On January 13th, I made a reservation for January 24th, but this morning (on January 24th), I received an email saying my reservation was canceled. They neither called nor sent any prior notification. When I checked their social media accounts, I saw a story stating they were “fully booked.” Because of this, I recommend making an additional reservation elsewhere if you’re considering this place, or you might end up disappointed!

Disappointment across the board – more appearance than reality Our expectations for the restaurant were high, especially because we wanted to celebrate our anniversary there. Unfortunately, the evening turned out to be the only disappointment. Starting with a chaotic reservation process to disastrous service. Even the reservation was difficult. After booking online, we called to confirm and discovered the reservation was not noted. We had to make a reservation again by phone. But even when we arrived there was again no reservation and we were seated at a tiny table next to the wine cabinets without comment. I was also forced to clear away several champagne stands that were stored under the table myself in order to be able to sit down. The service continued the disappointing experience. As I poured the water, I discovered a deep red lipstick mark on my glass. A clear sign of poor hygiene. But it got even worse... When the wine was served, my partner injured herself on a sharp chip on the wine glass. For me, this was the point at which I would have preferred to end the evening. But in order not to completely ruin the anniversary, I decided to stay because my partner was really looking forward to the truffle pasta. Unfortunately, even the food couldn't save our mood. The truffle pasta was completely overcooked and only the sauce was as expected. Even the white bread that was previously served was rock hard and stale. As the evening progressed, we realized that we weren't the only ones suffering from the poor service. During the course of the evening, at the neighboring table, we discovered another wine glass with a noticeable crack. When we pointed this out to the waitress, she got annoyed and replaced the glass with another DIRTY glass. Conclusion: In a restaurant of this standard, cleanliness, professionalism and hospitality should come first. The many deficiencies and the indifference of the staff made this evening a decidedly negative experience. Given all these grievances, all I can do is give it one star.

In an upscale Italian kitchen (even in simple Italian cuisine) you don't use a spice mixture for Spaghetti Vongole. The strong smell of this spice mixture is noticeable as soon as it is served. There was no taste of lemon or white wine. Spaghetti Vongole should contain parsley and not basil. We also had veal tartare, which we specifically ordered without truffle oil. Unfortunately it came with truffle oil. However, the service in the restaurant was very good. Unfortunately, when you go out to eat, the focus is on the food.

Very, very good cuisine, the service couldn't have been better. It was relatively loud for the size of the restaurant, we were lucky enough to have five or six birthdays being celebrated there, so maybe that's why it was a little louder. In any case, we will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

The wine was fine, so was the pasta with truffle, but unfortunately I didn't like my pizza as much. I've eaten better pizza. The starter, 1x tuna and 1x salmon tartare, were very tasty! Make sure you reserve a table, because it is a popular restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

Disappointing Service We recently dined at this restaurant and, unfortunately, our experience was marred by the level of service. While the food was decent and matched the presentation seen in other reviews but not the instagram page, the service ruined it. From the beginning, we were seated in a small, uncomfortable area, and later another table was placed unreasonably close to ours, further reducing our space. Communication about the menu was unclear, which appeared to be due to the fact that we were foreigners and I can speak German—a surprising and unwelcome attitude. What stood out most was the demeanor of the server. She seemed uninterested in her role, giving the impression that serving us was a forced decision. For instance, while every other table receive bread, we had to look around and wonder why we weren’t offered the same courtesy. While the staff dressed professionally, the service lacked professionalism in execution. This is disappointing, as it has the potential to gain the restaurant’s reputation in the long run. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a more welcoming and respectful experience for all guests in the future.

We were served by a woman who was rude. It’s such a pity because the place itself is very charming. We ordered octopus (it was rubbery), truffle pasta (I liked the dish), and a salmon salad (also a decent dish). My opinion: the rude service ruins everything.

I had the pleasure of celebrating with three friends at the Belucci restaurant - and it was simply a wonderful evening! The service was exceptionally attentive and warm, which really impressed us. As a little birthday surprise, the employees brought a great extra and even sang for us - a really loving gesture. The dishes were a dream: fresh, perfectly balanced in taste and simply a pleasure. Sitting outside was a particular highlight; we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the evening. We actually didn't want to leave anymore, we felt so comfortable. An all-round successful evening – we will definitely be back!

I will no longer call this restaurant a restaurant, we booked a table, when we arrived 5 minutes later we were told to order quickly with you for an hour to eat, when booking they did not say that time was limited, I often came to this restaurant for dinner and such situations never arose , not only the service has changed, but also the food! There is no wardrobe, coats are thrown onto a chair near the table, the toilet is a separate matter! I don’t recommend it to anyone and I won’t come back either! With such an attitude towards customers, this is not a restaurant, but an eatery!

After the civil wedding we spent our time at Belucci. And what can I say: Everything was prepared really beautifully and brilliantly! The service was outstanding and extremely friendly. The tables were decorated and rose petals were distributed everywhere. The food was very good and we always felt comfortable in this chic and elegant restaurant. The waitress hugged us at the end and congratulated us. A great experience and we will come back in the future! Absolute recommendation!

Tolle Location, schmackhaftes Essen, freundlicher Service. Jedoch war die Musik viel zu laut. Man konnte kein vernünftiges Wort wechseln. Trotz Anmerkung beim Service, wurde die Musik wiederum laut gestellt. Nicht angenehm und passend zur Location sowie Klientel.

Unsere Erwartungen an das Restaurant waren hoch, insbesondere weil wir dort unseren Jahrestag feiern wollten. Leider stellte sich der Abend als einzige Enttäuschung heraus. Beginnend mit einem chaotischen Reservierungsprozess bis hin zu einem desaströsen Service. Bereits die Reservierung gestaltete sich schwierig. Nachdem wir online gebucht hatten, riefen wir zur Bestätigung an und stellten fest, dass die Reservierung nicht vermerkt war. Wir mussten erneut telefonisch reservieren. Doch selbst bei unserer Ankunft gab es wieder keine Reservierung und wir wurden kommentarlos an einen winzigen Tisch neben den Weinschränken gesetzt. Ich war zudem gezwungen erst einmal mehrere unter dem Tisch gelagerte Champagnerständer eigenhändig wegzuräumen, um überhaupt sitzen zu können. Der Service setzte das enttäuschende Erlebnis fort. Beim Einschenken des Wassers entdeckte ich einen tief roten Lippenstiftabdruck auf meinem Glas. Ein klares Zeichen mangelnder Hygiene. Doch es kam noch schlimmer… Als der Wein serviert wurde, verletzte sich meine Partnerin an einer scharfkantigen Absplitterung am Weinglas. Dies war für mich der Punkt, an dem ich am liebsten den Abend beendet hätte. Doch um den Jahrestag nicht völlig zu ruinieren, entschied ich mich zu bleiben, da meine Partnerin sich sehr auf die Trüffelpasta gefreut hatte. Bedauerlicherweise konnte auch das Essen unsere Stimmung nicht retten. Die Trüffelpasta war völlig zerkocht und lediglich die Sauce entsprach den Erwartungen. Selbst das zuvor gereichte Weißbrot war steinhart und abgestanden. Im Laufe des Abends stellten wir fest, dass wir nicht die Einzigen waren, die unter dem schlechten Service zu leiden hatten. Am Nachbartisch entdeckten wir im laufe des Abends ein weiteres Weinglas mit einem auffälligen Sprung. Als wir die Kellnerin darauf hinwiesen, reagierte sie genervt und ersetzte das Glas durch ein anderes SCHMUTZIGES Glas. Fazit: In einem Restaurant dieses Anspruchs sollten Sauberkeit, Professionalität und Gastfreundschaft an erster Stelle stehen. Die vielen Mängel und die Gleichgültigkeit des Personals machten diesen Abend zu einem ausgesprochen negativen Erlebnis. Angesichts all dieser Missstände bleibt mir nur, einen Stern zu vergeben.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Belucci. The food was great, but what I would like to emphasize above all is the amazing service that we were able to enjoy. Friendly, attentive, accommodating. Unfortunately, this is no longer a given in upscale gastronomy. Please keep it up, dear Belucci team!

3 stars are given for the excellent tasting food. Actually, the food we were served this evening was probably closer to 4 stars, so 4 stars for the food but I guess we were unlucky with the service, because that was borderline snobbish and rude - hense the 1 star there. However, the food tasted really good and the atmosphere was great, so that could distract us from the poor service we got. We would differently come here again for the food - the service not so much... 3 stars is more than fair from my side

Good evening, We were your guests tonight and the food was very good, nothing to complain about. The timing between courses was also excellent. However, the service was less... The plates with food were "thrown" on the table, causing the plates to still shake... People were also asked during the meal whether everything was to their liking. Too bad, because the rest was so good! If you improved this it would have been really great.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante italiano a Berlino dopo più di una settimana di cucina tedesca e ceca durante il nostro lungo viaggio. La location è molto bella, tra il classico ed il moderno, un ristorante raffinato ed un servizio impeccabile. Il cibo veramente buono, in generale fanno cucina italiana presentata in chiave moderna ma anche qualche piatto straniero ma non per questo meno buono, come ad esempio il tonno in salsa teriyaki. Non perdetevi i piatti con il tartufo molto buoni (fanno anche un ottima pizza), il vitello tonnato o l'ottimo polpo alla griglia accompagnato al purè di patate. Assolutamente un ristorante magnifico da ogni punto di vista!!!

We went to this Italian restaurant in Berlin after more than a week of German and Czech cuisine during our long trip. The location is very beautiful, between classic and modern, a refined restaurant and impeccable service. The food is really good, in general they serve Italian cuisine presented in a modern way but also some foreign dishes but no less good, such as tuna in teriyaki sauce. Don't miss the very good dishes with truffles (they also make an excellent pizza), the veal with tuna sauce or the excellent grilled octopus accompanied by mashed potatoes. Absolutely a magnificent restaurant from every point of view!!!

I recently dined at this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the service. The waiter insisted that I leave a tip, showing a rude and extortionate attitude. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I felt disrespected as a guest and will not visit this restaurant again. It's a shame that an otherwise pleasant meal was marred by such a negative experience. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Delicious pasta and pizza....but I didn’t like the steak....I asked for medium doneness.....but the meat was more like rare....but at my request they immediately fried the meat....but already The impression was a little spoiled. The BEST noble Italian in Berlin. We really eat out a lot and know what makes an evening ideal. It's always perfect here. I have never experienced service like this in Berlin. I don’t even know where to begin! I found this gem a few blocks away from my hotel and it was SO delicious that I just had to visit it twice! For the record, I ran the Berlin Marathon and celebrated with a hearty steak and fries meal which was perfection! The waiters are super attentive and nice and the ambiance is great! I HIGHLY recommend you come here and have one of the best steaks you’ve ever had 😁

Svært at forestille sig det kan gøres bedre. Fik 2 forskellige forretter, efterfulgt af klassekød med passende tilbehør. hertil passende gode vine. Alt serveret af hurtige, venlige tjenere der i samarbejde fik alle i restauranten til et føle sig godt tilpas, det i en munter stemning der aldrig blev overdrevet. Vi havde en virkelig dejlig aften, med glimrende mad.

Hard to imagine it can be done better. Got 2 different starters, followed by class meat with appropriate side dishes. suitable good wines for this. All served by fast, friendly waiters who worked together to make everyone in the restaurant feel comfortable, in a cheerful atmosphere that was never exaggerated. We had a really nice evening, with excellent food.

Not reccomended. Food is okay, but atmosphere and customer relations leave a lot to be desired, and it's overpriced. You can do much better in Berlin, especially for Italian food.

Today we were at Bellucci in Baden-Baden. Nice atmosphere, high prices! What's on the menu should actually be served that way! That wasn't the case! Instead of Tagliolini and “Instead of butter noodles we just got spaghetti without any explanation! When we asked why we all got spaghetti, the waitress tried to explain to us that these were different types of pasta! But after a closer look at our plates, she went into the kitchen! She came back and said the chef only had spaghetti! and that at a price of €24 and €29! The shot didn't come right away because the tequila wasn't there! In a restaurant in the middle of Baden Baden you can expect that everything will be served as described on the menu (4 pasta dishes and 4 meat dishes!), or at least that any changes will be pointed out to you when you eat! An espresso as an apology would have been appropriate! I cannot recommend the restaurant!

Vi kom 30 min før tid og fik alligevel vores bord. Et hyggeligt lokale med langt nok mellem bordene så man ikke hører naboerne. Maden var piv-god. Vi fik burrata og kongerejer med pasta og profiteroles. Det var smukt præsenteret og smagte derefter. Personalet var opmærksomme og venlige og vi manglede ikke noget. Portionerne var gode i størrelse og vi gik mætte derfra uden at være forspiste.

Such a great restaurant, wow! My child (I was also allowed to try it) had a Pizza Mista (without mushrooms :) ) and I have to say: Very tasty and a hundred times better than the Schmarn that you get elsewhere. My main course was the lobster ravioli and they were a dream, tasted great, to the point, really great! Super nice service, polite, not intrusive, simply professional. And the ambience inside... just go there and marvel at it for yourself! I'm already looking forward to the next visit and not only give a recommendation, but almost an order to check out the Bellucci myself!

Bellucci is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Berlin! Everything is perfect here - the food, the service, the ambience. Simply top class. Particularly noteworthy are the incredibly good starters, the truffle pasta and the tiramisu - there is no better place in Berlin. The boss Adriano is great - a real heartfelt person! I always come here with friends - this restaurant is a guarantee for a great evening that leaves nothing to be desired! An absolute recommendation!

Once again everything is perfect, I love it here!

We had a later light lunch at Bellucci so it was not really busy. We had to wait quite a bit before acknowledgement by either of the two wait staff on duty despite them serving a table right near the entry. Finally got attended and shown to a table that needed to be cleared and wasn't otherwise cleaned or reset. Service continued to be scant and required asking for a menu. Service delivery, whilst not rude was unengaging. The food was fine but nothing more, excessive dressing on a very average Caesar salad,much the same for the mango/scrimp salad which was skimpy on mango. Pasta dish seemed fine. We did notice some very nice beef dish and much more attentive service to one or two of the other tables. Not sure if they were a bit short on staff but certainly wouldn't rate our experience, over rated.

The food was really good. We liked it very much, it was delicious. We definitely recommend it, but there is one thing we didn't like: Loud music playing makes it very disturbing while eating, for people like us who are not used to it. But let's not forget when this is a club restaurant So you are exposed to loud noise

I celebrated my birthday with my friends at Belluci! The food is great! 👌 The people working there knew it was a celebration, apparently they do a whole thing with music and the cake! I didn't expect that and it was super cool!! Ir's also very fair price wise, would go for the food again anytime

Italian name but rude German service. As soon as we sat down a disgruntled waiter kicked one of our chairs to move it out of the way scaring my dog under the table. He did it again within one minute while passing with some plates. We got up to pay for the water and leave after this behavior, the German manager was super rude and disrespectful. After we left, the restaurant reported a "no show" for our reservation on quandoo. There are plenty of genuine Italian restaurants all over the neighborhood without this type of disrespectful behavior for the clients.
