From the welcome and service to the food and farewell, absolutely recommendable. We were a party of four for lunch, ordering four different dishes and desserts. Everything was very well prepared and beautifully presented. We will be back.

We had a wonderful evening at Belsers Restaurant in Nürtingen! The five-course menu was simply divine – each course was prepared with such attention to detail, perfectly balanced in flavor, and beautifully presented. You can immediately tell that there's genuine passion in the kitchen. The service was also exceptional – friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. We felt completely at ease from beginning to end. I've been going to Belsers for 10 years, sometimes alone or for family celebrations. It's simply the best in Nürtingen and the surrounding area. The prices are a bit high, but it's worth it.

Top-notch organization, top-notch staff, we celebrated my wife's birthday without having told the restaurant anything in advance. Very attentive staff, the chef came to our table with a small gesture to congratulate my wife. A wonderful, unforgettable evening and excellent food for all our birthday guests. I can only say, this restaurant is a must-try.

A fantastic atmosphere, a bit like Amador in Vienna. Delicious food of great quality. The fish menu from the fish week was excellent, but the main course was too heavy. A classy fish and chips dish – a huge portion. It could have been smaller, or with more varied preparations, e.g., grilled shrimp, zander fried in flour, and another deep-fried in batter. The fries were super delicious. Unfortunately, my glass had a limescale rim, which I didn't like so much, so I should have paid more attention. The young waitress would have liked to have explained more about what was on the plate. The slightly older waitress, on the other hand, did a very good job.

The food and service are a highlight. It's always a special treat for us to be guests at Belser's.

A safe bet for years if you love good service and outstanding food! This was proven again on Friday, June 9, 2023, at a friends' party, despite the parallel wedding of a waiter and his wife from "Elsers." Bravo!

Service very good and courteous, unfortunately on the day of the visit a bit clumsy and several things forgotten

Dining at a star level. Belsers impresses on every level: the enjoyment, service, and ambiance are absolutely outstanding. The dishes clearly stand out from other fine dining restaurants in terms of taste, presentation, and texture. The appetizer (gazpacho), in particular, provided a taste sensation with almond foam, sorbet, and grilled watermelon. The lobster-filled tortelli, too, was a real eye-opener for the palate and mind. The wine list also features excellent winemakers and vineyards. The experience is rounded out by friendly, authentic service staff who leave nothing to be desired and are truly committed to their guests' well-being, even continuously. With an outside temperature of 28 degrees Celsius, the two waiters raced with their warming furs to warm the backs and cushion the bottoms of the shivering ladies at the fountain. I have rarely experienced such dedication and genuine hospitality with such demanding guests in Germany. Chapeau! In total, we had one starter, two main courses (lobster), two desserts, espresso, two waters, and a white wine - and an all-round successful evening outdoors in the evening sunshine.

Schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Restaurant. Man merkt, hier steckt viel Liebe im Detail. Der Service war zuvorkommend und hat alle Situationen brillant gemeistert und einen schönen Abend bereitet! Das Essen war hervorragend und geschmacklich perfekt ausbalanciert. Die Anrichteweise überzeugt und liefert wirklich den Eindruck einer Sterneverdächtigen Küche! Empfehlenswert ist Belsers Klassiker, hier überzeugt die Geschmackstiefe der Jus, wo man die französischen Grundlagen des Kochs sehr gut erkennen kann! Aber auch alle anderen Gerichte haben sehr überzeugt. Preis-/ Leistungsniveau ist angemessen und für dieses Erlebnis sehr fair!

We have been guests at Belser's Restaurant for years. We love the atmosphere and Christer B's excellent, creative cuisine. All of our visits have always been a special experience for us. However, last night we weren't happy. The starter, a bouillabaisse, and the dessert were as usual. The main course, twice duck breast, was completely wrong. The arrangement on the plate was careless, the duck was more than tough, the vegetable side dish was too salty. You can do it much better and have already proven it. The service was as always. To save our honor, because we wanted to tell H Belser himself, it must be said that H. Belser was not there himself. A. +. W. Rall

April 20, 2025 Easter menu. After a long time again. As expected, everything was very good. You don't get such food creations often. back May 14, 2022. Everything continues to be GREAT! 04/16/2022 This was the Easter menu again. It is and remains great. New pictures... We know the Belsers from “my local, your local”. This is the fifth time we've come. The food is very good. The waitresses are friendly, the atmosphere is special. Now the menu is through :-) You should make a reservation on the weekend. Keep it up... I'll remain a regular customer.

Incredible! We have eaten at Belsers Restaurant a few times now and each time it has been a wonderful experience. Very nicely prepared food and the service was also very good and courteous. Every time before you order the surprise menu you are asked about intolerances and things you don't like. This is also taken into account meticulously. The ambience is a bit darker and quieter but also very nice for entertaining and simply well done. A clear recommendation is the 4-course menu, very, very tasty food and, as you can see in the pictures, beautifully prepared. A culinary delight every time. In my opinion, 4 courses are perfect because the portions aren't too big, but the quantity is definitely enough!

Very solid, but not something for every day..

We ate at Belsers for the first time today and it was very good. The food is of high quality and at a star level. We had a 5-course surprise menu and every course was a taste experience. The ambience is great whether upstairs or in the vaulted cellar. The staff is very friendly and we had a nice evening. We will definitely visit Belsers again, even though we come from further away. Reservation is absolutely necessary. We were totally satisfied and can only recommend it

A great restaurant with delicious food. And always with new ideas. A great combination: wealth of ideas AND always great quality. And in a beautiful environment, with plenty of parking options (e.g. 300m walk from the parking garage at Nürtingen town hall), with outdoor management in the summer, in a traffic-calmed area.

Here we cook with love and the service is very friendly and attentive. The price is appropriate for the high quality of the ingredients and the delicious preparation. A really great, unusual restaurant where the evening was simply fun. A great, committed team, the chef himself brought the starters. Even though it was full, it didn't take long. And it tasted really good. We'll be back, even if we're not from the area.

Located in the old town of Nürtingen: Great ambience, great menu. As an allergy sufferer and vegetarian, I have had a special dish put together. The waiters had unique knowledge and suggestions on every detail. There was even a birthday serenade in which the boss was even present. Really everything is perfect! Very, very happy again!!!

Wir haben bei der online Reservierung Jahrestag(Beziehung)als Anlass angegeben. Die Tischdeko mit 2 Metallherzen als Teelichter und Rosenblättern war sehr aufmerksam- vielen Dank dafür. Das Essen und der Service waren sehr gut, sehr exklusiv und einzigartig im Geschmack. Wenn man hier hingeht weiß man vorher das es etwas kostspieliger ist, dennoch fand ich 15.00 für ein Kürbiscremesüppchen dann doch heftig. Die Speisekarte hat übrigens keine Preise nur die Tagesempfehlung auf einer extra Tafel. Wir haben unseren Jahrestag dort genossen.....und uns das mal gegönnt.

I almost always get the Belser’s classic. It is the best pot roast/short rib style dish I have ever had and it has ruined the dish for me at any other restaurant.

We were totally positively surprised here. The service is simply courteous, always there, professional but not intrusive. I personally really like the atmosphere. From starters to dessert, every dish was perfectly prepared to suit our tastes. Great wines etc. It was a wonderful evening

Nicely received. Great service. Good advice and also respond to customer requests. All service employees take care of you. Always my pleasure. We had cream of pumpkin soup, followed by Breton scallops. The main course was king prawns with Norwegian salmon. Dessert was a great basil sorbet. When it came to wine, we chose a Palatinate Riesling. Top.
