Delicious food. The noodles were very tasty and had a good consistency, qq. Tofu was also tasty but the price to quantity ratio could be a little better.

Really really really bad service. Food is average and extremely high priced for the quality and quantity. The owner lady is rude and impolite for no reason. Doesn’t care about customers. They take only cash and won’t give you back any change back if you don’t have exact money. Won’t ever go again!

I recently had a bubble tea experience that left much to be desired. Despite having tried bubble tea at various places in Stuttgart, this one was the worst. The taste was off, and to make matters worse, there was no option to choose between a warm or cold drink. The server assumed we wanted a warm drink because it was cold outside.

Yummy. But! Terrible value for money. 2 pasta 18€. Beef version costs extra. But then beef (minced) was almost impossible to find. Stayed hungry. I do not understand.

Very small portions. The plate is almost empty. Beef in homeopathic quantities. Leaving the store hungry for main courses. Too bad... Sausage is a prerequisite. Unfortunately I don't have...

The taste was really delicious! Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right at all! The mixed starter platter consisted of a hint of cucumber, a tablespoon of kimchi and half an egg with soy sauce and cost €12 and was not particularly tasty. Offering 2 noodles for €18 is really cheeky! Spent a total of €60 and left the restaurant hungry, really a shame! The ambience with the open kitchen, the service and the portion size do not justify these prices, even if the food tasted good. I won't come again.

A friendly shop with a friendly owner. The tofu starter was tasty, but not particularly outstanding for €9. The pasta, on the other hand, was excellent and the selection of drinks, especially the lemonades, was also completely convincing.

If the food isn't convincing then the service is definitely! The pasta was delicious, the fresh citrus lemonade was refreshing... I'm super satisfied and would love to come back.

If you want to experience and taste something special, this is the right place for you. Great pasta dishes prepared by people who clearly love their craft and want to share the joy of it. I can agree with all the recent positive reviews. Be sure to try You Po Mian – ideally with makgeolli.

Despite my initially critical approach, I was thrilled after the visit and can warmly recommend that everyone take a detour and enjoy these delicacies. You will be warmly welcomed and immediately feel at home! I particularly recommend the Biang Biang noodles – an absolute highlight!

How can something be so delicious? There were two of us there and we ordered bibimbap and the vegan Biang House noodles. Both were simply fantastic, the bibimbap was served piping hot in a stone pot and the noodles came to the table piping hot in all their oily glory. We also tried the homemade black sesame ice cream and it was very fresh and tasty, they definitely nailed it!

I finally found a shop that makes really good, fresh hand-pulled Biang noodles! 🥳 The noodles are al dente and super tasty. The vegetarian version is particularly amazing – lots of garlic and just the right amount of spiciness. 🧄🌶️ You can tell that the owner lives her passion and does everything with love. You almost feel like you're at home! 🥹🥰 If you like handmade noodles, you definitely have to go here. Really recommended! 🍲

Didn't get full without ordering additional pasta for €6 - When the outside temperature is 30°C, you can't get (tap) water for less than €5/0.5l despite friendly requests

We have been here so many times and always left happy. The food tastes great, fresh ingredients and the owner is an entertainer. You're always in a good mood when you go to the store. Is and remains an all-time favorite in Stuttgart.

I had dinner with my friend at Biang Haus today and it was very delicious! Absolute recommendation! The prices are just completely reasonable for the type and quality of food. Gladly again :)

We waited at least for 40-45 minutes just to get the order. Also drinks came late, at least after 20-25 minutes. The quantity of food and prices of the dishes are inversely proportional. The only dish which was good was Rich with Chicken and kimchi. I am not sure whether it was like this on weekends but if you check the reviews, you will find that this was not the case year before.

We were there for the first time based on a recommendation. Unfortunately, the portions of the food were very small. For €26 a Bulgogi in the grill for 2 people with about 10 slices of beef unfortunately you never get full and we quickly moved on after eating because we were always hungry :( There are even better Korean restaurants in the area like SOBAN, Mandu Therefore unfortunately only 1 star for the small portions.

Summary: - Biangbiang noodles were good - Relative expensive - Portions okay - Homemade iced tea is bubble tea So the biangbiang noodles were good. The problem is that I ate some in Berlin and they were non plus ultra, so my expectations are too high. But these were great too! We had the 43 and they cost €18 which is relatively expensive for the portion. But it was very tasty so it was okay The homemade iced tea was bubble tea and I just wasn't expecting it... Conclusion: Good Biangbiang noodles - I can recommend it for noodles.

My dinner was excellent. The owner of the house is an absolute expert in gastronomy. The kohlrabi salad was crunchy with a very tasty and refreshing taste. The Biang noodles are an absolute delight and you can taste the heart & freshness in this dish. I also had a delicious jasmine tea. I think you should inform the customer that this is the case, because no matter where you eat, you will always get a side dish. Tastes good, but not good value for money. We paid 12 EUR(!) for 4 pieces of xiaolongbao. Ie 3 EUR per piece, where you don't even know whether they are homemade (it wasn't on the menu). There were more depicted on the card, which led to false expectations. Quite small portions as a main course with no side dish for the price. If you want a side dish of rice, you have to order it separately for EUR 3.50. We ordered Biang noodles with an extra topping of tomato egg. That was at most 1 tablespoon of the tomato egg, which is what we got for the additional price. Unfortunately there wasn't a lot of vegetables in it, even though you ordered them that way. Unfortunately you cannot pay by card. The only positive thing is that it tasted good. A friendly, well-behaved little dog greeted us warmly and mostly sat in his basket.

Had the meat barbecue at Christmas time. A little too expensive. Actually a really great idea. The implementation is just not quite as optimal. The meat tasted good. However, the waitress dropped her earring in the salad while serving it. Exchange this? Not necessary. What's unusual is that you have to cut the meat into small pieces with scissors. Basically the food tastes good. What I personally didn't like was that smoking is allowed in the restaurant after 10 p.m. The kitchen is open. Does this mean the smoke also moves into the kitchen and onto the food?

Ich war jetzt schon häufiger hier und es war jedes Mal perfekt. Wir haben eine Inhaberin, die sich ganz super um Ihre Gäste kümmert und für alle Belange da ist, mit der man sich aber auch ganz natürlich unterhalten kann, einfach eine sympathische Person. Essen ist von außergewöhnlich guter Qualität, wer das nicht erkennt, stellt sich halt unter asiatischem Essen eine Nudelbox vor. Geschmacklich auch super und originelle Getränke. Außergewöhnlich vielseitige Karte mit vielen veganen Optionen. Komme bestimmt wieder!

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Wir sind rein und haben nicht mal Karten bekommen. Habe mir Nudeln bestellt mit extra Gemüse und habe dafür 3 hauchdünne Karottenspalten erhalten, die unter den Nudeln waren. Unter Gemüse verstehe ich was anderes. Dann brachte mir die Dame eine geöffnete Colaflasche, die keine Ahnung wie lange offen stand. Die Kohlensäure war weg. Die Nudeln waren lange und mit Stäbchen konnte ich sie leider nicht essen. Ich habe zusätzlich zu den Stäbchen einen Löffel erhalten, der mir beim Essen nicht helfen konnte. Ich musste vorgehen zu ihr und sie nach einer Gabel fragen. Sie schaute in den Besteckkorb, der mit Löffel gefüllt war, und sagte mir, dass sie keine Gabel hat. Sie hat also keinen Aufwand gemacht, mir eine zu bringen. Musste meine Nudeln dann mit 2 Löffeln essen, da ich den von meiner Freundin bekommen habe. Als ich zurück zu meinem Tisch lief, sah ich auf einem anderen Tisch, dass dort eine Gabel lag. Sehr sehr schwache Geschäftsführerin, die sich 0,0 um ihre Gäste kümmert. Den Laden werde ich nie mehr betreten und ich weiß jetzt schon, dass wenn das andere einmal machen, dass sie danach das selbe sagen werden. Preise sind übrigens sehr überteuert und es ist das Geld absolut nicht wert !

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker! Die Karte sah leider schon sehr ramponiert aus und mit Kuli bemalt. Dementsprechend gab es leider keine große Auswahl an nicht scharfen Gerichten mehr. Zum Hauptgericht musste man zusätzlich Reis bestellen, da nicht enthalten! Die einzige Kellnerin und vermutlich Besitzerin war jederzeit sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nichtsdestotrotz war das Preis-/Mengenverhältnis nicht wirklich angemessen. Die Portionen waren relativ klein aber dafür sehr teuer. Schade! Zahlung nur Bar oder per Paypal.

Die "Serviceleistung" ist nicht vorhanden, kein schönes Ambiente (Bürokram und Hundefutter im Gastbereich) und die Portionen sind so klein, sodass Preis/Leistung uns sehr gefrustet haben. Zu zweit muss man mit 100€ planen, um satt zu werden.

Hat Potenzial aber gibt Verbesserungspunkte. Die Dumplingfüllung ist lecker aber die Haut war leider ziemlich zäh. Die Soße dazu ziemlich spicy, da wäre es nett vorher zu fragen ob man Schärfe mag oder es sonst auch ohne Schärfe machen. Die Bubbles vom Bubble tea haben nicht durch den Strohhalm gepasst. Das Koreanische Sushi war lecker. Service war nett. Wir kamen allerdings an und die Tür war noch abgeschlossen obwohl die Öffnungszeiten bereits angefangen hatten. Nach einem Anruf wurden wir dann aber reingelassen und alles weitere lief gut. Aber als Hinweis: lieber die Tür schon aufschließen, selbst wenn nicht alles fertig ist. Auch schade, die Hand pulled noodles gab es nur noch in der spicy Variante. Hätten die sonst gerne probiert.

Wir waren spontan zum Essen hier und wurden sehr nett bedient. Die handgezogenen Nudeln sind der Hammer!! Aber auch das restliche Essen war sehr gut und frisch!

Biang House bietet verschiedene traditionell chinesische Gerichte an, zusätzlich gibt es hier auch ein paar koreanische Gerichte. Teilweise werden auch spezielle Getränke angeboten, die man ebenfalls in Asien findet, unter anderem auch Bubble Tea. Das Lokal ist relativ klein und durchschaubar, trotzdem merkt man direkt, dass es nicht nur mit einer Person geführt werden kann. Die Chefin scheint sehr nett, allerdings arbeitete sie fast ganz alleine im Restaurant als ich dort gegessen hatte. Zwar waren auch 1/2 Hilfen da gewesen, allerdings war die Bedienung doch etwas schleppend. Dafür war das Essen gut und hat geschmeckt. Preislich waren einige Gerichte jedoch für die Portion doch etwas teuer.

Biang house ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles frisch und sehr lecker. Definitv sind es die Preise wert. Beste Dumplings die ich je hatte. Die Sossen ein Traum. Der Sticky Reiskuchen und das bohneneis fantastisch. Das argentinische Rindfleisch genial mariniert. Jedes der bestellten Gerichte war mega. Einer von uns hatte den Feuertopf mit Tintenfischringe, jemand anderes Biang Nudeln mit Schwein. Personal super nett und freundlich. Inhaberin kommt persönlich an den Tisch um sich zu erkundigen. Wir waren zu 5, darunter 2 Freunde aus England. Wir sind immer noch überwältigt. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Liebe die Biang Nudel, muss immer wieder hin um mehr davon zu essen. Auch alles andere ist super lecker, wobei ich selbst nur die vegetarischen Sachen probiert habe. Freunde waren aber auch schon vom Rest begeistert. Ambiente ist super schön, die Besitzerin immer super freundlich und auch beim bestellen super schnell am Antworten.
