We didn't get to eat or drink anything: ...we came from the Main promenade to the almost empty beer garden and sat down at a large free table. Which is obviously very unusual in this beer garden. A young waitress quickly came and harshly asked us to go to the entrance on the main street and register there. When we repeatedly asked the boss to ask us whether we could stay seated or whether we had to leave, she simply replied, “No, that’s not possible!” We were not given a plausible explanation! Maybe it was because of our age between 55-68 years!! It couldn't have been because of our group's good looks, outfits or financial resources! The last time I experienced something like that was in 1986 in the GDR, East Berlin. We then preferred to leave the location and spent a beautiful summer evening in the Wirtshaus Lämmle beer garden.

We celebrated our 40th school anniversary with a trip to Würzburg lasting several days. After an evening boat trip on the Main, we wanted to sit down at a non-reserved table in this restaurant with 12 people in the outdoor lighting around 9 p.m. After we had all taken our seats, we were very rudely asked by the waitress that we had to register at the other end. We kindly asked that she please ask if this table was available. This was immediately rejected. Various small tables were empty. Again we were instructed to line up at the so-called registration area, where there was only one person standing. We then completely responded to this arrogance and unfriendliness by leaving the location immediately. Never this location again. Absolute impudence towards the guest.

Great meat in a designed environment, but the wine list can't keep up (yet!). For a dry-age T-bone you can't complain about price-performance. We would come back.

Great location right on the water. The food was very fine and the service (Max) was just great - very attentive. We had a great summer evening.

The food was ok, but nothing more, quite expensive for the quality. The drink orders took forever, waiting at least a quarter of an hour to 20 minutes for a beer is simply not possible. Every restaurant and every beer garden is faster. The atmosphere right on the Main is quite nice. There will definitely not be a repeat visit or a recommendation.

We visited the restaurant for the second time and were blown away again today. The meat was a poem, tender and to the point. The service (Maja was our fairy godmother) was fantastic, everything was taken into consideration and we received excellent advice. Our table was outside on the terrace directly on the Main and we had a wonderful view. An all-round successful and very nice evening. We would love to come back.

Very nice staff. There was a glass of champagne at the reception and the children were also remembered with ginger ale. The food was on point. And the side dishes are all very tasty. We'd love to come back.

The receptionist greets you very unfriendly. For the price of the food the service should be better and the quality of the food could be better. Price-performance definitely doesn't match!!!

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio was not right for us at all. We had a certain anticipation for the restaurant, but this was not fulfilled. There were four of us and we had three different dishes. The Black Angus Flank Steak was tough and only lukewarm. The mashed potatoes were too salty. Unfortunately, reordering the side dishes didn't work well. The Lillet was alcohol-free. The service was courteous and nice, but the receptionist was a bit rude. We paid €160 for four people. Unfortunately the price-performance ratio wasn't right.

Poor service, drinks took 30 minutes to arrived. Food took more than 50 minutes. Poor quality overall!

If you like eating meat, this is the right place for you! Thanks to the service, we received great advice, the food left nothing to be desired.

Nice location with friendly people

We were guests here with 6 people on a Friday evening and had made a reservation on the website a few days before, which is strongly recommended - even if there are fewer people. The ambience appears pleasantly chic without seeming artificial or exaggerated. The waitress was competent and charming when advising on the doneness of the steaks. All dishes (various types of steak and burgers) tasted excellent and were served one after the other in a timely manner despite the house being full. The prices for the steaks sound self-conscious at first, but turn out to be reasonable in terms of quality and taste. All in all, we had a great evening in a pleasant restaurant with delicious food. We will come back and can definitely recommend the restaurant.

Yesterday evening I was there with my girlfriend around 9:30 p.m. and we wanted to grab a bite to eat since the kitchen in the adjacent restaurant was already closing. The very friendly waiter asked for us straight away in the kitchen and we ate a super delicious pulled pork burger in a very cozy atmosphere and delicious wine - highly recommended 👍

I was amazed to read Heike's post. Because we have had pretty much identical experiences. Nice reception, well accommodated with 5 people even without a reservation. Ordered very quickly and received good advice. Then the service unfortunately collapsed. Waited an hour for the starter. You only get this after requesting it. Then we waited another half hour until our main course came. That too only after a clear complaint. In the meantime, all the tables around us were ready, including those that were occupied after us. As Heike writes: Food is great, but the service really drags everything down. It's a real shame: the food and the location are much better. In the end it is always the overall picture that decides.

Nice atmosphere by the river, good food for a reasonable price. Unfortunately the service is catastrophic, after our drinks were taken we had to ask several times over a period of 20 minutes whether we could order food until we were served. Reordering fries and similar side dishes, which were specifically advertised on the menu, also didn't work. We waited 15 minutes for the side dishes until we decided to pay. Paying was the only part of the greeting that worked.

Never enjoyed to write a bad review. Yet, there’s no explanation or rationalization for an hour between order and food arriving. After I asked for manager food came immediately, but steak was almost cold. Tried to give it another shot and ask for beer. Beer came hot. Still waiting for manager to come. Food was good, by the way.

Were there again in July 2024, outside. It was great👍🏽🥳 Service could possibly score points with more staff👌🏽 Come back😋

The Beef 800 is actually one of my favorite restaurants in Würzburg. Yesterday we went there again to eat. The reception was very, very friendly, our waitress, Nadine, was a real gem - the aperitif (a glass of sparkling wine) was very refreshing. The boys' burgers were great, only my cream of potato soup was a flop, totally watery, no taste, I let the soup go back. The fries, which were actually always good - totally dry, cold and inedible. Please serve the food so that it reaches the guests hot and fresh. Thank you and see you next time!

There is a nice atmosphere outside on the terrace and the service staff is also nice and always helpful. However, I didn't think the food was good at all. Waited an hour and a half for the food, the fries were already wobbly, the burgers themselves were very dry and the patties weren't really cooked through. I won't come here a second time

We had 3 burgers at the table that had to go back to the kitchen because the goat cheese was forgotten in the pulled pork burgers and they were lukewarm, the Italian burger was still raw inside. And relatively expensive. Nice atmosphere on the Main and delicious drinks. The waitress did everything she could to save our evening.

On Friday we were at Beef 800. A beautiful location on the Main. Unfortunately no recommendation. When a beetle crawls out of the lettuce on the burger, hunger turns into disgust. Long waiting times, white wine that was way too warm.

Hi, I often enjoyed eating at your local restaurant! Unfortunately, that suddenly changed today on my birthday of all days!!!!! The smallest drawback of the evening was that we waited 20 minutes for the drinks! Fries came cold in all 4 dishes. When I asked the waiter about it, we received 1x warm fries. I also complained about my medium steak, which was unfortunately still raw (it can happen...but), she took it with her and brought it back to me some time later because of course my side dishes were cold, which she wasn't interested in. When she repeatedly asked me if everything was OK, I described all the defects to her again. As an apology, 15 minutes later she offered to pack up the rest of my steak and offer me an aperitif on the house! (Which I politely rejected) Sorry, I'm not the type of guest to complain, but something like that doesn't work in a place like this, it's not a snack bar!

Food was great, atmosphere was nice with great people watching opportunities. The staff were very busy and it was hard to pay. Otherwise it was a nice experience.

Waited an hour for the steak, then got it well done instead of medium and with ketchup with a skin on it. Probably not again...

Waited over 1 hour for the food and no service in between. (Although the restaurant wasn't full). Then the steak was cooked through instead of medium. The cherry on top, the ketchup already had skin forming. Certainly not going to happen any time soon and for the price I wouldn't recommend it!!!!

Unfortunately, our visit to the restaurant wasn't as good as we had hoped and the price-performance ratio was simply not right. The platter for two people we ordered was disappointing. Half of the meat was no longer at the right temperature and did not meet the expected quality. For the high price, the quality of the meat was simply inadequate for me as a beef lover. The vegetables were average, the salad was OK. The mushrooms were boring. The service was great. There is only praise. The biggest shock, however, came in the toilet. An employee from the kitchen came out of the toilet cubicle wearing black hygiene gloves and only washed them off with water for three seconds. This made me very uncomfortable as I thought the gloves were for easy changing. And even if you keep them on, I expect a more thorough cleaning. Unacceptable. Overall our visit was mediocre. We hope that this feedback can help to improve something.

Went there with a larger group and wouldn't come again. When paying separately, I also recommend paying close attention to what is being paid so that at the end you can see what has been booked onto the table.

My wife and I ate here for the first time yesterday. Let's start with the positive: Fantastically beautiful location right on the Main, very stylish and high-quality furnishings. The service was fine. It could have been a nice evening if we hadn't eaten anything... My wife had a 150g fillet steak with sweet potato fries. The steak was rare instead of medium rare as ordered. Roasted aromas: none. I had a tomahawk steak with asparagus on the side. Unfortunately the asparagus was completely overcooked. Now to the tomahawk steak for around €120: The poor piece of meat has never seen a grill. I suspect sous-vide cooking and then searing in the pan. The restaurant does not deserve the designation 800* or grill. There's no way I can cook a tomahawk like that. It didn't have the slightest roasted aroma. Due to the preparation, the fat could not melt into the meat, as happens when grilling with high heat. So there were only inedible pieces of fat and dry pieces of meat. A torture for meat connoisseurs and grill lovers. That was a full six! When the criticism was made to the service department, the answer came: Our two main grillers are not there today. Wow. So we leave over €200 in the restaurant for some amateurs to spoil the meat. Sorry guys, it's a shame for the great location, but as long as you can't get the kitchen under control you can only advise against eating here.

We were there with our class. The food was really tasty for me. The price/performance ratio leaves a lot to be desired and is very overpriced. The atmosphere and the location were really nice. The service wasn't that good. I would have liked friendlier service desired. Nevertheless, it was very nice and is still recommended.

Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed: although you sit there in the most beautiful location with a view of the Main and the fortress, the portions were extremely small for the really expensive prices, the food was absolutely average or not particularly good and the service was sometimes miserable. After our steaks came, we had to wait another 8 minutes for our cutlery (despite asking an employee twice that she was "not responsible for it"), so the meat was already cold when we finally got the cutlery we needed. The only big plus was the incredibly nice waitress who served us and apologized several times for everything, even if it was the least she could do. Still would never go here again.

Our steak came quickly. Unfortunately the cutlery was missing for 10 minutes so we couldn't start. After we complained to the service, the people in charge reacted unfriendly and told us "I'm not responsible for this." away. It took another five minutes before we received a knife and fork. Overall, the portions are small and the starter - the grilled goat cheese - came cold. This restaurant will never see me again.

We were there spontaneously with our children (4 and 6 years old). The service person at the entrance was very friendly, took two children's menus and a shatterproof cup with water-soluble felt-tip pens straight out of the desk and led us to a table. The children's cards are provided with puzzles, jokes, hidden object and coloring pictures, so that we parents could choose the food for ourselves from the adult cards in peace. The store had already collected a lot of brownie points! The children only wanted fries, we each opted for a burger menu (soup of the day, cheeseburger, fries, brownie and hot drink). The fries arrived at the same time as our starter - a plus point from my point of view, because it's "wrong" from a table manners point of view, but children are hungry and get whiny when THEIR food comes last. You can practice this at home, but the restaurant experience is more pleasant for everyone in attendance when children are served quickly. The soup of the day was a cream of asparagus soup, the burger came as soon as the soup plates were cleared and met expectations in every respect. The waitress kept coming to inquire, the response was quick and friendly and the children were also taken into account. The dessert on the menu was even more lavish than expected, so we left full and more than satisfied. The only negative thing I noticed was the volume of the music; I'm also sensitive about that, most people wouldn't mind it, so no points are deducted. Secondly, that the drinks were only brought shortly after the starter; but it was maybe 1-2 minutes. The children had just noticed it when the glasses arrived. All in all it was a recommendable experience.

We were a trade fair group of 250 people and our evening event was canceled last minute. There was no hesitation for a second and everyone was taken care of. Great drinks, totally friendly and nice staff. Great dessert! I recommend the cheesecake! 🤤

Was there today and had diarrhea about 30 minutes later. I'm still sick and I'm really hoping I don't throw up. My two colleagues are feeling similarly bad, which is why there is a connection with the food.

It was a nice visit to this restaurant. The reception was very nice, we were even given a welcome aperitif before being shown to our seats. The ambience of the restaurant was also very pleasant, including the fireplace. The dishes we ordered (starter and main course) came quickly and tasted very tasty. The steak was perfectly cooked to medium rare as ordered. A small point of criticism: the waiters were very quick to clear away the food, which gave the feeling of being “cleared up” quickly. Nevertheless, it was a nice visit and worth recommending.

After 2 visits I had two different experiences: very good food vs. poor quality steaks Service that was quick, attentive and polite vs. substandard service quality So it seems to be the way of the day whether you have good or bad experiences.

We walked past Beef 800 and decided to eat there when we were done walking. We were greeted at the door by a friendly lady and shown to the table with a glass of secco and gingerale. (Without reservation) There we were led to a beautiful place in a quiet atmosphere. Everything seemed upscale and classy. The music wasn't too loud and not too quiet. When our food came, we were very excited. It was neatly and neatly prepared, the steaks were perfectly grilled (medium rare). The chicken on the Caesar Chicken was a bit dry, but I was only allowed to try a piece of the edge, which happens often, but still tasty. When my girlfriend tried my ribeye, she was so impressed by the taste that she ordered a small Angus fillet for “dessert”. The crème brulee was also beautifully decorated and tasty, unfortunately a little for my taste. All in all a very successful and lovely evening. The prices were perfectly fine, steaks are not cheap. My only complaint was the men's toilet, which smelled extremely and wasn't that clean. We will certainly come back.

Service very friendly. The meals were ok. I know meat for €55 differently but it's ok. It won't be my recommendation.

The restaurant wasn't very full, but we still waited at the entrance for about 10 minutes until someone came and checked the reservation (we were definitely seen by several service staff during those 10 minutes). After ordering the food, we waited for it for almost over an hour. Unfortunately, when it came, the steak was only lukewarm, if at all. There is nothing wrong with the taste or quality. The service person who served us was more fake friendly than warm. All in all it was okay, but not necessarily worth a second visit.

Really good meat, we took the mixed platter (€40 each). A special note for the pulled pork, wonderful! Excellent and competent service. The environment is really welcoming and has some notes of elegance.

Really nice atmosphere! BUT: Despite a reservation, we had to wait 15 minutes for a table and the chicken in the burger was unfortunately only lukewarm. If I had read the reviews beforehand, I might not have been so surprised. However, when it happens to a number of guests, I'm surprised that there isn't a change in the process.

The ambience and prices are upscale. Unfortunately, the service does not match the level with which you want to present yourself. It was also a shame that the meat on the Butcher Platter arrived cold to lukewarm. Burger overpriced with bad bun. Unfortunately it didn't live up to our expectations.

Service was a complete disaster on Friday March 8th. We had to wait 30 minutes to order our drinks, empty glasses were left at the table and refills were only available upon request. Not possible in this price segment. Food was very good, there was nothing to complain about here. Everyone was completely happy with their dish. Special requests were fulfilled. The ambience is actually nice, but the toilets and the hallway in front of them sometimes look like shit. Not possible in this price segment either.

We reserved a table on Women's Day. Everything was great, I really enjoyed the food. I'm a meat eater but don't like steak or burgers. Ordered octopus and wild mushrooms, it was so delicious, might enjoy that. Staff is very nice. I'll be back and can only recommend it.

Four of us made a reservation on March 2nd at 5:00 p.m. A very friendly welcome, we were shown to the table with Prosecco. Wonderful ambience, an open kitchen. There really isn't a nicer way to welcome your guests. Unfortunately the food was just too cold for me, a lukewarm steak, some of the fries on the surface were already cold when served, and the oven vegetables were no longer warm either. The pepper sauce that was served already had a skin on it, so I had it hot so that I could better enjoy the increasingly cold steak and fries! The food is truly lovely, so why this trivial and banal mistake of reserving the food lukewarm??? At this price I can only partially excuse it, and it's such a shame and it would be so easy to fix! So please, dear restaurant, just implement this! Then my joy really knows no bounds! Thank you very much, despite everything, we had a lovely evening!

We were welcomed with secco and orange juice and told to wait until the table was ready. But the entire area we were led to was completely empty. Therefore, we did not understand this action and found it unnecessary. The service was very friendly. However, the drinks always took a long time. The Pulpo was super great and my highlight of the evening. Our steaks and burgers tasted very good and were cooked to the desired level. Unfortunately, all the fries were cold, and the replacement took so long that the rest had already been eaten. Our conclusion. Very nice ambience, good food at prices that are a bit too expensive, the service should be optimized.

The food was very good, nothing can be said about it. A very nice steak house. Everything was top. No real complaints. Even though you are in WÜ the restaurant is located directly across from a paid parking lot with lots of free spaces. I would definitely recommend it.

Very unfriendly to pregnant women Went for a walk with my husband. When I asked the employee if I could use the toilet, I was heavily pregnant and couldn't do it anymore because it was unpleasant, he only said if we order something. I didn't accept the "blackmail" and we looked for another restaurant where, thanks to the friendly staff, we decided to dine there.

TOTALLY EXCITED!!! We had dinner here with the family on February 13, 2024. Never experienced such attentive and friendly staff (and we eat out a lot) - big praise to everyone. Great interior and absolutely amazing food. Big praise also to the chef. Buttery soft octopus and these amazing truffle aioli - omg 😍 We thought the evening was great and felt very comfortable Even my 10-year-old daughter noticed the extraordinary friendliness of the staff - she was also completely thrilled If we are in Würzburg again we will definitely come back. I've been to this stealhouse three times. Unfortunately, as a result, steaks were not served warm or were served to the wrong degree of doneness. The burgers, however, were very good. The steak problem is of course annoying because it is primarily a steakhouse and the prices are not cheap. But something was done to accommodate us in both cases. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Great service. However, no further visit for me.

The three of us paid €164, my steak alone was €55 and we got something like this!! !!!!!TIP!!!!!: Around the corner there is "Tilmans Steakhouse", this steakhouse is in a completely different league and highly recommended. The high price for the steaks at BEEF 800° in Würzburg creates certain expectations of quality and service, which unfortunately were not met during our visit. The long wait, burnt steaks, and lack of basic amenities like Wi-Fi or good cell reception all add to an overall disappointing experience. When you pay €36 or more for a steak, you expect not only excellently prepared meat, but also first-class service and an appropriate atmosphere. The fact that our requests for food (1.5 hour wait) were met with excuses reinforces the impression that the restaurant may not be able to meet the expectations of its paying guests. If the food were at least perfectly prepared after such a waiting time, one could possibly ignore it, but the fact that the steaks are burnt on the outside is simply disappointing. It would be desirable if BEEF 800° would review the quality of its food and service and ensure that the high price is matched by commensurate quality and an overall satisfactory dining experience.

Eight of us had dinner last night with a reservation. We really expected a lot from the restaurant. Unfortunately, the service wasn't particularly friendly and it took a long time before you could even order. My starter, the octopus, tasted okay, but olives were forgotten, which were listed on the menu. We had to wait over 1.5 hours until our main meal arrived, despite repeated requests. Something like that shouldn't happen in a wannabe top steakhouse like this. The doneness of my fillet steak was okay, but it was burnt on the outside, which ruined the doneness. All in all, I definitely can't recommend the store. The prices don't match the quality of the food, the wait for food is a disaster and the service was poor. That was the first and last time we were at this restaurant.

Nice restaurant, service is good too. But food quality doesn't match the ambience and name. Especially when it comes to beef, I expect top quality in terms of preparation. The quality of the meat is good.

Unfortunately, the food and service were not convincing at all. Mainstream in a really nice atmosphere. The rump steak was not a revelation for the high price, unfortunately 1/3 stringy, no side dish as standard. Creme brulee was vanilla pudding. Free champagne reception & good beer. Service tried hard, but overall forgetful & unprofessional. It's a shame, more could be done with the concept/ambience. Not again.

An sich eine 10/10. Allerdings leider zu wenig Servicepersonal da gewesen (welches aber top gearbeitet hat). Essen war auch sehr gut. Die Auswahl hätte aber gern noch exklusiver für uns sein können. US Beef fehlt leider völlig auf der Karte. Daher einen Stern Abzug.

The shortest way to describe: close to PERFECTION!

Anniversary night! We ordered the butcher's block for 2 (medium rare steak) with coleslaw. The steak was cooked nicely, medium rare as requested. And there was quite a bit, too ... had to take the rest home. The coleslaw was really good, better than most stateside places. The pommes (fries with parmesan?) were also tasty, and although not quite enough for 2 people, it was still fine since we had to pack a to-go box. Oh, and the kreuter butter was a great addition to the steak. All in all, a very great eating experience. On a side note to the great wait staff, sorry for tossing my orange juice all over the floor. I failed to pick my foot up high enough for that step. Thanks for cleaning up after me.😁 Also, an easy to get to parking garage a 2 minute walk away.

Bedienung war sehr Freundlich und gehen auf alle Wünsche ein. Das Steak war so gut, ich hab noch nie etwas so gutes gegessen. Nur für dieses Steak würde ich nochmal nach Würzburg reisen.

Bedienung sehr freundlich und essen kam sehr schnell. Generell war das Essen sehr lecker. Wir hatten beide Steaks. Preis im Vergleich war auch in Ordnung. Jetzt zu den negativen Punkten. Auch wenn die Steaks lecker waren werden wir dafür nicht mehr kommen da die Auswahl an der Portionsgröße doch sehr eingeschränkt ist. Noch dazu sind wir beide gerade so satt geworden da auch die Beilage nicht groß war (und für eine Vorspeise ca. 15-20€ hinlegen war uns zu teuer). Das Steak hatte viel Knorpel was leider keinen guten Eindruck machte. Wer also Steak essen möchte sollte doch eher in ein anderes Steakhouse. Es hätten lt. Bestellung 4 einfache Dips (Auswahl: Ketchup, Mayo, BBQ) dabei sein sollen, es waren schlussendlich nur 3 Dips. Da wir beide die gleichen Dips hatten war es nicht schlimm das einer fehlte zumal wir nicht die großen Dip Fans sind. Außergewöhnliche Dips (zB Aioli, Sour Cream usw) haben um die 3,50€ gekostet was uns die Sache nicht wert war. Der Tisch bzw die Tischplatte hat gewackelt was richtig beim Essen gestört hat. Bei diesen Preisen erwartet man sowas nicht. Da es an der Tischplatte gelegen hat, konnte man uns nicht helfen und wir mussten mit zurecht kommen. Bedienungen kamen auch gefühlt alle 5 Minuten an den Tisch und haben gefragt ob noch alles in Ordnung ist. Es ist Ansichtssache ob es einen erfreut oder doch iwann etwas nervt. Wir waren zu unserem Jahrestag essen. Die Bedienung am Empfang war sehr freundlich und kam extra nochmal zu uns an den Tisch und hat uns angeboten mit einer Sofortbildkamera ein Foto von uns nach dem Essen zu machen. Was uns mega gefreut hat u.a. auch weil wir Jahrestag hatten und es so schön als Erinnerung gewesen wäre. Leider war dann der Film alle und es gab kein Ersatz mehr. Klar kann passieren und kommt vor, aber wir waren dann doch iwie bisschen enttäuscht. (Auch wenns uns zum nächsten Besuch versprochen wurde ... wir haben nicht jede Woche Jahrestag und können jetzt auch nicht immer so teuer essen und wie gesagt zum Steak essen werden wir nicht mehr kommen) Preis /Leisung ist in Ordnung. Generell bzw gefühlt dann doch etwas zu teuer wenn man andere Steakhäuser kennt. Wir werden trotzdem iwann nochmal wieder kommen und die Burger probieren.

Empfang mit Prosecco top, essen dann leider ein Flop, Tomahawk Medium bestellt und Medium rare bekommen, also zurück in die Küche, dann war das Steak okay aber die Beilagen kalt, statt Riesengarnelen gab es kleine shrimpse, pulet pork war nicht dabei, glaub der Koch war gestern nicht bei der Sache, denke damit war der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt, schade

Einfach cool. Essen und Service perfekt.

Super Bedienung mit einem sehr guten preisleistungsvershältnis. Rib eye steak ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren heute mit unsere Truppe zum Weihnachtsessen vor Ort. Sehr nette Begrüßung an der Tür. Super freundliche Bedienungen. Leider haben wir vom Essen mehr erwartet. Vorab die Tagessuppe war sehr lecker!!! Leider wurden 2 Burgerbrötchen falsch serviert und die Burger waren nur lauwarm, das Fleisch nicht wie bestellt. Die Pommes schmeckten labberig und wie schon mal aufgewärmt und auch nur lauwarm. Dafür war das Steak wieder super toll genau wie der Nachtisch. 🍮 Die Getränke haben zu lang gedauert, der Kaffee kam nicht wirklich zum Nachtisch, da nur eine Maschine vor Ort. Leider waren die Bedienungen für diesen großen Laden einfach zu wenige. Wir werden dem Beef 800 im Sommer noch mal einen Besuch abstatten und hoffen einfach, dass es dann besonders mit den Burgern besser läuft.

Schönes Ambiente, sehr leckeres Essen und ganz wichtig sehr freundliche Bedienungen. Ist seinen Preis wert.

Vom Ambiente und Service, überragt der Laden, dennoch etwas schade wenn das Essen dann nicht immer so ist, wie es sein sollte. Dafür ist das Personal deutlich kompetenter geworden.

Das Essen kann ich leider nicht beurteilen. Eine tolle Bar mit tollem Service. Insbesondere Katja. Sehr zu empfehlen ☺️

Hatte hier gestern einen schönen Abend und durfte ein sehr leckeres Filetsteak in angenehmer Atmosphäre genießen. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam.

Not good service. They are not fast and very good as hosts. Anyway at the end the food is the beat reward. Prices could be better.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden um 18:00 ohne Reservierung für 2Personen. Es wurde möglich gemacht für 1,5 Std. Es gab direkt einen Prosecco aufs Haus, wurden zum Tisch begleitet. Service zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Servicekraft erkannte uns sogar aus dem vergangenen Jahr. Wir hatten den Classic Chese Burger und Pfannengemüse (***** super!) und von der Herbstkarte Rinderragout mit Rosmarinkartoffeln und Gurkensalat (***** lecker). Portionen üppig aber vor allem lecker. Wir fühlten uns als Gäste sehr willkommen und kommen natürlich wieder.

Wir waren zu sechst beim Abendessen. Das Lokal ist sehr schön und das Essen sehr gut. Die Preise empfanden wir als hoch, der Service war „zu“ gut, nämlich eine Art hartes Power-selling. Das habe ich so auch noch nie erlebt.

Das großartige Personal hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen und uns ausgewählte und köstliche Speisen serviert!

Schönes Ambiente - trotz das wir keine Reservierung hatten haben wir einen Platz bekommen und wurden mit Prosecco zum Platz begleitet. Trotz das die Bedienung etwas behäbig war - sehr freundlich und das Essen (Angus Filet) war absolut auf den Punkt - sehr lecker.

Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant. Wir sind ohne Reservierung gekommen und haben nach einer kurzen Wartezeit -die uns mit einem Likör versüßt wurde - unseren Tisch bekommen. Die Bedienung war sehr, sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Essen hat etwas länger gedauert, weil das Restaurant sehr voll war. Ich denke, da kann man als Gast auch etwas Verständnis mitbringen. Das Essen war super und auf den Punkt gegart. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Abend und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Macht weiter so. :D

Wurde mir empfohlen, also hin. Tolles Restaurant. Sehr netter Empfang. Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Guter Flow im Restaurant durch die Gäste. Mein Essen war gut, ich würde es aber nicht noch mal bestellen, es war geschmacklich leider kein Renner. Sah aber gut aus. Minuspunkt. Damentoilette. Überall Papier liegend, Seifenspender leer, dafür riesiger Seifenkanister stehend. Es riecht sehr stark nach Urin, hier muss was getan werden. Von daher kein weiterer Besuch vorerst favorisiert.

Wir waren heute in diesem Lokal, für mich das 1. Mal. Ambiente vom Lokal absolut Top. Toiletten eher flopp, rostige Wasserhähne, Seife ohne seifenspender denkt man jetzt nicht bei so einem Lokal. Unser Essen von 7 Personen war bei jedem kalt nicht mal mehr lauwarm war das Essen wie es serviert wurde. Ein Burger falsch geliefert und dann leider ewig drauf gewartet, alle am Tische waren fertig dann kam der Burger.. zur entäuschung Frisch aus der Küche auch kalt. Alles in allem kann man sich da einen Besuch sparen. Preislich schon ein bisschen höher aber das sollte im Essen und auch im Service zu spüren sein. Willkommens Sekt muss man aber auch hier positiv hervorheben.!
