The best bar in Frankfurt with an international flair. One star deducted for issuing "information receipts" rather than proper bills. I would therefore recommend everyone to pay by card at Naïv.

The prices are absolutely crazy. 10€ for the cauliflower nuggets. That's €2 per floret. The fries taste like boiled potatoes. Too little salt, no paprika and a floury aftertaste. Absolutely not worth the money.

Nice and cozy bar with a large selection of craft beer. Both on tap or in a can. The homemade baked apple lemonade was also very tasty.

Delicious food, options for vegetarians and one option for kids. Cool place for a meal or just a glass of beer. Is a bit pricey but worth it. Next to the old new town. It might be a cool place at night for a glass of beer. The burger costs 18€ and cider was 7€

Impossible to get a table, service is unorganised

The waiter lady was very impolite and rude to us. After waiting so much time, we were sent to queue again cause a group had "priority". The bar next to it is more welcoming and friendly

Helles is a pure perfection 👌 as well as Handkäse!

Yesterday I was, and not for the first time, in the naïv restaurant. Actually, I've always been satisfied so far, the beer selection is great, the food is a little more expensive but delicious and the cocktails always taste great. Unfortunately this time it took a very long time before we could even order anything. We got there around 8:30 p.m. and after waiting 15 minutes we went to the bar ourselves and ordered drinks, which went really quickly the bartender was also very nice. We actually wanted to order something to eat and were told that there would actually be table service. So sit and wait again, at least this time with delicious drinks. After activating the service several times, we were finally able to take our food order and we ate around 9:45 p.m. Things were significantly different in the past, and my partner, a regular guest, also noticed that there were a lot of new faces at naïv. Maybe that's why? Oh yes, one more thing that influences the three stars, among other things: I find it questionable and unhygienic that the employee with blonde hair didn't have her hair in a braid. When she brought out my almost €20 burger, I first checked it for hair with my cell phone flashlight because her hair was basically in my burger when I brought it out, unappetizing and actually self-explanatory, I think. It wasn't the worst experience of our lives, but we naively didn't leave it satisfied; that was also different in the past. We'll definitely be back soon, I hope we just had a bad day, it just happens.

Top craft beer, what more could you want!

Very open, modern place. Focus on craft beer with loads of taps and loads of cans. Everything well organised in an Untappd menu. Prices were okay, given the city. Staff was super friendly and chatty and helpful. We felt welcome. Diverse crowd. Food was very tasty. Fast food but well done, with some flavour, and enough veggie options.

Idk worse service in frankfurt if your not a local don't go here they just take way to long to serve you and don't even want to help. Lady looked at me 16 times but didn't help

A very nice and cozy bar. A top address for me when drinking craft beer. 8 types of beer on tap and more in bottles or cans. You can put together a small test series, 4 pieces x 0.1, and just try it out. For anyone who wants to expand their beer horizons, this is the address. The food tasted great. The most important thing at the end, the service was really great. Nice and on the ball.

It was near the hotel, so I visited for the first time after arriving in Frankfurt. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were really friendly. You can view the menu by scanning a QR, but there is no English, so I had to use Google Translate to view the menu. The amount of food was so large that 3 women ordered 3 pieces, which was too much. It was a shame that so much was left behind.

Be careful in this bar: if you leave your phone to charge, the staff might drop it and it might break like my phone did. The bar owners will refuse to pay you for the repairs. That was my worst experience visiting this establishment.

My favorite bar/restaurant in the city, honestly. I have to move away from frankfurt soon, and I am not even joking when I say NAIV is what I will miss more than anything else about living here. Always amazing food, amazing service and one of the best, if not the best, beer selections in town. I genuinely love this place.

We left after a good half hour without being served. The restaurant wasn't really full, we were sitting in the corner where it was difficult to see, but we let us know several times. Unfortunately, despite the promise "I'll come straight away", no one came, so we left the restaurant without getting any drinks.

After consulting with the staff, we sat outside under the roof in the rain. Even after another request at the bar, we unfortunately sat outside for half an hour without service. Then we left the restaurant and looked for something else in Frankfurt. Unfortunately they didn't seem to want to serve us here. Very unfortunate.

Absolutely loved this place. Felt like home. We were in Frankfurt for 4 days and were there every night. Staff are so welcoming and fun! If you come here please look for a guy named Geddy. This guy is such a great host. Funny and genuinely a great guy. Would recommend you come here even if your stay in Frankfurt is a short one. 10/10!!

The service is unbearably RUDE - they have been unkind at the welcoming and they ignored us for 25 minutes despite several attempts to kindly call their attention. When we finally ordered (inside) they told us in a very impolite manner that we could not stay outside, even if we explained that we ordered later just because they ignored us. Being forced to stay inside without air conditioning felt irrational and unnecessary, so we paid without finishing and left right away.

A super friendly shop. All colleagues who work there are very courteous and nice and you often get very intensive and detailed advice on beer and all drinks if you ask for it. The in-house pizza next door is also super tasty (it offers the perfect base) and is always worth a visit. The food in the restaurant is also very tasty, every dish on the varied menu tastes excellent.

If you like drinking white wine for €8.60 (Lugana) with ice cubes, this is the right place for you. The waitress found it completely natural. She just said that the wine was still unchilled and that if we wanted to drink warm wine, she could take the ice cubes out again. She responded to our astonishment with such annoyance that even the next table took notice of her unfriendliness. The food is not expensive, but also convenient.

The service was terrible. The waitress didn't pay me enough money back. When I insisted on getting the right amount, she insulted me... This led to an argument. And the waitresses were rude the whole time, no thanks, nothing. So if you want to miss your weekend, this is the place.

Always good, because you rarely have this selection of really tasty beers, mostly from cask. Of course, this includes good food, which is always delicious and goes well with the beer. Of course there is also something for more feminine enjoyment. When the weather is nice, the ambience outside is like a chic beer garden. In winter it can get very crowded inside.

Best bar in Frankfurt without a doubt!!! Always changing taps of craft beer, great wines, cocktails, Gin Tonic and delicious food. But the best is the staff so welcoming, friendly and fun.

Lateish night on a Monday (9-10pm) this was the last of 4 places we tried to walk into but either the kitchen was closed or food was sold out. Happy to find dinner and drinks. There are many beer options if looking for other than applewein as this is also adjacent to a bottle shop

Super delicious food and a wide selection to suit all preferences. We had the burger and the veggie burger, both of which were some of the best we've ever eaten. And the craft beer selection was fantastic! The only thing that topped the whole thing was the absolutely professional and friendly service; We arrived without a reservation and had to wait briefly, but were kept constantly informed and the estimated waiting time was correct. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

One of the most rude services. You don't tell your customers ,, everyone waits outside here'' in a rude and condescending voice. Avoid if you don't like places where the staff behaves like you visited them in their house.

My favorite bar in Frankfurt (but only 4 stars, yes). They have lambic beer! That’s the reason why I like it so much. And my friends also appreciate the variety of beer selection. Burgers are pretty good. Grilled octopus is too oily and seasoned. Naïv can be a little bit too expansive for you and it is definitely overcrowded and too loud.

The naïv is my favorite place for beer in Frankfurt. The food really surprised me on my first visit because I would never have expected such excellent quality in a beer bar and I have never been disappointed in countless visits there. The same applies to the service, which always remains friendly and cheerful, even when the store is full. The only catch for me personally is that the 8 taps are mostly very IPA (NEIPA, DIPA,...)-heavy - so I would like more variety and more often fruited sours, Belgian red ales, or a Porter or Imperial Stout, but that is of course very personal taste and can also be solved by the enormous selection of canned beers.

It starts at the sign, "Wait here to be seated". After a few minutes, someone comes to ask you why on earth you are standing there. Oh well. The food is great, the beer selection epic, but the service is poor. For the 6 hours I sat there, zero service without physically waving at someone or walking over to the bar, and even then only half the time. The atmosphere is fine, except for people standing in the actual doorway and smoking, which leads to occasional unpleasant air inside. Might be more of a general Frankfurt thing.

This place is just a complete success. Super practical location, great drinks, really delicious food, super unobtrusive but present staff, reasonably priced, great atmosphere, music is always cool and not too loud, atmosphere really pleasant... Would definitely choose that again.
