Thank you for the great service! The food is super tasty and looks great. The portions are very generous with a very good price-performance ratio. It's a shame that the dining room is a bit cool, at least when the outside temperatures are very low like today. We were a little cold. Maybe the option to order a hot coffee while we waited would have helped. Unfortunately, hot drinks are not on the menu.

Today we went to the Bergama Kebab House for the first time. The food was very tasty and the employees were very nice. Only the temperatures in the seating area - far too cold. A little more warmth would be very nice.

A total disaster We ordered 4 pizzas and 1 kebab dish on December 23rd at 6:03 p.m. The delivery was announced on the phone with a waiting time of 30-45 minutes. When nothing had arrived at 7:20 p.m., we decided to call to get information about our food. There was a wild search and in the background one could hear: "This is what happens when you don't process the orders in sequence". We were assured that the food had just gone out and should reach us shortly. When we still hadn't received anything after more than 2 HOURS, we called again. After a long search, we heard that the food had been delivered, received and paid for in the neighborhood. Stunned, after 2 hours we were left without food, "we could prepare it again and deliver it with priority", could we be patient for another 30 MINUTES... The only question that remains is who will accept food that they did not order. Hopefully you enjoyed our beautiful creations.

It's not for nothing that the best kebab shop in Varel, Berlin kebab or other shops don't come close. Great work and keep it up! Our food wasn't there after more than an hour, we called again and were told the food was already out. After waiting another hour our food finally came, but it was completely cold. The menu we ordered was not brought with us either. So waiting 2 hours for food is too long.

Ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis! Ich war mit meinen Klassenkameraden in diesem Dönerladen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Von Anfang an wurden wir herzlich von dem freundlichen Personal begrüßt, das uns eine angenehme Atmosphäre bot. Die Qualität der Speisen übertraf alle Erwartungen. Die Döner waren einfach köstlich – perfekt gegrilltes Fleisch, frisches Gemüse und eine großzügige Portion Soße, alles in einem knusprigen Fladenbrot vereint. Selbst die anspruchsvollsten Gaumen in unserer Gruppe waren beeindruckt. Was den Service betrifft, so war er erstklassig. Trotz des geschäftigen Betriebs war das Personal stets aufmerksam und sorgte dafür, dass alle unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt wurden. Insgesamt war unser Besuch in diesem Dönerladen ein voller Erfolg. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können es kaum erwarten, mehr von ihren köstlichen Gerichten zu probieren! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für ein unvergessliches kulinarisches Erlebnis!

Although this was already paid for online, we didn't hear anything after that, it was already closed. We hope that we will at least get the money back. Definitely won't be ordering again!

Das letzte mal essen von dort bestellt und leider wirklich enttäuschend. Normal wenn etwas ist, ruf ich an, aber heute! Essen war leider nicht, dass was ich bestellt habe. Ich habe eine Kinderpizza bestellt stattdessen bekomme ich eine normale wofür im Endeffekt auch voll bezahlt werden musste, eine andere fehlte der bestellte Belag. Dann war eine Pizza nur zur einer Hälfte gebacken (vielleicht läuft der Ofen nicht richtig). Das sind auch alles nachvollziehbare Sachen, wir sind alles nur Menschen. Aber dann war alles kalt oder nur lau warm! An der Tür erkannt das ich mehr zahlen musste als am Telefon gesagt bekommen und dann der total unfreundliche Fahrer der die Sachen auch wieder mitnehmen würde wenn ich jetzt nicht bezahle und damit er das Kleingeld nicht noch zusätzlich aus seiner Tasche kramen musste wollte ich ihm dass dennoch als Trinkgeld erlassen. Daraufhin meinte er; damit könne er sich sowieso nichts kaufen und schmiss mir das geld entgegen. Normalerweise bestellen wir sehr viel dort und ich hab sonst immer eine gute Rezension da gelassen. Als Stammkunden haben sie uns verloren. Das hört heute auf! Wir haben immer für 5 Personen etwas bestellt und immer gut geld da gelassen, aber so eine Frechheit heute das gibt den rest.

Vorrot angekommen wurde ich freundlich gegrüßt und meine bestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen, die zubereitung hat nicht lange gedauert und war auch sehr lecker.

Wenn Kebab dann geht zu Bergama. Toller freundlicher Besitzer und auch das Personal ist total nett. Die Qualität, die Preis-Leistung ist top. Sehr große Auswahl an Gerichten. Extrawünsche werden berücksichtigt.

Mittags vor Ort bestellt und zur verabredeten Zeit geliefert. Schmeckt echt gut und ist gut belegt. Einziger Minuspunkt. Die Pizza war nicht geschnitten. 😉

Die Online Seite ist ein wenig unübersichtlich gewesen. Das es ein paar kleine Komplikationen gab. Nunja das Essen war wohl bei der Lieferung ein wenig kalt und mitarbeiter wirkten extrem getresst. Geschmacklich war es einfach nur enttäuschend ,(Sonst war es mein Stammlokal) doch seit kurzen ungenießbar. Der Käse war viel zu viel und schmeckte nicht wirklich nach gutem Käse ,eher künstlich. Das Hänchendönerfleisch sah aus wie eine Putenbrust die mal eben geschnitten wurde fürs Gericht und nichtmal würzig. Zum Teig ,der war einfach nur weich und fettig. Leider zu oft jetzt enttäuscht worden.. Dennoch nette mitarbeiter und das Ambiente könnte doch ein wenig besser gestaltet werden.
