It's a shame that compensation wasn't even offered here...unfortunately not anymore!

Stopped there by chance, looking for a restaurant on the weekend without a reservation. We got four places. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The dishes were well prepared and tasty. The price-performance ratio is pleasing. You shouldn't forget to nail one, let yourself be surprised.

I know it's hard to find good chefs. But the bacon on my plaice was so smoked that there was no taste of the (lukewarm) plaice anymore. The schnitzel was almost completely hard and chewy, only a little of it was edible. The fries were more like potato wedges, not bad if that was what the menu had said. And, as a guest, I don't want to have to listen to the staff making fun of employees who aren't there. We used to love being there...

Were there on our last day of vacation and had a lovely evening. Of course the prices are generally quite high in Warnemünde.

Without thinking too much, 5 stars in all categories. Top delicious food at a reasonable price. Super nice staff. A great gimmick is the nail schnapps. First drink it and then hit the nail in the table where you ate before.

We ate again at the Bier- und Branntweinkontor on July 15th, were able to sit outside in the nice weather, were served very nicely and the food was again super tasty. Would love to come back.

This restaurant is characterized by excellent hospitality and top-notch food. A service that is second to none. Super friendly, sweet and nice. The ambience is also great. The food, whether pan fish or plaice fillet, are culinary highlights. So also 5 stars for the chef. We always enjoy coming back.

Quaint little sailor bar with a surprisingly wide range of drinks, I recommend the Drambuie as a nightcap. The food is also really good.

Anyone visiting Warnemünde should definitely eat here. The staff is super nice. We hadn't reserved a table and were really lucky to get a seat. So be sure to reserve! There is a great selection of salads, fish dishes and other dishes. Typical of the area...steak au four. Our selection: Large tuna salad (unfortunately you have to order bread separately here 😞), mixed fish platter, salmon steak and steak au four. Even though all the seats were full, we didn't have to wait long for our food. The portions are generous and all 4 dishes were very tasty. Rarely have I eaten such good fish. Everyone was given 2 nail schnapps for digestion. Here you get a nail for every schnapps that you drive into the table. Unfortunately we sat outside and all the nail tables in the restaurant were occupied, it was definitely funny but the schnapps also tasted so good. The prices of the dishes are reasonable. A MUST, especially for fish lovers!

Actually a beautiful place with great food but we were sent away several times at 8.30 p.m. by the unfriendly waitress who either completely ignored us or complained that there was no more food, we were in season and couldn't eat earlier, so we had to eat somewhere else again , it's a shame but we can no longer recommend this. Today 9 people were sent away again who had eaten and drank well, a shame...

The restaurant takes some getting used to. The food was good. The beer is expensive, but Alster is cheap.

A small, rustic pub with super nice staff. I chose the Rostocker Pfannenfisch (fillet strips of pollack in a spicy mustard sauce with fried potatoes and garnish). Cost: €21.90. The waiting time flew by and the food came to the table really hot. I really enjoyed the dish. The others also enjoyed their dishes. What you absolutely have to order in this pub is the house-made schnapps, which is served with a cherry with a nail stuck in it. There is also a hammer with which you can drive the nail into the table top... it's great fun in a group... We had a very nice, fun evening here.

Small, nice restaurant a little away from the hustle and bustle. Well attended, also outside in summer. Plaice with sweet and sour bacon is something different. Dark Rostock is a must! Schnapps is served with a nail that is hammered into the table.

A super rustic little restaurant with Seemann's flair. Met great people and ate and drank really delicious food. We probably sat for about 3 hours. But the time flew by. Always happy.

The food (labskaus and panfish) was OK, but nothing special. Nevertheless, we found the cozy atmosphere and the service great and nailing was also fun and the homemade distilled wine was very tasty. Reservation is recommended

We ate the lumberjack steak and before that a goulash soup. Unfortunately it was very watery and the lumberjack went well, only the fried potatoes were very fatty and tasteless🤔🤔🤔

Gemütlich toll gemacht essen sehr gut u Bedienung auch toll . Verewigen kann man sich indem man einen Nagel in den Tisch schlägt .

Hier fühlt man sich gleich herzlich willkommen vom freundlichen und kompetenten Personal. Man sitzt sehr gemütlich und ruhig im Garten etwas abseits vom Trubel. Essen ist sehr gut.

Ich habe hier Fisch gegessen. Dafür 5 Sterne. Der Service sehr freundlich und fleißig. Dafür auch 5 Sterne. Das Lokal im gesamten auch 5 Sterne.

Wir hatten das Steak au four und das Hamburger Schnitzel. Beides war gutbürgerliche Küche, nicht besonders gewürzt und raffiniert zubereitet, aber ok. Der Service war zuvorkommend und schnell.

Für mich das Beste Restaurant in Warnemünde. Sehr nettes Personal. Lecker Essen zu einem fairen Preis. Wer hier nicht fündig wird ist selber schuld. Und wer dann noch den 5 Nagel gerade in den Tisch haut hat es drauf.

Mega lecker, super freundlich, angemessener Preis und sehr entspannt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Ps: Die Leute sollten auch mal von der Brücke nach links schauen...

Kann ich beim besten Willen empfehlen die tolle Kellnerin war super freundlich war sehr aufmerksam und einen lieben Gruß an die Küche das essen war top und wenn man mal so überlegt auch günstig haben das tagesangebot plus 2 kartengerichte bestellt mit jeweils ein Getränk und sind unter 100€ geblieben paar Meter weiter müsste man für das gleiche fast das doppelte bezahlen und hat vielleicht nicht so einen guten Service 😁

Jedes Mal, wenn wir eine Woche im Sommer Urlaub machen in Warnemünde, kehren wir hier ein. Uns gefällt das Ambiente, der Service und natürlich das Essen. Die Portionen passen für uns gut (2 Erwachsene und zwei 17jährige Mädels), die Qualität und der Preis passen auch dazu. Diesmal haben wir uns vom "Absacker" sogar eine kleine Flasche abfüllen lassen ;D. Vielen Dank für das leckere Essen und bis zum nächsten Sommer.

Great place for authentic food — definitely not a tourist trap! Amazing goulash soup and sausage. Great price. The lady that served us was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend!

Gutes Essen nette Bedienung. Man sollte unbedingt den selbstgebrannten probieren. Dann darf man nägel in den Tisch klopfen.

Jedesmal essen und trinken wir hervorragend in diesem Restaurant. Meistens gibt es Dorsch oder Scholle für uns. Super lecker!

Nach vielen Jahren positiver Erfahrungen wurde es leider die letzten Male immer durchwachsener. Helle Bratkartoffeln, die nicht selbstgemacht sind. Der Fisch auf der Kontorplatte hat keinen Lack und Geschmack, der Lachs schmeckt muffig,Scholle sehr wässrig. Die Salzkartoffeln haben seit Stunden im Wasser gelegen, waren somit auch nicht genießbar. Wir haben freundlich darauf hingewiesen, leider kam keine Entschuldigung seitens der Küche. Der Koch muss eindeutig gewechselt haben. Es war früher viel besser.

Einfaches gemütliches Restaurant mit recht einfach gehaltenem Speiseangebot, die bestellten Essen waren in Ordnung aber das Auge wird in keiner Weise berücksichtigt, und das bestellte kommt daher recht lieblos daher, Service nett, freundlich und sehr flink.

Diesmal war ich mit meiner Frau da. Unsere Bedienung war wie immer super nett, das Ambiente ist richtig gemütlich und das Essen war wie immer lecker. Ich hatte Matjesfilet nordische Art (für die grünen Heringe war keine Fangsaison) und meine Frau hatte Rostocker Pfannenfisch. Dazu ein alkoholfreies Hefe-Weißbier, eine Weinschorle und zwei Pott Kaffee für insgesamt 47,40 Euro. Absolut empfehlenswert.
