So there is only 1 star for the meat that was still raw. 1 star is given for the rude boss Ms. Berfin and 1 star is given for the disgusting atmosphere

The second time we ordered and again the extras were missing but we paid for them!

The food is great, but the ambience suffered a bit!

An absolute taste experience! I ate here this evening and was completely impressed. The kebab was generously filled, the meat was wonderfully juicy and well seasoned. I would particularly like to highlight the sauce - it was perfectly balanced and the hot sauce gave the whole thing the final, spicy kick. The salad in the kebab was fresh and crunchy, which completed the taste experience. After the meal I was treated to a typical Turkish tea and had a great conversation with the extremely hospitable staff. Hospitality really comes to life here! Overall, a fantastic experience – I went home full and very satisfied. Clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy really good kebab. I'll definitely be back!

Sorry, but once again the pizzas and kebabs we ordered were wrong. The pizza had mushrooms on it even though it wasn't mentioned and the kebab had onions specifically told that it should be without them. 😤

Hygiene is of course taken into account. I work there ! I always wear gloves and HEADBANDS for the long hair, which is always closed! Every one of our employees wears work clothes. We are just a bistro and not a 5 star restaurant, so we are not obliged to work in white chef clothes! They're not street things either! We are a modern team. We change in the morning, there isn't a single customer in the store as it isn't open at 9 a.m.! So no one is watching us, we should introduce, for people who don't use their tongue to speak but only express themselves in writing. Without background information. Our employees wear whatever they think is appropriate! We don't live in the Middle Ages. The only one who, as they claim, is allowed to wear street clothes is the driver!!! Who is also on the road. We have an open kitchen, so every guest can see what we are doing there. New employees can also look at the menu and see the price. That doesn't mean he doesn't understand what Hawaiian kebab means! Such statements are really outrageous, made up and lies! Our pizza is not topped with blobs either. We are the last to save on the toppings. They should have complained on site, then we would have been happy to explain to them who plays what role in the BISTRO! Kind regards, Jana

The food, such as the pizzas and kebabs, are very good. 👌 Delivery is usually relatively quick, and the staff is very nice and takes customers' comments to heart. I can really only recommend it.

Hygiene? Oh what! Flip flops are enough in the kitchen and the packaging can also be left in the oven to warm up. Work clothes? For what reason? Isn't the street clothes I've already put on enough? And then a look at the map.... DÖNER HAWAII!!!!! That was the crowning glory... The fresh canned pieces are actually on there... DÖNER HAWAII... you just have to let it melt in your mouth... The pizzas are absolutely subterranean and don't have anything close to anything Pizza in common, except that the cookie where the ingredients are placed is round. Otherwise, worst kebab and worst (if you can call it pizza) pizza in a long time. New frontrunner on my personal “foreign embarrassment” list.

It's a disgrace that you have to wait for your food, the waiting time gets longer and longer and then the order app says "your food has been delivered".... customer friendliness is a bad thing..... it was the first and last time I ordered food there

Had the second negative experience there today. We forgot the 45 minute wait when the house was full last summer. Today... 2 p.m. Doner kebab and Turkish pizza to go: The flatbread didn't go into the oven, it was topped with cold meat and then placed under the heating plate along with the sauce and salad. Next came the cold meat, which lay under the skewer on a pizza pan and was warmed up in the pizza oven and the meat was swayed back and forth a bit like in a pan. The mountain of old meat was then dumped back under the spit and was supposed to go into our kebab bread 🤮 When we asked what he planned to do with the warmed food, he replied: "I know what I'm doing here, I've been working here for a long time." When I told him that I would pay money for it and that I was expecting something freshly prepared, he smacked the Turkish pizza on the counter and said "it's warm" and "what's the problem?" I canceled the order and hope that the customer who came after us didn't upset his stomach. Who knows when the meat was from and how often it has been reheated. The skewer was fried but didn't turn and the heating plates were also turned off We then drove to the shop on Clara Zetkin Street and saw that things were different and, above all, fresh. At the beginning, place the flatbread under the heating plate and the meat fresh from the spit, just as it should be!

Stabiler Laden. Waren auf der Durchreise hier essen. Pizza und Pommes waren stabil. Es wurde auf unsere Extrawünsche eingegangen und der Besitzer war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns hier sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt!

Freundliches Personal. Döner ist gut. Mit 5,50 EUR sollte die obere Preisgrenze für einen Döner dann aber auch erreicht sein. Und tatsächlich ist der Preis auf 6, 00 EUR gestiegen. 🙄 TOP: 7,00 EUR

Echt empfehlenswerter Laden. Personal ist echt super nett, es wird versucht jedem Kunden seinen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Der Döner schmeckt gut und der Preis ist für die heutigen Zeiten echt akzeptabel, vorallem ist er gut gefüllt. Also hier würde ich wieder essen wenn ich wieder in Stralsund bin. Weiter so.

Bester Döner! Absolute Empfehlung!

Immer sehr lecker, frisch und man ist immer willkommen, wir kommen ganz oft zu euch :-) Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Telefonische Vorbestellung ist hier kein Problem. Schade, dass es die leckere Pizza vom Italiener nicht mehr bei euch gibt, diese war weltklasse 😊 Wir waren einmal vor der Öffnungszeit da und wurden trotzdem sofort freundlich bedient.

Sind auf der Durchreise bei Irem Bistro vorbei gekommen. War kurz vor Ladenschluss und wir wollten zwei Döner haben. Direkt vor uns war der Drehspieß alle, der nette Verkäufer hat gesagt er macht einen neuen drauf.....dauert dann aber 10-15 Minuten. Das nenne ich mal Kundenservice! Einfach Top!!!

Habe gestern Abend gegen 20 Uhr einen Döner bestellt, war zwar schon alles weggeräumt und gesäubert. Trotzdem wurde ich höflich bedient und es wurde extra nochmal alles frisch zubereitet. Für 5,50€ nicht gerade günstig, doch der Döner war sehr groß, sodass ich ihn nicht komplett geschafft habe. War sehr lecker 😋
