McDonald's in Unterschleißheim

The disabled parking space was occupied by young people, and despite photographic documentation, no action could be taken, according to the staff. Around 9:00 PM, there was hardly any space on the ground floor, yet access to the first floor was completely blocked. I asked the employee to open it and was rebuffed, partly in a very unpleasant manner. This is my personal opinion and experience, and I will keep the photo in case Google sends me something I need to present as evidence.

If possible, do not park in the McDonalds parking lot when visiting the restaurant, but outside, otherwise you will receive a letter from the parking administration with a €35 fine for parking for 1 minute too long

Parking is often a bit tight and quite cramped. Otherwise, it's like most other McDonald's. These days, you order at terminals and have your food delivered or picked up. There's no menu for less than €10 anymore. It's more like €12-15 per person if you add a little something. It's actually too expensive for what you get. Nevertheless, the store is usually full. There are two floors and an outdoor seating area, as well as a drive-thru.

Just like McDonald's. Almost all the tables upstairs were dirty. The floor was very greasy, but otherwise everything was fine.

The order was super fast, ready 3 minutes after ordering, just a shame when you order 20 nuggets and only get 15 and only realize it on the highway

The food is fresh and the restaurant serves quickly. However, it's often crowded here because the upstairs area is usually closed.

After more than 70 minutes, I still haven't received any food. When I asked about it, they simply replied that they should be patient, as they had many open orders and only one driver available. Honestly, they should either shut down the delivery service or hire more drivers. That's not customer service! And unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident: In the past, when the delivery arrived at all, around 90% of orders were missing something. Drinks were forgotten, side dishes weren't delivered, or entire meals were incomplete. Absolute disaster!

I wanted to use the Wi-Fi to get some work done and grab a bite to eat. None of the employees knew there were power outlets in the store! I found them myself after a table in the corner became available where the power outlets I was looking for were, but they were previously obscured by the people sitting there. The food was, as usual, acceptable (the fries were soggy and barely lukewarm, of course). The icing on the cake, I received about a week later: a "ticket" from a parking company for exceeding the parking time! I didn't know until now that there was a time limit for parking at McDonald's. I will definitely not be going to this location again!

It's a shame there are no negative points for this place; I'd give it 10. Unfortunately, I fell for it again. I thought I'd give them a second chance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again. They shouldn't offer a delivery service if they can't manage it. And when the delivery arrives after two hours (!!!), the food is no longer warm, and all they hear are excuses, and sometimes something is missing from the order. I've had enough.

A young lady with glasses was extremely friendly to me and my friends. She even provided very quick table service. I can recommend her to everyone.

My colleague David ordered the garlic chicken nuggets, but he only received regular nuggets. Absolutely outrageous! Also, our fries were unsalted...

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. A week ago, we ordered from USH and took it with us. Everything was squashed and not very tasty. Unfortunately, the taste was very poor. The chicken nuggets also had an artificial taste. We love McDonald's. But unfortunately, we won't be able to go there anymore.

Such a bunny, I think the boss stands next to cameras at home the whole time, has nothing else to do, and watches the cameras to see which car has stayed there for how long. If you stay longer than an hour and a half, you get a €35 fine, even though you ate there.

Absolutely unfriendly staff. No customer service. The number is pressed even though the food isn't ready for pickup yet. When asked, the staff reacts rudely and unfriendly. Fast food redefined. A wait of over 15 minutes for pickup. Even at the drive-thru, cars are pushed further into the parking lot to meet the time limit, even though there are no other vehicles there, and you ask to continue into the parking lot. If it rains, you're given a soggy bag. Upon a friendly "I don't want to drive any further because there are no cars behind me," several employees immediately jump out the door threateningly. I've ordered from here many times, sometimes for well over €100 a month. Over and over, you swallow your anger. At some point, it's enough. All my colleagues will also refrain from visiting this branch for the time being.

This is where I love to get fat! The best McDonald's for miles around! The food often arrives faster than you order. Seats are always available, even during peak hours. Pre-ordering via the app works smoothly. The only minor criticism is the drive-thru; communication with vouchers is sometimes a bit shaky. "I don't think it's great either." Otherwise, it's great! If you want to gain some serious weight, you should probably look for a job nearby!

I accidentally left my AirPods at this McDonald’s, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped me to found them. Really appreciate their kindness and great service!

It's very annoying that the fries were missing from my takeout order when I got home. It would also be annoying to have to check all the items every time I buy food.

I wanted to try the new Bic Mac Chicken today. I went into the Mc Drive-In, drove past the intercom. The driver wasn't from around here. Okay, the man at the window said, "Please drive around again, please." Okay, we'll do it. Then we order. She says Mc Chicken, but we say no, Bic Mac Chicken. End of story: I come home and what's in it? Bic Mac, normal. So, on my last pickup order, three Mc Mufin Chicken were mixed up, and I got Mufin with egg. Because your bosses don't work on weekends. I have been to this McDonalds many times now. Most of the time he was pretty good. Today I ordered a mcplant and plant nuggets. I got a mcplant with meat patty and normal nuggets.

Good day, I would like to complain about the repeated bad experience with take-out orders from your branch. Several times a burger that I paid for was simply not given to me. This is very annoying - especially if you only notice the error when you get home and can't drive back. It seems as if the orders are not sufficiently checked. I ask that you take this issue seriously and ensure that orders are issued completely and correctly. Otherwise I will be forced to avoid your branch in the future

Unfortunately, the employees always make mistakes here. On each of our last 4 visits something was missing from the order. Okay for once, but that's a reliable source of error. -Get burger without cheese sauce -Chicken McNuggets were not enough -2x large fries were missing -Sauces were missing We will avoid this McDonalds because unfortunately you can't rely on everything you order being in the bag.

It feels like the hamburgers are getting smaller and smaller and taste more and more sticky. Even at McDonald's, inflation has taken hold and I see higher prices every quarter. I'm looking forward to the €5 hamburger on offer

Dear McDonald's team, Unfortunately I can't reflect any good experiences here. We used the MC Drive. After placing our order we were asked to wait, so we pulled into the designated parking space on MC Drive on the right, making it easier for cars behind us to pass. We stayed here for 2-3 minutes until an employee asked us not to park in the numbered parking spaces designated for MC Drive. Unfortunately, the right communication tone was not struck here either. After more than 10 minutes we received our order and the reason why the officially designated parking spaces were not the right ones: "The manager wants it that way because if a car is parked there we are measured by the time until the order is handed out and we want to become the best McDonald's." Unfortunately, 2 out of 5 orders were missing from our package. That's why we had to turn back and visit McDonald's again. The missing products were then added to the order upon request, but unfortunately they included, among other things, more than soft fries. Unfortunately, we won't be visiting this McDonald's again in the future because, for me, the price-performance ratio here is absolutely not right.

Since McDonald's hired Asian staff, things have been going downhill. The fries are raw and the burgers are not topping properly! Please rehire the old staff.

Rating refers to the company Parkdepot GmbH. The company responsible for the on-site parking spaces (parking depot) is the largest juice shop. If you drive to Mcces and park to eat with colleagues or family, you can look forward to a fine of 40 euros even though you are a customer and spend a lot of money on junk food. It's so reprehensible to stand there for 2-3 hours and spend 30-40 euros on food, but someone who stands there for the allowed 1:30 hours and blocks a parking space just to get a cheeseburger for 2 euros is okay. The Mcces itself is good but not recommended in combination with such a rip-off company.

What was already evident from many other reviews is unfortunately omnipresent. It is usually very dirty in the shop/on the terrace. In the toilets (M), one cubicle is usually closed off, probably to save cleaning time. Soaps are constantly empty. Unfortunately, what I can absolutely confirm is that the staff seem to be constantly overwhelmed, regardless of the time of day. No matter when we were there and regardless of whether we ate there or took food away - it really ALWAYS happened! something was missing! We basically stop at Mc Drive and look through everything. There is a lack of food, toys for the children, sauces - basically everything. If you order in a restaurant and have placed your order at the terminal, it usually appears on the "pick up" page even though you have only just started putting your order together. They probably want to "gloss over" handling times here as far as the timing is concerned. The whole thing only got really bad after the restaurant was renovated, before that there were occasional points but never with this frequency. Hardly any of the old staff from before is there anymore. We usually really think twice about going there - and usually we just do it for the sake of the children. Because when it comes to quality, it's no longer the McDonalds you used to know and like.

The service in the evening is very unfriendly and complains in Albanian when you have a request or don't have the money ready quickly enough. Cashier was overwhelmed and typed in the wrong menu. Couldn't handle our order (3 people) at all. Although the wrong burger was immediately complained about at the food counter, no exchange was made. No one will see us there any time soon.

Employees are very unfriendly, walk around behind the counter and eat finger food all the time. My order was wrong when I asked, I was treated very unfriendly and had my fishnet potatoes and burgers thrown onto the tray. Food was cold and there was no sauce on the Bigmac.

I went to Mc Donalds in USH, Max-Planck-Str. 19 parked and ate. Since it took more than 1.5 hours due to nice weather, I immediately received an invoice from Parkdepot GmbH for 35 euros with a two-week payment deadline. When I called, they said that McDonald's wanted it that way, so they had commissioned "Parkdepot" to do it and I had to pay for it. So McDonalds now has to live with this rating.

There is always something missing from the order, if you don't check your bag it's your own fault. I received an inedible burger one night that had clearly been drying in the display all day. I had to throw it away! A disappointment every time, I wish I had a reliable store near me.

All the burgers had to be reassembled, the meat was hanging out, the lettuce and cheese were in the packaging next to the burger, even though we ate in the house. The toilet was extremely dirty, with marks all over the bowl. It smelled terrible. I asked the managing director about it, but it was more of a “whatever, yes, thank you” reaction. Will look for another MCD next time, definitely!

Had to drive all the way from Eching because the McDonald’s in Eching is forever under construction then I get there and Half the deserts on the menu is not available no ice cream no McFlurry this should be called 1/2 McDonald’s McDonald’s in other countries never disappoint but Germany definitely a different story!!!!!!
