Sooooo delicious. Unfortunately, we couldn't try everything, but the meat is 10/10. Side dishes and drinks are also top-notch! Best meat in town

Last Saturday, I went out to eat with my friend... a dream... absolutely... there's only one restaurant in the area that offers this... Aged beef fillet from the grill, prepared by master hands - thank you again and again... Generally, the rooms were very well maintained, including the restrooms... Chapeau

Simply great, we would come back at any time. Cool, friendly service that also thinks about the children. Not a long wait, the food came really quickly and was great. Not the normal standard that you get everywhere, but something really different and super tasty. Can only recommend it to everyone. Special greetings to Daniel, we and our girls really enjoyed it 👍

We encountered a completely empty restaurant on Easter Monday. We therefore had the privilege of having the service man and the chef take care of us personally. I hope this explains to the reader the almost incredibly good rating for service and ambience. But I hardly think there will be any major disappointments here. It is nicely furnished, the bathrooms are very clean, the staff is friendly, professional and courteous. What there is no explanation for is the unreasonably delicious food. Quality, composition, taste: simply great. Plus prices that I would find very reasonable. Absolutely worth a visit!

We found this restaurant via the Schlemmerblock. The atmosphere is very small but with a lot of attention to detail. The service was friendly and you felt very welcome. The best part though was the food, everything seemed homemade and really a 10/10. Unfortunately I couldn't order what I wanted to eat because it was out, but the waiter kindly explained to me that meat comes from the region and that less meat was slaughtered due to the holidays, which is why he didn't have everything left. But I think that's completely fine and I thought it was great that it was explained to me so transparently. We will definitely come back 😊

We had dinner here for our birthday, the service was super cool and we were really pampered. Super delicious food, there was nothing to complain about. We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the food was different than expected. (For example, salt or herb butter were not given to us with the steak even after we asked, which is why I'm surprised why it worked for the others in the pictures) Long waiting times despite reservations. In addition, every time my wife went to the toilet she was asked if she was going to wash dishes. The second time whether everything wasn't cleaned and the third time again a saying. Unfortunately we felt very uncomfortable.

Tip: Honestly, if you're in Pforzheim, go there. Cool, relaxed atmosphere and nice service on site. The beef plate was awesome. Drinks Technically good, large selection. Very tasty food and nice staff. Meat is really good and high quality.

Our steak was great. However, the grilled vegetables were so over-seasoned that you couldn't really eat them. Tomato mozzarella was unfortunately spicy, which was nowhere on the menu. My partner still enjoyed it. All in all it was ok.

Best shop for good food, good drinks and the best company

I'm only in Pforzheim for one night, staying at the Ibis styles Hotel and eating at Beef Republic across the street. The service was super friendly, attentive, helpful and empathetic. Great advice & recommendation… The food was not only very appetizingly prepared, but it tasted excellent, and I would particularly like to emphasize the quality of the meat - it fell apart in the mouth and was exactly as ordered. I can only recommend Beef Republic, thank the team and wish only the best for the future ❤️👏🏻😊 If I'm in the area again, I'd love to do it again!

Great burger place! The burger tasted very well and I found the fries really tasty. Friendly, attentive service and an overall good atmosphere for American food. The only small point of criticism: The coleslaw deserved a better bowl - something crammed into it and the small container, a little little and so a little difficult to eat. But otherwise: Clear recommendation for a really good burger!

Great shop. We were there quite late and were among the last guests. We were still served very well and felt very comfortable. The food was good and prepared quickly. The rump steak is recommended. Special praise for the service, we felt well advised and served.

But, I quickly realized that at Beef Republic the main focus is on the quality of the food and not on Frills in the furnishings. Ordering went smoothly, very attentive and very friendly staff. All food and drinks came to the table quickly. Meat fried to perfection, side dishes very tasty. The meat was really great. We were completely satisfied and would like to come back.

My wife and I loved our visit to Beef Republic. The restaurant not only impresses with a great selection of drinks, such as the Helles Augustiner, but also with an outstanding culinary offering. The steak was perfectly cooked - tender, juicy and full of flavor, while the side dishes were perfectly coordinated and rounded off the overall picture. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was attentive and friendly, which made the evening unforgettable. We can recommend Beef Republic to anyone who values ​​quality and enjoyment - a real highlight!

I ordered the normal hamburger with wedges. Preparation takes a while but it's definitely worth the 10 to 15 minute wait. The food was very tasty and after the first burger, I immediately ordered the second one. Very tasty indeed. There is a lot to choose from when it comes to drinks. Food was good. Unfortunately, when it came to the finger food mix, there was nothing on the plate that was on the menu. Fries were specially seasoned, which is not always appropriate. The burger was supposed to be fried to death, but unfortunately that didn't work either. The wrong mineral water was brought, the right one was supposed to be brought straight away, but that was forgotten. In general, the service was very slow, we waited a long time for drinks and 1.5 hours for food. The ambience is okay, but the seating is so tight that the next table had to get up if you wanted to get up yourself. Toilet wasn't appealing either, trash was full and on the floor, paper towels were empty. In the end, the billing was incorrect, which unfortunately we only noticed too late. There was no invoice. The overall package is not right, I wouldn't come back.

Really good meat costs money. And here in the Beef Republic, meat lovers can find what their hearts desire. My companion had a 700g dry aged porterhouse steak, medium rare. Seeeeehhhhhrrrr delicious meat. I had a BBQ plate with spare ribs, pulled pork and pastrami. The spare ribs were very tender and well marinated. The insider tip on the menu has to be the Dry Aged Burger☝️ The owner is friendly, competent and will give advice on meat if required. Service top. Ambiance cozy. For us it was the first visit and definitely not the last. Very clear recommendation 👍

Best beef in town! And far beyond that. Whether in the restaurant or to take away, meat dreams are here. The quality of the steaks is amazing. The pastrami comes close to the quality of legendary (unfortunately long since defunct) pastrami cult places such as Maxie Eisen (Frankfurt a. M.) and Mogg (Berlin). Almost all fleshy fantasies are fulfilled upon request.

As a steak lover, I come from Berlin and here at the Beef Republic Pforzheim I eat one of the best fillet steaks I've had the pleasure of eating so far. Rich juicy taste with a perfect balance of roasted aromas and delicate meat taste. Plus grilled vegetables. Absolutely recommended - definitely take it with you in Pforzheim and eat here.

Amazing, if you miss the good Tex-Mex food this is the place, the steaks are delicious, the have good aged special cuts, wonderful burritos, and Mr. Daniels is also present.

Good restaurant, definitely higher up in quality. Still, there is still room for improvement. Toilets far too small due to lack of space. Wet wipes or more napkins would also be appropriate if you already offer a menu that consists of 70% finger food

Wow. I wasn't expecting that. Probably one of the best BBQs I have ever had outside the US. Rustic western / wood-style decoration. Greetings from the kitchen was a yummy starter - almost everything tastes good if deep fried. My main course the BBQ plate is pure joy. Ribs, pastrami, pulled pork, coleslaw and wedges. On the sad note the portion was huge. I couldn't try a dessert. So either come really really hungry or go for a long digestive walk after that feast. Since there are limited tables probably best to do a reservation for the main hours. Better save than sorry to miss out.

Very nice and fast staff. Attractive atmosphere. The food is simply great. No matter what you order, whether it's a burger, dry age, or spare ribs, everything tastes good. You can feel that the food was prepared with a lot of love and patience. Whether you eat it on site at Bleichstrasse 10 in 75173 Pforzheim, or if you order it as catering at Hauptstrasse 33 in 75245 NEUEN. The food is delivered hot and the containers are picked up by the staff after the celebration. We tried it all ourselves, drank, ate, had it delivered, ate on site. I can only recommend it.

I was here yesterday with my girlfriend, we were looking for a steakhouse and based on the pictures and reviews I decided on this one. The store was probably completely full today and it was probably "everything emptied" (Augustiner was out then the iced tea was out and otherwise there was only Rothaus beer, at the end I heard something about the burger buns even being out). I ordered homemade grilled Maultaschen as a starter, they were really good and especially the filling but they were so perfect in terms of shape and how they held together etc. No butcher I know can do that, so if they were really homemade, respect for that! Whether they were or not, they were very good. Then to the finger food platter, looks like any "American" style restaurant, a few chilli cheese nuggets that were unfortunately cold in the middle, a few wings that both my girlfriend and I liked and a few chicken nuggets that were noticeably better than that Average frozen nuggets (but could have just been fried again). Unfortunately, my friend's BBQ pulled pork burger tasted entirely of this BBQ sauce (BBQ sauce wasn't bad but it ate up everything). There was almost no pulled pork on it but it was still a normal burger patty. I didn't know that at the time but maybe the pulled pork was also out. I was so hungry that I dug in straight away when my steak came and then after a few bites I noticed a strange taste, like when I fry 10 burgers in the pan at home and don't even change the oil or clean the pan. We both thought the fries were pretty good. When the waiter came back and asked if everything was OK and I told him, he said, "Well, that can't actually be the case." He would then let us know in the kitchen. After about 10 minutes he came back and told me again that that couldn't be the case (What's the point of me saying something like that and only eating half my steak bro!?). He then told me that the drinks were on him (1 large water) and asked me if we wanted to pay. I was then given change and then turned around before I could say thank you or anything. From other reviews I learned that you can deal with criticism here, unfortunately I experienced the opposite, the waiter couldn't deal with criticism even though my criticism had nothing to do with him. He would definitely have gotten a tip up to this point, but I don't want to be called a liar. Up until my criticism, service was actually good, the ambience was very nice, although a bit noisy due to the completely full shop and the many children of the guests, but the operator or the employees can't do anything about that.

Burger und Spareribs sind unfassbar lecker. Das Team von Beef Republic bietet einen einzigartigen tollen Service, super freundlich und die familiäre Atmosphäre lädt zum Verweilen ein. Von außen, wie von innen macht es einen äußerst ansprechenden und gemütlichen, stilvollen Eindruck. Ich empfehle es auf jeden Fall weiter!

Update: Nach einem zweiten Besuch muss ich meine Rezension von vor 3 Jahren deutlich korrigieren. Ich habe mich überreden lassen, es noch einmal zu versuchen und war positiv überrascht. T-Bone und Rib-Eye waren ausgezeichnet. Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Preise sind für die Qualität des Fleisches angemessen. Vermutlich hatte die Küche beim letzten Mal einfach nur einen schlechten Tag... Überzeugt mich der dritte Besuch (der bestimmt kommen wird) ebenso wie der zweite, sind dann auch 5 Sterne möglich. Erste Rezension: Essen ungenießbar. Service OK. Surf and Turf Sonntags nicht verfügbar.. Barbecue-Platte: Spare Ribs trocken und verkohlt. Pulled Pork trocken. Coleslaw geschmacksneutral. Cheeseburger: Brötchen durchgeweicht. Patty trocken. Das einzige gute war die (vermutlich zugekaufte) Sauce Sandwich: nicht genießbar

Bester Laden, toll geführt. Essen ist eine glatte 1+ mit Sternchen. Haben noch nie so gute Pelmeni gegessen und auch die Burger sind 1A. Immer wenn ich in Pfortzheim bin, muss ich zu Beef Republic.

Correcte, snelle bediening gecombineerd met smaakvolle (vlees) gerechten. Modern interieur wat goed past bij de te kiezen gerechten. Gewoon erg lekker eten voor een schappelijke prijs. Zeker de moeite waard om eens te bezoeken.

Wir waren am Samstag, das erste Mal bei euch. Wir haben es wirklich nicht bereut. Die Qualität und der Preis stimmen wirklich und es war jeden Euro wert. Und nicht nur das Porterhouse war klasse, sondern auch der Schokoladenkuchen war der Hammer. Wir waren auch noch am nächsten Tag begeistert vom Abendessen. Der Service war echt aufmerksam und freundlich. War ein echt gelungener Abend. Nur einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag, muss ich noch anbringen, nehmt bitte die selbstgemachte Kräuterbutter auf die Karte. Diese bekommt man „leider“ nur auf Nachfrage. The ribs are absolutely delicious, not expensive at all. The staff is very welcoming and kind. The not so cool part is that being in the city center, you have to search for a while a park place. I recommend it warmly, and for sure i will eat here again.

Ein toller Laden! Sehr schön eingerichtet und klasse Ausstattung - auch Internetzugang und Charging-Möglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Die Fleischqualität sucht in der Umgebung wohl seines gleichen und alles wird selbst hergestellt. Ein Muss für alle, die auf hochwertige Burger oder auf traumhafte Steaks stehen (es gibt aber auch schmackhafte Veggie-Speisen) oder für Menschen, die ein bisschen am PC arbeiten wollen (free WIFI) und dazu einen Kaffee oder auch einen Drink zu sich nehmen wollen. Zur Zeit noch Geheimtipp aber sicher bald schon einer der angesagtesten Läden in Pforzheim.

Die Burger sind gut, aber eine handvoll lieblos geputzt Kopfsalat, 2 Stück Gurke und eine Cocktail Tomate für 7,50€ sind ist eine Unverschämtheit, der war keine drei Euro wert.
