We treated ourselves to something very special for a special occasion. The 5-course menu brought a new taste experience with every course. We have never eaten so well and will definitely come back. Then we order a maximum of the 4-course menu, as the 5 courses with the additional greetings from the kitchen and the refreshment before the main course were too much for us.

Located in the old town of Nürtingen: Great ambience, great menu. As an allergy sufferer and vegetarian, I have had a special dish put together. The waiters had unique knowledge and suggestions on every detail. There was even a birthday serenade in which the boss was even present. Really everything is perfect! Very, very happy again!!!

We were here on New Year's Eve and it has to be said that the menu was not cheap, but rich and excellent. In particular, the very attentive and friendly service deserves special mention. We'd love to come back.

Wir haben bei der online Reservierung Jahrestag(Beziehung)als Anlass angegeben. Die Tischdeko mit 2 Metallherzen als Teelichter und Rosenblättern war sehr aufmerksam- vielen Dank dafür. Das Essen und der Service waren sehr gut, sehr exklusiv und einzigartig im Geschmack. Wenn man hier hingeht weiß man vorher das es etwas kostspieliger ist, dennoch fand ich 15.00 für ein Kürbiscremesüppchen dann doch heftig. Die Speisekarte hat übrigens keine Preise nur die Tagesempfehlung auf einer extra Tafel. Wir haben unseren Jahrestag dort genossen.....und uns das mal gegönnt.

I almost always get the Belser’s classic. It is the best pot roast/short rib style dish I have ever had and it has ruined the dish for me at any other restaurant.

We were totally positively surprised here. The service is simply courteous, always there, professional but not intrusive. I personally really like the atmosphere. From starters to dessert, every dish was perfectly prepared to suit our tastes. Great wines etc. It was a wonderful evening

We had cream of pumpkin soup, followed by Breton scallops. The main course was king prawns with Norwegian salmon. Dessert was a great basil sorbet. When it came to wine, we chose a Palatinate Riesling. Top.

I was allowed to be a guest here for the first time today and I am completely thrilled. One can only say that the chef and the team have not found their job but rather their calling. The food was of the highest quality and beautifully presented. You can tell with every bite that the chef really thinks about each menu and has worked on it for a long time. You can only be amazed at the service and say it runs like Swiss clockwork. Despite the late hour, everyone was super friendly and very competent! The main course arrived less than 2 minutes after the starter. All in all, I have to say I'm thrilled and will eat there more often now.

Another excellent evening and fantastic food. On top of that, there was a wine that was not on the menu that was recommended, which we really liked.

Great service and a fine 4-course menu in a nice ambience in the middle of Nürtinger's pedestrian zone, we'll be happy to come back!

After almost 2 hours of waiting, we finally had our main course. We had the beef roast: - Nothing against tender meat but it felt like it was almost liquid - Some of the vegetables were very tough - Side dish: crispy potatoes. Reality: 5 grams of potato chips The service didn't make much effort to optimize our stay: we didn't have a chance to order an additional side dish afterwards. Unfortunately our expectations were not met.

Hallo liebes Belsers-Team, wir waren kürzlich bei euch zum Abendessen zu Besuch und waren- wie die letzten Male- super zufrieden mit euch. Also das Allround-Paket hat wie immer gestimmt. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, trotzdem nicht zu aufdringlich- also für unseren Geschmack genau richtig. Natürlich auch ein großes Lob an die Küche, das Essen hat ebenfalls wie immer hervorragend geschmeckt und war stilvoll angerichtet. Einfach klasse. Wir können dieses Restaurant jedem Paar, Freunden und generell allen empfehlen, die kulinarisch etwas erleben möchten. Auch wenn die Wartezeiten manchmal etwas länger sind, lohnt es sich trotzdem dreifach. Vielen Dank für alles und bis zum nächsten Mal!

There were four of us at Belsers. The reception was already a warm welcome. The service, Philipp (?) was absolutely professional, polite and attentive. It is very rare to see it in this form. We were able to have the aperitif outside and it was absolutely no problem to change tables after it got a little cooler. The food selection is impeccable and should offer something for every taste. The presentation and the food were good, we were missing tiny little things that made it very good. In conversation with the boss it was explained very well to us that it is a different type of preparation (lobster), which irritated us, but only slightly. Also, but this is my personal feeling, I don't like bones in the bouillabaisse. The wine selection is good (a small error was discovered in the wine list. There was a "red" mixed in with the "whites" ;-) ) and the advice was again excellent. The tables are set close together, but that doesn't detract from the ambience. It was a very nice evening for us, with very friendly and attentive hosts at Belsers. Gladly again.

Easy to reach from the parking garage, food service very good. As in every very good restaurant, the selection is not huge because freshness is important. The menu is online. You can choose the days when the card is particularly tempting from your personal point of view.

It was a wonderful evening in a great atmosphere and excellent food. All three courses were a tasteful composition...The Belsers is a top address for discerning demands and we are happy to have such a restaurant in Nürtingen...

We were there for lunch on Sunday afternoon. At first I was worried about eating there with a baby (15 weeks) in a stroller, but it wasn't a problem. When we made the reservation we had already stated that we would have a stroller and would like to use the outdoor area. We were given a nice table at the edge where I was able to satisfy our hunger in peace, so all concerns were for nothing. As always, the food was top and the service was very good. The service also knew our name and what requests (outdoor area) we had immediately when I said with a stroller. The service would be great even with a child who was already eating with us, we even got a glass with a straw for the little one. We will be back definitely.

Hier findet man eine angenehm kleine und exquisite Speisekarte. Mein Essen bestand aus einer sehr guten Bouillabaisse und anschließend einem wundervoll zartem Rinderschmorbraten “Belsers Klassiker”. Beides hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Weine nach Empfehlung dazu haben ebenfalls gepasst. Der Service war flott und freundlich, allerdings etwas unaufmerksam. Ich musste jeweils die begleitenden Weine anmahnen, als die Gerichte bereits serviert waren. Etwas schade, dafür aber volle Punktzahl für das ausgezeichnete Essen. Die Preise sind für das gebotene angemessen.

Before we went to Belsers Restaurant, I had gotten severe food poisoning from a snack at another location we had visited immediately before. Since no symptoms had yet appeared, I did not yet know that I had suffered from food poisoning at the time of my visit to Belsers Restaurant. Then it happened in the restaurant: an embarrassing mishap that I had previously tried to avoid - unfortunately I wasn't quick enough. Of course, the incident was extremely unpleasant for me, especially since it was certainly not intentional! However, neither the angry and extremely annoyed waiter nor his boss, who was staring at me, seemed to care. Unfortunately, I wasn't offered any help or anything similar. I can understand that the situation was, let's say, unusual for everyone involved. I therefore sincerely apologize and would like to thank the angry waiter for at least resolving the mishap. There was never, at any time, any intention behind it. I consciously refrain from giving the restaurant a lower rating because the food tasted excellent and everyone definitely tries to do their best day after day. I was just annoyed that my emergency situation wasn't handled more discreetly and professionally...

Please make sure you only eat when the boss is cooking. Otherwise it is. It's very expensive food with normal taste. Very unfortunate. I remembered it so well and was now very disappointed.

We were very satisfied all around. The food isn't "cheap" but it's definitely worth the price. We will come back.

We had dinner with four people. Service was very attentive and friendly. All courses came at the same time as you would expect in an upscale restaurant. The food was excellent in all courses. As a little tip: The salad dressing could use some creativity in terms of taste so that it fits better with the rest of the meal. All in all, we went home very satisfied.

Guter Koch mit Potential. Es gibt einige Highlights und die Karte ist angenehm kurz, leider keine Menü Vorschläge und damit fehlender Zusammenhang einer kulinarischen Reise, da die Gänge dann auch nicht in der Größe abgestimmt sind. Das er warte ich auf dem preislich angestrebten Niveau und das finde ich auch in der näheren Umgebung. Der Service ist massiv ausbaufähig, Details erspare ich mir. Privat für ein schönes Abendessen okay, geschäftlich mit „wichtigen“ Gästen eher nicht. Summa summarum: Preis/Leistung ungenügend, aber das Potential ist vorhanden.
