The restaurant is very good, friendly service, good price-performance ratio, pleasant atmosphere. But the managing director urgently needs to take a course in etiquette/education. We couldn't believe that an "innkeeper" would use such a bad tone... The entire staff was obviously very embarrassed.

We entered the restaurant, which is very large and still pretty empty. Because we were still relegated to a small side room. We had to request the menu separately. For seniors who are a little hungry, there is no option other than buffet or a la menu. The sushi was good and plentiful, buffet Chinese dishes with sauces, meat and vegetables were in a very oily consistency. Shrimp baked in batter to perfection, the rest of the fish and meat fried/baked dry. Fries and fried potatoes as well as Knoppers and chocolate candies have nothing to do with Japanese/Chinese food. Children's wishes were taken into account here. The Mongolian was very popular, it seemed to be much fresher.... Please don't eat the fortune cookies, they smell old. Not necessarily recommended.

On October 15th, 2024 my wife and I had an appointment in Neu Wulmstorf. Since we are fans of Asian cuisine, we went to the “Asien Perle” restaurant at lunchtime to enjoy the buffet there. When we entered the rooms we noticed that they were very dark, some of the interior lighting was switched off. The interior lighting of the restaurant shown on the homepage was not present. We then sat down in a room facing the street, which was quite bright, and waited for the service. After a while a man came to our table and asked, clearly without any emotion, what we would like to drink. After he brought us a drink menu when we asked, he silently walked away from the table. On the way to the buffet we then ordered water from the man standing nearby. For the price of the bottle of water, we could have bought a case and a half at any beverage store. My wife chose the duck, fried noodles and chicken liver at the buffet. According to her, the duck tasted very good. I myself got a soup that was very slimy in consistency and had absolutely no taste. The soup was simply inedible for me. I then left it and went to the buffet and put different foods on my plate. At the table I noticed that all the dishes were cold and had a uniform taste. My wife informed me that her fried noodles and chicken liver were also cold. The fried noodles were also undercooked and had a hard consistency. I then went to the counter where a young man was busy with his cell phone. I offered the greetings of the day, but the young man showed no emotion and ignored me, he continued to use his cell phone. I spoke to the man again and explained that the food was cold. The only movement that came from him was a movement of his arm towards his distant colleague. I then spoke to them and pointed out the cold food. Her reaction was to shrug her shoulders and say she would tell the boss. A short time later he came to our table. I explained that the food was cold and not edible for us. In response, he said that it was a buffet and that it was already winter. This bizarre statement then caused us to leave the restaurant. We have never experienced such emotionless and unfriendly service in a restaurant. The boss's statement about the temperature of the food at the buffet stunned us. This described situation in the restaurant there was our personal perception.

Am 15.10.2024 hatten meine Ehefrau und ich einen Termin in Neu Wulmstorf. Da wir Freunde der asiatischen Küche sind, suchten wir zur Mittagszeit das Restaurant „Asien Perle“ auf, um dort das Buffet zu genießen. Beim Betreten der Räume fiel uns auf, dass diese sehr dunkel waren, die Innenbeleuchtung war zum Teil ausgeschaltet. Die auf der Homepage gezeigte Innenbeleuchtung des Restaurants war nicht vorhanden. Wir setzten uns dann in einen zur Straße gelegenen Raum, der recht hell war und warteten auf die Bedienung. Nach einiger Zeit kam ein Mann an unseren Tisch und fragte erkennbar ohne jegliche Regung, was wir trinken möchten. Nachdem er uns erst auf Verlangen eine Getränkekarte brachte, entfernte er sich stillschweigend vom Tisch. Wir bestellten dann auf dem Weg zum Buffet bei dem dort in der Nähe stehenden Mann ein Wasser. Für den Preis der Wasserflasche hätten wir uns in jedem Getränkemarkt eineinhalb Kisten kaufen können. Meine Ehefrau entschied sich am Buffet für die Ente, Bratnudeln und Hühnerleber. Die Ente war nach ihren Angaben geschmacklich sehr gut. Ich selber holte mir eine Suppe, die in der Konsistenz sehr schleimig war und absolut kein Geschmack hatte. Die Suppe war für mich einfach ungenießbar. Ich habe diese dann stehenlassen und bin zum Buffet gegangen und mir verschiedene Speisen auf meinen Teller gelegt. Am Tisch stellte ich fest, dass alle Speisen kalt waren und einen Einheitsgeschmack hatten. Meine Ehefrau teilte mir mit, dass auch ihre Bratnudeln und die Hühnerleber kalt waren. Die Bratnudeln waren außerdem nicht durchgebraten und hatten eine harte Konsistenz. Ich ging daraufhin zum Tresen zu einem jungen Mann, der dort mit seinem Mobiltelefon beschäftigt war. Ich bot den Tagesgruß, der junge Mann zeigte jedoch keine Regung und beachtete mich nicht, er betätigte weiterhin sein Handy. Ich habe den Mann nochmals angesprochen und erklärt, das Essen sei kalt. Die einzige Regung die dann von ihm kam, war eine Armbewegung in Richtung seiner entfernt stehenden Kollegin. Diese habe ich dann angesprochen und auf das kalte Essen hingewiesen. Ihre Reaktion war ein Achselzucken und erklärte, sie würde dieses dem Chef mitteilen. Kurze Zeit später kam dieser dann auch an unseren Tisch. Ich erklärte, das Essen sei kalt und so für uns nicht genießbar. Als Erwiderung kam dann der Hinweis von ihm, es sei ja ein Buffet und außerdem sei es ja auch bereits Winter. Diese bizarre Aussage veranlasst, uns dann das Lokal zu verlassen. Wir haben noch in niemals in einem Restaurant solche emotionslose und unfreundliche Bedienung erlebt. Die Aussage des Chefs zur Temperatur der Speisen am Buffet macht uns fassungslos. Diese geschilderte Situation im dortigen Restaurant war unsere persönliche Wahrnehmung.

We've been there several times over the last few years, but unfortunately we've always been quite dissatisfied. The service is usually unfriendly and inflexible. Unfortunately, I can't eat much due to illness and a buffet for 28€ is simply disproportionate, for this reason I asked for the menu to order a main course so that I could take the rest with me, it said either all buffet or none. (We were 8 people) In a very rude tone and with the insinuation that we wanted to steal from the store. After heated discussions I got my food. Tastes good, like almost everywhere else, extremely high in glutamate. The men enjoyed the buffet and even though everything took a long time, it was overall ok. But I'm tired of explaining myself and having things assumed. For me it was the last time!

We've been to the Asia Pearl many times, but it's really worn out. Yesterday the meat was served so well that you could hardly chew it, it was far too dry and too hard. I thought the salmon was fresh, but it was so disgusting that I felt so sick afterwards that I couldn't eat anything. Today I still feel sick to my stomach. The chicken was great as always, but only in batter. I won't go there anymore.

Asia Perle has deteriorated extremely. Is that or because the guests are staying away more and more. Things really used to be better and the offers matched the prices. Today: Significantly reduced quality and high prices. That doesn't work at all. You come there, sit down at a place, are asked what you would like to drink without being given the drink menu, then you go to the buffet and choose something that needs to be fried, which is brought to your place when it is ready and the other thing is when you arrive Place is cold, when fried fish is placed on the meat so that the meat takes on the fish flavor. You can sip the ice cream with a straw after 1 minute and the service only comes to clear the plates and if you want to pay you have to wait forever. After leaving the restaurant we saw that the cooked rice was standing at an open door and was not covered. Also, a friend of mine got so sick from the food that he had to vomit and I myself have had severe stomach cramps since then. The restaurant is definitely not recommended.

Service quality is the be-all and end-all of a restaurant, but Asia Perle is probably not aware of it. Rude staff don't get tips either, it's that simple. All servers here should probably get extensive training on customer service best practices. Today's cheeky man is welcome to eat the fortune cookies thrown on the table himself.

The Lockal is inconspicuous from the outside. It's really big, and the selection of food is even bigger. That's why the five stars. What I and my companion couldn't get excited about was the service. On the one hand, the service is not only rude but also not very competent. When clearing away the waiter stacked the plates so that the cutlery that was at the top fell down again. We were here with 7 people on April 20th, 2024 and it was one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. This was mainly due to the service staff's unbelievably uninterested attitude. Luckily we all knew what we wanted to drink, as there doesn't seem to be a ticket or the way to get it was too far. The drinks were brought and from then on we didn't see our waiter again. We were there for 3.5 hours and stuck to ONE drink. We waited...and waited...and waited...unfortunately in vain. At some point we looked for someone to whom we could pay and were treated very unfriendly and rudely (so we could have just left 🤷🏼‍♀️). The waiter came in silence, took the payment in silence and rushed away - still in silence. After there was no “Good evening” at the beginning or any questions during the meal, he at least stayed true to himself and there was no “Goodbye” or even “Have a nice evening” or “Thank you for being here” . I didn't see any of the service staff smile all evening. The only friendly person there was the cook, who even - unbelievably - could smile when you handed him his plate. The food was ok, but thrown on the plate rather carelessly. Overall, super unfriendly and unfortunately you can't give negative stars when it comes to service and it was almost the only time we decided not to tip (and we usually tip at least 10%).

We were there for the first time today and unfortunately I have to say that I am really disappointed. On Friday I called to reserve 1 table (5 people). The waitress told me that we should just show up without a reservation. When we were there on Saturday we were asked if we had a reservation, to which I replied in the negative and explained what I was told on the phone. The waitress then became visibly overwhelmed and shrugged her shoulders and said something similar to “Then I can’t help you” and left. I was so shocked. As I looked around I saw that there were obviously tables for 5-6 people available and not reserved either, even though it was reasonably full. Another waitress came and, after a long wait, he assigned us a seat. I felt like I was being made fun of and didn't feel welcome at all. Smiling a little and being nice never hurts! Unbelievable stuff like that... The food was okay, but very, very greasy. The toilets were horrible. My first and unfortunately also last visit!!

We were a real feast for the eyes, which unfortunately couldn't be said about the buffet, not to mention the unfriendly service. In addition, more emphasis should be placed on general cleanliness and the execution of work (such as refilling the buffet). The selection wasn't as extensive as expected for the price and the quality also left a lot to be desired. Plus, one of your chefs is head over heels in love; There is no other explanation for the over-salted food. Please pay the Italian in the basement better! The "tiramisu" if you want to call it that, and the ice cream were an insult to the taste buds. We had dinner with 11 people last night. Yes, the waitress seemed visibly stressed. The waitress brought one too many drinks after ordering drinks. We politely explained that we hadn't ordered it. We then had to listen to a whole series of lectures with the tone of how one teaches children. That dragged on. The climate was destroyed right from the start. And it didn't get any better. No schnapps or bill thrown away without a thank you. If you make a turnover of €350 in 2 hours, please ask for a different treatment. New customers immediately turn gray. For now we will not visit the address again.

I've been to many Asian all you can eat restaurants in the area and this is definitely the best. The sushi and shrimp are highly recommended. This was a different kind of experience. The food was ok, but nothing special. The atmosphere was quite uncomfortable and impersonal. There was no "a la carte" advertised on the half board, nor was there a drinks menu with a selection and prices. The employees were very unfriendly, annoyed and very assertive. It clearly gave you the feeling that you wanted to cheat the bill and that you were also unwanted. We would have liked to have stayed longer and we were all still thirsty. But they were rudely asked to pay and actually to leave. I would say this is not recommended. It was also far too expensive for that. We don't know what the drink costs were or whether the bill was ultimately correct.

The food (buffet) was good with a very large selection. However, the price is higher than that of a restaurant in Hamburg city center with a comparable offering. The service was bad: no smiles, we were lectured to and sometimes "pampered", I didn't see a single smile. It became a huge problem that our already very large group had a few more people come than planned, even though there were still tons of free tables in the huge restaurant that Wednesday evening. I was probably here for the last time; there are much better restaurants in the area where I feel like a welcome guest and not a nuisance.

We came there spontaneously (after calling to see if there was still room for 7 people) and were sent to a table that was still full of dishes. We would have to look for someone to clear it and help clean the table. We weren't treated any friendlier when paying... Food is quite okay for an all-u-can-eat restaurant.

We were there for the buffet in the evening on Saturday, February 10, 2024. We ordered drinks and then the buffet. When my partner ate some fried noodles at the buffet, he suddenly had a stomach ache and nausea. He went to the table with the plate but couldn't eat. After half an hour I spoke to the waitress. I asked, since he hasn't eaten anything, if we have to pay for it. She said yes. I then thought, because he was at the buffet once, you asked whether they could otherwise lower the price, this was also answered in the negative. He really didn't eat ANYTHING and I had to pay the full 26.90. I find that more like cheeky. I'm really really disappointed.

The food is delicious, BUT: there seems to be no understanding of vegetarians here. No fried noodles without meat in the lunch special, which meant I had to pay extra to get noodles without meat and even though I made it clear 3 times that I didn't eat meat, I was given a spring roll with meat. Very disappointing.. now food has to be thrown away 🤨

Für 26€ darf man sich am reichhaltigen mongolischen Buffet so oft bedienen, wie man möchte. Zur Vorspeise gibt es verschiedene, sehr leckere Sushivarianten. Dann verschiedene Gemüse, Fisch, Meeresfrüchte, Fleisch in Bierteig aus gebacken. Traditionelle mongolische Gerichte. Und dann wählt man sich aus einer ganzen Palette rohen Fiss, Meeresfrüchten und Fleisches Stücke aus, die vom Koch dann sichtbar zubereitet werden. Dazu 8 verschiedene Soßen und viele Gewürze.

The food is good but unfortunately cold and at most lukewarm. This saves massive amounts of energy. The room was a..cold!!!!!! First I had to drink a pot of hot tea at home. But it didn't really help. Paid 91.00 plus tip for 4 people with 1 drink each at lunchtime. Really a shame. We always enjoyed eating there. Let's see what the competition is doing.

An dem Essen gab es nicht viel zu meckern, war lecker. Das Sushi Buffet wurde leider nicht aufgefüllt, obwohl wir 18Uhr schon da waren, bereits hier war es zur Hälfte leer. Auffällig war heute das sehr schmutzige Geschirr, Teller, Schälchen, Besteck. Die Kellner wurden darauf hingewiesen, worauf das offensichtliche schnell weggeräumt wurde, aber es tauchte immer wieder schmutziges Geschirr auf. Die Preise sind mittlerweile völlig überteuert. 26,90€ für Buffet + Getränke 5,10€ bzw. 3,90€. Also zu zweit 72€ zu bezahlen ist wucher! Ab 21Uhr war es total laut und man konnte sich kaum noch unterhalten, weil das Restaurant bereits aufgeräumt wurde, obwohl noch 1,5h geöffnet war. Wenn man solche Preise nimmt, muss auch das Drumherum stimmen! Wir kommen vorerst nicht mehr wieder!

Gute Auswahl an warmen und leckeren Gerichten, aber ein sehr desinteressiertes und teilweise unfreundliches Personal. Selbst beim Wasser bestellen war der Kellner genervt und hat patzig geantwortet "nur mit ohne". Kein einziges Danke, oder ob das Essen geschmeckt hat. Kein Interesse an den Gästen, eher ein Abfertigen. Wir gaben deshalb kein Trinkgeld. Als wir gingen, bemerkten wir, wie sich das Personal im Eingang schnell mit dem Rücken zu uns umdrehte. Wir verabschiedeten uns, aber es drehte sich niemand um, als ob man nichts gehört hätte. Muss man nicht wiederkommen.

Wir waren zu viert an einem Freitag dort zu Essen. Das Büffet war voll, es hat nie was gefehlt an Speisen, für den Grill war genügend da & schnell ging es auch! Das Essen selbst war wirklich sehr unterschiedlich: von Lecker bis unangenehm fast roh. Meine persönliche Erfahrung war, dass die fertigen Gerichte ( nichts frittiertes ) wirklich lecker schmecken!

Guter höflicher Service. Das Essen/ die Speisen vom Buffet sind gut und sehen frisch aus. Sehr vielfältig von der Vorspeise bis zum Nachtisch. Allerdings nicht günstig im Verhältnis zu einer Einzelbestellung, bei der man auch satt wird! Die Tische sind zu klein.

Wir haben uns spontan mit Freunden getroffen und waren zum ersten Mal da. Vom Angebot her ist es nicht so viel wie bei unserem Asiaten, aber war ok. Die eine Salatsoße hatte einen weg und schmeckte als wäre die gekippt. Meine Tochter wollte etwas Sushi, aber nachgelegt wurde die ganze Zeit nicht. Später ca gegen 21:30 Uhr fragte man uns, ob wir noch was wollen - dann wurde auch schon das Buffet abgeräumt, obwohl offiziell bis 23 Uhr offen ist. Gegen 22 Uhr brachte man uns auch ungefragt die Rechnung und wollte uns los werden. Eine Zahlung per normaler EC-Karte war nicht möglich: Aussage der Bedienung: Man nehme nur die alten Maestro EC Karten aufgrund der Gebühren von 2% die man nicht für die Abrechnung zahlen möchte. Die alten Karten werden aber seit Juli 23 von keiner Bank mehr ausgegeben. Wir hatten alle zusammen jede Menge Karten dabei, aber keine ging - so musste einer mitten in dem ganzen Schnee noch irgendwo einen Geldautomaten suchen und Geld besorgen. Das Ambiente von dem Laden finde ich sehr gut. Wir waren sowieso nur Einmalkunden, aber ich würde ihn nicht weiterempfehlen. 26,90 Euro pro Person für das Buffet am Abend find ich nicht gerechtfertigt mit der gekippten Soße, ohne EC Kartenzahlung (Kreditkarte sowieso nicht möglich) - zumal wir uns auch nichts grillen lassen und dann noch das Gefühl zu haben zu stören. Viel Erfolg - nehmt das als Verbesserungsvorschlag

Leckeres Essen, große Auswahl und ein schönes Ambiente. Das Essen geht nie aus, das Fleisch wird perfekt gebraten. Der Service war an dem gestrigen Tag okay, kenne ich aber besser von dem Restaurant. Erstaunt war ich das in dem All you can eat keine Getränke inbegriffen waren. Ich bin der Meinung das ich das anders in Erinnerung hatte. Das Restaurant kann ich aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen! Selbst das Suschi schmeckt dort bombastisch.

Wir waren bisher 2x zum Buffet dort. Es erinnert eher an eine Massenabfertigung, was aber auch an den Gästen liegt, die sich fast prügeln, um ans Essen zu kommen. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist riesig. Sonst ist es sehr laut. Das Personal empfinden wir immer als extrem gestresst, weshalb auch unfreundliche Kommentare gegen den Gast kommen. Das darf nicht passieren. Auch wird man generell nur 1x gefragt, was man trinken möchte. Wirklich bedient wird man hier leider nicht. Und wenn man die Bedienung holt, wirkt sie extrem genervt. An und für sich ist das Buffet eine gute Idee. Das Essen schmeckt auch. Man sollte jedoch dringend am Service und an der Freundlichkeit arbeiten.

Haben diesmal das günstige Buffet am Samstag Mittag genommen für 16 statt 26 Euro. Auswahl war trotzdem riesig wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Essen entspricht der normalen Buffetqualität, nichts schlechtes aber auch nichts besonderes, aber in Kombination mit dem Mongolian Grill super. Ambiete ist für die Grösse noch ganz ok, irgendwo zw. Kantine und Restaurant. Was fehlt ist eine Spielecke für die Kinder, das wäre in dem riesen Laden eigentlich noch drin gewesen. Statt dessen muss man die Kinder irgendwie bei Laune halten und die Kellner schauen leicht genervt. Verständlich aber trotzdem nicht schön, hier könnte man ein bisschen Verständnis erwarten.

Heute haben wir uns dort sehr geärgert. Hatten Büfett und das Essen war lauwarm, außer der Reis und die Suppe. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob noch warmes Essen nachkommt, wurde gesagt, das ginge nicht anders - ist ja schließlich Winter 😳. Dem Kellner war es wohl egal, dass wir uns beschwerten. Er meinte, nächstes mal wüssten wir ja Bescheid oder sollen früher kommen. Also so wurde ich noch nie abgefertigt. Frechheit, für das teure Büfett dort. Das war dort mein letzter Besuch.

Also ich kann einige Kommentare hier nicht bestätigen. Unsere Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Buffet war auf jeden Fall sein Geld wert. Alles frisch und lecker. Schade, dass man so schnell satt ist. Auch die Auswahl beim Nachtisch war Klasse. Wir gehen bestimmt nochmal dorthin.

Wir waren schon oft in der Asia Perle in Neu Wulmstorf und waren immer zufrieden, aber was wir heute Mittag dort erlebt hatten war sehr ungenügend. Das gesamte Essen war einfach kalt, als wir den uns genannten Chef darauf angesprochen haben drehte er sich um und ging ohne einTon zu sagen weg. Der Kunde ist also nichts wert. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist ungenügend. Wer einmal sehr schlecht essen gehen möchte dem empfehle ich die Asia Perle in Neu Wulmstorf

Ein kalter, sehr lauter Ort, der leider auch nicht durch herzliches Personal und heiße, frische Speisen glänzen kann.. Alles wirkte lustlos, unfreundlich, es waren teilweise keine Beschreibungen an den Speisen und diese waren zudem oftmals kalt und aufgeweicht. Zudem ist es einfach recht teuer.

Wir waren an einem Samstag da. Es war gut besucht, aber nicht ausgebucht. Es war sehr laut, mit Gemütlichkeit war da nichts. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war auch am Abend immer noch nicht ganz wach. Zu den Speisen: vom Buffet war alles lauwarm. Geschmacklich, ja geht so. Das nächste Mal lieber wieder ein kleines, gemütliches Lokal.

Sehr leckere Speisen, aber Ambiente? Nö! Für einen moderaten Preis kann man hier soviel essen wie man will. Es ist wirklich von allem genug da und wird auch fortwährend nach produziert. Es gibt auch eine Sushi Ecke. Auch Wunsch-Gerichte können roh zusammen gestellt werden, man hängt eine nummerierte Klammer an den Teller auf welcher die Tischnummer steht und nach kurzer Zeit bekommt man das Gericht zubereitet serviert. Tellergerichte gibt es auch, dauern am Wochenende aber ca. 1,5 Std. Hier möchte man wohl eher auf Masse produzieren. Also, wenn Bahnhofs-Flair und Hammer Lautstärke nicht stören und einfach nur massig und lecker essen möchte, ist hier richtig.

Simply a great offer, highly recommended for celebrations. The food was excellent and a great friendly staff. Everything was great, exactly what we wanted and we weren't disappointed.
