Sorry, but I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. The contents of the shrimp were “mushy fat content”, generally very fatty. The meat from the “Fresh Counter” was partly sour, and so on…. Service: zero! Our table was still dirty/greasy from the previous ones. After requesting, only one table seat was cleaned, my wife (because she asked) didn't show up for the next and last hour🤷‍♂️ It's a shame, I expect more for 25.90 euros. Owners and employees should go to Kofokoo Hamburg and get some inspiration for good food😉 last time here was 2 years ago (it was bad then) and today. We won't be back🙏

This restaurant was a big disappointment for us! The sushi was dry, the soup was very vinegary. Unfriendly staff! The selection is quite limited and not exactly tasty! And 25€/person Very expensive😕

We were here for the lunch buffet and were pleasantly surprised. There was a wide range of delicious food and drinks were also included in the price. We'll be back.

It is a classic Chinese buffet restaurant where there is a lot of food. The food is good. Atmosphere always depends somewhat on the seating. There is sometimes a shortage of plates on weekends. Since the food has to be refilled often on the weekend, everything always has to be prepared “fresh”.

For me the restaurant is more like a waiting hall. Friendly reception? Lots of choice but for the price I expect better quality. Mass is not important to me.

**Disappointing – not recommended** I was really disappointed with this Chinese buffet. The food was cold, the selection was bland and not fresh at all. The meat in particular looked dried out and old. Much to our annoyance, we paid a whopping 76 euros for two adults and one child! And this despite the fact that the prices online are significantly lower. In addition, there was no pasta or anything similar to the freshly fried food, which I know of better quality from other buffet houses. For what is offered, the price is absolutely not justified. In any other restaurant you can get much better and fresher food for the same money. It won't surprise me if fewer and fewer guests come in the future if nothing changes here. It's a shame, but I definitely won't be coming back.

For me the best Chinese restaurant in Heide. However, like everywhere else, prices have increased significantly. The Mongolian buffet is only offered on Sundays and public holidays. But not during the week, at the same price!? All soft drinks are included in the price. The guest then gets what is actually practical. Read the price list to understand when and what is offered. Everything is a bit difficult to understand. My VISA card was not accepted, only the Maestro card.

I think it's like a waiting room. The food is great. But it's not cheap either. Soft drinks included. Large selection.

Food tasted good and was warm. There was a nice selection of food. Children's area old and hardly any toys. Unfortunately no Visa or debit card is accepted. EC card only. Where can you find something like that? We would then have to go to the bank and get money.

We just ate there and were unfortunately very disappointed. We've eaten there several times and it's always been fine. Typical buffet…adapted to German conditions. Unfortunately the food today was very bad. The quality wasn't good, we had sushi that was dried out and hard. The "fried shrimps were deep fried and therefore not really edible, apart from the fact that they were definitely no longer shelf-stable. During two courses at the buffet, several items were always empty at the same time. Strangely enough, it’s always the things that are “high quality”. The sauces only tasted like flavor enhancers and the fried noodles were neither cooked through nor well done. And if you could get some of the good stuff, it was either so salty or unseasoned that you couldn't eat it. Some of the meat during the live cooking was already tarnished and dry...unfortunately, as described, everything was not good, to put it nicely. In addition, our table and the wall next to us were completely dirty. We needed a children's chair for our 11-month-old son that was still completely dirty, so we had to clean it first before we could use it. When we asked the staff about it several times, a winemaker came who was sent to us because the others unfortunately didn't have a good knowledge of German. She told us that unfortunately we were probably the problem here and that we were imagining everything. The deficiencies mentioned were also completely ignored. In the end we had to pay 67.50 for 2 buffets and 2 drinks. No discount was granted and we were then told that we “can” go now and should probably do so. It's a shame how we were treated here - it was the last time we ate there. Especially since the price for the buffet offering is not justified at all.

This is about food, cheap food and not dining in an elegant atmosphere. And you get that here with a huge selection of different dishes. Everything is great. And if it takes a while to clear the plates, what's the problem? I can't understand the negative comments here. People, take it easy.

Very nice restaurant with good food recommend this restaurant has many different dishes such as sushi and wok where you choose which food to take has many vegetables that you can choose from but they could have had a little less paprika or carrot in the sushi If you are in the area, go here

Very good offer tastes is recommended

We ate here yesterday in a small group and what can I say... super friendly, clean table, very attentive. Our empty plates were also quickly cleared from our table and, upon request, fresh, vegetarian sushi was conjured up for us in a short time. The funny small talk with our waitress was also great :) we'll definitely be back! Thank you for the lovely evening :)

Food doesn't taste good, plus there are high prices and ants in the restaurant as well as in the sprinkles for the ice cream.... I don't want to know how many people have eaten ice cream with ants on it.....

The restaurant used to be so good...that's why I had to change my rating. The food is so-so, lots of fruit flies on the fruit and everything around it is a disaster. The patio is just weeds and broken furniture. The mailbox overflows and is never emptied. The toilets are the bottom cannon!! The tiles are no longer white but almost black. Open sockets pose a danger to every child. The play area for the children consists only of broken things and is very dirty. Even so, everything is very messy and dirty. Unfortunately, the restaurant continues to dismantle, which is a shame. The price-performance ratio is no longer right here.

The price-performance ratio is not right here. It also takes forever for plates to be cleared away. Staff unfriendly. Menu... none. When I took the flyer, the waitress came running over and pointed out that this wasn't a menu and that today wasn't Tuesday-Thursday...sry...we were just talking at the table about the prices. The toilets were very dirty. The glass fronts full of fingerprints. Ice cream scoop in standing, dirty water. Ice cream stored way too warm. Food was okay, but nothing special. €4.20 for a soft drink is certainly cheaper.

The selection and food were okay, but I've definitely experienced better. There was nothing outstanding, but nothing that really disappointed me either. A big negative point was the service: the empty plates remained on the table for a very long time, even though the restaurant was hardly busy. So there should have been enough staff to take care of it. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean overall. However, the toilets could definitely use a thorough visit from the cleaning lady. There is a need for improvement here. Personally, I found the prices to be quite high. I find €25.90 for the buffet to be borderline, and €4.50 for a Diet Coke is, in my opinion, very expensive. Maybe I don't eat out too often and I'm just not used to the prices anymore. In summary, my visit was okay, but I probably won't be back anytime soon. There are certainly alternatives that offer better value for money.

We have been there many times and have always been satisfied. Now we were there again for the first time in about a year. Unfortunately, the corn in the salad bar was no longer good and tasted sour. The waitress said the chef had only opened the can this morning. When we wanted to have fruit for dessert, the bowl and spoon with the peaches were full of fruit flies. A whole flock flew out when I wanted to take the spoon. We were told that this was normal at this time of year and that she had fruit flies everywhere at home. Very unfortunate. We clearly lost our appetite and unfortunately that was our last visit there. With 2 adults and 2 kids we paid €96 including drinks. Unfortunately, the food or the quality is no longer worth it.

I was there at 10:30 in the evening but didn't even get any food to take away because the cook was supposedly already gone. Very rude. I'm very disappointed with it.

Very good all-you-can-eat restaurant! A lot of choice of different dishes in all categories. You can also have meat/fish/vegetables freshly fried there. There are also exotic types of meat such as zebra or kangaroo. IMPORTANT INFO: Payment with Visa or American Express does not work. Only normal EC card or cash.

Buffet was very good as always, only some of the sushi tasted "old" and the squid rings seemed flimsy to us, like they had been fried again.

When you look closer, the place is dusty and dirty. Corners of the toilet area are not cleaned. Lots of things on the buffet that aren't Chinese. Food was ok. was also filled up.

It was okay - but nothing more. We took part in the buffet. The selection was large, but there were also some things that I don't think belong on a Chinese buffet (fries, potato wedges, chicken wings). It's a shame that half of the large buffet consists of salad and desserts. The dining room is very large and rather uncomfortable. It was also quite cool there and the room doesn't invite you to linger. The service was almost non-existent. Even though there wasn't much going on when we visited, the plates stayed on the table for quite a long time. They didn't even ask if everything was OK. The cleanliness was borderline. Everything looked good on the surface, but if you look closely you'll quickly notice that the little things aren't clean. We were annoyed that there was an old price on the website; according to the service staff, the increase was in January. We expect a business owner to have the website adjusted after 4 months - but unfortunately he wasn't there so it couldn't be addressed. We probably won't come back.

The specialty buffet (Fri-Sun) is recommended, the standard buffet is average. When it is full, it sometimes takes time for empty containers to be refilled. Contrary to what is stated on this page, credit and debit cards are not accepted. Only pure debit or debit cards, and of course cash.

The first thing that bothers me is that the website is not secure and a warning pops up immediately. You call them and want to reserve a table and are told that you don't need to make a reservation because there is always enough space. You go there and end up in a better station hall. We mainly wanted to eat zebra and crocodile. We also tried other types of meat. Because everything was made with the same fat and sprinkled with the same spices, everything tasted the same. Everything was mixed up during the roast, even though there were only two types of meat on the plate, which were also placed separately. In addition, all types of meat that we tried with several people, as well as the various types of fish and seafood, were fried to death. The meat is all tough. Once and never again.

After visiting twice. The food tastes good. The offer is plentiful. Care is taken to ensure that it is refilled. Is is clean. The service is friendly. The price performance is okay. In my opinion, the flair of a classic Chinese restaurant is not enough, earthenware on the floor, a mix of furniture. Large room with plenty of space for many people and lots of movement. Anyone who has an affinity for noise will notice the background noise that is amplified by the space. Summary: Food was good, I missed the comfort.

It's worth every visit! It's always the same but that doesn't bother you. I always look forward to eating there again! It has to be a local pub once a month

It was a Sunday, and the big restaurant was packed, there was only a buffet, which looked very good, but it was always full of people and therefore some things were empty, even though they were always refilled, the man at the wok was overwhelmed and the shrimp were totally dry, not edible, including some meat, a shame, perhaps. You should try it during the week and not on the weekend

Super delicious food. The cleanliness of the toilets could be improved a little. Also the full tables. When we were there in August, there were no less than 9 tables full of dishes. I come from the catering industry myself and something like this has never happened to me. Here we wait until it's worth it and then we clear away with the big cart to roll. It's better to leave the table empty-handed instead of picking up something as you walk past. I can't fully understand. If the cleanliness of the toilets is at least better next time, there will definitely be one more star. Addendum: I was here today for the first time in a while. Before I checked the price on the website. €18.90 for the evening buffet and for a child aged 6 it would be €6. So €25.90 + drinks. We got there early and everything was full. The buffet was often quite empty and it took forever for drinks to arrive. Of course I still understood that because it was really full. What I don't understand is that the women's toilet still smells like there's feces everywhere. It's almost unbearable and very dirty. I also got the bill and was very shocked. The €25.90+ drinks suddenly became €35.90 + drinks. The evening buffet has risen from €18.90 (three years ago it was even €16.90) to €25.90! And for children instead of €1 per age it is now €1.50. So with one child and one adult I paid €10 more, with two adults it would even be €14. I think that's extreme, but what bothered me the most was that you had to check the website beforehand to see how much it cost and then have to pay €42 plus tip for a 0.2l and a 0.4l drink. I find it very rude. Inflation or not, but that's no longer normal, especially if it says otherwise on the website. You couldn't really use the fresh roasting on site because of the many people there. We won't be coming back any time soon.

If you get there on time, the buffet is well stocked and is regularly refilled. This decreases significantly at a later hour. We were there more often and at different times. But the toilets are a disgrace! For the prices that are charged, you can probably expect a reasonably clean toilet. The toilets are so disgusting that we won't go there anymore. Anyone who neglects their toilets so much can't be any different in the kitchen and I don't even want to have to imagine that.

Sehr nettes Personal. Aber das Essen war eher durchschnittlich. Das Buffet wurde nur sehr zögerlich nachgefüllt und geschmacklich war es auch nicht so gut.Hab gedacht nach der Steuererhöhung legt man sich für den hohen Preis mehr ins Zeug. Für 4 Personen Buffet ohne Wok Station 96 Euro. Es war es leider nicht Wert.

Der Service war sehr freundlich und immer bemüht. Wir waren an einem Donnerstag Abend dort und haben (inklusive Getränke) 23,90€ bezahlt. Das sind faire Preise für ein Buffet. Das Buffet ist aber leider sehr überschaubar gewesen, wahrscheinlich ist am Wochenende ein besserer Tag für einen Besuch. Der Rotkohl roch auch komisch und war nicht zu verzehren. Auch sah einiges an Gemüse und Obst nicht sehr appetitlich aus. Positiv ist auch das vielseitige Eisangebot zum Dessert.

Leider hat das Buffet von der Qualität sehr nachgelassen, es wird nicht wirklich nachgefüllt und auch nicht sauber gehalten. Wir waren an einem Sonntag Abend gegen 19:20 Uhr da und es waren nicht viele Gäste da. Preis und Leistung stimmen hier überhaupt nicht überein. ( Abend Buffet kostet pro Person 23,90€)

Nicht so wirklich meins. Essen ist ok, aber nicht der Hit. Preise gesalzen. Buffet mit einem Getränk 30 Euro.

Super lecker und sehr aufmerksames Personal

Ich komme seit Neueröffnung in diesen Laden. Am Anfang was ich sehr begeistert, endlich ein Guter Chinese in Heide. Aber nach Covid is leider der Charme nicht mehr da, auch das es keine Knuspriges Huhn mehr gibt. Erdnuss soße war auch mal etwas besser. Auf Nachfrage zum Knusprigen Huhn. Wurde mir gesagt, viele haben sich beschwert, es sei nicht Knusprig. Aber es war immer schnell vergriffen. Zum Service, naja man wartet echt sehr lange bis man an einen Tisch geführt wird oder das man seine Getränke bekommt. Aber das liegt entweder an der kleinen Anzahl an Personal oder man wird nicht beachtet. Ich hoffe mit der Bewertung, das hier und da sich was andern wird. Fazit man kann da Essen gehen. Und was noch ne Idee wäre. Wenn man Buffet mit Grill an dem Abend hat. Ob man gefragt wird ob man Grill nutzen will oder nicht. Und da weniger zahlen muss. Meine Begleitung wollte halt nicht grillen. Aber zahlt halt dafür mit. Wäre ne nette Option.

Ich war mit Freundinnen dort essen. Leider war das Essen nicht frisch, die Vanillesosse zum Dessert war sauer.

Beim Buffet war die Hälfte dauerhaft leer, Getränke kamen nach 40 min, die zweite Bestellung kam garnicht, Tisch war nicht abgewischt, Leute standen vorm Buffet und haben gewartet,weil das meiste leer war, Personal überfordert und zeigte keine Einsicht bei Ansprache.. Es hieß es sei ja so voll.. dann sollte man villt nicht so viele Leute annehmen,wenn man es nicht bewältigen kann!

Buffet war nichts besonderes. Das Fleisch eher minderwertig. Auch beim Wok wurde alles ziemlich "tot" gebraten. Und viel zuviel Fett benutzt. Irgendwie hat alles gleich geschmeckt. Aber am schlimmsten fand ich die Temperatur bei den Speisen. Alles war lauwarm. Eine ideale Voraussetzung für die Keimvermehrung. Für den Preis von 22,90€ pro Person darf man wohl etwas mehr erwarten.

Sehr lecker vom Buffet gegessen und genug Platz und es wird immer auf gefüllt.

Es war alles sehr gut aus eine Kleinigkeit hat uns gestört und zwar war am Obst sehr viele Obstfliegen.

Waren seit langem mal wieder hier essen und kann nicht meckern. Service war sehr nett. Auch beim zweiten Besuch fanden wir ein sauberes Lokal vor und das Essen war wieder lecker. Obwohl wir dieses Mal nichts vom Buffet hatten konnten wir beobachten das diese nachgefüllt wurde.

So ein tolles Buffet. Alles frische und sauber . Es wird immer wieder aufgefüllt. Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns mega wohl gefühlt. Einfach mega tolles Essen.

Das Buffet ist hier absolut zu empfehlen. Es kommt immer wieder schnell neues essen nach. Nichts ist lange leer und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Einzig die Akustik fällt manchmal auf. Durch die offene und Stoff arme Gestaltung ist es dann laut. Alles in allem sollte man hier einmal Einkehren wenn man gerne zum Chinesen geht. Ich komme aufjedenfall wieder.

Am Wochenende gibt es einige außergewöhnliche Fleischsorten extra im WOK zubereitet.

Das Restaurant hatte ein schönes Ambiente und super freundliches Personal. Das Essen war sehr lecker auch das gebratene Essen war sehr gut zubereitet trotz das es so mega voll war. Die Bedienung kam gar nicht dagegen an und trotzdem noch so freundlich, obwohl Gäste unverschämt reagierten, weil sie ihre Getränke nicht sofort bekamen. Beim Bezahlen entschuldigte sich die Bedingungen, weil sie nicht gleich zum bezahlen kam und sagte dass zwei Kollegen im Urlaub wären und es sehr stressig wäre. Super für die Ausdauer und der Freundlichkeit 👍👍

Das Essen war sehr gut, trotz dem das der Laden sehr voll war, wurden wir herzlich empfangen und sehr nett bewirtet. Ein sehr lobenswerter Service bei der hecktick noch so zuvorkommend zu handeln. Sehr löblich 👍👍👍 wir kommen gerne wieder zum Essen 🤗🥢

Dieses Restaurant ist sehr lecker. Doch im Sommer ist es sehr warm hier drin. Sonst ist die Bedinung sehr freundlich und auch das Essen ist gut . Also kann ich dieses Restaurant außer das es so warm ist sehr gut weiterempfehlen

Sehr gute Küche und viel Auswahl. Personal sehr nett 👍👌. Ich finde auch gut, das Leute mehr bezahlen, wenn sie den Hals nicht voll genug bekommen und essen liegen lassen. Es muss allerdings teurer sein. Weil man muss es ja nicht übertreiben 🤷‍♂️👍👌

Waren dort zum Mittagsbuffet. Reichlich Auswahl an Standartgerichten (Ente, Rind, Schwein etc.), auch eine kleine aber gute Sushi-Auswahl ist vorhanden. Besonderheit beim Buffet: Getränke werden ebenfalls vom Buffet geholt und sind dann im Buffetpreis inklusive, was den Besuch auch preislich sehr gut planbar macht.

Sehr zu empfehlen, das Essen schmeckt super und die Bedienung ist freundlich.
