As a rehab guest, I naturally looked for a Greek restaurant and found one. A family-run business with heart and soul! Top service, top food, top value. Highly recommended. Efharisto Poli!

We were here for lunch around 1 p.m. on a Thursday. We were the only customers. The appetizer was baked mushrooms with tzatziki and toasted bread – very tasty. For the main course, the gyro plate – also good, but the gyro was a bit dry.

September 2024 A busy restaurant, reservations are recommended. Despite a spontaneous visit, we managed to get a table and were served promptly. Unfortunately, we weren't satisfied with the price-performance ratio and the taste. The sound check from the nightclub next door was also a bit distracting during our meal.

I can't recommend this restaurant. The service wasn't particularly friendly. The food was okay, but nothing more. The portions were rather small, and the tzatziki served in a tiny bowl contained no more than two teaspoons. It was a joke. The drinks were too warm. All in all, they don't make much of an effort to encourage repeat customers. I certainly won't be coming back.

A typical Greek restaurant without being kitschy. Very friendly, fast, and delicious. Portions are very large, but they also offer senior citizen plates. Great.

Yes, everything is good and tasty

Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied twice and won't be going there again for a while. I was always satisfied before, but I don't know what happened. The salad was swimming in oil and I had stomach problems after eating it. The gyro didn't taste the same as usual either. I hope it gets better again and is more like I know it.

Very delicious food. We had the bean soup, appetizer plates, and lamb chops. With the lamb chops, we were asked whether they should be cooked medium-rare, with or without garlic, to which I declined. Nevertheless, the chops were juicy, just as they should be. The lamb came with a lovingly prepared side salad. We sat outside, but I didn't think the ambiance was that great. If I were in Reinhardshausen again, I would go there and invite friends. I highly recommend it!

I was at the restaurant at 8 p.m. The gyro meat was super delicious!!! The fries were over-fried, brown, and very dry, and the salad was warm, not chilled. Maybe fries and salad are better during peak meal times. 🤗 The staff was quick and courteous. I'm giving it so few stars because of the bad fries and the "warm" salad. The staff was great; they even gave us a free ouzo at the end.

The food was quite good. The value for money was reasonable. The beef liver was excellent, but the pork fillet was unfortunately cooked a bit too long. All the side dishes were impeccable. The drinks could have been a bit cooler. Service was good! The men's restroom unfortunately needs some work, but it was also OK.

A restaurant was recommended to me, but I was very disappointed. Having a background in the restaurant industry myself, I know what I'm talking about. It started with the food being on the table about 10 minutes after I ordered. When I started eating, it was immediately clear to me why. I had gyros with Metaxa sauce—my absolute favorite Greek dish—the meat was fine, albeit slightly burnt around the edges in places. The sauce was completely watery and completely lacking in seasoning. But then came the biggest shock. The rice underneath was cold... really cold. Tell me it came from the refrigerator, filled into the bowl, covered with the sauce, the meat, and finally the cheese, and then baked. I returned it, and it was brought back about another 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, the rice was no more than lukewarm. I couldn't really eat it. Additionally, the salad had several wilted leaves, and it looked like it had been in the fridge from the day before. When the waitress came and asked me if I liked it, I truthfully replied that I didn't. I was then immediately told how much I had to pay, even before I could say so. 🤔 Here, you can tell that the majority of guests here are probably rehab guests who won't be coming back anyway. It's a shame, because Greek cuisine is actually very good and offers more than that.

We sat outside on very comfortable chairs. The service was attentive, very friendly, and quick. The portions were generous, and the food itself was delicious and of very good quality. For us, the toast served with the appetizers and salad was the absolute highlight! Plain bread brushed with olive oil and seasoned, then toasted on the grill. So delicious! Everything was well-seasoned, but not overly spiced. We'd go back anytime!

I found the food to be subpar. The gyro and the skewers were overcooked. So dry they almost stuck in my throat. If this place relied on regulars, I'm sure I'd be bankrupt long ago. But the supply of rehabilitation patients is endless. 🤷 The staff, though, is very friendly and helpful. I certainly won't be a guest there again.

Sit outside and enjoy the excellent Greek cuisine. Very friendly service and, of course, the obligatory ouzo when paying.

The food was good. However, the wrong dish was delivered. The landlady was completely unaccommodating in this regard. The prices for beer and ouzo were absolutely exorbitant.

Given the mixed reviews, I was more than excited to try the Athens restaurant. So I ordered the Adonis plate (I love liver). The friendly welcome from the lovely waitress was very warm, and the table outside was clean. For starters, we chose a portion of garlic bread. The bread was nicely toasted, the garlic topping perfect. The main course came with a fresh salad. The meat and liver were wonderfully seasoned, just like the gyro, which could have been a bit hotter, but the fries weren't oversalted or drenched in old oil, so everything was (very) good, generously portioned, and absolutely delicious. At the next table, the dog also got a bowl of fresh water, perfect for a rather warm day. For me (and us), it's definitely worth recommending! Ich wurde sehr unfreundlich empfangen. Das Restaurant war nur spärlich besucht, so dass genug Platz an vielen Tischen war. Da ich alleine war, durfte ich mich nicht an einen Vierertisch setzen und wurde dazu genötigt, eng an einer Wand an einem Zweiertisch zu sitzen. Die Bedienung kam mit herunter gezogenen Mundwinkeln, begrüßt mich nicht und wies mich sofort darauf hin, dass die Küche nur noch eine halbe Stunde geöffnet habe. Daraufhin bestellte ich lediglich einen überbackenen Schafskäse und eine Portion Taramacreme, dazu Brot. Dies wurde mir innerhalb von 2 Minuten geliefert, der überbackene Käse war überhaupt nicht gebräunt und sah aus, als hätte man ihn 1 Minute lang in heißes Fett getunkt. Dazu trank ich noch ein kleines alkoholfreies Bier. Während ich aß, wurde ich vom Besitzer ununterbrochen angestiert, was sehr unangenehm war. die Rechnung krönte diesen unerfreulichen Restaurant Besuch: ich musste für diese wenigen Dinge 23 € zahlen. Ich wurde noch nie so unfreundlich in einem Restaurant bedient. Ich kann dieses Restaurant auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Friendly service, food very good...

Pleasant Greek restaurant with good food. The saganaki was tasty and beautifully prepared. The bifteki was more reminiscent of two meatballs and could have been seasoned a little more strongly, but the taste was okay. Not a culinary flight of fancy, but solid and significantly better than a lot of what you get elsewhere. The service was friendly and attentive – overall a relaxed visit. However, some fellow rehabilitators were also there at lunchtime and were consistently dissatisfied with their meals. The taste was probably not very convincing, which is a shame because that should actually be the basis in a restaurant. Personally, I was lucky with my selection, but it seems like the quality isn't entirely consistent.

NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN, sind wohl albani Griechen, die sich wichtig fühlen. Sehr teuer und sinkende Qualität. Sehr schlechter Service, insbesondere von der Pächterin. Nicht zu empfehlen

Friendly service, extensive menu, fast service.

I've rarely had such a bad meal at a Greek restaurant. Turkey meat was dry, pepper rice was totally soggy and fries were very greasy. Plus high prices.

Food was good. I enjoyed it. The restaurant is a bit cramped so it quickly becomes stuffy. But that's how it is. Very clean toilet.

We ate at the Athens restaurant twice during our 5-week rehabilitation period because the food was really, really tasty. The owners themselves - well - unfortunately you can't expect good service and hospitality.

I would consider visiting this restaurant a second time. The food is only good to a limited extent, what's worse is that you have to change clothes after eating it. The smell of burnt cooking oil is very unpleasant. Unfortunately, I really missed the friendly laugh of the chef on his website during my visit. I will not recommend this restaurant nor will I visit it again. I would be happy to answer any questions the local manager may have.

This was, in my opinion, the worst Greek food I've eaten so far. I had gyros in Metaxa sauce, it was lukewarm and the portions of my companion were nothing special and also quite small as a portion (really small). I think the shop doesn't have many regular customers and only lives from the patients of the rehabilitation clinics. Friendliness was a foreign word, at least for our waitress. Neither I nor my companion will be coming back.

We've been there a few times but now at Christmas we were very disappointed. The staff was very unfriendly and they had the feeling that they wanted to process us quickly. We had just received the starter and the salad and the main course arrived. We felt very unwelcome especially from the female waitress. The Christmas menu was very small and the starter was not justified for the price.

We were there yesterday and it was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff super friendly, there was a huge plate of spaghetti Bolognese for the little one and we had mushroom schnitzel, gyros and liver. There were 5 of us there without a reservation. Food was quick and freshly prepared and nice and hot. My mother-in-law is currently in local rehab. The only drawback (which is due to the location) is that it is extremely difficult to get a parking space at certain times.

My bifteki were two larger meatballs made of pure minced pork, unseasoned and only once with cheese, fries unseasoned, tzatziki tasted ready-made, the liver was partly sinewy, the onions partly dry and burnt, and the tomato rice didn't deserve the name. The food was very good.

We had gyros plate and beef liver. One point deducted for the ambience, as an oldies music bar next door is already playing its music audibly. It didn't bother us and you can also eat inside.
