Belchicken in Münster

We ordered today. Unfortunately, I got diarrhea afterwards. The order itself was also far from acceptable. Only a partial delivery, and the fries were very small for €3.50. We ordered meals for €10.90 each, with the burger costing €7.90 on its own. No drink was included either. Saving 50 cents on a meal without a drink? I don't understand the point of the meal deal. I can't comprehend the 4-star rating after this experience.

Please don't order twice; our orders have disappeared twice, and we've thrown away the food twice.

The food in Cologne was good, but the one in Münster could be closed. The door was always open, and it was constantly cold. The restroom is behind the counter and seems very unhygienic. The chicken wings tasted like they were a day old, and the chicken in the burger was simply tough and inedible. Maybe we just picked the wrong day, but I was very disappointed with our decision to eat there.

Edit 10/2025: After a good four years as a regular customer, I unfortunately have to significantly lower my rating. Apparently there was a change of ownership/employee without any transfer of internal know-how? The quality has declined significantly recently, among other things: - Fried chicken now tastes as if they either don't change the oil regularly or fry it for too long. - Wings and the like are far too dry, tough, and dark. - The crispy and thick wavy fries have now been replaced with regular thin fries. - Burger buns are very firm instead of soft. - They use VERY little sauce. At other fried chicken places, you always get a lot of sauce. Here, they skimp on every mini-pack of sauce. Old review: Absolutely delicious and FRESH! The food always tastes fresh, as if they always use fresh frying oil for every dish. The salad is also incredibly fresh and crispy. The sauces are also amazing.

A truly great experience! The staff is extremely friendly, and the prices are fair. The hamburgers are excellent, and the nuggets are also delicious. I'd be happy to come back and highly recommend it!

The food came very quickly, but I didn't get a tray even though I said I was eating in, and for takeaway, I should have carried the burger in my hand? Overall, the bun was substandard, the salad was okay, but the chicken was surprisingly tasty, nicely seasoned and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. So if you come, it's best to get some from the chicken bucket.

Our daughter went to Belchicken in Antwerp and loved it so much that yesterday we thought we'd drive the 40 km to Münster. We really could have saved ourselves the trouble! We had a Chef Combo, a bucket for two, and the menu with 6 fillets. There were feathers baked into the meat, and the fillet meat was very poor quality. It was really marbled and disgusting! The fries were wobbly and unsalted! So, all in all, for a total of €60, we only had four drinks, which we consumed. Almost all of the rest went in the trash! So for that price, you should get quality, inspected meat, not such inferior products! We've been there once, but there definitely won't be a second visit!

So, I think it's okay as an alternative to other fast food chains. It's not exactly amazing, but it can hold its own. There are better burgers and chicken burgers, but as a quick alternative, it's okay 👌. It's right across the street from the main train station. The chicken wings absorbed a lot of oil and were greasy; unfortunately, they just smelled and tasted of oil. The service and preparation took a while. We wanted to take the chicken wings we ordered earlier anyway and gave them to the employees at the checkout to wrap! When it took too long, we asked, and they wrapped them immediately.

They call themselves bell chicken, but they don't live up to the name. I ordered a rice platter, the rice was great, as was the salad, but the chicken wings, although large, were nothing. If you like them, go for it, but not crispy and overcooked. Once is enough. Sorry, guys.

We've been waiting for our food for two hours, and we call them, and they say it will take another hour. That shouldn't be happening. I would never order or eat there again.

Ordered today: 2 fries, a bucket for 2 people, and a small portion of nuggets for €50. Far too expensive, terrible quality, and a delivery time of over 2 hours.

The service is excellent, the food is delicious and tastes completely different, and most importantly, it's halal. There are many options, all of which are clear. I highly recommend visiting it.

This is a restaurant with the most delicious chicken I've ever eaten in Cologne, Germany. The chickens of famous brands are never as delicious as the ones here.

The food was cold, tasteless, and dry. The two burgers in the Friends Bucket were missing. The tenders were dry; everything was delivered cold. Only the wings were acceptable, but nothing special. The mozzarella sticks were also cold and tasteless. We could have just bought frozen nuggets from a discount store. Not recommended!

I'm in Münster in the evening for work reasons and take this opportunity to have dinner. The Belchicken is a nice little shop where you can get whatever is on it. Chicken. The prices are okay, the food is good (in terms of taste and quantity) and the service is good (order taking!). I'd love to come back. The menus are recommended. Cards and cash payment possible.

I went with 4 people, I paid €17 per person. In the end my son came and said that there were several offers and the girl who worked at the cash register didn't tell anyone or recommend anything about it. Just so they could make more money!!!!

Smaller fast food restaurant near the train station. Staff was friendly. Food was average. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best thing I've ever eaten either. Price wise.

Very nice staff. Kebap wrap is rather mediocre, not particularly tasty. The chef's choice platter was fine and tasty.

Overpriced for nothing, the meat is of ready-frozen products. The decor gives you false hope.

I was at Bel-Chicken today and ordered a Bel-Wings box. Ordered fries very fresh and hot and with mayonnaise and a 0.3l cola. Fries just right... Not soft but not cross... Chicken wings were warm but not too hot. Everything prepared on a tablet. Service very friendly. All in all a good visit. Restaurant very clean.

Naturally! The chicken castles are simply fantastic! They are freshly prepared and have an excellent taste. The combination of juicy chicken and perfectly balanced spices makes every dish a pleasure. Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality and tasty meals!"

Eating is okay, there are occasionally leftovers in the meat that probably don't belong there. Not enough sauces for the menus, the food is dry and sauce is needed for that! Even if KfC is not necessarily better, it is definitely not worse and the price is even better there.

So we actually had to do tasks for a game but we discovered belchicken and it tasted amazing, the chicken was juicy and crunchy, the sauce was bomb and we were full and satisfied. If you want to eat halal chicken in Münster, you should come here.

Had fried chicken and burger. Fried chicken was not fresh at all .It was soggy, not crispy at all. Waste of money never comming back again.

Food wasn't that good and was cold No air conditioning

The food wasn't bad, the driver was polite, unfortunately that doesn't make up for the rest. Ordered at 11:35 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., after asking at 1:20 p.m. and 1:45 p.m., then finally received the order at 1:50 p.m. Order based on the card received a week in advance, and then have to pay a good €72 instead of around €62 when billed. When unpacking it was discovered that a portion of fries and all drinks were missing from the menu. So I called again and complained, and was fobbed off with the statement that the prices on the card were for pickup. Delivery would be more expensive. No information about it on the map. Missing fries? At least the gentleman on the phone apologized and said he was very sorry. Missing drinks? We don't send any drinks with delivery, they just run out... Absolutely unbelievable, why have a menu? I think that's bordering on fraud, we certainly won't be ordering from Belchicken again.

Thinking of quick food on the go, we thought BelChicken would be a good choice for the fried chicken. Annoyingly, we did the bill without the staff, who made us wait over half an hour for completely inadequate fast food. Without our tip-off after a good 20 minutes, the people wouldn't have even thought of transferring the chicken that had been sitting in the middle counter for several hours into a container so that the food could be eaten. After I explained (slowly becoming completely unnerved) that we no longer had time to eat the food in the restaurant as we had been waiting for over half an hour, the female waiter simply responded with a cheeky grin. Also: The same song played the entire time in the restaurant and the fact that you had to wait for over half an hour didn't make it any better. It's best not to ever come to this underground restaurant!

Because of the poor service, nothing deserves a star. You have to wait 35 minutes for a sandwich. It was very annoying.

Unfortunately, they don't seem to respect the wishes of customers here - if I don't want advertising, then please accept that!

On our last shopping trip through Ruhr Park we tried the “Belchicken Finest Fried Chicken & More”. It was good that we didn't have to wait at the counter for our food after ordering. But we noticed a signal that signals to us when the food is ready. The chicken and the chicken burger tasted very good. 20 times better than McDonalds. If we eat chicken again, it will only be at Belschenke. Simply 5 stars 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟🍗♥️

I have already paid the establishment two visits. Once on site with a Chef's Combo and once to take away with a Boneless Combo. Unfortunately there was a very big difference between on-site and take-away. The chicken burger was good but very small. Chicken pieces were perfectly fine on site, but when taken away the portion and parts were tiny and unfortunately a disappointment. I wasn't full at all. Ambiance, well, as good as it can be at the main station. The sauces are in small plastic bags, neither environmentally friendly nor sufficient. Conclusion: Belchicken in Münster is comparable to a slightly better KFC. I would be happy to come by again on site. For takeaway I go to KFC across the street.

The place is clean, the food is good, and the young people are respectful

Although the say they'll get your food in 20 minutes to you, it take about an hour and a half for your cold, undercooked, overpriced balls of mush to get delivered.

If you could give 0 stars, I would have. In short: absolutely outrageous. If you are insulted and threatened by one of the delivery drivers in a public parking lot, and are ultimately deliberately parked with two delivery vehicles and then hit against the car, that is more than just the bottom drawer. After I called the emergency number, they probably got scared and let me go. And all because two employees think a public parking lot belongs to them. Of course, anyone who employs such people will not get a cent from me, not now and not in the future.

The Belchicken Münster attracts with its specialization in chicken and is a “HALAL” variant of the American giant KFC. I have often tried the menu and here is my conclusion: - diverse menu - delicious finger food especially the nuggets, tenders and bites - Central location - delicious chicken burgers - Prices are sometimes excessive - Portion sizes sometimes small - Sauces for the dishes are extremely low, always at an additional cost My rating 4/5 🌟

If you're in the mood for chicken then you should go here, the chicken is really tasty but the fries are 1 to 1 from the local Rewe and taste accordingly, the burgers are quite tasty, the chicken on it is very good, but there's far too little Salad used and too much mayonnaise and sauces.

Wir haben hier zum ersten mal gegessen und es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Meine Tochter und ich haben das Friends Bucket bestellt und die Portionsgröße war wirklich perfekt. Mehr hätte es, zumindest für uns, nicht sein dürfen 😄 Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und die Bestellung war auch sehr zügig fertig. Man kann im Lokal essen oder es zum mitnehmen bestellen. Leider ist das Ladenlokal relativ klein, sodass man zu bestimmten Zeiten wahrscheinlich ein bisschen Glück haben muss um dort essen zu können. Als wir fertig mit dem Essen waren, waren alle Tische belegt. Ist ne tolle Alternative zu den allseits bekannten Fast Food Restaurants.👍👍👍

Wirklich gutes fried Chicken. Immer frisch und lecker, auch die Pommes und Burger. Viel besser als der Fraß von KFC gegenüber. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass man manchmal etwas länger warten muss.

Erste Mal aus Lippstadt angereist um es zu testen. Die Tenders und Chicken Wings waren endlich sehr lecker und knusprig. Das komplette Gegenteil von KFC. Die Qualität stimmt sowas von. Kaum fett und sehr zartes Fleisch. Die Chefs Kombo zum testen ist super zum empfehlen. Endlich geile Chicken Wings und nicht gestreckt wie bei KFC. Die Smoothies sind zuckerarm und schmecken wie frisch aus dem Mixer püriert. Preislich sehr geil. Könnten als 0,5l besser durchgehen. Und Auswahl ist super. Und Chef war auch sehr gesprächig und locker. Also meidet KFC und geht hier hin. Echt super. In Paderborn oder Gütersloh könnt ihr gerne eine Filiale eröffnen:) Grüße aus Lippstadt von heute Nachmittag! Wir kommen wieder.

Super Laden war heute bereits zum zweiten Mal dort. Das Team super freundlich. Das Essen geschmacklich sehr hohes Niveau. Werde bestimmt mit sehr hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit nochmal dort essen.
