the place Ambience is really cool. it's spacious and very hip. they also have stand up comedy on frid& sun. ive tried - Bahn mi 8.5/10 the bread has perfect texture, the taste combination of the filling also really good! - Korean fried chicken 8/10 the sauce is on point.the portion is worth the price for appetizers. the chicken are more katsu style than crispy chicken.would even better if its crispier. - homemade ice tea 9/10

I had the vegan miso ramen, which was good. Not the best I’ve ever had, but decent. But the service was outstanding. The waitress recommended is new things that werent on the Menu yet and also gave us some samples of the cucumber salad.

I recently visited Banh Mi & bubbles and was genuinely impressed. The food quality was OK, even though the menu itself had only a limited number of options. What truly stood out however was the staff. They handled our feedback very responsibly when we mentioned that the food arrived a bit cold. They reacted professionally and made sure we were taken care of. Totally recommended 👍🏽 Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider a second visit. Highly recommended!

The food was okay, but unfortunately quite bland – it lacked spices and typical Asian flavor. Basically, it was more like bread with schnitzel than a real bánh mì. The taste was alright, but nothing special. Ordering via barcode is innovative and a cool feature, but it does mean you miss out on personal interaction with the staff, which is a bit of a shame.

The owner removes comments he doesn't like, claiming they're defamatory. Let's see how long this comment stays up… The food there is very expensive and really not good for the price! This "Bahn Mi" has nothing to do with a Bahn Mi from Vietnam. They should consider changing their name.

The comedy show was quite good, but the rest was honestly a disaster. I specifically bought a ticket online, and when I was in line, absolutely no one cared. They just let everyone in until the place was packed. Later, people with valid tickets arrived and weren't allowed in because there was no more room. So what's the point of booking a ticket in advance? The food was a disappointment. Mine arrived cold. They take all the orders at once on Sundays, but they don't have enough staff to serve everything immediately. The waiters also have to serve drinks and do everything else, and in the end, your food just sits around somewhere and gets cold. Completely unacceptable for the price. And here's the kicker: the kitchen closes at 8:30 pm on Sundays. It's only open for an hour and a half, no more. After that, you can only order drinks. This isn't mentioned anywhere on the website, on Google, or on the menu. Make sure to clearly state this so people know beforehand. It's a shame, because the show itself was good. But with such poor organization, cold food, a kitchen closing after an hour and a half, and chaos at the entrance, something urgently needs to change. The comedians were truly the only thing that saved the evening. The show was really good and fun. But the rest? A total disaster.

My Google review of my visit to your restaurant was deleted after a defamation complaint, SMH. My review was completely objective and based on my personal experience! I simply mentioned that the kitchen closes too early and is only open for an hour and a half. My visit was mixed overall; the food was okay, but I noticed that several guest reviews, including my own, are suddenly no longer visible. I didn't write anything false or offensive, I just shared my honest experience. Deleting honest customer reviews undermines transparency and makes it difficult for others to get a realistic picture. I've already informed Google about this situation, as I've noticed that other guest reviews have disappeared in a similar way. This pattern raises serious questions about the fair presentation of customer feedback. Honest reviews are important so that customers can make informed decisions and restaurants can maintain their credibility. The food was cold, the service tried its best, and inside you're packed in like sardines. If you've ever wanted to share your meal with complete strangers... including their body odor... this is the place for you.

The food is decent, but not particularly special for the price. To place an order, you need to do so online through a QR code, as the waiters don’t take them. We waited about 15 minutes for our drinks, which is too long. The venue and dimly lit atmosphere is great though.

Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with authentic banh mi. Even the "alternative" doesn't taste good. If you're going to use a dish from somewhere you're not from, please do your best to produce a good product. Cultural appropriation!

They offer interesting Asian options that are not frequent elsewhere. I went for the Cucumber Salad, after the lovely waitress gave us samples, and the chicken bowl. Portion-sizes are really good! Maybe I'll try the Asian Burger next time? Also: very trippy restrooms 🫨

The bowls taste okay, but they're unfortunately cold and the price is quite high. Neotaste is okay, though. The ramen is also decent, but there are significantly better options in Stuttgart. The meat here is also cold, which doesn't go so well with warm ramen.

Our drinks, which we ordered separately, arrived relatively late, and the appetizers and main courses were served at the same time, which we would have expected. The ambiance is modern and rather fancy—a matter of taste.

Went here this evening. First impression and observation, a bit dirty the tables and not cleaned. But the personal appoligizes (can't say how many times) and cleaned and rectified everything. Shots on house for all persons that were exposed to it. Rarely seen in Stuttgart real service focus. Will come certainly again. Can't forget the veggie oyster. Real experience.

Tried the vegan oyster and it was a fun experience!! In General good food, the Tan Tan ramen was good, not the very best I ever had but decent. But the menu has various fun options (multiple vegan ones) and something for everyone! Good & kind service, outdoor & indoor seating and chill vibes.

Very cool concept. The food is super delicious. The ordering process takes some getting used to at first, as you always get everything at once. I love the crispy dumplings; they're simply delicious.

The restaurant is really fun. The two of us went there for dinner and had a wonderful evening all around. Generally, the restaurant offers a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. However, you can also order meat as an option. For starters, we chose kimchi and Korean BBQ gyoza. The gyoza were served hot and crispy. The spicy meat filling harmonized perfectly with the accompanying sauces. Great! The fermented, slightly sour kimchi was also delicious, although I would have preferred more spice (chili). For the main course, I ordered the Tan Tan Kikeriki Ramen. The broth was strong, full of flavor, and complemented the crunchy vegetables, mushrooms, nori sheet, and udon noodles wonderfully. I was there with friends on a Saturday evening. The first impression was positive: a friendly welcome, a nice ambiance, a shot on the house – we were in good spirits. We ordered several appetizers, a bottle of wine, and later main courses. The wine selection was small, but decent. Then, for almost an hour, nothing happened – except the wine. No food, no information, no service. When a starter finally arrived, it wasn't even for us. A woman from the next table got up and took her food back – embarrassing and chaotic. After my complaint and over an hour, the main courses suddenly arrived, but still no starters. I had to complain again. We ate the starters later, while the main course got cold. The food itself was good – but with such a tempo, it was impossible to enjoy it. Even on a busy Saturday evening, a certain structure and quality of service must be guaranteed. Over €100 for such an experience? No thanks. No real apology, no compensation – just two "Is everything okay?" NO, it wasn't at all. The place has potential, but with so much chaos, no amount of nice decor will help. We won't be back.

Edit 07/31/25: My review has been reported several times with accusations of defamation...allegedly without any business relationship. But I was able to clearly prove to Google each time that I was actually a guest of this establishment. Pure disappointment. An empty room, and yet you're not allowed to sit wherever you want. The banh mi and drinks are completely overpriced. The staff seemed snotty to me, and ordering and payment are only possible online. Furthermore, the operator seems to have critical reviews deleted. Not a single 1-3 star rating, which is very noticeable...Not recommended. 1 banh mi and two drinks for about €23

We spontaneously stopped in to eat here and discovered that the price-performance ratio wasn't right. We ordered the ramen with meat, which was very dry and didn't look homemade. Unfortunately, my friend's review was strangely removed...probably because of this, there are no critical reviews of the banh mi. I also found it a shame that the drinks were very bland for the high price (a little grape juice with a lot of sparkling water). Conclusion: appealing from the outside, but unfortunately, definitely not worth a second visit.

Upon arrival, I was quickly shown to a seat inside. I placed my order using a QR code after the staff explained the process. While I waited for my food, seats became available outside, and the friendly staff showed me a table. The food came out of the kitchen relatively quickly. All in all, it was excellent; only the lighting inside was a bit dim.

I'm a regular guest here and particularly appreciate your sparkling wine selection. The bottle prices are very reasonable, and the house Prosecco is delicious. The comedy show also really impressed me, even though I'm not usually interested in that genre.

Let's see if I'm more critical this time: The comedy was good, but the catering was unfortunately poorly crafted and unprofessional. The red wine was ice-cold, the beer was flat, even after a complaint. I suspect it wasn't taken seriously and was simply poured. The comedy event was very successful, but the location/service unfortunately didn't live up to it.

Even though it was busy, the service was great! We had two bowls: one with beef and one with chicken. Both were delicious, and the portions were generous. We were full without an appetizer. I also highly recommend the papaya lemonade!

The restrooms don't have toilet seats. Like what?! Ordering is done via QR code. The snacks and sides are delicious. As for banh mi, for me personally, the flavor isn't quite balanced, and the pickled cucumber is too "loud." Oh yeah, the table was a bit sticky, too.

My companion had a chicken bowl, which he only ate halfway through because halfway through, all he could taste was vinegar. Sorry, but we've had better. The place was 75% full for the comedy open mic.

The concept is cool! The dishes are unique, but of rather average quality. I recommend the vegan gyoza; I'd definitely order them again. So, a visit isn't a bad idea, but it's not a must. Prices are OK.

Went there for the first time today – but definitely not the last time! There are enough seats, which is very pleasant. The staff is extremely friendly. Ordering and payment are carried out conveniently using a QR code – super practical! The Bao Burgers were really tasty. Clear recommendation!

Came here as a group and received a friendly welcome. The ordering process is digital and easy to handle. The ambience is pleasant, the furnishings are minimalistic - nice! The food is tasty, but not too special. Had the burger and sushi tacos. Sushi tacos are recommended.

Simply top-notch! The service! The quality, and most importantly for me, the taste. Absolutely delicious! It comes at a price, of course.

The service was quick and uncomplicated. It is designed so that everything is done digitally. The food is extremely delicious. The soft bao buns, in combination with the crispy fried crispy sticks, harmonized incredibly well with each other. Regardless: Both my wife's sandwich with the high-quality ingredients and the "Bao dish" were really great. The edamame as a side dish was also very well prepared. In short: a high standard of quality can be seen in everything we ordered. You can get flavor bombs here for a “normal” price :-). We have rarely been so enthusiastic when we have explored the Asian culinary sector. Nothing to complain about.

The food was okay for the price. We expected a slightly larger portion. Nevertheless, the dish was very tasty and exceptional. The service was nice but unfortunately also very stressful. Dessert was forgotten. The atmosphere was very industrial and artistic. It was very dark and almost only candles were burning. Nevertheless, it was a nice evening.

Unfortunately not a good experience. We waited over 2 hours for our food - despite asking several times, nothing came. The drinks were watery and the taste of the food wasn't convincing either. The service was nice and there was an apology, but that was all - no compensation or accommodation. In addition, it was too loud in the restaurant, so it was difficult to have a conversation. The toilets were really disgusting and completely unhygienic. Overall a disappointing visit. Definitely not recommended!

The biggest compliment to the great girls Anja and Kim. I have rarely experienced such warm, courteous and friendly service. Went there for dinner (bowl) for the first time on Wednesday and it was fantastic! We then came here again on Saturday for cocktails. The service was again outstanding - the cocktails were okay. But the service and ambience alone make it definitely worth a visit. Thanks :)

A nice fancy restaurant, with friendly staff. The food was quite ok, and every dish contains Korean, which isn't for everyone. But you can unsubscribe if you wish. You can order via your cell phone using a QR code, which is a cool idea. I haven't tried the cocktails yet and there also seem to be events there like comedy evenings that I would have to try. You can definitely go there and try it out.

There's standup comedy here on Mondays and Sundays. So we spent an evening here on Monday. The food was delicious. Price performance was right. And the comedy was great too! Unfortunately, service was a bit slow and uncoordinated, even though the store was only half full. In addition, not all dishes were available from the menu. But that could have something to do with the event!

I got the special vegan oyster which was an experience. You have this flower bud that numbs your tongue and then eat this leaf with flower buds. It was a bit salty then it was very much I just ate a flower taste. The banh mi was disappointing I got the vegan rich boy. I was excited to have the truffle mayo with it but quickly found that the flavors clashed and wasn't good. The meat substitute inside felt lazy in that is wasn't flavored and too soft. The vegan loaded fries were good but not good enough to come back. The drink maybe the biggest disappointment as I paid €5.50 for the raspberry and mint lemonade. The drink didn't taste of lemons, raspberry, or mint flavor with is crazy it's just red water...

The food is good. There are creative drinks and dishes. The service is okay, but you don't have to be bullied straight away because you haven't deregistered a person.

Mega nice place to experience, such great food, lots of vegan options! It was full house on the weekend, which is why the waiting time was long, but the waiter came to meet us. Unfortunately there was no more condensed milk for the Vietnamese coffee. But the experience is unique!

I recently had Banh Mi for the first time. The service was friendly, the rice paper chips on the house were a nice touch. Unfortunately, the food overall was very bland and didn't taste like anything: the ramen broth definitely didn't taste like miso, and the rice paper chips would be nothing without the spicy Sriracha on top. The toppings were sparse. Only the lemonade was good. I find it very practical to order and pay (e.g. PayPal) at the table using a QR code. What's outrageous, however, is that a tip of 7% is automatically preset (you can deselect it). The service is limited to bringing the food and doesn't stand out much, so a preset tip is pretty bold. I wouldn't eat here again.

Service was super nice and accommodating, the welcome rice paper chips are a nice touch, but unfortunately the rest of the food was at best ok. The broth of the ramen was a bit bland and the toppings were honestly absolutely meager for the price. Three thin slices of mushroom and a leaf of pak choi are actually almost audacious for €17. All in all it wasn't bad, but not good either.

A bit dark in the room, tall candles that are blinding and only ordering online gives a deduction, but the food is very good and the selection is interesting
