Excellent Italian food, a wonderful atmosphere in the conservatory with a view of the lake, and simply attentive staff. I'd gladly return!

Bella Casa is wonderfully and romantically situated on the lake. The food is simply top-notch. The service staff is very attentive. I highly recommend it.

The food was very good. The service was attentive and friendly. The prices were a bit high; we expected a bit more on our plates for the amount of money. Unfortunately, you also pay for the location.

We wanted to go to a restaurant, and a disabled woman was in front of us, who wanted to sit down 10 minutes before opening time. The waiter sent her away, shaking his head. Anyone who's that unfriendly to disabled people shouldn't go out to eat there.

Terrible service! The waiter is rude and disrespectful. The restaurant is located on the lake shore, and since we were alone, he made us move from the place we had chosen with a beautiful view to a table we didn't like, because the tables with a beautiful view, as he said, are only for 4 people, and two people sit in the distance. The pizzas were excellent! 😋 It's almost impossible to get in without a reservation in the evening, but we were lucky. (2 people)

The terrace with a lake view is very nice. The cannelloni we ordered were good, but the ravioli weren't cooked all the way through. The pizzas were very good in terms of size and taste, but the slightly thick crust wasn't crispy either; they needed a little more time in the oven.

You can eat and drink well, and the prices are higher than those of other restaurants in town.

I had the cannelloni with spinach filling. The food was incredibly delicious and, at just under €15, averagely priced. The ambiance was very pleasant, and the service was friendly and quick.

The pizza and pasta were very good! The starter was pretty meager for €18.50. Sure, it's a starter, but you expect something for that price! When it came to wine, we could only choose our third favorite; unfortunately, the others were no longer available, which shouldn't happen in a restaurant like this.

The restaurant's location is great. Service was unmotivated. We had to get our cutlery ourselves. Pizza was OK, but not a highlight. Unfortunately, the children's schnitzel with fries is not recommended.

I've been to Bella Casa three times now, and the food - appetizers, main courses, and desserts - has always been excellent. The service is very friendly, and the fact that you can look directly out onto the lake while eating makes this restaurant special. Everything is perfect. Thank you, keep up the good work!

The Bella Casa is located directly on Bad Waldsee's city lake. Very hospitable staff, a great location, and a cozy atmosphere. Excellent food, just like you'd expect from Italian cuisine. 👌😋

Extremely poor service. There were two of us, and one pizza arrived 20 minutes before the other. There was no concession whatsoever. This is unacceptable. We had to wait a long time for the first pizza before that, too. The wait was about 1.5 hours for both pizzas to arrive. In general, the waiters were completely uninterested and not attentive at all. They weren't friendly either. One pizza was okay (Pizza Vegetariana). The other pizza had a completely black bottom and tasted very burnt. Only the appetizer was delicious (Bruschetta with Mozzarella). The location right on the lake is great, but it's very, very noisy inside the building. Even the seats on the terrace facing the building experience this noise. The price/performance ratio is not justified.

There were five of us (4 adults and one toddler) for dinner. The ambiance was very nicely decorated. The service was more than pleasant and very child-friendly. The food was perfect in terms of quality and value for money. I will definitely recommend it and reserve a table again if we're in the area again.

Best Italian restaurant in Bad Waldsee

I highly recommend this place. Friendly service, a view of the water, and delicious pizza and salad.

The pizza was served with closed shells. When asked about it, the waiter said he knew they weren't allowed to eat them (risk of food poisoning), and nothing else came. No apologies, etc. The pizzas still tasted good. Personally, authentic service is very important to me; that's what makes going out so special for me. Not recommended in that regard.

Were there while eating, very drafty and anything but comfortable :-(! For the salad, which cost a mere €14, I would have expected something better than lettuce leaves carelessly thrown onto the plate. There was no dressing to be found anywhere else except on the cucumbers. Well at least the location is great! But that's the only thing that excited me about the store.

Food is really good. But this one unfriendly waiter is absolutely unbearable. I've never experienced anything like that in my entire life. Unfriendly, lazy, rude, hates animals, etc. We will definitely not be visiting this restaurant again. Which is a shame because the pizzas are really good. But Keller's behavior is absolutely damaging to business

The food, ravioli in sage butter, was incredibly delicious. Fresh ingredients, harmoniously seasoned. Pizza crispy, fluffy, fresh ingredients. Heavenly. And the tiramisu, awesome! Not exactly cheap, but you're happy to pay the price. Service very friendly and accommodating. Really worth it.

We had 3 pizzas, all of which were very tasty and the view of the lake was very nice. Generally a nice atmosphere in the restaurant and very polite and nice waiters.

The ambience with a wonderful view of the city lake must be mentioned. We wanted to end the beautiful day comfortably with good food. Unfortunately we were denied this by the worst service I have ever experienced. When we first asked about a children's chair, we were shown the storage location of the same chairs with a hand signal for us to pick up ourselves. Wine that was listed on the menu was not available so I decided on an alternative. It was also okay that I received 0.2l instead of the 0.1l glass I ordered. After we had eaten, we were unfortunately served the wrong pizza, which went back to the kitchen. A visibly annoyed and unfriendly waiter then approached our table. He said that he had been working in service for years and that we had ordered the pizza wrong. 3 adults have heard the order and the young man starts a discussion with his customers at the table. After we pointed out to him that the mistake was his and that we wouldn't tolerate this tone as guests, he came back to the house with drinks. We never felt welcome in the restaurant. We were avoided throughout the evening. That was definitely the last visit to this restaurant!!!

Ambiance was nice, pizza was watery and the service took forever to come to the table. Went there in the evening and there was nothing going on, but the waitress took half an hour to come even when we asked.

We had a reservation for 2 people on Sunday at 1 p.m., arrived at 12 p.m. because of the freezing wind and still got a table. Very friendly, attentive service. We had bruschetta with mozzarella for two, very tasty. Then spaghetti pescatore with lush seafood, molto bene! My husband had an excellent pizza cappriciosa, all in all a wonderful meal, rounded off with an affogado. Price/performance ratio very good. Thank you for the culinary enjoyment!

The menu is well-stocked. I had a green salad and a pizza. It was delicious 😋. The service was friendly and very attentive. When I visited, there was a large group there, and it was quite loud. However, that was also due to the restaurant's location, as there are no soundproofing measures in place. But a visit is recommended because the food is delicious.

Great location on the lake. Even more beautiful on the terrace in summer. Friendly and quick service. The food is ok, but it's not cheap. That's why only 4 points, because my wallet expects very good food. But I've only been there twice, so it's not representative. Still recommended.

Very nice view of the lake. The Spaghetti frutti del Mare for just over €20 is very tasty and of high quality. A few more spaghetti on the plate would have been nice. The tiramisu for €6.90 was beautifully prepared, but the biscuits were too watery, no alcohol in them, too much sugar and cream, not enough mascarpone, a shame.

So, very disappointing for an Italian. Lukewarm cappuccino... the frothed milk had collapsed again, the taste wasn't great... After complaining, there was a new one, but it wasn't significantly better. Some gas stations are better. ...beautiful location by the lake

We had friends recommend this location to us. A very nice atmosphere with a direct view of the lake. As far as the food was concerned, we were very disappointed: spaghetti was still hard, but the sauce was ok. The pizza was absolutely tasteless and cold. The service is not friendly.

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was anything but satisfactory. The food was served cold, which significantly affected the enjoyment. The service was also extremely ignorant and unfriendly - we never felt welcome. The food itself was particularly disappointing: a dish advertised as containing gorgonzola and a white wine-sage sauce had absolutely no trace of gorgonzola, and the sauce was more reminiscent of an ordinary hunter's sauce. Overall the price/performance ratio was a disappointment. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

In this restaurant we got the best pizza rolls in our lives today. Despite the fact that they cooled normally due to the cold on the way home, the dough was very fluffy and perfect to bite into. Later we ordered another pizza. The Pizza Speziale was very good, the base was very good (despite the normal cooling) and not nearly hard. We will definitely recommend this pizzeria!

Very very good, had pizza from the Mare and recommended tagliatelle salmone with porcini mushrooms - excellent... The panna cotta afterwards - wow, the espresso (by which I always classify a restaurant). - outstanding... Highly recommended

The Bella Casa now belongs to Pasarelli, we were warmly greeted and shown to a table. The order was taken quickly and friendly and the food (very tasty pizza) also came very quickly. Unfortunately, we had to keep waiting for a waiter to look at us and notice that we wanted something. Otherwise highly recommended

Wine- oh well. Would guess cheap glass was dirty. As an individual you are not very welcome and you are also reluctant to be served. But it's nice to sit with a great view of the lake.

Not recommended for children and families. 11 EUR for the children's plate Penne al Ragu, which is a maximum of a third of the regular plate for 13 EUR? It's better to go to LeDelizie on the other side of the lake, where the children's noodles cost EUR 7.50 and children and families are valued.
