I ordered pizza through Lieferando. It was ok, the crust was very soft and the Pollo al Funghi wasn't at all what I expected. It says it comes with chicken breast fillet, but it was just doner meat and fries that were really soft and there was even sand in the fries. If there's supposed to be chicken fillet in it, then it should be in the dish or it should be renamed. That's cheating. I'm really angry that I spent money on something like that. I'm not usually fussy, but this was completely unacceptable. Delivery took a really long time and they forgot something.

Ordered food from a restaurant and took it home. When I got home, I realized one of the pizzas was wrong. I called and ordered the correct one for delivery. Waited two hours, no delivery. I called. They claimed the driver rang the bell twice and no one answered. We were sitting almost right next to the front door. No one rang the bell.

Unfortunately, parts of orders have been forgotten several times when ordering online via Lieferando, like the flatbread today. The quality of the food is good, though. I would just recommend picking up, because sometimes things are missing, especially during deliveries.

We ordered two kebabs in the evening, which arrived on time, but unfortunately, we had to search for the meat on the kebab. We then called Bergama and told them that the kebab had almost no meat on it, and that we were used to something different from them. We were then offered a new delivery. Unfortunately, 12 hours later, it still hasn't arrived. What a shame!

Unfortunately, it's been a real slow ride. We said we'd wait 30 minutes, but it ended up taking 1.5 hours. We forgot half of it, and the driver even had the nerve to hit on my girlfriend.

I ordered for delivery at 5:30 PM. After 3 hours (8:30 PM), I learned from the restaurant that my order hadn't been placed. Then, after calling again, my order was placed at 8:45 PM and delivered at 10:50 PM. The food was cold! I had to pay despite the long wait, and the driver had to use a calculator to charge me €50-€12.

My new favorite restaurant in Varel!! I was here for the first time yesterday and ordered a pizza – and I have to say: It was simply outstanding! The dough was crispy on the outside and beautifully airy on the inside, the tomato sauce fruity and fresh, the cheese creamy and perfectly melted. You can immediately tell that they use high-quality ingredients. What particularly impressed me: The menu is incredibly diverse. In addition to the delicious pizzas, they also offer freshly prepared doner kebabs, pide, and other specialties – everything is prepared in front of the customers, and the aroma is tempting the moment you walk in. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. You immediately feel welcome, almost like a regular, even if it's your first time. The wait time was pleasantly short, and even when it got busier, the service remained attentive and warm. The portions are generous, so you'll leave feeling full and satisfied – and at absolutely fair prices. The atmosphere is cozy, clean, and inviting, so you'll want to stay a little longer. All in all, a place where everything is just right: taste, quality, service, and atmosphere. From now on, this will be my first choice when I'm craving pizza, kebab, or just good food. Absolutely recommend it!

I ordered through Lieferando. When the sauces were forgotten, the delivery person told me to call and he'd bring them back. So, super nice. So I called the store, where they asked me, quite rudely, how much money I had given the delivery person, because the sauce cost more than they had paid me. However, I had already paid online, and Lieferando also showed my phone number, so it wouldn't have been a problem to just call ahead and clarify and ask if it was still an option. In the end, I got a hard time on the phone because I had ordered sauces online. The delivery person did what I was told because he also saw on the delivery note and receipt that I had ordered them. I haven't received the money or the sauces, and it's not about the money for me, it's about the principle. I was told they were busy and we forgot, and it would have been nice if they'd given me an extra €2 upon delivery, since we had to raise prices, it wouldn't have been a problem...

I ordered a vegetarian kebab box instead of a falafel box. I called 3 minutes after the delivery person left. The response was, "The driver is off duty now, can I deliver the right thing tomorrow?" Well, what can I say? I called the next day as agreed, "Yeah, yeah, he'll be here sometime this evening." I already knew he'd never come. Unfortunately, as the reviews suggest, this wasn't the first time and certainly won't be the last. The vegetarian kebab, by the way, consists of 90% coleslaw, a little bit of cucumber, and even less white cheese...

We're parked at a parking space in Jaderberg. On the Bergamo website, they ask if you want to pick up or have it delivered. We wanted to have it delivered. They then ask you for the region and postal code. So we clicked on Jaderberg and ordered. A €2 delivery fee, paid with PayPal – so far, so good. That was at 7:01 p.m. At 8:25 p.m., I called to ask how long the delivery would take (it's Sunday, so we figured it would be busy...), they said they were in production and would arrive then. The food finally arrived at 9:00 p.m. The final straw, however, was that my husband had to pay another €5 delivery fee because we had supposedly entered the wrong address. Of course... If I had picked up the food, I would have told him he could take it back. My husband didn't know about the ordering process and unfortunately paid the extra. I tried to clarify this over the phone, but unfortunately, the phone was constantly busy. The practices of this kebab house are absolutely disgusting and an absolute disgrace. A 7 euro delivery fee... Is this a scam by this place? Unbelievable...

It's a shame that the doner kebab I ordered didn't contain any vegetables, but instead contained what felt like an entire flatbread. It was simply too expensive.

We spontaneously stopped by the restaurant while strolling through town around lunchtime and were met by very friendly staff. The falafel plate and the vine leaves are highly recommended. The fries were cooked to perfection! We were very satisfied.

There is a point deduction for the kebab. I ordered this without onions and with tzatziki. A kebab arrived with onions, cocktail sauce and soft cheese (which according to the menu wasn't included).

It's a shame that the dining room is a bit cool, at least when the outside temperatures are very low like today. We were a little cold. Today we went to the Bergama Kebab House for the first time. The food was very tasty and the employees were very nice. Only the temperatures in the seating area - far too cold. A little more warmth would be very nice.

A total disaster We ordered 4 pizzas and 1 kebab dish on December 23rd at 6:03 p.m. The delivery was announced on the phone with a waiting time of 30-45 minutes. When nothing had arrived at 7:20 p.m., we decided to call to get information about our food. There was a wild search and in the background one could hear: "This is what happens when you don't process the orders in sequence". We were assured that the food had just gone out and should reach us shortly. When we still hadn't received anything after more than 2 HOURS, we called again. After a long search, we heard that the food had been delivered, received and paid for in the neighborhood. Stunned, after 2 hours we were left without food, "we could prepare it again and deliver it with priority", could we be patient for another 30 MINUTES... The only question that remains is who will accept food that they did not order. Hopefully you enjoyed our beautiful creations.

Von Anfang an wurden wir herzlich von dem freundlichen Personal begrüßt, das uns eine angenehme Atmosphäre bot. Die Qualität der Speisen übertraf alle Erwartungen. Die Döner waren einfach köstlich – perfekt gegrilltes Fleisch, frisches Gemüse und eine großzügige Portion Soße, alles in einem knusprigen Fladenbrot vereint. Selbst die anspruchsvollsten Gaumen in unserer Gruppe waren beeindruckt. Was den Service betrifft, so war er erstklassig. Trotz des geschäftigen Betriebs war das Personal stets aufmerksam und sorgte dafür, dass alle unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt wurden. Insgesamt war unser Besuch in diesem Dönerladen ein voller Erfolg.
