Mixed Experience – Potential Is There We were a group of six adults and one child (with a reservation). **The Positives:** The ambiance is modern and inviting. The food – we had burgers – was really delicious and tasted fantastic. **The Negatives:** Unfortunately, several things went wrong with the organization that evening. Despite having a reservation, we waited ten minutes in the cold because of a broken entrance door. Drinks didn't arrive for 30 minutes (some were the wrong ones), and we waited over an hour for the food. Side dishes were incorrect and some were only brought out 15 minutes later. Orders were written by hand on slips of paper – with a larger group, this quickly leads to mix-ups, as we experienced. A modern digital ordering system would certainly help here and significantly reduce the workload for the staff. Most of the staff seemed overwhelmed. One young waiter was clearly trying his best, but the young women serving us unfortunately seemed annoyed. The staff seemed overwhelmed for the most part. A little tip: In many restaurants, children are served their food first – this saves everyone stress. **Conclusion:** The food is excellent, but the service and organization need improvement. With a little optimization, this could be a really good restaurant.

We went out for dinner tonight as a group of seven and definitely had an evening we'll remember forever – unfortunately not because of the food. The start was promising: other people were already sitting at our reserved table. When they left, the used dishes were simply left as table decorations. Why not, indeed. We only received the menu after politely begging. We ordered our appetizers and drinks together – in classic style, written down on a piece of paper. Spoiler alert: this piece of paper obviously had other plans and never reached the kitchen. Our drinks arrived after a leisurely 45 minutes (thirst is just a feeling, after all). After an hour and a quarter, we were cautiously asked which appetizer we had actually ordered – they would now "bring it forward." After just another 45 minutes (so a total of 2 hours), it finally arrived: appetizers! The burgers? An adventure in themselves. After asking several times, we kept getting the same answer: "They're next" or "currently being prepared." We heard this so often that we almost believed it. After a mere 2.5-hour wait, they finally arrived. In the meantime, another couple wanted a table. They had to check if there was one available – even though there were two empty tables right in front of us. Pure suspense! Apparently, there were staffing issues. As compensation, the appetizer was free, and everyone received a €5 voucher. In short: We laughed a lot, but we were even hungrier. We certainly won't forget this evening. Once – and never again.

An American diner where you can simply order a Goas Maß (a liter of beer)! Awesome!

What's completely unacceptable, however, is serving frozen mixed vegetables, sautéed as grilled vegetables, for €5.50. That was very disappointing. What a shame!

We went there based on the positive reviews, which weren't reflected in our experience. The location itself is appealing. The tenderloin steak was ordered medium-rare, and it arrived that way. The chimichurri, sea salt, and herb butter only arrived after we asked for them. The steak itself was only lukewarm when it arrived at the table. The chimichurri was almost entirely oil. The herb butter was so frozen solid that it didn't even begin to melt on the steak. According to the server, there was no alternative herb butter available. The mac and cheese was very overpowering, with a strong jalapeño flavor that wasn't mentioned on the menu. When I order mac and cheese, I expect pasta with a cheese sauce that isn't spicy, or at most, has a very mild heat. The New York cheesecake was probably frozen solid. That's the only explanation for why it arrived piping hot—see the thawing process. I've never had a cake steaming like that before (in a restaurant). ... This was despite the restaurant not being at full capacity; there were only 8 people in it during our visit.

Since the restaurant has only recently opened, some processes probably still need to be fine-tuned, which is why it took a while for our food to arrive, but we were still completely satisfied!

The service was quick and incredibly attentive, and our food arrived promptly – fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and really makes a good impression. You feel comfortable very quickly, and it's quite cozy. The service was okay. Not particularly good, but not particularly bad either. Now for the food. We waited 40 minutes for the appetizer. It was cold and partly undercooked. When the burgers arrived after another 30 minutes, they were lukewarm, and the burger patties were overcooked and partly burnt. So, all in all, it wasn't a good restaurant experience for me. I didn't think the wait was justified for the quality of the food.

Perfect American restaurant, perfect food. We had beef tenderloin, farmer's burger, and hamburgers with plenty of fries and salad. Everything was perfectly and lovingly prepared. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Come hungry, the portions are large. Reservations are recommended to avoid waiting.

Atmosphere - really great. Burger and sides - mediocre and not great for the price. Service - needs improvement; orders were taken incorrectly and there were very long waits for drinks and food. Conclusion - not something I'd necessarily go back to.

The atmosphere is very authentic, and we received a super warm welcome. The menu offers something for everyone, and this time we opted for the Farmer Burger with wedges and a striploin steak. Delicious and fresh homemade lemonades to go with it—what more could you want? A definite recommendation, but I would advise making a reservation; if you walk in, you might end up with a seat at the bar. Sports fans will also find plenty to enjoy. Anyone who appreciates the American flair will definitely feel right at home here.

We happened to be there and were lucky enough to get a table. The food was outstanding! Absolutely delicious! There were three of us, and we all had burgers. For dessert, we couldn't resist the New York cheesecake with a milkshake, and that was a real treat too. All in all, I've never had such a good burger.

I recently visited Bergers Dinner & Sportsbar and was pleasantly surprised. The food was really good – the burger, in particular, was incredibly juicy, and the portions were definitely more than generous. You can tell everything is freshly prepared. The atmosphere there is totally relaxed. You can eat in peace while watching sports on multiple screens, without it getting too loud or hectic. Perfect if you just want a cozy evening. The service was also excellent: friendly, quick, and genuine. You really feel welcome. All in all, a really nice place that I'd happily recommend – whether for a meal, a game, or just to chill with friends.

It doesn't get 5 stars just because, in a sports bar, there was no sports playing on the TVs (they were on standby). I go there regularly. The food isn't bad. The ambiance is okay too. The service depends on who you're with. I'm not a fan of purple. But for a football ground bar, it's definitely not bad. If I'm going to market myself as a US sports bar, I should add a little US flair.
