Ordered from Asia Kitchen for the first time today. For myself and my two 3-year-old children, I ordered baked chicken with noodles and once with rice. The portions are huge and the delivery was quite quick... BUT it is so spicy (at first I thought I had ordered wrong), but that wasn't the case. And unfortunately the meat is also sticky (maybe due to the delivery/packaging) Conclusion: My children can only eat the meat and the rest is for the trash because I don't like spicy food either.

Some products were defective. Egg rice had no egg and some of the rice was still raw and some of the food was delivered cold. And unfortunately that wasn't the worst problem. The fried noodles tasted old and stale. The meat in the spring roll tasted so bad that you almost vomited after one bite. The Thom Kha soup was just a mess. Result: 4 people never liked it, we had to throw the entire food in the trash to be on the safe side, except for one side dish (dumplings), the rest was inedible. Little cooperation after a call. You get yelled at and they just hang up on you, absolutely terrible behavior. Never order here! - 60 euros for the garbage can.

The worst food ever! The quality is terrible, I almost puke at the first bite! Just terrible!!! The staff very unfriendly! The boss takes the phone and starts writing!! Just terrible! The store sucks anyway!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Food was only delivered 1 hour 50 minutes after we ordered online after we called. No apology here, just a “we have a lot to do”. Let's get to food. Twice baked chicken with rice, one with coconut milk sauce, the other chicken with peanut sauce. The coconut sauce was extremely bland and tasteless. The chicken was also not really crispy, dry and fatty, which is much more familiar from other Asian or Vietnamese restaurants. The rice was OK. The peanut sauce was very thick and didn't have a strong taste either. Probably warmed up a ready-made sauce in the kitchen and that's it. Very disappointing. As with the previous chicken, the rice was fine. Two chicken skewers with peanut sauce were also dry and chewy. The skewers were arranged on a lettuce leaf. The sushi was edible, the chicken here too was dry and tough. Luckily we didn't order sushi with fish. Almost half of the food went in the trash because everything was really not good. It's a shame about the money, the delivery service has to clearly and significantly increase its position in order to assert itself. We didn't take any photos, but visually the food looked pretty good.

This was our first time ordering there and definitely the last time too!! My food was good. My husband's duck would have been good if there had been duck in it too. Ok, it can happen under stress, but it shouldn't. Everything wouldn't be as bad if the staff had responded to questions in a solution-oriented and customer-friendly manner. Instead, it reacted almost offended and very argumentative and rude. It's a shame, but definitely not recommended!! You should spend your money somewhere else!! We can absolutely understand the negative reviews and can only agree with them.

Unfortunately the food was absolutely subpar, the spring roll was still cold And the chicken was cooked just as well as in the other photos. I was really annoyed that I ordered there. Really keep your hands off it. The store is no longer the same as it used to be.

Very clean service and fast delivery

Today I ordered fried noodles with baked chicken and then found a black guy with very long hair. When I called them, they didn't want to admit their mistake and caused a lot of stress and said I had done it myself. Only when I said that I would report this to Lieferando did they want to send me a new meal but I didn't want that. I then spoke to Lieferando and they said Asia Kitchen didn't want to give me my money back. I will never order from there again because of the food quality and service.

A pity… I have been a regular customer at Asia Kitchen for several years, the sushi has always been delicious, the portions are large and the delivery is fast. After the reopening I am disappointed... the rice has no taste, the duck nut sushi was without nuts and the delivery time was 1.5 hours... a shame This was the best sushi place in the area 😔

From what you can read in the comments, the store has had a very negative development since it reopened. We ordered food from this restaurant for the first time today. The disappointment was extremely great. First of all, the delivery time was very long. Just under 2 hours is a lot. When the food arrived, further disillusionment set in. The baked chicken was miserable. The breading was exceptional, but in a negative way. The sushi we ordered wasn't good either. The rice was very dry, as if it had been left open for a long time. Conclusion: 3 of 4 dishes were not good. The other dish was okay, nothing more.

No... just no... Unfortunately the worst Asian place I've ever eaten. Order came on time.

Eating very bad dry duck got dry noodle and not crispy and wobbly without sauces and also waited over two hours for the food and then got a bad meal never again it's best to close your shop

Do you like inedible food? Are you prepared to wait over an hour for the food to be delivered? Do you like burnt food? Then you've come to the right place! Paid €46.00 for “Duck”🐀, “Fried Noodle”, “Fried Rice” and “Spring Roll”! "Duck"🐀 was inedible and soaked in fat! Fried rice was 0.00% Asian...they use basmati rice! Fried noodles taste like nothing! 0.00% Asian! Spring roll was burnt dark black! The content of the spring rolls was very questionable...The "Canton sauce" that goes with the "duck"🐀...is a disgrace! A black puddle that smells like cat urine! If you have the opportunity and the courage, pay me back the €46.00 and please take the “food” with you. And you pay €46.00 for all of this....

Incredibly long delivery time of over 2 1/2 hours. In addition, there is also bad sushi that tastes like rubber. Just don't order there, you'll only get annoyed. Price performance is zero.

We have been a loyal customer for a long time and have ordered there again and again (via Lieferando). Last time the food was unfortunately very bad (no taste, some overfat, some burnt). We had ordered there so often that we received an 18 euro voucher (only for this restaurant). And so, we thought we'd try again because we were happy before. But then Lieferando said that the restaurant had closed permanently (you could still order via the homepage, but the voucher was via Lieferando). Today we saw that the restaurant (at Lieferando) is open again (with a new logo). We now wanted to redeem the voucher. However, it was said that it was now a new restaurant and the voucher would no longer be valid there. Treating loyal customers like this is really a disgrace and after the food was really miserable last time, we will be looking for a new Asian restaurant. The selection is big.

Today I ordered here again for a long time and I got really disgusting food...pasta smelled and tasted like old fat, fish wasn't fresh either and was way too fatty and the Canton sauce was too salty. I've never had worse food delivered. No, thank you never again!

I had it delivered. Fried rice with baked chicken. Rice too fatty and dry at the same time, strangely seasoned. Didn't taste good. The chicken was baked in old fat and tasteless. Sateen skewers dried and drowned in peanut sauce. Fried noodles only tasted like old fat. The baked fish tasted old. The canton sauce is just salty. Generally too greasy. I would like my money back. Will never order there again.

They completely messed up my order- rice instead of noodles, champignons instead of shiitake. Mediocre taste. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Rarely tried such bad food… unfortunately not suitable for eating. One star is still too many. Duck was burnt, coconut sauce was tasteless, curry sauce only tasted like broth, the pot of pepper must have fallen into the tomato soup... stomach ache was included for free... thanks for nothing

Had it delivered today: 1)Tofu with cashews (it was 2 for 1) + Quantity sufficient + was hot - little tofu - few vegetables, but lots of onions and bamboo - watery sauce - Rice is well cooked, but not washed properly beforehand and smells terribly musty 2) Coconut rice pudding with mango mousse topping + yes it was edible - not coconut rice pudding, but normal rice pudding from the package with coconut flakes from the package - not mango mousse, but fresh mango. Large piece very tough, not easy to eat

That was the first and last time I ordered. The chicken was burnt and the peanut sauce didn't taste like anything. Just like in other recessions.

I ordered there and didn't get any sauce with my spring roll, the spring roll was very small and not really good for the price, it was also a bit burnt just like the duck. It wasn't worth it for the price.

Chicken Szechuan style and the "standard Chinese" dishes always work, however Duck, Thai dishes are not their strong point. Driver friendliness is always a matter of luck.

I walked from my hotel to Asia Kitchen based on a simple google search and was delighted to find the food was excellent, full of flavour, and very satisfying. The service was prompt and pleasant. I wish I had even more appetite to try more of their extensive menu of Japanese and Thai recipes. I can thoroughly recommend a quaint sit-in or tasty take-out!

Ist ja ein Bestell Restaurant, deshalb nur 3 Sterne beim Ambiente. Aber das Essen ist absolut lecker und schmackhaft angerichtet. Auch die Kinder mochten es sehr gerne und ich werde sicherlich wieder bestellen. Eine reichhaltige Auswahl an sehr leckeren Gerichten. Auch das Sushi ist zu empfehlen. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall. Die Portionen sind sehr groß. Man wird für sein Geld auf jeden Fall satt. Gerne wieder.

Ich habe schon ungefähr 8Mal bei Asia Kitchen bestellt und ich muss ehrlich sagen, ich fand es war immer super toll dort. Egal ob ich was über Lieferando bestellt habe oder vor Ort. Vor allem bei den fairen Preisen muss man echt zugeben, dass das ein tolles Restaurant ist. Klar, einige haben über ein Haar im Essen geschrieben, was mir noch nicht passiert ist und wenn es passieren sollte, dann wären es keine 5 Sterne mehr, aber dafür den ganzen Laden zu verfluchen finde ich unnötig. Mir ist es aber schon bei anderen 4-5 Sterne Restaurants vorgekommen, wo sich keiner darüber beschwert hat. Das Essen habe ich trotzdem gegessen, weil Essen ist Essen Insgesamt finde ich, dass die in Asia Kitchen einen tollen Job machen. Kein Haar, super Service, super Gastfreundschaft und der Grund für die schlechten Rezensionen, liegen an den alten Besitzer des Restaurants. So ist es mir aufjedenfall zu Ohren gekommen. Der neue Besitzer ist viel besser in Asia Kitchen aufgehoben!!!

Bestelle öfter da .. essen ist immer sehr lecker. Bei den gebratenen Nudeln mit gebackenem Hähnchen variiert beim bestellen oft die Menge des Hähnchens. Mal mehr, mal weniger .. aber nie zu wenig .. es schmeckt immer sehr gut und das essen ist immer nach 20 min maximal da .. alles top

Asia Kitchen stellt immer pünktlich leckeres Essen zum abholen bereit. Preis Leistungsverhältniss stimmt. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Essen bietet eine große Auswahl. Gerne wieder.

I order delivery. The process was smooth food on time BUT not worth it. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY but it should not be extreme super hiper bad quality, afterwards we are in Germany. The food taste oldish. I mean fried in really old oíl and poorly unfreezed. Meat was not fresh and thinking over...this is for me the reason all dishes are super spicy (to mask the unfreshness). I hate trashing food but sometimes is Just not possible to do anything. Lesson learned.

Das Sushi war sehr lecker, das hätte auch 4 Sterne verdient. Die Fried-Box als Vorspeise war auch absolut in Ordnung, die Krupuk vielleicht separat einpacken. Lieferzeit war angemessen ABER wenn ich knusprige Ente bestelle, erwarte ich dies auch. Packt man die gebackene Ente aber in die Soße, hat es sich mit dem Knusprig erledigt. Die Wan Tan Suppe könnte mehr Würze vertragen, war aber in Ordnung. Die Soßen der 8 und 9 Kostbarkeiten ist nichts besonderes, eher Eimer auf und ab dafür. Das Gemüse ist sehr frisch und war auch noch super knackig. Der Laden könnte definitiv mehr leisten, eine 2. Chance wird es von uns geben.

4 mal schon bestellt , wollte immer das gleiche, jedoch 4 mal was anderes bekommen, ähnlich aber anders !!! Das wirklich richtig ärgerlich. Gestern wieder bestellt und wieder ist es anders geworden als ich es am Telefon sagte. Schade ! Manchmal mega lecker und gestern war es überhaupt nicht gut, gleich in den Müll geworfen. Blöd.

Kartenzahlung wird angeboten, bei Lieferung geht nur Barzahlung (auf der Rechnung steht EC-ZAHLUNG und der Lieferant hat das Gerät bei 2 von 2 Bestellungen "vergessen"). Nudeln statt Reis funktioniert online leider nicht. Portionsgrößen unklar. Essen an sich war lecker.

Sehr schnell geliefert, aber das Essen hat mich nicht sonderlich überzeugt

Uns hat's immer geschmeckt und wird es hoffentlich auch weiterhin. Sushi, wie auch andere, warme Gerichte! Zusätze, wie extra Reis, bzw Sosse, die man ja auch extra bezahlt, funktionieren nicht, werden aber berechnet. Getränke, wie Cola Light werden gerne verwechselt und als normale Cola geliefert. Wer hier nur das pure Essen bestellt, ist gut bedient.

Essen war okay,Wan Tan waren sehr lecker und auch das Sushi war gut.

Hatte Asianudeln mit Hähnchen und es war sehr lecker. Auf Wunsch konnte ich mir sogar das Gemüse selbst nach Geschmack aussuchen. Sehr nettes und neues Personal, das dort Arbeitet. Mit viel Herzblut an der Sache.

Also das war nichts leider, gebackenes chicken war in sehr alten fett gebraten, trocken und nicht frisch, hat nur nach dem fett geschmeckt. Sauce war auch ne niete 👎 bestelle nicht nochmal

Das asiatische Essen war leider nicht so gut. Vor allem das gebackene Huhn war richtig schlecht. Teilweise in sehr kleine Stücke geschnitten, dadurch sehr trocken geworden und die Panade war fast gar nicht vorhanden. Gebratene Nudeln mit Ente war OK aber auch hier war das Fleisch in kleine Stücke geschnitten. Ich kenne es so, das beides im Stück fritiert wird und dann erst klein geschnitten. Lieferung war sehr schnell und ein freundlicher Fahrer

Meine Familie hat heute hier Sushi bestellt und die Lieferung war recht schnell und das Essen war sehr köstlich.

Wir haben uns Essen liefern lassen. So doll war es wirklich nicht. Reis mit Ente war ohne ersichtliche Soße, die Ente teilweise trocken, teilweise sehr fettig. Das ist ja auch schon irgendwie neh Kunst. Die Krabben-Chips waren unterirdisch. Alt, pappig, labberig... Einfach traurig. Der Fahrer war verpeilt, aber freundlich und die Lieferung war doch recht zügig. Deshalb 2 Sterne.

Kann die ganzen negativen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen. Scheinen wohl von der Konkurrenz nebenan oder der Umgebung zu kommen. Sind ja auch alles Leute mit 1 oder 2 Bewertungen... Ich finde das Sushi dort sehr lecker und optisch sehr ansprechend. Habe schon mehrmals bestellt und jedes mal war es vor der Abholzeit schon fertig.

Gut, ich musste 10 anstatt 5 Minuten auf mein Essen warten. Aber dafür war es recht gut und reichlich. Besser, im Sinne von authentischer ginge es, aber meine Erwartungen wurden weitestgehend erfüllt. Der Laden war zwar recht unordentlich aber ich würde dennoch wieder hier bestellen.
