I find the sushi very, very delicious!!! I think the ambiance is a bit off-putting. A very good, inexpensive alternative to Koza in Landau.

The shop itself used to be a home-style restaurant near the train station, which has since changed hands. While not much has been invested in the infrastructure (especially the restrooms have seen better days), it looks like a mashup of Asia meets the Palatinate :p But the staff is very friendly, the food comes out quickly (at least in the evenings when I'm "on the hunt"), and the price-performance ratio is solid (sushi, as well as the hot dishes). The place doesn't (yet) invite you to linger. But all fans of takeout food will get their money's worth here, as the kitchen is incredibly fast (usually 10-15 minutes). I love going there and enjoying the sushi... The star deduction is due to the ambiance, which could be improved (but hey, I'd rather invest the money in the kitchen than in decor, that's my motto): It's good enough for a meal (or lunch), but a date or business lunch would probably be out of place.

We were quite disappointed. The food wasn't fresh. The mushrooms were canned, and the other ingredients were also quite stale. We were really looking forward to a fresh punch. The kimchi was initially missing, and when we pointed it out, the first response was that it was included. After mentioning it a second time, we received some more, but it was already past its best and no longer good. When we pointed this out, the only response was, "That's how it's supposed to be." So, everything was rather chaotic, with no fresh ingredients, and therefore not tasty. It also upset our digestion. A tiny portion of fries cost six euros. Far too expensive. The burger, however, was apparently good. What a shame.

Wollmesheimer Hauptstraße 13, Landau, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany We always watch Lautern games there on TV, good atmosphere, nice people (from the Palatinate after all 😀) staff, everything is perfectly fine.

Bürgerstraße 23This cafeteria is really great. The staff are extremely friendly, always smiling, and you feel very comfortable there. The space is large and cozy, and you can always find a seat. I really enjoy eating here :)
