A true highlight at KaDeWe! I visited the Oyster Bar on Wednesday and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The 2-for-1 oysters are unbeatable and of top quality. A DJ plays, creating a fantastic atmosphere—truly amazing! I would even book him for private events anytime. The service was incredibly friendly, attentive, and personal, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a really great atmosphere and an experience that definitely stands out in Berlin. I'll definitely be coming back more often now, if only for the music. Highly recommended!

I was passing through the city and wanted to try oysters for the first time, and I stumbled upon the perfect place. You can see the quality of the establishment from the very first second. During our visit, Sven accompanied us and took the time to explain the correct technique for eating them, how to savor them, and the origin of their wide variety of oysters. The restaurant has a very spacious area where you can observe the handling of all the food and the professionalism of the kitchen staff. Overall, everything was perfect. It's a place I would return to without hesitation, and if you love oysters or seafood, or, like me, want to try them for the first time, this is the perfect place for you.

From November 1st, 2025: I prefer to have a drink next door at the champagne bar. Incidentally, I didn't eat there (though I don't know if I like oysters!), it was always too early!!

The oyster bar has long been my favorite spot on the 6th. But since they started playing great vinyl on Wednesdays, I can honestly say there's only one other place to go midweek in Berlin. How good can a booking be? I'm impressed. Seriously impressed. And then there are the oysters for half price. Wow!

Excellently fresh oysters. Impressive selection. We had a seafood platter for two. The seafood combinations on the platter were not only beautiful to look at, but also tasted delicious. It was especially nice that we could even order the salmon fillet from the adjacent restaurant, which paired wonderfully with the oysters and steak tartare. My personal highlight of my stay in Berlin: A visit to the Oyster Bar at KaDeWe! Not only are the oysters always fresh and first-class, but the service is also warm, attentive, and excellent! My companion was particularly pleased that there was a lovely summer dish on the menu without fish – strawberries with vanilla cream. Of course, these were the last strawberries at the end of August, but they were still delicious! I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Tip: The house Crémant is great value for money!

I've been eating oysters there since 2001, at what is now the third oyster bar on the sixth floor. The oysters have always been excellent, and the baguettes are usually excellent too. I like the new bar.

First impressions count: we'd just arrived when Sven warmly welcomed us. We ordered the 12-piece Gillardeau platter and the romaine pesce salad. Add a couple of glasses of rosé champagne, and our Friday afternoon was perfect! All the other staff were also very accommodating and friendly. Definitely give it a try!
