Familiar dishes like kale, currywurst and spaetzle with a vegan twist, plus delicious little things (the puff pastry pieces are a big recommendation, but don't buy them all away from me!) and a great selection of products for home that you can't find in supermarkets. Sebastian attaches great importance to customer contact and likes to take the time to have a chat. The birthday catering experience also went great (pictures) 🌟 - Don't be annoyed by unfriendly reviews :)

One of the best places for vegan food in Kiel! The lunch menu is always delicious, very well-seasoned, and balanced. Plus, small (sweet) snacks and a selection of vegan foods. Small shop, big tennis. :)

Super delicious lunch and attentive service. I had a potato and eggplant casserole, perfectly seasoned and with great vegan mince. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We were there for lunch and were very satisfied! Everything was freshly prepared by hand. There was a relatively diverse selection of vegan dishes for a deli, and the prices were very reasonable. Vegetarians and omnivores will certainly be happy with the vegan alternatives :-) We'd love to come back!

What a nice little place to get vegan food ☀️ We really liked the little extra selection on the side: we bought vegan chili snacks, vegan tuna, chili sauce and vegan shrimp, which we can't wait to try 🌶🍤😋 There were also some vegan magazines, as well as stickers, so we could take them with us and spread some activism 👊🌱 The food itself was quite ok, and the turnaround was a bit fast in terms of hygiene for one employee, with no hand washing between cooking, cashiering, washing up, which made it a bit unappetizing. I would like to add that the salami wrap only had seitan and a bit of tasteless salad, without any dressing.. looks like we must have come on a very bad day. Quite an ok visit.

Super tasty vegan food. There is a changing menu, and todays special was a lasagne. I also tried the gyros wrap with lots of delicious vegetable, vegan feta and a tasty garlicy dressing. We got one of the few tables outside. We took a spandauer with us on the train, and that was freshly made (still warm) and a nice after-meal treat. Great service and really friendly owner!

Some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had. And this is coming from someone who’s not vegan and loves the taste of meat. The owner is obviously passionate about food and the environment. He introduced different vegan alternatives to me and they all tasted delicious. Some better than real meat! It really shows that what makes meat taste good is the flavor and plants can taste the same and just as good when it’s cooked by a good chef. We came here twice and sadly only have one photo that doesn’t do the food justice. Seriously, just go eat here and try the food yourself unless you are a mosquito (and nobody likes mosquitos).

We were on a short trip to Kiel and looking for vegan food. Luckily we found the BÄRISTO. A small bistro with Kiel flair, close to the city center. There was a daily menu and even more dishes on another menu. The food was mega vegan comfort food for little money and you can taste the passion of the owner. We really liked that it supports local companies and startups and you can even buy a few goodies. If we are in Kiel again, we will definitely come back :)

Delicious vegan dishes such as “Dürum” in a small bistro, about 600m walk from Kiel main station. The only disadvantage: only two stools at a counter for on-site consumption. The “puff pastry potato” snack that was served was also great to try. We'd love to come back.

Immer wieder einen Besuch wert! Das Essen ist ausnahmslos lecker und Sebastian wird einfach nicht müde sich neue tolle Rezepte zu überlegen. Dazu noch die kleine, feine Auswahl an veganen Lebensmitteln für Zuhause - ein rundes Konzept mit echter Leidenschaft. Danke!

Wir sind begeistert von diesem Laden! Der Inhaber ist seeehr freundlich und das Essen super lecker! Das gesamte Konzept gefällt uns einfach sowas von gut. Haben nach unseren leckeren Lunch Bowls direkt noch ein paar Leckereien für zu Hause mitgenommen. Kommen jetzt definitiv öfter, um auch noch weitere Gerichte zu verköstigen ✨

Das schöne an diesem Laden ist, dass man diese grundehrliche Herzlichkeit spürt. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten Großkonzernen und Supermärkten, die große Gewinne durch ihre plötzlich "entdeckte" und vorgegaukelte Tierliebe einstreichen, findet man beim Bäristos jemanden der es ehrlich meint und lebt. Ich wollte hier gar nicht so viel schreiben, jedoch haben mir ein paar Minuten nette Unterhaltung, an diesem Tag im Bäristo wieder ein Stück Seelenheil gebracht. Es tut gut, in diesen nicht gerade leichten Zeiten, sei es für Mensch "oder" Tier, gute Herzen zu spüren. Achso, das was Essen war natürlich auch der Hammer😅 Viel neues und innovatives entdeckt. Toller veganer Laden!

Super leckeres veganes Bistro Wir hatten "Cheese"-Burger und eine Spätzlepfanne mit rauchiger Seitenwurst und was sollen wir sagen? Yum! Richtig lecker Die Zubereitung ging schnell und der Service war richtig nett und zuvorkommend. Also hopphopp, los mit euch und testen, weil: Yes, Ve gan! 😀

Kleiner, extrem liebevoller Imbiss mit tollen veganen Speisen. Der Inhaber ist kein Dogmatiker, sondern begeistert einfach mit Vielfalt und extrem leckeren Speisen. Mein Geheimtipp: seine Pralinen! Von Pizza bis Hot Dog, von Praline bis Croissant wird das Sortiment mit spannendem Eis, Kaffee, Soßen, Fruchtgummi und Vielem mehr abgerundet! Eine Sache eint Alles: immer lecker!!

Der Laden ist einfach ein absoluter Traum. Das Essen ist immer frisch, super lecker und es gibt genügend Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Der Kaffee schmeckt hervorragend und all die Kleinigkeiten die dort sonst noch verkauft werden, können vollkommen überzeugen. Der Inhaber ist dazu auch noch ein super freundlicher Typ. Ich hoffe mehr Leute entdecken diesen Laden für sich.😊

Grandiose Bowls! Angemessene Preise für sehr leckeres und frisches Essen.

Das Essen ist frisch zubereitet und lecker. Der Wrap gut gefüllt und gerollt, so dass bei den letzten Bissen nicht nur Teig übrig bleibt. Mit veganen Zutaten wird ein schöner Umami-Geschmack erkocht. Die Preise sind für die Leistung i.O.

Jedes Gericht ist super lecker und frisch. Es werden so tolle vegane Alternativen angeboten. Die Portionen können ein kleines bisschen größer sein aber sonst kann ich es jedem empfehlen dort zu essen.

Hier gibt es wirklich tolle und leckere vegane Gerichte vom Mittagstisch über Snacks zu Brunch- und Abendbrot-Boxen für zu Hause. Wir hatten bereits vegane Gyros Wraps, vegane Laugenstange mit "Meat-Balls" und Gemüse, Marzipan Croissants und haben uns auch schon vegane Salami am Stück für zu Hause zum Frühstück mitgenommen. Als nächstes probieren wir mal eine der Brunch- oder Abendbrot-Boxen. Alles war bisher super lecker und toll zubereitet. Wirklich Top. Dazu kommt, dass der Betreiber und Besitzer selbst fleißig anpackt und sich trotzdem Zeit für Kunden und Gäste nimmt.

Nett, lecker, übersichtlich. Große Empfehlung. Nur die Baustelle gegenüber trübt das entspannte Mal auf der "Terasse"
