BESCHDE Pizza clearly impresses with its individuality. If you want off-the-shelf pizza here, you're definitely in the wrong place. You just thought something about everything. From the choice of pizza base (wheat or spelled), to the carefully selected ingredients and the cozy living room atmosphere in the interior, to the almost friendly interaction with the customers, everything here has been implemented with a certain level of awareness. I would particularly like to highlight the weekly pizza special. BESCHDE Pizza shows creativity here and it's definitely worth keeping up to date with. I'm still in love with your "Oh Deer" special (02/2024). How did you come up with the idea of ​​serving roast venison with cream, caramelized onions, hay milk cheese, chives, mozzarella and roast venison juice? This was truly a masterstroke and my BAD pizza for a long time. I'm still mourning her and I'm guaranteed to be a permanent guest for seven days if this special comes back. Ok.. maybe I'll come for other specials too ;)

We've had a really nice time there, they have nice and comfortable seating for small or larger groups and the food plus aperitifs was gigantic! We felt very comfortable and will come back - hopefully many others will; to support “Beschde Pizza”! There was a group at the table next door for “Pizza & Wine” - looked great too!

Last week we spontaneously went to Beschde Pizza because we later met up with friends at the Roots Bar next door. Both restaurants are run by the same owner and after eating pizza you can go straight to the bar below the restaurant. The atmosphere is small, but very comfortably furnished. There is a pizza oven and self-service food and drinks, where you can choose between different beers and sodas. The selection of pizza is great! All pizzas can be ordered with wheat or spelled dough. There is also always a weekly special pizza and also seasonal pizza that you can order from September to June, for example. I ordered the Killer Pumpkin Pizza as a vegan version and with spelled dough and I thought it was great! The spelled dough was baked really well. The pumpkin with pumpkin oil and fresh rocket was a perfect topping. The prices are not cheap, but okay. In any case, we were all positively surprised by the selection and our pizzas😌

We were really looking forward to the pizza, unfortunately it was anything but the best pizza. Had the little cowardly pizza and it was just a block of cheese with wobbly dough. My companion's pizza was better, but unfortunately the dough/base didn't convince us either. Too bad.

Had dinner there last week because we were interested in the pizza combinations and we weren't disappointed. The pizzas are a little smaller than many other "competitors" but they taste great and the option to order the pizza half and half means you can eat two different meals. I particularly enjoyed the killer pumpkin. Keep it up :-)

Was at the wine meets pizza event yesterday and would have given it 6 points if possible. Great wines, great pizzas, with lobster, truffles, caviar... great, unusual, cozy atmosphere and most importantly: absolutely great people, thank you for an unforgettable evening!

I honestly never expected the pizza here to taste so good! The dough was delicious, crispy and juicy, the cheese was really tasty and in the perfect amount, but the other ingredients were not spared in any way. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is good. In winter there is also mulled wine.

I treated myself to the Gorgonzilla with extra peppers and found the combination very interesting. Whether it was the best pizza is an open question, it's all a matter of taste, but I have to say, the choice of dough is very cool and the pizza overall is very tasty and crispy, tasty and special. You have to try it. The rustic atmosphere fits perfectly and the employees are also very cheerful and friendly. I found the total price of €19 a bit high, but ok.

At Beschde Pizza the name says it all. I have never had better pizza from a non-Italian restaurant. The pizza innovations and the ingredients are mega. You can taste the quality. If you like attention to detail, the guest room is beautifully decorated (which I personally don't care about haha). The kitchen is open. So you can see how everything is prepared. Everything was neatly hygienic and clean

The pizza is simply SHAME! Great base, creative toppings and regional ingredients - simply delicious! I particularly like the weekly special pizzas with combinations that no other pizzeria offers. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the service is cool and friendly. I can't understand other comments complaining about the size of the pizza as, as a good eater, I always get full! After all, it's a pan pizza that doesn't have a huge diameter, but is well topped and fills you up.

The most BAD pizza ever! What I particularly like to highlight is that there is a delicious and unusual special pizza every week (also as a veggie version). The taste is simply brilliant and it is beautifully and comfortably furnished. Friendly staff and really good cocktails round off your visit to BESCHDE Pizza perfectly. Absolute recommendation!

If you crave pizza, this is your place! The salad was to really good! I hate tomatoes and they were really flexible to switch it with (and even suggested!!) the peppers! It was so very good!

There were two of us there and we ordered two pizzas. I think the option to choose the dough with wheat or spelled is great. The “Killer Pumpkin” tastes spectacular, and “Who is Fred” tastes great, but I think €16.00 is a bit expensive. You have to get the cutlery etc. yourself, which is actually completely fine.

Worst pizza shop in Karlsruhe. We waited almost 2 hours for the pizza and the delivery person came without the pizza and said he had forgotten it and that he would be back in 15 minutes. He was back after over an hour with a bad pizza.

Parking 🅿️ possible in the nearby parking garage at Europaplatz if there is nothing available on the street.

We went to Beschde with our group of 29 teenagers. Communication via email was excellent. The room in the basement was very nice and they even prepared the karaoke set for us! Pizzas were very good. Would recommend!

Cool place with very nice decor. The pizza was good, one of the places I usually recommend in Karlsruhe. Toppings are high quality and there are many innovative combinations. There is a special pizza, I think every week, which is not shown on the menu so you have to ask for it. It is also possible to order your pizza with two different flavors (half-half). There are many boardgames you can play as well which is nice.

Paying 12€ for a small burnt pizza is really not the truth... It's a real shame, I was really happy but unfortunately disappointed. The interior looks great and the employees were also very polite

Negative: The pizza might satisfy a child or a woman on a diet, but not a full-grown man. I pay a pretty hefty price for this. You can also say EXPENSIVE. If I were to evaluate the ingredients purely, the standard size pizza would be just about fairly priced. But when a mini Lilliput is on your plate and you realize that the kitchen didn't make a mistake when ordering, but that it is the "normal" size, then you immediately wish for the Italian 30cm classic. Especially since the pizza doesn't particularly stand out in terms of taste. It's good, but certainly not special. Afterwards I went to eat a Yufka next door, with Kolo and Euphrat you'll still be full :-) PS: Thanks, but never again!

BESCHDE Pizza is definitely an insider tip! Although the shop looks inconspicuous from the outside, I was more than impressed by the quality of the pizza. The ability to choose between wheat and spelled dough shows the attention to detail. My Quattro Formaggi pizza was a delight! The craft is understood here. However, it has to be said that the prices are a little higher - €30 for two pizzas can quickly be reached. Nevertheless, it's definitely worth treating yourself to something. The ambience inside is cozy, and the selection of craft beers and IPAs tops it all off. Absolutely recommended for special occasions or just because. #gogtego

We ate here a few days ago and we really liked it here. Nice atmosphere, nice service and also good pizza. BUT: Since I've been vegetarian for many years and the vegetarian pizzas just seemed too overwhelming, I asked when ordering whether the bacon could be left out of one of the non-vegetarian pizzas. This wasn't a problem, I was told. When I had eaten half of the very tasty pizza, the young gentleman from whom I had ordered the pizza came to me and told me that there was bacon on the pizza. Since it was under the cheese and in thin slices, I hadn't noticed it until then. According to other reviews, not the first incident of this kind. In my opinion, an absolute no-go. For that reason alone I won't be visiting this store again. What about people who choose vegan pizzas or, worse yet, have intolerances? No matter how good the pizza tastes, something like this doesn't work. In the end, of course, we were still allowed to pay the full price.

Die Pizzen waren sehr lecker! Sie sind kleiner als normalerweise, war für uns aber ausreichend. Das Ambiente mitten in der Stadt lässt natürlich zu wünschen übrig aber das weiß man bevor man hier zum Essen her kommt. Was wir nicht wussten war, dass hier Selbstbedienung herrscht. Wenn man einen gemütlichen Abend mit gutem service genießen möchte, ist das unpraktisch. Wir hatten zur Vorspeise ein paar oliven. Die meisten davon waren richtig matschig und nicht mehr genießbar. Der Cocktail war super klein aber lecker und der Wein wird in sehr alten unschönen Gläsern serviert. Irgendwie kam danach das Gefühl auf, dass der Preis insgesamt nicht gerechtfertigt war. Zum abholen einer Pizza können wir den Laden empfehlen. Waren wirklich mit die beschden Pizzen, die wir seit langem gegessen haben. Hinsetzen und vor Ort essen werden wir nicht noch einmal.

Aus dem wenigen Platz, viel rausgeholt! Schön dekoriert, coole Musik. Echt gemütlich. Die Größe der Pizza ist optimal und fair im Vergleich zum Preis. Man muss nicht lange warten und bekommt eine echt leckere Pizza. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

die pizza war lecker aber wirklich teuer für die größe. wir hatten bestellt als nur eine andere gruppe vor ort war und auch nach uns bestellten noch andere leute, die alle ihr essen vor uns bekommen haben - wir haben 50 min auf diese mini pizzen gewartet, ich fand’s traurig, mir kam es so vor als würde das absichtlich immer wieder hinten angestellt werden.

Die Pizza Veggie war einfach fantastisch, mit salzigen und und süßem (karamelisierte zwiebeln) perfekt balanciert, das Knoblauch Öl auf dem Rand war mein persönliches Highlight.

Sehr leckere Pizza. Alle waren super lieb. Das Restaurant liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, aber das merkt man kaum dank der Sitzgelegenheit. Durch Spiele wie Kniffel und Co. lässt sich der Abend bei einem leckeren Cocktail gut ausklingen.
