I've been here several times and I'm simply amazed. The staff is incredibly friendly and considerate, the food is beautifully presented and tastes wonderful. A 10/10!! The decor is lovely; the dark tones give it a luxurious feel, and the flowers made from pipe cleaners are especially beautiful—simply superb. Yes, the prices are quite high, but you can certainly spend more for good food. ;) I love it; it's definitely my number one Asian restaurant. Highly recommended!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Vietnamese restaurant in Pankow! Very tasty food and friendly service.

I ate here for the first time today with my girlfriend. My mom recommended the restaurant. We treated ourselves to a three-course meal to celebrate her birthday and also enjoyed a refreshing drink and a Vietnamese filter coffee. We were absolutely thrilled and will definitely be back! Even if not everything on the menu is authentically Vietnamese.

I was there on a Thursday around 6 pm. Without a reservation, you probably wouldn't have a chance. The food was good to very good. The service was very quick despite the restaurant being full.

Nice, friendly, and fast service, definitely worth 5 stars. The ambiance is a matter of taste. Some parts were nice, but the black walls and ceiling were overdone. Too dark and uncomfortable, it didn't invite us to linger or have more drinks. This was our third visit, as we wanted to give Baba Du a chance. But, sorry, it's not for us. We love Asian cuisine, but the dishes here just don't appeal to us. The food is nicely presented and the portions are decent, but the taste is (again, sorry) unfortunately bland and boring. They do offer a small pot of hot sauce upon request, but that doesn't save the meal. It's a shame; we've tried it three times now and are giving it up. The drink prices are also too high. The food prices are okay, but the drink prices are unacceptable.

I finally had the chance to visit it, where we enjoyed a delicious meal. The portions are large, and as a bonus, we received excellent service from David (Jan). He was very kind and attentive. We were in Pankow for the morning on an errand, needed somewhere for lunch that had good vegan options (even if not a 100% vegan place), and we are so glad we ended up here. Seriously impressed by the vegan duck, would come back just for that! Large portions, friendly service and the decor feels fancy too.

It was delicious. We had three starters, two main courses, and two drinks. We paid €75. It was delicious. Because I was so hungry, I forgot to take pictures of the food. I can only say that everything left the impression that the food was freshly prepared. I had salmon, which was perfect❤️ Next time, we'll make a reservation, I promise ;)

Vietnamese restaurant in the Pancao district. You can sit inside or outside. In the evening, you didn't need to make a reservation in advance. The service is smiling, courteous, and fast. Regarding the food, we ordered rolls, a soup that appears on the menu as a popular dish, a teriyaki dish, and a meat dish. The dishes are reasonable in size, tasty, but not anything beyond average. The prices are also within the reasonable range. You can eat, but this is not a restaurant you come to in a special way. On a return visit, sitting inside the restaurant, the dishes were large and well-made. Fast service. Definitely a significant improvement from the previous visit, and therefore the review was changed from three to four stars.

The food here was very tasty; I had the 55th Udon Unique with crispy duck. I found the duck very delicious, crispy, and not greasy, so I highly recommend it. The price is a bit higher than other places, but the portions are also quite large. For starters, I recommend the 14th Ebi Baba Du.

The food is delicious; our favorite appetizer is the sweet potato fries with homemade mayonnaise. For the main course, we have either the peanut dish or the mango dish. I have everything with tofu, and my fiancé often has chicken.

A completely insignificant "pan-Asian" restaurant that, in my opinion, no one really needs. The menu seems like an attempt to please everyone, and it seems completely lacking in character. The dishes we tried gave rise to the suspicion that they rely heavily on convenience foods (at least ready-made seasonings and sauces). Everything was edible, but the execution was strikingly bland, and there was absolutely nothing that left a lasting impression. While some of the drinks were colorful, they tasted below average and were relatively expensive. When paying, they initially tried to convince us that card payments were only possible for orders over €60 (!) – I've never experienced anything like that before.

The restaurant is always very busy on weekend evenings. Luckily we found a gap to eat there. However, I was a bit disappointed because right at the beginning we were given a small starter soup, which was a real shame. It had no flavor at all and was just a thin liquid - very disappointing. I think the chef needs to gain more experience. However, the duck main course was good, and the cocktails were beautiful. The staff was nice and friendly.”

Unfortunately, the food was only average. It was boring, and it felt like everything had been sitting in the prepared food for a long time. I didn't think €7.50 for a bottle of sparkling water was right. The prices were very high, but the portions were large. The place is clean, but not very cozy in my opinion. The decor is boring, and the music is very bad and heavily bass-driven. It's rather annoying.

It is very well attended Food is fantastic like I haven't had in a long time. Even the veggie dishes are mega delicious. The drinks are also really eye-catching and taste fantastic. After an exploratory stroll along this Berlin street, we were looking for a place serving Asian cuisine. This restaurant was our choice. We had small fried spring rolls and pho soup, each with chicken breast and beef tenderloin. While the spring rolls were mediocre, the pho soup was very tasty. The service was fast, but didn't exude any particular hospitality, which is typical for Asian restaurants, at least in Berlin. Overall, the impression was OK, and based on the excellent pho soup, we can recommend Baba đu Restaurant.

It's a shame the evening ended like this. After eating and having a drink we were ignored by the staff. Any eye contact was deliberately avoided. Nobody even thought of asking. So I asked the waiter if we could order something else and the reaction we got was an eye roll and a groan. We then decided to pay. I don't understand this reaction at all, as we never gave the staff any cause for annoyance. It's a shame, the food was really good, but you can also disappoint your guests. Nobody should be treated like that.

Nice deco as well The house made lemonades were also very tasty I gave 4 stars because you can only pay with card from 60 euros on, luckily we had a 50 with us

We celebrated on January 18th in a cheerful group at Baba du with 12 people. Everything that was offered in terms of service and good food is to be praised without exception. Baba du is and remains one of our favorite restaurants!

We were guests at Baba du with the children and grandma for our wedding anniversary. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was modern and cozy and the staff was very friendly. It was well heated, important for the end of December! The children are now constantly asking, Dad, when are we going to Baba du again? We liked it so much that we gave away a voucher for our older children. Really great restaurant for the whole family.

Got served dirty water bottles which were clearly stored outside in the rain and dirt, probably the yard. I ordered a chicken dish and my company the orange duck. Both of us had stomach pain and digestive issues the following hours and day. Bathroom is messy as well. That was about a year ago, so maybe the situation improved. Not coming back.

Wenn man in Deutschland ein Restaurant betreiben will, dann mit Personal das die deutsche Sprache beherrscht. Leider war es anders. Mein Gast bekam nicht das was bestellt war. So nicht- !!! die angebrachte Kritik wurde ignoriert !!! Mein Essen war deutlich schlechter als beim letzten Mal. So schnell nicht wieder!
