Great food, really tasty. Lovingly prepared with friendly service. Price/performance for these dishes is completely okay. There was once an Italian in the premises, you can still see that in the shop, but care was taken to create a nice atmosphere.

We have been regular customers for years, first at Maharajah and now also at Ayurveda. We really like the food, the service is attentive and friendly. Two extraordinary restaurants with a very personal touch, definitely recommended!

I went to the restaurant for dinner with my wife. I've been there once in the past. It didn't convince us at the time, so we wanted to try it again after several months. This time too it didn't convince us. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is still not right. There were 7 cube-sized pieces of chicken in the Mango Chicken. For just rice, around 15 euros is not appropriate. The mango lassi tasted a bit sour, which suggests that the yogurt had expired. We ate in-house and had to wait 45 minutes to order. The place wasn't full. I assume there were a lot of deliveries. Nevertheless, that doesn't justify the waiting time. It's a shame that we couldn't be convinced this time either.

The ambience is typical of the country and colorful like the aromatic spices. All in all, I think Ayurveda is highly recommended 😊👍 We would be happy to come back.

A restaurant where you can eat well and inexpensively. But the prerequisite is that you have a lot of time. We were expected to wait 1.5 to 2 hours yesterday. Bad management.

Something went wrong yesterday: Despite several large groups, more and more guests were accepted and the kitchen was completely overwhelmed. The other tables (including us) were repeatedly put off, which ultimately resulted in waiting times of 1.5 to 2 hours. It would have been better if they had said straight away "it's taking a long time today" or "our kitchen is at its limit, please come back another day", but instead we were not informed on the phone 30 minutes before or on site (only AFTER). said something when ordering. The food itself was OK to good. Afterwards, we apologized several times and drinks were also provided on the house. That's all commendable, but to be honest we've lost interest in this restaurant.

Been there for the first and last time. It was supposed to be a nice, cozy evening and turned out completely differently than planned. Inquired by phone whether anything was still available. Then you wait on site until you can finally order. While the drinks were coming, it was said that the meat needed something as several large groups still needed to be fed. Some other tables had also been waiting for quite a while. Despite asking, we kept being put off, so that we all (including the other tables) waited between 1.5 hours and 2 hours for our food. It would really have been better to tell them during the phone call, but at the latest on site, that we have to bring time and that they are not that quick. Especially since the delivery service and self-pickup continued to run fairly quickly and other guests came to the restaurant who also had to wait. Food was okay, unfortunately the potatoes were cold. Afterwards, we apologized several times and greeted from the kitchen (small dessert, drink and sip). Everything was really nice, but at some point you couldn't take it seriously anymore.

Some German-speaking people were bad but the service was super friendly. It's sometimes difficult when you have questions about the food, but otherwise it's no problem! But very, very friendly.

We ordered there for the first time. The sauce with cheese was ok. The meat that came with it was not edible. The bone-in chicken wasn't cooked through and the pork and duck meat was far too dry and tough. Will probably have been the first and last time.

We chose menu for 2 people from the menu and were able to choose 4 dishes. Everything was super tasty, the dishes came in small bowls, were absolutely enough to fill you up and the rice was super tasty and was warm right to the end thanks to the container in which it was served. The food was very tasty. However, the portions (lunch) are rather small. I found the atmosphere to be authentically Indian (if you ignore the Christmas decorations and a few little things that don't fit into the picture). This is how I imagine India. So expect authenticity, lots of gimmicks and Bollywood and not a stylish, fancy restaurant. But that's exactly what I liked. If the portion had been a little larger, I would have liked it. Can be recommended 👍

Food and service top Ambience is better

Ayurveda offers a great selection of Indian dishes. You can easily choose and combine different types of meat, sauces and preparation methods. Some vegetarian dishes and a lunch menu are also available and one or two daily menus can be selected. So you can find something for every taste here, and in different levels of spiciness. The food is really good and very tasty! The service was friendly and attentive. In my opinion a really good to very good restaurant for Indian food.

Shortly before Christmas we wanted to eat something other than good home cooking and went to Bierpohlweg. The service was very polite and friendly and the food was simply delicious. We love eating Indian food and Ayurveda is definitely one of our favorites now. Price / offer: Very good. Thank you

Als Stammgast im Maharaja fühlt man sich auch im Ayurveda sehr gut bedient. Zum veganen Hauptgericht wurde auch eine vegane Linsensuppe angeboten. Der Service ist ausgesprochen höflich und zuvorkommend und die Teller sind sogar vorgewärmt. Ein Traum!

Mit 4 Personen, nach Reservierung, dort essen. Sehr nettes Personal, das Essen ist sehr lecker. Man beachte: von mild bis extra scharf, für alle, die indisch mögen, ist was dabei. Das Ambiente ist landestypisch indisch.

Fantastisches Essen bei einer großen Auswahl indischer Gerichte.

Unkoordinierter, jedoch freundlicher und bemühter Service! Das Essen war ok, hätte jedoch besser sein können. Der Reis war nicht heiß genug. Die Vorspeise lag wie vergessen auf dem Teller, die nicht vorgewärmt waren! Chapaties kamen erst Minuten später, nachdem der Hauptgang serviert wurde. Bier nicht auf Eichstrich, sondern deutlich darunter eingeschenkt! Erst nach erergischer Reklamation wurde nachgeschenkt! Geschmacklos und störend sind besonders die bunten blinkenden Lichterketten im Garten!

Heute per Lieferando bestellt. Essen vor der angegeben Zeit da, alles noch heiss und extrem lecker. Gerne wieder

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend hier verbringen dürfen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Ambiente auch sehr schön. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir haben dort zu mehreren Personen zum ersten Mal gegessen, waren Alle sehr zufrieden und kommen daher gern wieder bzw. lassen uns wohl auch durch LIEFERANDO beliefern, falls das möglich sein sollte...

Eine sehr gute Entscheidung dieses Restaurant zu besuchen. Große Auswahl an Speisen und eine sehr leckere Zubereitung. 10 Punkte für die Küche, ich habe lange nicht mehr so gutes Indisches Essen genossen. Service freundlich und kompetent.

Hach es ist so schade, wenn ein Ober kein Lächeln über die Lippen bekommt und weder ein paar Minuten nach dem servieren fragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei, noch beim Abräumen 😢 Vom Ambiente her ein bisschen zu viel bunte Tücher komplett im ganzen Restaurant verteilt. Das Essen war gut 👍🏼 Achtung: Das Gericht mit gegrillter Aubergine schmeckt nach ziemlich nach verbrannter oder geräucherter Aubergine.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig noch einen Tisch für 2 reservieren können. Das Restaurant war aber sehr gut besucht, sodass eine Reservierung auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen ist. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Wartezeit war völlig in Ordnung. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist reichlich! Wir haben hier wunderbar warmes indisches Essen gegessen und einen tollen Nachtisch ausprobiert. Gerne wieder! Einzig die sanitären Anlagen könnten etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit gebrauchen.

Sehr gutes indisches Essen, super lecker . Leider hatte der Kellner mehrere Bestellungen nicht richtig aufgenommen. Besser nochmal nachfragen.

Das Ambiente mag für einen anderen Gast vielleicht wichtig sein, bei mir steht aber immer das Essen und der Service im Vordergrund. Und da kann auch dieses Lokal bei mir richtig gut punkten. Das Essen hat die richtige Würze, der Service immer nett und freundlich. Hier kann man auch gut mit Fahrrad einkehren, da der Biergarten hinter dem Haus sehr geräumig ist. Aber auch vor dem Gebäude sind Fahrradparkplätze vorhanden. Hier war ich definitiv nicht zum letzten Mal. Immer wieder gerne.

Der Internetauftritt ist noch ausbaufähig, aber das Essen war echt spitze. Die Portionen sind kaum zu schaffen. Wir werden hier bestimmt öfter bestellen.
