I visited your restaurant on Saturday, December 6th, around 5:30 p.m. with a group of nine people. I ordered a portion of seafood with curry sauce and placed it on the grill counter. After everyone in my group had received their food, I was still waiting in vain. I went back to the counter and said that this was my plate and asked for it to be prepared. After another 30 minutes, I reminded them again because I was very hungry. I noticed that the young Asian employee, dressed in black, was muttering something to himself—but not in German. After another 30 minutes, I again urgently asked for my plate to finally be prepared, as I had now been waiting for two hours. The employee muttered something unintelligible again. When I went back to the counter later, my plate was gone. I thought it was ready and waited at the table. Around 9:00 p.m., I finally asked where my food was, and I was told to get another plate. I didn't receive my food until around 9:30 p.m. – by which time everyone in my group had long since finished eating and was just chatting, while I was only just starting. Since it was a relaxed end-of-year gathering, I tried to chalk it up to a misunderstanding, perhaps because my plate had been accidentally given to someone else. However, I increasingly got the impression that the Asian employee at the grill station became annoyed after my repeated reminders (I hadn't eaten all day and was very hungry), insulted me, and simply threw my plate away. In short: Before going to a buffet, you should probably eat something beforehand – otherwise, something like what happened to me might happen: If you ask too often, you end up with nothing at all.

The atmosphere was very pleasant. The food, as expected from an all-you-can-eat establishment, was mediocre. My colleague's chicken was unfortunately still pink. A juice bottle had black spots around the neck, which looked like mold. When I turned the middle tabletop at the circular tables to have a conversation, and a waiter couldn't reach an empty plate as planned, he gave me a very stern look, despite my apology. Later that same evening, a waiter dropped a glass on the table, sending spills and glass shards into the lap of one of my colleagues.

Sunday lunch buffet with individual selection for grilling/roasting, approx. €24. The ready-made meals were okay, but nothing more. The meat and seafood on ice for grilling were a complete flop. Some of the meat was still frozen, and the cook at the grill was totally incompetent. Everything tasted the same, whether shrimp, beef, or lamb, cooked until dry and brown. Even the next attempt, where he was supposed to cook it medium, yielded the same result. Of the desserts, only the fruit was okay; you can't really go wrong with that. The cakes were all cheap, defrosted mass-produced items.

Extremely unhygienic! The visit was very disappointing. Upon entering, I immediately noticed that the floor was extremely dirty and slippery with grease – absolutely unhygienic and dangerous. The tables were also visibly dirty and gave an overall unkempt impression. In addition, there was a pervasive smell of old oil in the air, which was very unpleasant. Under such conditions, I couldn't possibly eat there. Frankly, I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen must be like if the dining area is already so neglected. It's a real shame; I had truly expected more.

Very good and friendly, I always go there and can highly recommend it. Wallah, it's very good.

I have never in my entire life eaten a worse all-you-can-eat buffet than this one!! The soup was cold, the food was cold, and you know what the worst part is? Even the hot-grilled food was cold. Simply awful.

Plenty, but the quality is below average. The service is reminiscent of a fast-food restaurant.

We only went for lunch; I'm not aware of the dinner buffet. The food selection wasn't very extensive. The sushi was very basic, with only four types, all of which were quite similar. The other dishes weren't particularly impressive either. I missed having a variety of options. Dessert consisted of just a few pieces of fruit, some cake, chocolate-covered marshmallows, and waffles. I won't be eating there again. However, the ambiance is very inviting and there's plenty of space for many guests.

Asien Palast is a restaurant with Mongolian and Chinese, Japanese, Asian cuisine in general, which offers live cooking (live cooking show) and operates on an all-inclusive basis. For a cost of 25 euros / person, customers can choose anything from the menu, cooked or can choose any ingredients any kind of meat, fish, seafood, any side dish to be cooked instantly, you can view the entire process. The menu includes well-cooked, tasty dishes, the assortments are very numerous, anyone can choose anything, according to preference. The place is clean, pleasant atmosphere with music, decorations and specific lighting. I think we have been three times in different years, we being tourists, we will definitely come back! I recommend with confidence!

The food was good. A classic Asian buffet with a grill station. The service was abysmal. Plates were cleared very late, and I had to place three orders for my drink, which wasn't available at the self-tap bar, and ended up picking it up myself at the counter.

The quality has been much better in the past. For the price of €30 per adult, including drinks, you'd expect better quality. Some of the meat was burnt and dry. The beef was C and the chocolate fountain didn't work. Overall, though, I have to say it's worth a visit. However, the quality has been better in the past, and this can be improved.

It was my second time there, and I'll definitely eat there again when I visit Bavaria. 😋

The all-you-can-eat option there was really good, nothing to complain about. But I feel a bit ripped off at €14 for these 18 poor-quality, soapy-tasting makis. I wanted to take them home and honestly asked if they could make them fresh for me instead of stealing them from the buffet like others probably do. Now I suspect they just packed the ones from the buffet. That's what they look like, too. The brown ginger is nice, too. Thanks for nothing.

I'm very surprised at how much the Asia Palace has improved. A few years ago, I had a few negative experiences, but last night I was curious to see if that's still the case, and I was completely convinced otherwise. The price is in line with today's times, but it's worth it because the service is really friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent. The customer is king. The food has changed completely compared to the past and tastes very good. The same goes for the drinks. These are now from reputable manufacturers and are of high quality. There's an attractive selection of juices and soft drinks. Overall, a truly fantastic experience. I'd be happy to come back.

We've been to Asia Palast several times, but the quality has declined over the past few years. Service: - We waited a long time before anyone even saw us. + Someone came regularly to clear our plates. + And the staff was very friendly, too. Food: + The selection, including the grill, is very extensive. - However, the food is often already cold, dry, or undercooked by the time it arrives (satay skewers). - In addition, the "savory" dishes often taste very similar and somehow strongly reminiscent of "German" cuisine. + The sushi is excellent and the dessert selection is extensive, - however, the cakes are dry and have taken on other, sometimes unpleasant flavors. Ambience: + The restaurant is beautifully decorated and furnished. Value for money: For two people yesterday, we paid almost €60 for a meal including drinks, and for this service, the price is simply too high. Conclusion: Unfortunately, we won't be visiting Asia Palast again.

Well, it was okay, but we don't need to come back a second time. The shrimp weren't refilled. Some of the food, which was grilled Mongolian style, was carelessly served on plates. A lot of it had been sitting in the warming container for a long time and was very dry.

The one star is only for the friendly staff and the fairly diverse menu. However, there is a huge problem with cleanliness! The finished food is extremely fatty and very difficult to digest. The worst part, however, is the question of whether the place is even safe for health – there are so many green flies everywhere, both on the raw meat and on the tables! €31 per person is a completely overpriced price that in no way reflects the quality of the food. The hygiene throughout the restaurant is abysmal: plates are not properly washed, and fruit flies were stuck to the fruit and desserts! A disgusting experience that I definitely don't want to repeat.

The all-you-can-eat menu was pretty dismal. The duck was awful, and the rest was just average.

I've been a customer for many years. The food was good and healthy, but now, unfortunately. Many overweight people do this every time. The same thing. Unfortunately, it's not healthy.

This “restaurant” is a complete disaster 😡 Food is really bad, greasy, salty, meat for the Mongolian grill is unappetizing in its own sink, the floor is dirty as if it hasn't been cleaned for weeks. Dirty dishes were piled up on almost every table and had not been cleared away. I don't even want to talk about the toilets, the floor is so dirty that you can stick your shoes on it. When I asked what it was like, I told the lady everything, but was dismissed with “I have to see if anyone spilled something”….. no excuse, nothing…… a food inspector should come by here

I have no idea what has changed, but this was by far the worst food/buffet ever. Everything used to be delicious here, but now it's just disgusting. Either cold or inedible. Service is non-existent, so we stacked our plates on the neighboring table 🤷‍♂️😅 I really don't know what to say, I'm speechless...

Great buffet with a large selection! I really loved this all-you-can-eat restaurant! The selection of food was huge - from fresh salads and sushi to warm dishes and delicious desserts, everything was there. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the food. Despite the large quantities, the dishes were fresh, well seasoned and attractively presented. The service was also friendly and attentive. Empty plates were quickly cleared away and drinks arrived quickly. The atmosphere was pleasant and although the restaurant was busy, there was enough space to eat. The price-performance ratio is definitely right here! If you like trying different dishes and value a large selection, this is the right place for you. I'd love to come back!

We haven't had a meal as bad as this Sunday for a long time. Far too many tables for the small buffet. Show cooking still hasn't come after 1 1/2 hours. Waiters don't understand German or English and ordering is almost impossible. And then the price for an empty buffet, no plates, or any leftovers. We have been coming back for several years but will not visit this restaurant again.******************** We gave the Asia Palace another chance and this time we went during the week in the evening. And what can we say, they took advantage of the opportunity. The buffet was very nicely prepared, everything was clean and well stocked. We also made a plate on the grill and it was quickly cooked, well fried and very tasty. We are happy to change the negative recession we wrote 5 months ago into a positive and improved one. If everything stays like this we will stop by more often.

Unfortunately it has diminished significantly. All the food was lukewarm, you could tell that the food was from the lunch buffet. Spareribs hard, even the fried noodles were hard. I searched in vain for a clean glass.

The worst Chinese in Upper Bavaria. The food is rubbish, overpriced and outrageous. The duck only consisted of bone fragments - you'll notice it at the first bite , is very lucky. Never for Ever.....

Were there for the first time and I think it will be the last time too. Every dish tasted almost the same. The highlight was that the beef strips tasted fishy and my sister had to throw up from the mussels at home!! Not recommended

I had dinner there with my parents on election Sunday. We are there regularly. At the entrance we were greeted warmly. When we asked if the table we wanted was free, we were told "yes, very happy." We sat for five minutes (in the entire restaurant there were about 40 people with a ratio of two service staff) when one of these employees came to our table, the first thing he asked was if we could move around - he had already cleaned here. We then implemented ourselves. We waited there again for about eight minutes surrounded by untidy tables and children running around playing with the decorations. Then came the visibly “untrained” and overwhelmed employee. Apart from the fact that he neither knew the contents of the menu nor understood that my parents wanted to share a dish. We chose three soups as a starter (two of the same!) after taking the order he turned to leave. Only when I verbally stopped him did he start making drinks. My father had a non-alcoholic wheat beer (it came without a foam head), I had a Spezi (it was warm, seemed stale and the glass was sticky), only my mother's white wine was perfect. When the soups were served, they were assigned incorrectly (three soups, two of which were the same). Mine tasted like ketchup and my parents' tasted like nothing because they were totally watery. The main course didn't get any better. The meat was tough and improperly cut. The mixed vegetables consisted of onion and beans. The duck has had better days too. The rice was good though. The service actually managed to clear the two neighboring tables (four seats each) after 1 1/2 hours. Sure, everyone has a bad day sometimes. Since the old service staff changed and they apparently work with temporary staff, the service has suffered increasingly and the good quality of the food! It's really a shame because we've been guests for years. We accepted the price increase but not the increasing circumstances! Bad service and food that doesn't taste good anymore.

We attended the evening buffet and were very satisfied. The food was delicious and always plentiful. The service cleared up quickly. Overall it's clean and tidy everywhere, but a little dusty in some places, but everything is ok. If you don't drink a lot then it's not worth paying extra for drinks.

There is an incredible amount of choice when it comes to food, everyone will find something here. From starters to main courses and dessert, everything is there. You serve yourself completely, including drinks, food, no matter what. You can have things grilled/roasted and brought to the table (don't forget the staple 😉) You can definitely have it done. Just a tip or wish from me, please invest in a good coffee machine... the cappuccino was really sad 🙈

We had reserved a table for Saturday evening at 7 p.m. Haven't eaten so badly in a long time. You had to look for plates and cutlery too. Sushi bar was just a tray of salmon, which was also tarnished. The rest was empty. We waited 1 hour for the plate from the grill and the grilled meat was tough and inedible. Otherwise everything was just empty. No wonton, no curry, no duck. There are no vegetables. Desserts also empty... just some fruit and small foam kisses. No baked pineapple or banana. No glasses at the drinks counter. Everything was very unhygienic. When we complained when paying, they just said it was just the weekend and we should come back on Tuesday. Incredible. That was definitely our last visit.

Unfortunately not recommended at all. We visited today on a Saturday (birthday dinner) The buffet was already very empty at 7 p.m. and no longer looked appetizing. It was only refilled every now and then. The fruit was completely empty and the cakes were still frozen 🤨😒 In addition, cutlery and plates were always missing.

The food is good and the service is courteous BUT with a buffet operation I expect that there will be better monitoring to see whether guests are behaving unhygienically and if they are kicked out! A group of drunks dropped pancakes from the dessert counter onto the floor, picked them up, and simply put them back on display. This would have gone completely unnoticed (even though they were behaving very conspicuously!) if we hadn't protested and complained loudly. They were then merely politely reprimanded. On a previous visit I also observed a child sticking his hand into the chocolate fountain, licking it and putting it back in! That doesn't work! The fountain has been taboo for me ever since! I'm happy to give 4 stars if they can get it under control!

Restaurant to avoid. The choice is very limited for the price of the menu which amounts to 30 euros. The food is bland. The wok part chars and salts your food too much. The only positive point is that the (soft) drinks are available.

The standard buffet on New Year's Eve was promised, as usual from other days. Instead, the restaurant staff tolerated a large family with extremely loud belly dancing music that disturbed all the other guests for hours until midnight. We were able to leave the ceremony just in time without praying.

Never again! the food was barely edible The staff didn't take it seriously that it didn't taste good and you still had to pay the full price for all you can eat even though you didn't even eat anything because it didn't taste good.

It's impossible to be threatened by other guests and the food is inedible, in Messa (LMU) it is more relaxed and comfortable.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed! We were there at 5:30 p.m. with a reservation... everything at the buffet was always empty, it took forever to refill it or it wasn't refilled at all (e.g. with sushi). We would have liked to have ordered one or two more alcoholic drinks, but it came no one (even after waving and speaking) anymore. The plates that you can have freshly fried (i.e. raw fish and raw meat) sat uncooled at the counter for 95 minutes! In addition, the plates were suddenly placed on top of each other with the raw food on them... just disgusting and unhygienic! We didn't eat them... the normal cost was €5 extra, but we didn't have to pay after complaining. All in all, unfortunately, not a recommendation at all, it's a shame because the food actually didn't taste bad if you were able to get hold of something.

Very good quality and selection. Locally very well equipped. The quality has always been well maintained over the years.

Featured, and in my opinion very delicious sea fish fillet, and among the soups, the spicy kimchi is very tasty. It has already been experienced several times and it is very delicious. Recommended for anyone who goes there, it should never be missed because of the personal experience.

An absolute no-go! I ordered something to take away at lunchtime and after 45 minutes it still wasn't ready... Absolutely not recommended!

We didn't really like the food. There were actually only greasy dishes and everything was sticky. If you leave something behind you have to pay €5. Of course I'm against wasting food, but we just didn't like the food and didn't want to finish it. When we ordered something to grill, we had to wait forever for our food. The Jell-O tasted like soap. I wouldn't recommend it.

Almost everything was missing from cake. Lamb chops were missing. I had to get my grilled food off the counter myself only to realize that most of it was burnt. My Chinese friend complained and then got a discount, only the rest of the group who weren't Chinese had to pay the full price. Never go to this store again.

Unfortunately, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The food was mediocre, especially the sushi - it tasted old and anything but fresh. The breaded shrimp were just floury and tasteless. I hardly got any of the duck or chicken because it was rarely refilled. When something was added, the guests pounced on it like they were in a zoo, and within a few seconds everything was gone. The same thing happened in other courts. For 28€ (Sunday evening) per head, it was a disgrace that we had to provide ourselves with mostly salad, mushrooms and the bad sushi. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed. Our plates piled up in towers at the table without anyone clearing them away. The glasses were also dirty, so I only drank from bottles. Overall it wasn't a pleasant visit and I definitely won't be returning. The price-performance ratio is simply miserable.

I am really disappointed with my visit. The organization was simply catastrophic. At peak times it was a disgrace to get anything to eat as the buffet was constantly empty and you could only get leftovers. It took forever to get anything refilled. Fresh plates? None. You had to constantly search or reuse your old plate. The glasses were dirty, which is completely unacceptable for me. When running a restaurant, hygiene should be a top priority, no matter how stressful it is. This was definitely the last visit for me. All the best - but things aren't looking good with an economy like this.

On my last visit about 2 weeks ago I caught ribs that had a strange taste and smell. Several things tasted old. Afterwards I felt sick. I complained when paying and over the phone, but I wasn't taken seriously. Was there last time.

So sorry, we've been going here off and on for 8 years and it's never been as bad as yesterday. The food that is grilled only tastes like burnt grill fat then you don't get what you gave in but other things like instead of the fish you get meat from another plate. All the finished breaded things were cold and there were a lot of fruit flies on the sushi and salmon. The salad was already wilted from the salad bar. The divine dish was sour when I said this as a defect. It was only said that this could happen and the cook was new. My old grill fat from the grill plate is no coincidence. As compensation instead of paying less, I was offered a plum wine. Well almost 30€ for such a bad, not nice condition of the restaurant (broken chair, dirty plates and no nice dishes) and the food. It was our last visit. I also think it's a shame only Dana at the checkout has anything to do with Asia, the rest, such as the cook, were probably Romanians or something. It's a shame it shouldn't be called an Asian restaurant anymore 😉

Very tasty food! But All You Cant Eat is a bit expensive in terms of price! It used to cost €18.90 per person! Now it costs €28.90

Unfortunately the sushi was terrible. Very dried rice (my guess is that the sushi was at least 3 days old) and the quality of the food is unfortunately not good. Even the "fresh" vegetables weren't really fresh. There was quite a bit going on that would have explained the old foods. The price for the evening buffet is far too overpriced for the poor quality. What was good were the drinks and the nice service staff. I can't recommend the place.
