Refusal to accept the voucher, claiming they'd been new owners for a month. However, reviews have been posted for months. Charged for a replacement item at checkout without mentioning any extra costs...never again.

I asked for "two boxes of rice with vegetables" at least three times. I received boxes of noodles. Then I explained the mistake and received boxes of rice. At home, I saw that they only contained rice. I spent €10 on rice that I could have cooked myself at home with vegetables for €2, but I prefer to buy something on the go so I can eat it right away. Now I have to cook vegetables again.

Food was good but like everything else it's too expensive

This is our favorite Asian place to get takeout. We love going there again and again because the food is so delicious. So, come on over and try it!

The food tastes good, but the waitress (owner?) definitely deserves a medal for being unfriendly... What a shame, because it's making us wonder whether we'll ever set foot in this place again.

Unfortunately: The waitress couldn't understand us and spoke almost NO German, but was very friendly. The rice was good. The soups were great. The wontons were tough. The crispy duck was dry. The shop suey had few vegetables. We were a bit disappointed! 😞

Offener, unverhohlener Rassismus, ziemlich schlechte Erfahrung! In der Suppe waren Insekten. Ich zeigte sie der Chefin, aber sie sagte, das sei Rindfleisch. Ich sagte, es seien wirklich Insekten. Offener, unverhohlener Rassismus! ! ! Ich stellte die Suppenschüssel neben ihr Spülbecken, dabei verschüttete sich etwas Suppe auf den Boden. Der Chef kam mit einem Löffel herausgerannt und wollte uns schlagen, schrie uns an und warf uns raus. Entschuldigung! So einen widerlichen vietnamesischen Laden habe ich noch nie erlebt! Nach einem langen Tag wollten wir einfach nur mit dem Kind eine Nudelsuppe essen! There were bugs in the soup I was eating. I pointed it out to the boss lady. She said it was beef, but I said it was really bugs. The boss rushed out and said it was normal. He said with a stinking face: "Chinesisch raus!" I took my soup bowl to the sink, and it spilled onto the floor. The owner rushed out with a spoon, trying to hit us and kick us out. This is the first time I've ever encountered such a disgusting Vietnamese restaurant. I spent the whole day just wanting to take my kids to some noodle soup! I didn't ask for a refund, and they didn't even offer an apology! This kind of service is outrageous! I advise all Chinese people to avoid this place. It's racist!

We received very friendly service and the food was delicious! I had the duck with peanut sauce and was amazed at how quickly it came! We'd love to go back! ❤️

The food was great, and I only had to wait 5 minutes for my food to arrive. I also find the staff here very friendly. I'll definitely be back next time! Thanks for the food☺️.

I ate at your place with my parents today. It was so delicious! 😍😍 and we only had to wait 5-10 minutes for 3 portions! And the workers were so nice and respectful. Thank you so much for such delicious food at such fair prices! 🥰❤️

I think the food there is very tasty and can only recommend it. In the past, they used to have the best ice cream in Nürtingen for 2 euros
