Requests are not taken into account. Coleshaw is listed on the menu, but it cannot be ordered as an extra. You can't just order one scoop of ice cream 🍨, there are 3 scoops on the menu and that's the only one available. Too bad. The food is aesthetically decorated which looks very nice. Unfortunately, a mistake that you shouldn't make will also be responded to if you have completely different requirements. We had a tiramisu that was still frozen on the inside. After complaining, we were deducted a 10% discount on the grounds that we had already eaten it. That's too unprofessional. If we ever come back, we'll just have a drink. The service also deserves high praise: extremely friendly, attentive and regularly asking about our wishes without being intrusive. Was there at the weekend with my partner. The cake had a strange aftertaste. Looked fresh though. We later had nausea after eating it. The lady at the service is very abrupt and doesn't make you feel comfortable as a guest. So the guests behind us were asked very bluntly whether they really just wanted to drink and not eat anything. We noticed that last time too, that the human atmosphere is not pleasant. The only nice thing is the view. Otherwise there probably wouldn't be so many guests here.

We had to wait almost half an hour for the drinks, the food came after 1.5 hours, apple fritters and a tarte flambée, even though everyone in the restaurant had already eaten for a long time. Maybe it's an organizational problem in the company. So bring plenty of time and don't be hungry or thirsty ;)

If we wanted to get the drinks ourselves, we should sit in the deck chairs in the sandpit. The service was very nice and chatty throughout our entire visit. The food arrived quickly (citizen with fries, Flädle soup and a turkey schnitzel with cheese spaetzle). The bread was a bit greasy, so the bottom bread quickly became soggy, which I didn't find annoying. And in my opinion the fries were very well seasoned and fried (I like to eat well seasoned). The Flädle soup was very tasty. A bit bland for me, but there are spices at the table to spice things up. So me and my companion were able to match you appropriately. My companion really liked the turkey schnitzel and the cheese spaetzle was generous and complemented the schnitzel well. The view made the visit to the panoramic realm even better. You can look very far from the tables and discover a lot of beautiful things. We paid around 55 euros for 3 dishes and 3 drinks. Completely justified in terms of quality and service. After 3 email inquiries and a telephone request (managing director personally on the phone) to finally receive the last final offer, no more answers or reactions from the managing director. We still needed urgent information for the rest of the planning. Given the price category for this festival, such agreements should be a given. Since we were worried that we would be left behind completely shortly before the wedding and we didn't realize it after trying to contact us four times and begging for information, we canceled and have to change the location, wedding ceremony, etc. within two months. Plan completely from scratch. There wasn't even a response to the cancellation. I will neither pay thousands of euros for this nor recommend the location for parties. However, the food was always delicious, not to mention the view. This is fantastic. Luckily, we once again found a great new location with super reliable service at such short notice.

We stayed in the igloo for a bachelor party. The view and ambience are really nice, and the waiters were friendly. Unfortunately the drinks were served lukewarm so we had to order ice cubes to cool them down. We later discovered that we had been charged €1.50 for this. We had brought our own cake and asked for empty plates, for which we were charged €28 for 8 plates. When I entered the open counter area to add something to the cake, I was rudely informed by the boss that the area was not allowed to be entered. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the much-criticized service in particular. Very friendly staff and the food came very quickly (although it wasn't very busy). The quality of the food was good, the prices were average, some dishes were a bit expensive (Swiss sausage salad around 16 euros) and others were relatively cheap (real Viennese veal schnitzel around 23 euros). The view is great. Overall we were very satisfied.

First of all it took 15 minutes for the unfriendly waiter with headphones to come to us and take the drinks order. He "complained" that it was very stressful today because his staff had canceled, but that doesn't interest me as a guest. After 10 minutes our 3 drinks arrived and the order for the food was taken. 2x fries & 1 schnitzel with Pomeranians. After half an hour we went inside because it was getting pretty chilly outside. Once inside, we sat at a table that certainly hadn't seen a cleaning cloth that day. The table was full of crumbs and grease stains, the decorations were on the chair and were not at all inviting. After an hour, the two portions of fries arrived, which were so different in size that I had to laugh... a few minutes later the "schnitzel" finally arrived... unfortunately it was completely mixed, the meat was gray and generally bland . Unfortunately, the cranberries that were served with it didn't make it any better. When we wanted to pay, he came to the table with the bill and told us the total price. If he had asked beforehand, we would have told him that it would be paid separately and that I had to pay by card.. when we told him that He said he was visibly annoyed and was babbling to himself about how he now had to cancel everything.. if you had asked beforehand, this wouldn't have happened... The ambience/decoration in the interior fluctuates between a Stuttgart trendy bar and a brewery style. One service person snapped at us arrogantly, the other tried hard. The inside dining room was empty, but about four people were sitting outside. After we received our drinks, we waited in vain for our food order, even after asking several times. Since stocking up with cutlery was a supposedly more important task in the empty dining room, we decided to leave early. Therefore, unfortunately we cannot judge the food. Yesterday we were in one of the igloos and had dinner there. We felt very comfortable right from the start, yes the waiter doesn't speak perfect German but he is really nice and friendly. I also think it's really difficult to find German-speaking service staff these days and that didn't bother us at all. Our Swabian salad was really tasty, the tiramisu was also really good apart from a lot of cocoa and you could indulge in the Lillet. We can therefore really recommend the panoramic area.

The service (a young lady and a young man spoke Russian to us))) were very friendly and responded to our wishes. Was a very relaxed atmosphere. Iglo was nicely decorated, with blankets and fur on the chairs. Table decorated with fresh flowers and fabric napkins. More powerful radiators could be purchased. Was a little cold. But we were able to make ourselves comfortable with blankets. The food was delicious, we had 4 different things and we liked everything. Price performance acceptable! It was a nice birthday and the surprise was very well received. Keep it up!

Eight of us visited the panoramic realm on a sunny Saturday. The view and the beautiful terrace blew us away. Inside it is nice and bright and tastefully decorated. There is also enough space for other guests (our stroller was at the table with us and didn't bother us). The service was super friendly and kept track of all the extra sausages. The food with starters, main courses and desserts was really tasty and plentiful, we absolutely couldn't understand the sometimes negative reviews. The menu offers everything you would expect from home-style cuisine and is also lovingly prepared. The waiting time was also reasonable given the many guests. The prize arrived in 2024. If the food is freshly cooked and the employees are paid properly, then we are happy to pay for it. We will definitely reserve an igloo like this so we can enjoy the beautiful sunset again! Thank you for the lovely visit! (If someone only speaks English, which wasn't the case with us, instead of getting annoyed, you can simply point your finger at the menu, like you do with Asian or Indian restaurants....🤷🏼 ‍♀️)

Leckeres Essen, schöne Aussicht und nette Bedienung!

Wir haben den Geburtstag meiner Schwester in einem dieser Iglos gefeiert. Trotz Außentemperatur-8 Grad war es sehr schön angenehm warm. Wir haben unsere Jacken nach einer kurzen Aufwärmphase ausgezogen und wollten am Ende gar nicht gehen. Der Service war spitze! Unsere Kellnerin Bea hat für eine super Atmosphäre gesorgt. Das Essen kam schnell und warm an. Sowohl Gulasch, als auch Zwiebelrostbraten, Spätzle, Vor- und Nachspeise waren grandios. Die Ente hat etwas weniger gepunktet aber alles in allem war es ein fantastischer Abend! Großen Dank an den Chef und besonders an Bea ☺️
