I mostly order from Ayu and don't eat at the restaurant. Don't understand the bad reviews. In my opinion, you can find the best sushi in Steglitz here. The quality of the fish is good, the delivery is quick and friendly. The little glass soy sauce bottles are iconic! So sustainable and cute (planning on making this into a string of lights). Yes, they are a little more expensive than others, but for me as a Maguro fan, it's worth it 🐟

Red-bearded delivery driver overtakes me dangerously close and then cuts me. He rolls down the window and shoots me a juicy “SHUT UP!” in contrast to. (The license plate number is noted.) In summary: everything is really done here to ensure delivery is 10 seconds faster 👍

Ordered the tuna menu: I don't like the tactic of using cheap cucumber sticks instead of expensive avocado anyway. It just doesn't taste good. According to the picture from Lieferando, the menu should include a mix of avocado and cucumber as part of the filling. Instead, only sushi with cucumber and tuna arrived. Wh. I won't order there anymore.

I find the food very tasty, especially the Poké Bowl with Poko Sauce and Chicken. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend it

I ordered the food on site and took it with me after a few minutes. It tasted great, but unfortunately in my opinion it was quite expensive (13.5€ for the portion in the picture with soy sauce, wasabi and ginger)

Terrible. This was my first and last order. The rice was soggy, reminiscent of risotto, the entire meal was more than lukewarm and then the food came too late. But especially in terms of taste, the food was in no way recommended.

I actually think the sushi is great, I've ordered there for the second time in a week, the only thing that really bothers me is that I order vegetarian and then I get these orange fish eggs stuck all over my sushi. You should perhaps either choose a different place for vegetarian preparations, or clean the area where the sushi is prepared more often, especially if it is a vegetarian preparation! If that happens again next time, I will have to change my rating again and NOT order there again. Therefore one star less.

I always have the sushi delivered to me and am very happy with everything.

That was art for the mouth! I enjoyed every bite and will order again. They prepared everything extremely pretty and the Soy Sauce Flask is adorable. Thank you for the great food.

I can't judge the critical voices about the sushi because I only order the Pokébowls here (mostly with salmon). These are not only really tasty and rich, but also really big at the same time, which is a big reason for me to order here again and again. So a recommendation from me. (Attention, the picture is not entirely representative, this is my wife's vegetarian bowl with pieces of salmon from my bowl ;))

This sashimi box costs €19... if I wasn't so sad that I wasted my money on the cheapest tuna that tasted like nothing at €2.11 per piece I would laugh. Never again. Crime shop

Sehr lecker und das Essen ist von toller Qualität

Sehr gutes Essen und der Lieferant ist trotz des schlechten Wetters pünktlich und extrem freundlich gewesen! Ich kann es wirklich empfehlen. Wir hatten das Rahmen mit Huhn und Schrimps.

Lieferung wurde innerhalb von 50 min angezeigt und nach einem Anruf nach 1 Stunde 15 min wird auf Sonntag hingewiesen. Keine Entschuldigung o.ä. Essen sehr lasch und dafür dann ein Haufen Geld bezahlt. Nicht empfehlenswert

Alles was ich bis jetzt hatte, hat extrem gut geschmeckt und die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr nett... Super Laden!

Leider hat die Qualität sehr nachgelassen . Vor dem Umbau des Ladens war das Sushi nicht nur lecker , sondern auch optisch sehr ansprechend . Heute sieht es genauso aus , als käme es von Yoko o.ä. . Habe immer gelobt, dass das Verhältnis Fisch und Reis sehr gut ist. Endlich mal ein Sushi , wo auch schön Fisch drin steckte. Doch leider hat es auch hier sehr nachgelassen . Und das in Verbindung mit einer Preiserhöhung, erklärt leider nicht , den Nachlass der Qualität. Schade .

Ich esse nicht oft sushi, wenn ich aber mal Sushi esse dann bei AYU Sushi. Wirklich weiter zu empfehlen !

Mit Liebe zubereitet, gerne wieder. Very fresh ingredients (fish, avocado, etc.), considerate little bottles for soy source. Nice food arrangement even for deliveries. I can feel the owner has put effort and heart into food preparation. The best sushi in this area of Berlin in this price range available on lieferando in my opinion.

Great Sushi, fast deliver, wonderful arrangements!

Habe schon mehrfach bestellt und war immer sehr zufrieden. Zum Ambiente vor Ort kann ich daher nichts sagen.

Sushi und Gerichte schmecken sehr gut, Verpackungen liebevoll gestaltet und die Lieferung erfolgt auch immer sehr schnell. Ich kann AYU Sushi nur empfehlen :)

Essen super. Leider etwas teuer geworden . ist ok wenn das Essen gut ist aber, so wenig ingwer uns soja Soße, das nicht mal jeder etwas abbekommt. Für 3 Menüs, 2x ingwer Mini Portionen. Und ingwer ist nicht teuer. Schade .Das war früher anders .

Edit: Leider ist die Qualität seit meinem ersten Review runtergegangen. Keine coolen Glasflaschen mehr, hatte mehrmals trockenen Reis, ist inzwischen eher so ein durchschnittlicher Liefersushi. Und dabei wurden die Preise auch noch angehoben. Kann den Laden somit nicht mehr so wirklich empfehlen. --- Originales Review von Anfang 2022: Dieser unscheinbare Laden hat meinen Respekt verdient. Vorab: ich war zur Selbstabholung da, also kann ich nichts über den Lieferservice aussagen. Das Essen ist aber wirklich top. Frische Zutaten, großzügig viel und große Stücke Fisch, meine Lachsstücke waren alle super frisch und saftig, das Gemüse ebenso frisch geschnitten und knackig. Der Reis hatte genau die richtige Konsistenz und war noch schön feucht und klebrig. Geschmacklich war es absolut vergleichbar zu teureren "richtigen" Restaurants zum Reinsetzen! Und obwohl sie primär ein Lieferdienst sind, hat es selbst bei der Präsentation an nichts gemangelt. Liebevoll angerichtet, mit kleinen, essbaren Verzierungen, alles ästhetisch platziert, in schöner Verpackung, die größtenteils aus Papier besteht und schicken (ebenfalls großzügigen!) Sojasaucenflaschen aus Glas. Auf meinem Foto ist die halbe Box schon weggefuttert, aber ich hoffe, die Qualität und Ästhetik des Essens kommt trotzdem noch richtig rüber. Personal war auch sehr freundlich, haben mich außerhalb der Mittagszeiten noch mit einem Mittagsmenü davonkommen lassen :)

Haben diverse Sushis und Edamame bestellt. Es war günstig, lecker und schnell geliefert. Bestelle öfter.

Ordered first time yesterday thru lieferando. Usually I am disappointed but this time, wow. I had the seaweed soup, full of real flavor. We had 2 different poke bowls which are hawaiian but sooooooooo yummy. And the freid dumpling were also awesome. Now I want to go directly to the restaurant and try if it taste the same.

Günstig, jedoch Geschmacklich nicht der Hammer. Lieferzeiten relativ lange.

Hab das erste Mal hier bestellt (über Lieferando) und war sehr positiv überrascht! Wirklich das leckerste Sushi das ich seit langem gegessen habe. Absolut frisch und köstlich. 😋 Auch sehr positiv hervorzuheben: Nachhaltige Verpackung! Nahezu alles war in Papier / Pappkartons eingepackt, die Sojasauce kam in kleinen (wiederverwendbaren) Glas-Fläschchen. Eine super Idee und ein Vorzeige-Beispiel für andere Restaurants. Lieferung war ebenfalls top, schnell und freundlich. Ab sofort mein neuer Lieblings Sushi-Laden.
