All the dishes were delicious, with fresh vegetables, wonderfully seasoned food, and beautiful presentation. I especially appreciated the extra gravy boat included with every dish. The service was very pleasant and friendly. All in all, just like last year, a very enjoyable evening.

If you want to ruin your evening, you definitely need to reserve a table there! I did, but the table was taken. Instead, I was given a table opposite the counter, on the way to the kitchen and restrooms. It was so noisy that you couldn't have a conversation! As if that wasn't enough, we were given extra-hot chili sauce instead of garlic sauce!

You get a solid, tasty meal at a reasonable price; for me, it's a good example of honest, no-nonsense cuisine. The atmosphere at the Bamboo Garden is pleasant. Inside, the restaurant is clean and stylishly decorated, with Asian accents that aren't intrusive. I was particularly impressed by the outdoor area: a quiet terrace with plenty of greenery, ideal for relaxed meals in good weather. The service was friendly and efficient. I was served promptly. We've been coming to Norderney for a week at a time for three years and have always eaten there at least once. The value for money is no longer reasonable. They've cut down on meat, and vegetables are now very prominent. At the same time, prices have risen. If you eat outside, you're surrounded by countless wasps. We probably won't eat there again.

Very delicious food and friendly service. The quality of the dishes was excellent. If there was one complaint, it would be the long wait. Unfortunately, it was over an hour, as the restaurant was quite busy. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We were two adults and two small children (3 and 5 years old) at the Bamboo Garden. We were offered a slightly hidden spot inside where the children could enjoy a more peaceful atmosphere. The food was very good. This isn't a buffet restaurant, which was clearly evident from the lovingly prepared food. The service was extremely friendly and even accommodated my son's special requests for his meal. They packed up the rest of the food for us, gave the little ones a small piece of candy for dessert, and even gave our children a playful send-off. A top recommendation, even with small children.

Very good Asian restaurant with an outdoor seating area. The service is always cheerful and friendly. The restaurant offers a lunch menu with various dishes, except on Sundays and public holidays. I had a large Coke, spring roll, and fried noodles with chicken for a total of €15.40, which is excellent value, not just for Norderney. The restaurant is very busy at lunchtime, and you may have to expect a short wait. But the food is definitely worth it for the price.

The Bambusgarten Restaurant is located near the Kurgarten park and on the way to the harbor. The food is very good and the price is definitely good. When the weather is nice, you can also sit outside, and I recommend reserving a table. You can also order food and have it delivered. The staff is very friendly.

We were always very satisfied at the "old" Bamboo Garden. A visit is a must whenever we're on the island. You can sit inside or outside. Reservations recommended.

I've eaten there several times now, and the food has always been excellent. I like the beautiful, friendly decor and the attentive, friendly staff. Unfortunately, it's very cramped and therefore very noisy. Finding space for all the plates, glasses, and bottles at a table for two is a challenge with the small tables. Outside, you have a bit more legroom, but inside, you're forced to listen to the conversations at the neighboring tables. Dogs are welcome.

The Bamboo Garden has always been and is a very good restaurant. However, the old shop in the island's former house was cozier and quieter. But the food is great.

Almost a blessing. An Asian/Chinese restaurant without a buffet. Sure, it would be better and easier with children, but a la carte also has something to offer. Very friendly and attentive service. For Norderney the prices are almost cheap. This especially applies to the selection of 🍣. Unfortunately you have zero privacy. You sit there hr closely to the next table. The dishes are tasty and well balanced. Crispy is also crunchy. All in all a recommendation.

The room is very tastefully decorated. Price/performance was great, there is an extra lunch menu. Requests for changes were no problem. We didn't have to wait long for the food. The service was also very good and the employees were very friendly.

We were 7 people and two dogs, a table with a turntable and enough space! The service was perfect, attentive and very friendly! All meals were perfect and more than sufficient. Unfortunately, we no longer have anything like this in the Ruhr area and every visit to the island is automatically combined with a meal here! We are already looking forward to seeing you again!

If you want good food and at a good price here on Norderney, this is the right place for you. The lunch menu was spicy duck and first of all a spring roll for €13.90, you can't complain.

The six of us were seated at a large round table with a rotating top in the middle. That was very practical. Each dish was served on warming warmers. The entire meal was very tasty. The kids had fried noodles with vegetables, two people crispy duck chop suey (80) and two (me too) crispy duck with red curry in coconut milk and vegetables (83). We were all thrilled, I have rarely eaten such a delicious sauce. However, it wasn't particularly spicy. The menu said very sharp. The staff is super nice and especially with the children. We'd love to come back.

We ate here one day while on vacation. The food was okay. Ambiance was nice too. Service well, at first they were very friendly, but we had 4 small children who weren't always easy to control, they didn't run around or anything like that, they were just a bit louder than was tolerated, which probably disrupted the service quite a bit. Well, the friendliness decreased quite a bit and there were no fortune cookies or lollipops for the children after dinner. However, other guests received this, which was very unfair. But we came to terms with it and were happy to go out there again. I'm sorry, but unfortunately that was our feeling.

The fact that the service staff reprimanded our children because of the volume was, in my opinion, not right because the noise level in the room was louder than the children. I was here with friends because we found the shop by chance. The restaurant is quite small. It's super beautifully designed. The food is very tasty and is delivered very nicely. The atmosphere was very relaxed and nice. The employees were all very nice and polite. The food tasted great and there was a very large selection of food. You can choose between different meat dishes. There was a selection of rice, noodles, soups, salads and sushi. The drink choice was also very large. There was a little of everything there. I would say you can get by perfectly with 10€-20€. If you want to eat a lot, then €20-€30 is enough! I can only recommend this restaurant!

S5 mit Frühlingsrollen anstelle von Kaiserrollen bestellt. Am Telefon wurde mit Selbstverständnis bestätigt, dass sie den Wunsch sehr gerne berücksichtigen. Leider waren am Ende doch die Kaiserrollen drauf. Dann sagt doch direkt, dass es zu viele Umstände macht, wäre auch kein Problem gewesen, dann hätte man einfach etwas anderes bestellen können und jetzt nicht die Hälfte wegschmeißen müssen…

Essen wie man es in einem Chinarestaurant erwartet. Sehr lecker, reichlich Auswahl und sehr netter Service. Schickes, gemütliches Restaurant. Es gibt eine Mittagskarte Mo bis Freitags von 11.30 Uhr bis 15 Uhr. Genügend Gerichte zur Auswahl und als Vorspeise kann man zwischen Frühlingsrolle und Suppe entscheiden. Mittagsgerichte liegen um die 10 Euro incl. Vorspeise. Super Preis/Leistung Wir kommen im nächsten Urlaub wieder.
