Berlin Döner in Oldenburg (Oldb)

Never again. We ate kebabs there and the only thing they tasted of was sugar. The sauces are apparently soaked in sugar.

They're super friendly and Formula 1 fast. But I don't like the artificially flavored sauces. They have a sour, sugary, and preservative-laden taste. Honestly, you can taste it. I always look for authentic lamb or beef kebabs with strong but natural spices (salt, pepper, paprika, chili, cumin, etc.). The industrial sauces with sugar, flavor enhancers, and preservatives have no place in a real, traditional kebab. It's a shame they're really nice there.

Ordered a takeaway kebab, and two of the four were completely wrong. Now we're having a meal together where half of us don't want to eat anything else. No one is available by phone. I would have preferred to give it 0 stars.

The kebab may be as good as it can be, but the shop's exterior appearance is a disaster. How can a business look so unkempt from the outside?

Worst meal I've had in a long time. The schnitzel was similar to the sole of a foot. The roll was almost entirely salad. And paying 35 euros for it is outrageous.

In terms of value for money, this is the best kebab in Oldenburg. The staff is very courteous. 👍🏻

DISAPPOINTED! It's been ages since I've picked up a kebab, and I have to say it was the last time. I used to enjoy the food both inside and as a takeaway. Today was a complete disaster: the prices have almost doubled, and the meat was dry and tasteless. I won't be going there again.

Good food, just not a good sauce

The kebab is good. The fries are unfortunately very dry. Good portions and friendly staff. But charging a surcharge for card payments is really out of date.

Older people may have hearing problems, so they don't need to be insulted when ordering.

In terms of taste, the food is almost a little better than “opposite”. Plenty of meat and good sauces. You really shouldn't expect anything from the ambience. 😁 The name says it all.

Doner kebab 9€. There was a time when I got kebab twice a week. Now only every few weeks. With every price increase this becomes less and less common, a little more and you don't get anything from you anymore. Sry but there is nothing that justifies this price. Who else is going to pay for that? Have you ever thought that your customers determine how long you will continue to exist?

I ordered the meat and it wasn't cooked through and it was too old because it was left in the heat the whole time. Probably the whole day even I got diarrhea and couldn't sleep the whole night

It's more of a snack bar. The staff is very friendly and the food tastes very good. I have rarely eaten such good kebab outside of Berlin and the outskirts of Berlin.

I just got a kebab from there and at the beginning I said please a little salad and more meat and what do he do as he wants and he is so unfriendly and he didn't even put sauce over it and €7.50, these kebabs, what I took, they don't even cost €5. Really, you have to learn how to make the kebab you have. No idea about kebab, come learn from master. And this is the first and last time with you. You have to have respect for the customer and what the customer wants, you just have to do it, right? Yes yes yes yes that doesn't work. Customer is king.

What did you do with the chicken kebab? The meat is no longer the same as it was a week ago. We got it weekly, what we got today was anything but tasty!!!! It tastes like the Chicken Prince, (French fries cart) just artificial and cheap! Sorry but no longer recommended. We have always praised and recommended your meat. Hopefully you'll change that again, otherwise you'll have one less regular customer!!!

I always thought that BerlinDöner was the best kebab shop in Oldenburg because we always got freshly cut hot meat and also fresh salad. Nothing has been the same for a while now, and with our last three servings we had a stomach ache because the meat was cold, the salad was a lot wet, the cocktail sauce tastes like banana nectar and garlic sauce tastes like sweet yogurt and not like garlic at all, and the best sauce, the tzatziki, is no longer available.

Yesterday I got a kebab box and after eating it I threw up around 35 times during the night. The public order office will be contacted!

An absolute disappointment! • Extremely negligent staff: Completely unprofessional and indifferent. • Tiny portions: you will definitely stay hungry! • No fresh produce: A two to three day old salad was served, absolutely inedible. I have never had such a miserable experience. Definitely stay away!

Hacking suppressed numbers...impossible..

The kebab is actually very tasty!! Now here comes it!! We have ordered several times and every time the sauces are wrong. Quick preparation is not always good if you either don't listen to the customer or then make a mistake. The sauces are wrong three times in a row. Once I even completely forgot about sauces! Really a shame! Update: after the reaction to my review, I gave the store another chance. And what happens, even though everything was repeated three times and the order was gone through individually, the wrong sauces were put together again. Sorry guys, fast isn't always good!! Hurry shoo everything ready next customer then something like that happens. Listens to the customer and writes down the order correctly and then gets it done. We customers are happy to wait five minutes longer if everything is correct. For me it was definitely the last time I was with you. You are friendly and the kebab is delicious but the fact that the orders are always wrong is absolute crap!!!!

Doner 🥙 is not my cup of tea, but the business is well received, so the doner 🥙 must be good if you like it

Cold meat, mayonnaise with sugar is used as a sauce and the salads were nothing either.

The food is really, really tasty and we actually get something there every two weeks. The employees are friendly, but rarely answer the phone or sometimes forget an order when you answer the phone. The parking options aren't that great, it's just on Cloppenburger Str.

Good food, large portions and fair price.

The name says it all, you feel like you're at a kebab shop in Berlin. Service is good and the food came quickly. But the meat is like what most other shops have, i.e. supplied industrial minced skewer. Had a kebab plate that was okay, but nothing more. The cocktail sauce wasn't my thing. All in all, rather meh. If you're hungry and you're nearby, fine, but otherwise I wouldn't go there again.

Here you can get the best kebab in the southern part of the city. The interior could use some updating, but the warm service makes up for it.

The three of us went to the Berliner Döner today and ordered a small kebab plate and two small chicken plates. What we received surprised us very much, and in a positive way. Everything was very rich, very tasty and, at €8 per portion, very inexpensive. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean. We can fully recommend this snack bar.

I bought kebab here a few times. Unfortunately every time the bread was cold and not crispy. Maybe it's time to renew your bread grill? Otherwise, vegetables are fresh and the meat tastes good. One more thing: I didn't have a cucumber here in the kebab. I'm not a kebab expert, but other snack bars had cucumbers with a white cabbage/red cabbage/iceberg mixture.

I ordered food there today. I pre-ordered 20 minutes in advance. When I was there I had to wait about 10 minutes and when I asked I didn't want the sauce on the kebab plate but in a special bowl which I was told costs 3 euros more and if you pay by card you have to pay 0.50 € more pay The employee was very rude.

Best kebab in the Oldenburg area! Always fresh, large portions. Friendly, attentive staff, normal atmosphere. Doner kebab €6. Unfortunately, Doner Monday no longer exists. First €3, then €3.50, again later €5.50 and now consistently €6.00. Double price within 1.5 years. Despite inflation, that's too much money for a kebab. Therefore only 4 stars.

Unfortunately I didn't get what I ordered straight away. Ordered Dürüm with everything and a bit spicy. Instead I got one that was already there because it was probably made incorrectly. But I didn't feel like getting upset anymore. I think it's a shame how customers are taken for stupid.

Super tasty kebab! I was born in Oldenburg, but live in Australia. There they only serve kebab in a wrap, with the wrong salad/cabbage and the sauces aren't right either. How much I was looking forward to a real kebab! I was not disappointed at Berlin Döner on Cloppenburger Straße! Very tasty kebab, just as it should be. The waitresses were very friendly and nice, even though the store was full of customers. Thank you Berlin Döner for the delicious food! I will now promote your kebab in Australia!

I ate there today with my family and asked them for some pepperoni with my order. My order was brought to the table without pepperoni and I asked the person who brought the food to the table to bring us pepperoni but he ignored my request. I told another colleague who was there, and I felt that their behavior towards us became unfriendly and one of them said something quietly. And their pepperoni was completely stale and tasteless and we didn't eat it. When paying the bill the person at the cash register asked for about 12 euros more than the amount we ate and I asked him several times if you are sure and he confirmed. Then her other colleague corrected the bill and told him he was making a mistake. Today for the first time I was very dissatisfied with the environment of the people there and also with the toilet, and they are completely unfriendly. I can say that I was treated like that and won't be going there again.

I'll never eat there again. The kebab had hardly any content, the bread was neither crispy nor was there much bread at all. The meat has a rubbery consistency in the mouth and they didn't even have chicken in stock.

The food there is very tasty, but some employees lack hygiene standards, such as preparing food with disposable gloves that have previously come into contact with money and handing out cash with oily disposable gloves, which then ends up in my wallet smeared with oil. It's actually a shame for such a good shop that prepares delicious food but scares away customers because of such a lack of standards and they prefer to drive to the competition two streets away

We ate kebab in Berlin, the service there was good. It was relatively clean there, but the food didn't taste good at all. We eat there often and I have the feeling that the quality of the food gets worse every time. This is very unfortunate as we used to really enjoy eating there.

If I could remove the stars I would!! Truly shocking rudeness!! My colleague and I ordered six take-out sandwiches. While I was choosing what I wanted to make them with, I was attacked by the saleswoman who very rudely and nervously told me to hurry up and choose my kebab like everyone else that the place was empty and there was no one else there!! I felt like I was bothering him by asking for 6 kebabs!! We were so shocked at the rudeness that we canceled the order and left! Today at lunchtime: We went to the "Berlin Döner" at Clp.Str.307 in 26133 Oldenburg at 2 p.m. - friendly welcome and very tidy. Price & performance is right. I had No. 06 - it was very "tasty"! The toilet takes a bit of getting used to - but the tables were cleaned after the guest left. I & We will go there again - keep it up...

You have to love this “döner kebab”. The well-coordinated team welcomes everyone. The food is always fresh and extremely tasty. Tip: Try the original Turkish rice.

Very good "standard" kebab, the minced skewer is slightly above the Oldenburger, the bread is the normal flatbread and the sauce is based on ketchup and mayo, but it is still tasty and the portion is large and the staff is super nice👍

Food didn't taste good, service great, atmosphere meh. Doner didn't taste good. Meat wasn't layered meat and didn't taste like much substance. Salad wasn't particularly fresh but also tasted completely bad. The sauce was cocktail sauce (not my taste, but I could have said that) and the bottom was something that tasted like curry spice ketchup (I can't stand it). Bread was nice and crispy but didn't have much structure. Price for food is okay compared to other stores. Drinks have a good price. The store doesn't have a particularly nice atmosphere. It was probably an old American diner like that. It didn't seem sterile, but it didn't seem atmospheric either. The employees are really keen, they are super nice and the food comes very quickly. The service is top.

Highly Recommended, As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are greeted very friendly and with a lot of motivation for your job. The food was very tasty and the portion was more than sufficient. Price performance top. Card payment possible. I can only highly recommend you. And never lose your good mood. You're doing an excellent job. The next time I visit Oldenburg you will be my 1st CHOICE
