Although I wasn't in the brewery, I was already outside, in the beer garden, where guests can expect a clean, somewhat rustic but nice atmosphere. The food was very good, ox cheeks, butter spaetzle and a very voluminous red wine sauce. Changing the order (because I don't like the side dish) was no problem and the friendly service was super quick and extremely accommodating. The next day I went to the restaurant again... even my dog ​​thought it was chill.... Feel-good factor 100%

Great location and great ambience. Food is served very quickly and you get good home cooking. Beer tastes very tasty, as you would expect from Barfüsser. Even in the summer during the European Championships, they came up with something outside and set up a big screen. It was well thought out and it was great to watch the European Championships there.

Been there twice so far. Completely satisfied the first time and also very impressed with the rump steak, tender, delicious. The food also arrived quickly. That was the day I was there with a good friend. Next time I went there with my girlfriend and recommended the rump steak. Which (mind you) isn't all that cheap for the quantity. We ordered medium, but the thicker side was still raw on the inside and not edible. It was also correspondingly tough and hardly seasoned; it was reminiscent of thawed frozen food from the supermarket. I had a brewery burger where the patty was over salted and the bun was hard. Also a disappointment. The side dishes were okay, but we had to fight with wasps and I got stung. After this whole day I have to say that the cheese spaetzle didn't do anything good either. I lost a large sum of money for a bad main course. I will pay another visit to Ulm/Neu Ulm. I haven't had any experiences like that there before. I would advise against meat, both from a quality perspective and from a preparation point of view. Because you can't rely on it.

Were there for dinner a year ago. Everything was great back then, food and service. Unfortunately, if we wanted to repeat this today, we were turned away very rudely. This could have been communicated more kindly. Very unfortunate.

Unfortunately it has diminished significantly. 42€ for two people - to take away, without drinks! They were tiny portions... The schnitzel was puny and soggy and should have been packaged separately from the cheese spaetzle. The Brauhaus bowl was about the size of a side salad and the salad was warm :( There were also some ingredients missing that were on the menu. Not recommended.

Four of us ate here. The food was great, the ambience outside in the fresh air created a very positive atmosphere! I must clearly state that despite my own fault in ordering, I received my food new! Thank you for the great service and a big thank you to the friendly staff.

Unfortunately the food was a disappointment! Dumplings with mushrooms read delicious... but it was just a mushroom sauce and 1 dumpling! The tarte flambée with mushrooms and grilled vegetables had so few vegetables on it that I had to look for them. The waiter agreed with me and said that it wasn't enough toppings for the money. Only the chef was given feedback, nothing else. Expensive food for little quality! Unfortunately never again, despite the beautiful location.

Wir waren zu zweit. Die Bedienung was sehr nett und freundlich. Ich hatte ein paar Veränderungen an den Speisen erfragt die leider nicht möglich waren wegen dem Kassensystem. Was aber nicht schlimm war. Fragen kann man ja. Die Bedienung war deshalb auch sehr bemüht und fragte trotzdem in der Küche nach. Als ich meinen Salat bekam hat ich nur ein wenig Dressing und das mischen war durch den vollen Teller nicht möglich. Ich fragte nach etwas Dressing, was die Bedinung sofort veranlasste aber ihr Kollege es nicht verstehen konnte das ich Dressing nachforderte. Meine Freundin bekam seine Reaktion mit und das sollte nicht sein, vor dem Gast. Wir sind nicht blind und schwerhörig. Sonst war der Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen! Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank nochmal für die Mühe wegen dem erfragen meiner unvertäglichkeiten Wir kommen gern wieder.

An absolute “go-to” when you are in Weissenhorn. Thanks to the large selection on the menu, there really is something for everyone. The food tastes very tasty, as does the beer.

Very tasty food and decent portions for a reasonable price.

Pub brewery in a historic building (formerly Fugger'sches Bräuhaus) in the center of Weißenhorn's old town. Furnishings are also in the traditional style of a beer bar, including table tops made of solid maple. The house-brewed beers are available on tap, including seasonal Märzen or winter beer, the bottom-fermented ones are perfectly poured in the Willibecher, from which they still taste best. The range of food on offer is quite varied. There is something for every taste in generous portions. The service staff is consistently friendly, attentive and quick. In the warm season you can sit very quietly on the terrace on the south side. There's an extra star for the fact that it's open all day (!) in the afternoon, so you're welcome to stop in just for a drink!

It is an amazing bar-restaurant in the square. It has a terrace and several lounges. On the ground floor the living room is large and has good music. The craft beers are very good, the wheat beers (weissbier) and the red beers (rotbier) are very good. The black one (schwarzes bier) is very good, smooth. In short, a good place to eat and drink typical German food and beers.

Was outside in the beer garden. The black beer is really tasty. Sausage salad anyway. Can be recommended without hesitation. Nice personel. Everything fits.

Unfortunately, the service is really bad... tables are wiped, people just look around in the air, or there are four people standing around at the bar inside, the main thing is that nobody tries to sell the people outside a second drink or give them the opportunity to pay If I were the owner, I would replace the entire service, I have rarely seen anything so incompetent, as this could actually be a really nice restaurant.

Nette Bedienungen, leckeres Essen, Geräuschpegel hoch aber auch richtig so beim Deutschlandspiel und Public Viewing. Einzig die Toiletten waren ein Manko. Auf Grund der Vielzahl an Gästen durch das Public Viewing waren sie nicht wirklich sauber. Das liegt aber wie meistens leider auch an den Gästen 🙈

Da ich an Tinitus leide, und wir einen Tisch in Mitten der Gäste bekamen. fragten wir die Servicekraft höflich, ob es nicht möglich wäre uns noch einen der anderen freien Tische in einem ruhigeren Teil des Restaurants zu geben. Leider ging sie auf unsere Bitte nicht ein und wir mussten bei strömenden Regen im Freien essen.

The food is very average, the service isn't really attentive (when three service staff are chatting at the counter and we wait 15 minutes to pay, I find it a bit strange), and the highlight was: I was supposed to put a day ticket in the stand, But I didn't do that well enough for him (the waiter) (which isn't my job as a guest) and the gentleman then became sour. I haven't been there for a while now, and after my recent visit I don't feel the need to go again in the near future.

Der Kartoffelasalat ist sehr schlecht. Früher wollten meine Kinder zum Kinderschnitzel keine Pommes, sondern den guten berühmten Kartoffelsalat vom Barfüsser. Seit ca. 1 Jahr eher 2 Jahren findet man nirgends so einen schlechten Kartoffelsalat wie bei Ihnen. Ich wollte etwas mehr Krautsalat zum Schweinebraten und dafür keinen Kloss. Das war nicht möglich. Ich musste den Schweinebraten voll bezahlen ohne Kloss und bekam eine Schüssel Krautsalst zusätzlich, die ich voll bezahlen musste und nur zur Hälfte schaffte. Ich komme schon seit Jahren zu Ihnen - früher war ich immer zufrieden, jetzt nicht mehr. Personal aber sehr freundlich. Küche deutlich schlechter als früher. Unflexibel bzgl. Bestellungen.

I had an apple strudel, a coffee and an apple spritzer & EVERYTHING was super delicious. The storks clattered across the roof and the church to the left was really beautiful... All in all, a nice place to stay

Das Essen war geschmacklich wirklich gut, nur leider für das Geld ( etwas teuer ) dürfte die Portion (Käsespätzle, Schweizer Wurst-Salat) größer sein. Ambiente ist absolut Klasse. Im großen und ganzen ist das Barfüsser sehr zu empfehlen.

Beautiful brewery restaurant with an interestingly filled bookshelf. Of course the beer here is very good! For dinner we had a wonderfully tender roast pork with black beer sauce and coleslaw. Then Bavarian cream with rhubarb compote. Actually, we would have been full enough after the main course, but when I saw that there was finally a dessert here other than bland pana cotta or sugary crème brulée, we decided to grab it and order at least one more portion for two. Highly recommended😋!

Nicely located in the old town. Unfortunately very unfriendly service. We took a nice place outside in the morning and the waiter didn't want us there even though there were a lot of tables around us still free. We stayed anyway. At the end when paying, not even a thank you or goodbye despite a tip. It's a shame, that's why we definitely won't come back...

Certainly one of the best locations in W'horn! The food tastes delicious, the seating is cozy inside and outside in the middle of the old town, with practically no cars. We can only recommend it to everyone, whether for lunch, dinner or a beer from our own brewery after work.

Nice restaurant in the middle of the historic city center of Weißenhorn. Especially in the outdoor area you have a great view of the Fugger Castle and the town church. The food is very good. The service is quick and attentive.

Immer wieder gern auf Hin oder Rückweg aus dem Süden. Weißenhorn gerne, weil neben der Autobahn. 3 Kilometer, Tanken, immer super Essen und nettes Personal. Auch Ulm ( beide) sehr schön , wenn wir dort übernachten. Dann klappt das auch mit dem super Bier 🍺

I spontaneously went to the outside area of ​​the restaurant. I asked the waiter if the Maultaschen were homemade, unfortunately he didn't know. The portion is very large and you will definitely feel full.

An evening to forget 😣!!! My friend ordered a beef roulade with red cabbage and potato dumplings. The food came very quickly but unfortunately instead of dumplings came spaetzle. When taking the order it could have been mentioned that there are no more dumplings today. Then we wouldn't have ordered the dish in the first place (€24). Not even an espresso or anything else was on the house due to the incorrect delivery, even though we pointed it out to the waiter twice. With a bill of over €60 for two people, you can expect a little more. Sad! We won't end up there any time soon 👋.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. After the late shift we wanted to have a leisurely beer with 4 people after work. When we arrived here at 10 p.m., we were informed as soon as we entered that we should order immediately and that this would be the last round. Drinks only, no food. We then ordered, somewhat surprised, and from 10:20 p.m. onwards the waiter often walked past us, a little stressed, always looking conspicuously at the glasses while he was already cleaning up. Suffice it to say, it was very uncomfortable. Shortly after 10.30 p.m. the waiter came to collect the money and said that it would be closing soon. He didn't like my look at the clock because the opening times are advertised until 11 p.m. All in all, we complied with the waiter's insistence and left 20 minutes before closing time, and the door was locked behind us. So I definitely know customer friendliness differently. If opening hours are stated until a certain time, these should be adhered to, at least to some extent, without forcing customers to leave. Don't get me wrong, I know that tidying and cleaning work takes time and the employees want to finish on time, but if there is no interest in having customers in the house after 10 p.m., then the opening times should be revised again... It's actually a shame, I came here again after a long time, but that was definitely the last time.
