Überteuertes, mittelmäßiges Essen. Ich bestellte ein Gericht ohne Schärfe-Emojis – es war extrem scharf und ungenießbar. Ich aß, was ich konnte, und ließ den Rest liegen. Als ich mich beim Chef beschwerte, meinte er, ich hätte wissen müssen, dass Chili immer scharf ist, obwohl das nicht stimmt und bei meinem Gericht keine Schärfe-Emojis standen (bei anderen Gerichten aber schon). Ich sagte ihm, dass ich nicht alles gegessen hätte, woraufhin er es sich ansah und behauptete, ich hätte alles aufgegessen (bis auf die Hälfte). Der Preis für dieses traurige Essen betrug 14 €, was viel zu teuer ist und dem entspricht, was man anderswo für ein normales Essen zahlt. Als ich fragte, ob ich Leitungswasser trinken dürfe, warf mir der Chef einen herablassenden Blick zu und sagte nein – was ich in Deutschland nicht verstehe. Ich kann in seiner Toilette urinieren und spülen, ich kann mir die Hände waschen, aber wehe, ich frage nach Leitungswasser! Schließlich musste ich auf die Toilette, um einen kleinen Schluck Wasser zu trinken und den scharfen Geschmack in meinem Hals zu lindern. Schrecklicher Besitzer, schreckliches Essen, nette Bedienung, aber leider wurde das Erlebnis von ihrem gemeinen, unfreundlichen Chef ruiniert. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen und kann das Restaurant niemandem empfehlen. PS: Die Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig. Meine Freundin hatte Fliegen um sich herum, die sich sogar in ihrem Essen niederließen. Und wie man an seiner Antwort sieht, ist er nicht etwa entschuldigend und freundlich, sondern versucht, mir Lügen zu unterstellen und mich zu manipulieren. Ich habe Screenshots beigefügt, die belegen, dass nirgendwo in der englischen Speisekarte „eindeutig angegeben“ ist. Ich habe Gericht 36 bestellt, bei dem außer dem Wort „Chili“ keinerlei Hinweis auf den Schärfegrad zu finden ist. Wer schon öfter in Restaurants war, weiß, dass „Chili“ nicht immer scharf bedeutet. Ich habe auch nie um Ersatz gebeten – ich habe mich lediglich beschwert, um ihm vorzuschlagen, neben dem Gericht ein Schärfe-Emoji hinzuzufügen, wie er es sonst auch tut. Doch er reagierte nicht darauf, sondern wurde unhöflich und wütend, anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, und weigert sich nun sogar, sich zu entschuldigen. Stattdessen versucht er, mich zu manipulieren und mich als Lügnerin darzustellen. Es geht hier also nicht um Kommunikation, sondern darum, dass das Restaurant die Schärfegrade nicht kommuniziert hat und sich nun weigert, sich aufrichtig zu entschuldigen. Stattdessen versucht es, mich zu manipulieren und mir Vorwürfe zu machen. Das Foto, das ich gepostet habe, zeigt, wie viel Essen ich zurückgelassen habe, weil es zu scharf war. Genau das meint er, wenn er sagt, ich hätte alles gegessen – nur Reis, Fleisch und zwei Gemüsesorten, keine Soße – für 14 Euro… Und dass kein Wasser serviert wird, ist offensichtlich ein Zeichen dafür, dass Geld wichtiger ist als guter Service und Gastfreundschaft. Ich habe keine Ahnung, was „Teil unseres Restaurantkonzepts“ bedeuten soll… Es gibt kein Konzept, er ist einfach nur gierig und gemein. Ich hatte scharfes Essen, das ich nicht gewohnt bin, und wollte Wasser, aber der Mann sagte nein – Punkt. Unfreundlicher Besitzer, schreckliche Gastfreundschaft, ich rate dringend von diesem Lokal ab. Es gibt viel leckerere und freundlichere Alternativen in der Gegend, und das zu einem besseren Preis.

Ich habe hier hervorragend gegessen und die Ente sehr genossen. Sie war köstlich. Das Dessert mit gebratenen Bananen in Honig war eine positive Überraschung. Das Restaurant ist schön eingerichtet und bietet verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten je nach Personenzahl. Der Service war sehr freundlich.

Das Essen war gut, aber es gab einen Mindestbestellwert für die Autorechnung (15 Euro, wenn ich mich recht erinnere). Das war kein Problem. Als ich jedoch 14,50 Euro bestellte und fragte, ob das in Ordnung wäre, da es fast 15 Euro waren, stimmte das Personal zwar zu, verlangte aber schließlich die Zahlung von 15 Euro.

Been there yesterday. A charming, cosy and atmospheric place. Top service. Pho soup served with lime and chilli pepper, its clarity, aroma and taste reminds me my Vietnamese vacations in Hà Nôi. Absolutely delitious! This was what I looked for later on in Europe :-)

Anyone who frequently eats Asian food knows the difference in terms of freshness and variety of preparation. I had two appetizers today: a small soup and glass noodle salad with tofu. Both were served very fresh, and the soup in particular had so many wonderful vegetables, something I've never had before. The waitress was also very friendly, even though she was the only one managing the entire restaurant. I'll definitely be back.

We went there for the first time today and were looking forward to the meal. The service was friendly. However, the salad was moldy in places (see picture). And some of the mango strips had their skin on them. After we pointed this out, they apologized, but the salad still wasn't replaced. Instead, they left us with it and charged us the full price anyway. Too bad. We won't be coming again.

I used to love this place and the 37 Peanut meal. But recently the peanut sauce is getting thinner and thinner, and the meat and veggies are swimming in a peanut soup instead of sauce. Almost €18 is way too much to pay for such quality. Will not order again.

Unfriendly – a pregnant woman isn't allowed to use the restroom here? Such kindness is quite revealing. Addendum: In response to the reaction – it's not about a single euro that's actually lost, but rather about the fact that a pregnant woman has been completely banned from using the restroom.

Fam Pam The Food average,there was no “wow” in the appearance’s of the food. The portions some what like if that there’s a shortage in the kitchen.for example,look at the Sommer roll with tofu,the photo of the tofu you will see a slice of tofu a slice of cucumber 🥒 small amount of salad and small amount of rice noddles all rolled up in “One” large rice paper sheet then cut in half. This was K12 the price €5,50. Was not the best wow look that we’ve had before given in another restaurant Last Friday 11 July. We are going to have a Asia lunch on this Friday coming in another restaurant were we had eaten before a summer roll and we will photo the Summer roll then up load the photo and report on the finding. So from me food 3, service 4,parking not easy 2 due to location on corner,price above other places.
