Rustic atmosphere and the menu is manageable. The food is great and the price is also reasonable. The meat is supplied by a local butcher and the quality is correspondingly good.

It's been a long time since I've had such a good goose leg. Thanks also to the service team for doing everything possible for us, despite the reservation mishap, so that we could still enjoy the goose legs.

The food is top. Requests are always taken into account and the service staff still have a smile on their faces despite the full house. 5 stars are far too few. Our absolute favorite restaurant. We also like to drive 90km for this.

A restaurant with tradition. The food tastes really good, the service is friendly and the Altbier tastes fantastic. You can also have a good meal here on Wednesdays. Seasonal dishes are always offered.

I ate Panhas here for the first time. Super tasty. The beer made especially for the Becherhaus is super tasty and the service is friendly, attentive and fast. I was here on a Wednesday, the Becherhaus was full to the brim and therefore a bit noisy.

My meal was a failure. I ordered suckling pig knuckle with pointed cabbage and dumplings. Overall the food was too salty. The knuckle wasn't cooked very tender. The pointed cabbage was still far too hard and too salty. It tasted like raw food. The sauce was also too salty. It's a shame for the money spent. My criticism of this was brushed aside by the owner. No understanding, no regret, no goodwill. A sign that the guest is not valued. The consequence of this: you look for something better.

We came especially from Mönchengladbach and called ahead. When we arrived at 8:50 p.m. we were told the kitchen closed at 9 p.m. We spoke on the phone at 8:20 p.m. We should have been told in advance that the kitchen closes at 9 p.m. A total of 120km drive and back home with a hungry stomach. Great beer garden, incredibly delicious food with large portions. A good selection on the menu and a monthly changing special offer (currently Bavarian for example) and very nice service. Also very nicely decorated inside. Always worth a visit.

The service was excellent - very attentive and really quick, even though the beer garden was full on Monday evenings. The atmosphere is rustic and not fancy - but we were very happy about the lamp on the table! I'd love to come back.

The Becherhus in Haan is definitely known for its beer and good food. And that's exactly how it was. Delicious beer and very tasty food. And the ambience is typical brewery. We always enjoy coming here and can only recommend it.

With friendliness to the service, friendliness came back!!!!! A feel-good evening par excellence. To eat: spare ribs absolutely soft, great barbecue sauce, great homemade fries and a tasty coleslaw. And don't forget the Hus Alt! Why isn't there a location like this in Mettmann 🤷‍♂️ This is and remains a tip from an amateur chef.

Nice traditional pub, well organized, delicious food. For dessert there are very tasty ice cream creations - although a different name for the "spaghetti ice cream" (the flavor is correct, but not spaghetti-like and no frozen cream) and a kind of children's cup would make sense.

Wir waren zu einem Geburtstagsessen mit 15 Personen hier. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Mit dem Essen waren alle sehr zufrieden. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen, auch der Wunsch nach kleinen Portionen wurde ohne Probleme erfüllt. Jeder der 9 Anwesenden hat etwas leckeres gefunden. Die regionale Ausrichtung bei Speisen und Getränken finde ich sehr gut! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Leider waren wir bei diesem Besuch überhaupt nicht zufrieden Wir hatten Schnitzel bestellt, einmal mit Bratkartoffeln, einmal mit Pommes Frites. Zunächst wunderten wir uns darüber, wie schnell das Essen kam, ein Schnitzel muss man ja eigentlich erst braten. Die Bratkartoffeln waren grenzwertig, teilweise angebrannt, die Schnitzel innen trocken, aussen ölig, die Pommes Frites waren einfach nur unterirdisch : sie trieften vor Fett, waren zum Teil total verbrannt und klebten aneinander! Als wenn das nicht schon schlimm genug wäre, meinte die Bedienung: wir machen die jetzt selber, die sind jetzt immer so!! Da kann ich nur sagen: üben, üben, üben! Als Ersatz bekam ich dann auch zum Teil verbrannte Bratkartoffeln und ein noch fettigeres Schnitzel! Sehr schade, da wir bisher immer sehr gut und lecker dort gegessen haben!

We came to Becherhus by chance. And we really liked it. A very nice, attentive and at the same time unobtrusive service, simply great. The food was really good. The salad is fresh, the schnitzel is on point and delicious fried potatoes. The latter are my indicator of good cuisine. Absolutely great here! We'd love to come back!

I ate at Becherhaus with 12 people on a Saturday lunchtime. All guests enjoyed it. A table reservation is recommended because the Becherhus is always well attended. Good menu, everyone will find something.

We were at Becherhus Haan for the first time today and it definitely wasn't the last guest performance from Düsseldorf. A rustic location paired with a relaxed atmosphere and very courteous staff. We all really enjoyed the food (in this case: schnitzel from Haaner Strohschwein – forest master style), it was delicious and the portions were generous enough. Plus the very tasty and drinkable Alt beer called Hus-Alt, which we were able to get to know at the annual Benrath beer exchange two years ago. An absolute recommendation! All in all just great! Please continue in the same way! ;-)

Wir bekamen pünktlich unseren Tisch und wurden freundlich begrüßt. Das Essen war sehr lecker,das Fleisch ein Genuss und die selbstgemachten Kroketten sooo lecker. Ich habe zum Schluss noch Vanille und weiße Schokoladen Eis gegessen. Soooo lecker. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal dort und können es nur empfehlen

It was my first time to eat here. Homemade meatball with mashed potatoes, savoy cabbage vegetables and sauce. Everything tasted very good. Plus a delicious Bergisches Landbier, perfect. The service was friendly and attentive. I will definitely come here again and can recommend a visit.
