The soft serve ice cream was half melted and started dripping soon as I got the cone. It's not the server's fault but likely the machine is faulty.

This evening (April 16th) at 9:16 p.m. I saw that the shop was still open (open door) so I thought maybe they had changed the opening times, so I went into the shop with my mother and saw straight away that a colleague with blonde hair and fake eyelashes (wrongly glued on) was counting the cash register. So I apologized and walked out of the store. The employee at the checkout immediately ran past me and shouted at me angrily and actually threw me out by getting very close to me so that I would run faster so that she could slam the door behind her! I was so shocked by her behavior and my mother even felt attacked. She asked us if we were blind and why we were even entering the store. In my opinion, that's not the way to talk to customers at all. You could have welcomed them back tomorrow. As a manager, I would really think about what kind of employees you would hire here. Especially with Brandy Brooks. This will only ruin your reputation. As a manager of a retail shop, I would fire an employee like that immediately. This loud rude manner left me speechless. The other colleague with her brown hair down even found it funny and giggled at her colleague's behavior. Reason for a warning or even termination!!!!

The food is great, you can argue about the price, but that's the case with a lot of restaurants so I'll leave that out. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes you can see the stress they are under and they become hectic. The atmosphere is partly nice. The disadvantage outside is that the train and the main road are right there. The inside is very clean and you don't hear much of the outside noise. The furnishings could be made more diverse, which means that it could have more decoration.

Unfortunately, the quality and specialty of the ice cream flavors have declined. It's good, but not special anymore. Too bad

Hello, we sat yesterday on February 2nd. at your place around 6:00 p.m., then I forgot the white box at your place. A few minutes later we came back and asked the staff. At first they said "yes, we found it" and went into another room, but came back out and said it wasn't there. But we found this box in the trash. Inside the box was a souvenir that I bought for 20 euros. But when we found the box there was nothing in it. We asked the staff to look at the video camera to find out who did this, but they refused. We then wanted to speak to the restaurant manager, but he also refused. If it had been stolen, the entire box would have been taken, leaving only the souvenir. To me that doesn't make sense. We just wanted to use the video cameras to see who stole it. It would be great to get feedback.

Very tasty Belgian specialties and nice owner.

Unfortunately a real disappointment. Great place and perfect location. But the waffles weren't really cooked through. The chocolate tasted like the cheapest supermarket product. And the waitress was rather bored and not very enthusiastic about her job. There are waffles or crepes with ice cream on the table, but because it is winter there is no ice cream. That's just how it is. Overall, not a single reason to come here again. Unless the operators change.

Waffle didn't taste good, partly burnt and at the same time raw on the inside. I wouldn't recommend this.

I ate currywurst. The sauce was quite sweet! You can see the Berlin Cathedral from the terrace seat, and the view is amazing ☺️

Dieses Restaurant ist eindeutig das schlechteste, in dem ich je war! Ich begann damit, nach einem Crepe zu fragen. Da die Kellnerin mir keinen Crêpe machen konnte, bat sie andere Kellner um Hilfe. Aber selbst einige von ihnen hatten keinen Erfolg! Also boten sie mir eine Waffel. Ich musste 3€ bezahlen, aber da die Waffel war 3,50€, verkaüft sie mich die Waffel an 3,50€!!!!!!! Ce restaurant est clairement le pire que je connaisse ! J'ai commencé par demander une crêpe. Comme la serveuse ne pouvait pas me préparer une crêpe, elle a demandé de l'aide à d'autres serveurs. Mais même certains d’entre eux n’ont pas réussi ! Alors ils m'ont offert une gaufre. J'ai dû payer 3€, mais comme la gaufre coûtait 3,50€, elle m'a vendu la gaufre à 3,50€ !!!!!!! Unfortunately the crepes were very disappointing. The dough wasn't cooked properly and gave me a stomach ache. There was also way too much cinnamon and sugar on it, twice as thick as the crepe was and therefore really inedible. I was hoping for more after waiting 20 minutes.

Ich hatte die belgischen Waffeln: Die junge Servicekraft war unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Die Waffeln wurden in der Mikrowelle warm gemacht. Die beworbene „warme Schokosauce“ waren kalte Nutellazüge. Das Eis Durchschnitt. Komme hier nicht mehr her.

Worst Belgian waffle ever and I've lived in the Netherlands for 1 year. This was just trickery and not recommended at all. Tastes completely wrong, completely wrong consistency and horrible presentation. Relaxed and soft. Simply disgusting.

So this café/ice cream parlor is really great. The staff (currently all students for the holiday season) do their job better than many restaurateurs. Heartfelt. Friendly and super personable. The crepes were really tasty and catered to individual requests. The coffee good. Price/performance totally good and reasonable. For the area where tourists tend to be priced at a disadvantage, the prices here are moderate and fair, just like in the city. In any case, the students who really rock the thing at a professional, friendly level are a great plus point. Always happy again.

The worst iced coffee I've had so far, plus they serve it in a paper cup, and plastic light bulbs. Terrible attention, very unpleasant girls. The prices are a steal, I will definitely not return. The only saving grace is the view of the Dom and the Spree. Even though the place is quite dirty

Politeness clearly plays no role in the business model. Quality of the drinks: poor. Not worth half the price. I won't be coming back and I won't recommend it to anyone.

The service was excellent, high praise for that! Unfortunately the currywurst was not convincing. The consistency was, as others have already described, very soft and the sausage was extremely oversalted. For this reason I didn't eat them. Went on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Ordered four ice creams per person. The server, named Kataluna, was rude about giving samples even though we only asked for 2 samples, one for me and one for my partner. It is standard practice from every other ice cream parlour I’ve visited, I wasn’t asking to taste everything but just one each. Additionally, she used her fingernail to pick out a coin from the ice cream display. The ice cream quality was average. Overall, the experience was unpleasant.

Were in Berlin a few weeks ago. And everyone always says don’t eat at the tourist hot spots. But when you're hungry, especially the children, you have no other choice. First of all, there was a currywurst stand in front of the restaurant. But the map is the same as the ones pictured here. So off to the booth. Had the currywurst with onion salsa. One was the hot one. But cool!! The sausage itself and the fries were also really good. So you can go here as a tourist. Unfortunately there are not enough places outside for the many tourists. We were lucky that a group just got up. We would love to come back if we are in Berlin again.

Ich habe selten eine derart enttäuschende Erfahrung gemacht wie in diesem Restaurant. Das Essen war so ungenießbar, dass selbst die Vögel es vermutlich nicht anrühren würden. Besonders enttäuscht war ich von den Crêpes, die einfach unter jeder Würde waren - zu trocken, zu geschmacklos, einfach inakzeptabel. Zudem hatte ich das unangenehme Gefühl, in eine Touristenfalle geraten zu sein. Die Preise waren unverhältnismäßig hoch für die angebotene Qualität und die Präsentation war auch nicht viel besser. Es ist schade, denn das Restaurant hätte wirklich Potential, aber in seinem jetzigen Zustand kann ich es niemandem empfehlen. Der Besuch hier war ein klarer Fehltritt und ich rate jedem, der Wert auf gutes Essen und ein angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis legt, diesen Ort zu meiden.

Meinem Mann fiel eine Eiskugel an den Boden. Er bekam von der freundlichen Bedienung sofort eine neue. Es gibt Tische von denen aus man einen schönen Blick auf die Spree hat. Das Eis war sehr cremig und es gab neben den Klassikern auch besondere Sorten, wie Belgische Schokolade und Rocher - Haselnuss.

Ich muss zugeben, dass der Kaffee bzw. Latte Macchiato sehr gut schmeckt, aber leider auch viel zu überteuert ist. Die Mitarbeiter waren mir gegenüber freundlich und sehr gut gelaunt (Arbeitsklima passt 👍🏽) Die Toilette war jetzt nicht wirklich sauber, da sollte man vielleicht noch ein Auge drauf werfen!

Service ist unter aller Sau. Damentoilette war geschlossen. Auf Nachfrage durfte man das Herrenklo benutzen, auf dem weder Seife, noch Toilettenpapier war. Als man den Hinweis gab, dass Besagtes fehlt, wurde man angemotzt, dass die Toiletten deswegen zu seien (was davor ja noch anders kommuniziert wurde). Die Currywurst wurde, anders als bestellt, zunächst ungewürzt übergeben und hat durchschnittlich geschmeckt. Nichts besonderes, aber auch nicht zum kotzen.

Los mejores helados y con un precio razonable para ser Berlín, donde de por sí los precios son altos. En general cuesta encontrar dulces de chocolate y en este sitio el chocolate está muy rico. Tiene una terraza muy cómoda junto al río.

Bandys Currywurst war keine Rede wert. Die Pommes waren ganz gut aber die Wurst echt nicht so dolle. Bitte weitergehen und woanders essen.

Je vind hier van alles en nog wat op gebied van stoffen. De bedragen liggen boven gemiddeld in vergelijking met andere winkels. Het personeel komt niet uit zichzelf helpen. Blijf naar mijn opinie te veel achter de toonbank. Advies moet je eruit trekken.

Touristenfalle- Die Curry-Wurst ist unterdurchschnittlich. Dazu lau warm serviert. Wir waren zu zweit, das andere war eine Vegane Wurst. Und die war mal wirklich wirklich mies.

Teleurgesteld in de kwaliteit van het ijs net als of er meel doorheen zit, geen fijn ijs mondgevoel. Daarnaast als je voor bijna €20 aan ijs hebt gepind en je wilt dan nog 2 flesjes drinken meenemen kost dat ipv €6 ineens €10 omdat je onder de €10 niet met een kaart mag betalen. Dan snap je ook echt niks van klant tevredenheid. Zou een voorbeeld moeten neme aan de mensen van Auntie’s Kaffee een stukje verderop in Berlijn. Jídla vypadala lákavě, my si dali jen zmrzlinu, ale ta byla parádní. Velké kopečky, za sebe chválím Rum s rozinkami. Synovi chutnala pomeranč s bazalkou a manželka chválila oříškovou. Dcerka zase chválila vanilkovou. Ano byla dobrá, ale já byl se sv výběrem spokojen. Slečna, co mám zmrzlinu prodávala byla milá a přátelská. Takže za mě spokojenost. Děkuji.

An arogant attitude and a very bad services! Stay alert about them! After you finish your ice cream, bought from them with a lot of money, if you are terribly thirsty and ask for a glass of water, you are told that the manager forbids offering water to people. And this in the conditions where it was 38 degrees Celsius outside. The employees and the manager lack humanity and friendly soul. Everything is facade, cruel and insensitive.

Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung! Ich wollte eine Currywurst mit Brötchen, und da schallte es im schroffen unfreundlichen Ton zurück „das Brötchen wäre gerade in Arbeit“. Man denkt sich, es wird ja gleich nachgeliefert. Nein, der Verkäufer feuerte mir die Wurst geschnitten und nur mit Soße auf dem Tresen und wollte mich so abkassieren und wegtreten lassen. Ich habe trotzdem auf das Brötchen bestanden, der Beilagenklassiker schlechthin, und da flippte der Verkäufer völlig aus und wollte mir ein unaufgebackenes Brötchen aus der Kühltruhe geben. Frechheit……! Es hätte ja eine kurze Erklärung gereicht, dass die Brötchen gerade aufbacken und es noch paar Minuten dauert. Das würde ich auch nachvollziehen und verstehen können. Ich habe mich im nachhinein geärgert, dass ich die Currywurst genommen und bezahlt habe. Man sollte um den Laden wirklich einen Bogen machen. Auch in einer stressigen Zeit kann man etwas menschliche Form bewahren. Schon deshalb, weil der Ort durch die Museen von zahlreichen internationalen Touristen aufgesucht wird. Ein schlechtes deutsches Beispiel was dann über die Grenzen getragen wird, wenn die Gäste so angepflaumt werden…….

Das Himbeereis schmeckt total künstlich, obwohl es ja selbst hergestellt wird. Das einzige was man hier essen kann ist das Schokoladeneis, anderes ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Doy una estrella porque no hay opción a poner menos. El lugar en sí no está mal, los precios son relativamente caros, pero, qué se puede esperar al lado de la Berliner Dom? No debería sorprender a nadie que los precios sean así. Por lo general no tengo nunca problema con los precios en éstas condiciones, pero me sirvieron una Crêpe incomible. La masa no estaba bien hecha, la chica que la hizo estaba más pendiente de volver a hablar con sus amigos sentados en otra mesa que en hacer mi Crêpe y el resultado fue nefasto.... Creo que como intento de pedir perdón, me puso más Nutella de lo normal, cosa que aún fue peor porque la masa literalmente se rompía. Imposible de comer. Al final me rendí y lo tiré. Una pérdida de dinero. Debería haber leído antes el resto de reseñas en Google.... Ahora lo entiendo todo.

Die Crêpes sind wirklich unterdurchschnittlich schlecht aber die Crêpes Dame ist ausgesprochen nett und freundlich das es dafür einen Punkt gibt. Das Personal drinnen im Geschäft ist nicht freundlich und das Eis schmeckt nicht gut, also nicht wie man es von einer Eisdiele erwarten würde, hat eher was von Eis aus der Packung.. Schade eigentlich für die ansich tolle Lage, gegenüber des Doms und am Wasser. Ich glaube nicht das ich hier nochmal hingehen würde.

Meine Freundin und ich sind mit dem 9€ Ticket nach Berlin gefahren, nachdem wir unseren Museum Trip hinter uns hatten, haben wir uns Spontan entschieden auf ein Eis und ein Crepe. Zugegebenermaßen war das Eis für mich, dieses war OK und nicht besser als jenes Standard Eis, aber der Crepe war die größte Frechheit und einer der schlechtesten die ich jemals gesehen habe. Denn das Personal hörte erstmal nicht auf die Kollegin die darauf hingewiesen hatte, das wir gerade einen Crepe bestellt hatten, dazu war der Crepe unterirdisch hergestellt, damit meine ich das er einfach nicht fertig war. Unser war ein Crepe mit Nutella, der auch reichlich Nutella hatte nur wurde der von jemanden hergestellt der offenbar nicht zur Herstellung von Crepes instande ist. Wenn ich den Crepe im einzelnen Bewerten würde mit Kombination des Personals was mit bekannten am Tisch spricht anstatt auf Kunden zu reagieren, dann gäbe es Minussterne und das satte 3 Stück davon, weil es einfach bessere Läden gibt, sowie Einzelstände die bessere Crepes und Kundenzufriedenheit ausstrahlen als dieser Laden.

Noch nie eine so unhöfliche EISDIELE erlebt, wo Kunden regelmäßig im Kasernenton angeblafft werden. Man sieht es auch an den vielen negativen Bewertungen in letzter Zeit. Wahrscheinlich ändert sich nichts, weil die unfreundlichen Personen zur Leitung des Geschäfts gehören. Man sieht es teilweise auch hier an den pampigen und unprofessionellen Antworten des Inhabers, der den Kunden quasi sagt, dass sie Verständnis für die Unfreundlichkeit haben müssen. Sorry, dann eben woanders hin.

Despite having card accepted signs at the door (with logos of international credit cards) after you order they inform you they only take card for over €10. Given an ice cream is €2 we were told we’d have to order more or buy over priced drinks to use our card so we left it. Clearly just an exploitative tactic to try to force people to spend more money. Avoid!!

Das Eis war in Ordnung, aber es gibt für das Geld besseres in der Gegend. Leider völlige Enttäuschung was die Bedienung angeht. Das Personal kann sich nicht entscheiden, welche Sprache sie sprechen/verstehen. In der Zeit, in der ich eine Bestellung aufgeben wollte, würde mir gesagt, ich soll mich schneller entscheiden und dabei hat der Mann, der mich bediente mit seiner Arbeitskollegin gesprochen, laut gelacht und mir nicht zugehört, somit war das was er mir am Ende gab, falsch und ich fragte ihn ob er deutsch versteht, daraufhin wurde mir gesagt, nein. Dann habe ich es auf Englisch wiederholt und der Mann wurde sehr frech. So eine unhöffliche Bedienung habe ich lange nicht mehr erlebt. Nicht zu empfehlen, wenn ihr euch die Laune nicht verderben wollt !

Comenzamos con la Berliner Bio – Currywurst (3,5€). Como os decía el currywust puede venir acompañado con patatas o con pan, en este caso vino con patatas. La salchicha en sí me pareció bastante sin más, no se puede decir que este mala, pero degusté mejores. De la misma forma, el tomate estaba decente, pero me dejo un tanto indiferente. Por lo que se queda con una puntuación de... Proseguimos con las Patatas Fritas (2€). Unas patatas fritas que creo que eran caseras, algo de agradecer, pero que estaban excesivamente duras en su gran mayoría. Comenzamos con la Berliner Bio – Currywurst (3,5€). Como os decía el currywust puede venir acompañado con patatas o con pan, en este caso vino con patatas. La salchicha en sí me pareció bastante sin más, no se puede decir que este mala, pero degusté mejores. De la misma forma, el tomate estaba decente, pero me dejo un tanto indiferente. Por lo que se queda con una puntuación de... Proseguimos con las Patatas Fritas (2€). Bitte nimmt diese "Waffeln" aus der Speisekarte. Fertige trockene Industrie-Waffeln aus der Verpackung nehmen, in der Mikrowelle warm machen und sie als Waffeln verkaufen? Unverschämt!

War in Ordnung, aber nicht spektakulär. Leider gab es keine Joppie Sauce, dafür gab es dann eine Mayo umsonst.

Guter Preis. Currywurst durchnittlich. Curryketchup lecker. Pommes sehr gut.
