I can only confirm 2.2. I was just there with my wife and daughter. My daughter was in line, and I got something from Burger King. When I wanted to sit down, I was told, in a very rude manner, by a tall man, that I should sit at the Burger King. We did so, but we didn't buy anything at Pasta either. So, maybe next time we'll be a bit friendlier.

The coffee tastes like nothing 😡! The service is slow and unmotivated. And they even ask for a tip when you pay with a card (in Italian 😳). So it's better to just walk past 👎!

Visited on 16th of August at 13.00. The lady that was working there was very rude toward us. Bad costumer service.

Worst sandwich ever. The bread is soaked in water and disintegrates. They should not be allowed to sell this. I should have looked at the reviews before. (Sorry I was disrespectful as I was frustrated. I've edited the review. I'm still discontent with the quality of the product)

I don't recommend it. They rip you off here for your deposit, all because of 50 cents. We bought a Coke and a water bottle. Of course, we had to pay the deposit. When I wanted to return the bottles, they asked me for the receipt and said I bought them somewhere else. Even that didn't matter, since they sell deposit bottles.

Had a slice of pizza with prosciutto and a bottle of Prosecco, their service is good, and I even got an extremely cold bottle, which was nice from their side. Good music and good pizza. Provided service is really good for an airport.

A visit of sanitary inspection is well overdue

The service is friendly, the pizzas look good. The coffee is okay, not particularly good, but not bad either. Not a La Marzocco machine, another Italian manufacturer.

If you eat in this food court, note that you cannot eat at the tables near Basta unless you buy Basta! Food. The manager will come and rudely kick you off the table. Even if you are with children in the middle of eating. They should put signs on the tables, “Reserved for Basta! All others will be treated rudely.”

I usually don’t mind paying for food, but charging 2 euros for a splash of hot water needed to prepare baby milk? That’s just heartless.

the pizza was super bad with weird taste and not baked ! i had 2 bites & had pain in the stomach and threw it to garbage! totally inappropriate to serve food like this in the food hall of such big airports stay away

Possibly the worst pasta I’ve ever had. Bland and watered down.

Super friendly staff. Pasta at the airport is really good for the price. It tasted good.

A delicious slice of pizza (Pizza Melanzane), juicy and crispy, and the espresso doppio was just like in Italy. Nothing to complain about. A highlight for an airport.

I couldn't say anything about the food because I had a special request for the pizza. On the way to the door, the lady made comments that were absolutely not customer-oriented. For me, the first thing that counts is the first contact with the staff. When I don't feel comfortable because my absolutely normal request is responded to with unpleasant comments. Then I can't enjoy it either. I like to give good reviews from the bottom of my heart, but then I also have to be honest. People trust other people's reviews

Pizza raw inside but nice staff

One of the worst pizzas ever. Normal forks but no knives. Got a dull bamboo knife. There are four people there. But instead of washing the knives, talk to each other. Then ask for a tip at self-service. Not a good customer experience.

Really don't think this place was as bad as the other reviews suggest. Nice service and perfectly ok pasta at a nice price for being at an airport. Pasta and beer×2 for just over 30 euros. For comparison, I paid 20 euros for 2 colas and 1 water in the kiosk closer to the street

We arrived at the restaurant at 6:45 p.m. and all there was was about 10 pieces of pizza (leftover stock), there was no pasta left. Shop closing time 9:00 p.m.

Takes the longest time to get ready

Anyone in Italy who offers such dry, lukewarm concoctions as pizza will certainly end up in jail straight away. I don't expect top-notch dining from an airport restaurant, but it really doesn't have to be that bad. I prefer not to try the pasta.

This had the shortest line of all the food stalls and now I know why! I ate a slice of Pizza Funghi, but it was more like poorly seasoned, lukewarm cardboard than pizza. Because I was hungry, I ate half of the piece and threw the rest away. Even taking into account the fact that you can't expect gourmet food at an airport, this was really bad.

If you want your pizza to taste like crisp bread, this is the place for you.. i had the prosciutto. My boyfriends slice with salami was not done at all, with raw dough trough most of it. Actually impressive to burn one and totally undercook the next..

Pizza was tasteless dough burned into a solid piece of pure carbon, topped with a subminiature slize pepperoni and some olive oil. Enjoy!

Why doesn't the staff speak German?

5 a.m., fresh cappuccino with a crispy croissant. Staff super nice.

Service is shocking. It’s like they haven’t figured out the fundamentals of how to operate a cafe let alone at a busy airport. - last week the service staff was too busy flirting and talking with airport staff to the point after a few minutes of standing and waiting I had to say something. - this week they have ONE person both serving and making the coffees at the busiest time of the day (8am). The older man is just standing around and doing nothing. After 15 mins in line and no closer to the front I have to give up.

They will poison you.. the pizza is terrifying, I digested it after 3 days and I felt terrible. Plus dearest!

I usually get a slice of pizza before my flight from this place, it’s not the best but it’s eatable. What bothered me today was the man with glasses at the cash register that was laughing instead of taking my order + asking unnecessary questions.

This store is located in the food court past the security check. I got the fusilli with Amatriciana sauce. Received the pasta really quickly (~3 mins) but if you’re looking for good Italian food, this is definitely not where you should be eating. Will get you full but quality is subpar, especially for the price.

Considering it's a restaurant at an airport the food and prices weren't THAT bad. A lot of comments about the staff but they were very pleasant when I had ordered.

Server discriminating according to origin and he doesn't hide it! I won't set foot there again.

Our pasta (Tortellini Carbonora / Fussili Bolognese) was not particularly tasty. We also got the wrong noodles. So for 11.90 it's okay, but you shouldn't expect any culinary specialties. There was no food at the same time that one order was simply forgotten

Für eine „Flughafenpizzeria“ ganz o.k. Der Service war freundlich und schnell (es war aber auch wenig Betrieb). Der Preis für mein Stück Pizza Diavolo und ein Berliner Kindel für einen Flughafen noch annehmbar. Der Geschmack war ganz gut, nur war sie nicht mehr als lauwarm.

Das Essen an sich war okay und für einen Flughafen nicht schlecht. Ich hatte keine großen Erwartungen und fand es am Ende besser als erwartet.

Para estar situado en un aeropuerto, las pizzas están bien. En cuanto al precio es caro para la cantidad que ponen, pero todos los locales de restauración tenían precios elevados (incluso más que este).

The Greek salad is good albeit for 10 euro it had the typical airport price markup. The employees where extremely friendly and helpful. They keep the restaurant and the seating area clean. It's a nice little break from the chaos

Kann die schlechten Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen! Ich arbeite am Flughafen, gehe deshalb recht häufig dort essen, des Öfteren bekommen Mitarbeiter und auch Passagiere eine Kleinigkeit, beispielsweise ein Getränk, geschenkt, die Mitarbeiter sind nahezu ausnahmslos freundlich und die Pizza ist - ja, natürlich sehr teuer - verhältnismäßig wirklich lecker!

Personal fand ich freundlich, Auswahl in Ordnung, Preise sind Flughafen Typisch (zu teuer), Pizza hat mir gut geschmeckt…Leider gab es eine Stunde vor Schluss keine Pasta mehr

Pizza is available for 4.90 euro per piece. Personally, I find this expensive. However, it's one of cheaper restaurants in food court, if you want to order something smaller, not a main dish. Pizza is okay but lacks a bit more cheese or more ingredients for this price. There are enough seats in the food court. Staff speak English obviously and were kind during my visit. Food court is located on the 1st floor, so it's not so loud and crowded as ground floor.

Jede Tiefkühlpizza schmeckt besser. Eine Ecke war verbrannt , eine noch nicht durch. Nur die Hälfte hatte Käse drauf. Zu wenige Sitzplätze

Food is definition of mediocre, overpriced completely but expected for airport food, some staff (older man) is miserable, will get loud and stroppy over taking a couple of minutes. Lady who works in the kitchen is nice though I’d avoid.

We had a super delicious pasta carbonara juicy and tasty and I am only sad that I can't find the same in Berlin, only here at the airport

Also ich kann die ganze schlechte Bewertung hier nicht verstehen… Ich finde die Pizza super 1)sie wird in ein Stein Backofen gebacken und da wird sie knusprig und lecker. 2)Die Mitarbeiterin die ich hatte war zwar sehr jung aber sehr sehr kompetent.und der kaffe ist auch sehr gut der ist überhaupt nicht wässrig wie die anderen kaffe‘s. Kann ich echt weiter empfehlen für was schnelles auf die Hand oder auch zum da essen

Don’t come with very high expectations, but the pizza slice is okay. It is expensive though as you would expect at the airport.

Super freundliche Mitarbeiterin die auf den Namen Maike hört und top Qualität zu einem fairen Preisleistungsverhältnis. Die Mitarbeiterin wirkte motiviert und kompetent. Kann ich jedem empfehlen der kurzfristig ein bisschen Italien für zwischendurch sucht.

Die vorherigen Rezensionen kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Wir haben Pizza gegessen und die war frisch und wie sie sein sollte. Was mir bissl missfällt war die fehlende Freundlichkeit und die Dose mit Erde auf dem Tisch. Sonst Flughafen übliche Preise.

A pesar de que el precio es algo elevado, la atención es rapida y la comida esta bien. Hay muy pocas mesas para la gran cantidad de gente que tiene este local de restauración.

Ich kann die Rezensionen hier eigentlich nicht nachvollziehen. Ich hatte ein sehr positives Erlebnis bei "basta! Pizza e pasta!". Habe ehrlich gesagt nicht viel erwartet von einem Flughafen Imbiss und im Ernst, wer erwartet denn da auch günstige Preise?! Preislich gehoben, deshalb auch der Stern Abzug. Geschmacklich hat mich die Pizza sehr überzeugt. Fluffiger Boden, fruchtige Tomatensauce, intensiver Schinken. Die Kritik an der Bedienung kann ich auch nicht nachvollziehen. Der Herr, der mich bediente, war sehr freundlich und hat mir nicht ganz geglaubt, dass ich eine gute Rezension schreiben würde. Ich halte jedoch Wort 😉 Wenn ich mal wieder am BER strande, komme ich gern wieder.
