Wow...what can I say? It was my first and, unfortunately, last time there. The ambiance is really dated. Chairs, tables, even the glasses are all pretty worn. The "sushi" (if you can call it that) is subpar in quality. More rice than anything else. The chef at the grill was very nice and accommodating. The rest of the service was rather unfriendly. I had to double-check whether it was a server or a guest (no uniforms). It really needs a renovation, and the staff needs better training. I also found the clientele there to be borderline unpleasant (sweatpants and a shirt 🙃🤯 ).

We ordered sushi to pick up. Even on the way home, the portions seemed too small in weight. We ordered two sushi combinations, each with 18 different sushi pieces. When I got home, I counted them straight away and lo and behold: I was right. There were only 12 pieces per set. So I went back and complained. Because of the language barrier (not to make a sensational accusation, but it did make the process much more difficult and stressful), they initially had no idea what I was complaining about. Then they only wanted to give me simple tuna sushi as a replacement, even though they were missing the higher-quality California Inside Out or salmon. I talked for a while and explained what was missing, but apparently they didn't want to understand me or actually couldn't. After a lot of talking, I only got the 12 tuna sushi. I didn't want to argue any further because it was too exhausting and I was waiting for the sushi at home too. The sushi tasted average, and some of it wasn't rolled well. When I opened the sets, four of the sushi pieces had already lost their filling, which doesn't normally happen if they're rolled properly. I think it's a shame. Mistakes can always happen; no one can be blamed for them. But the entire process, including complaints and the lack of replacements or replacements that weren't of the same quality, was extremely annoying, and I'm left with the impression that they were a rip-off. Sorry! I can't recommend them.

Nice restaurant with friendly service and delicious food

Inconspicuous Asian restaurant that you should definitely visit. Always friendly welcome. Food well prepared and super tasty. The eye is definitely eating here. The summer rolls and the dishes with duck are recommended here. Delivery service or order pickup is also offered, but we have not tested it yet. We prefer to enjoy the hospitality in the restaurant 🤗 Update: Delivery service has now been tested several times and found to be excellent. Food arrives very well packaged and is still very hot. Even the soup. Just great.

The best and most delicious duck curry I have ever eaten.

Honestly, I was surprised by the dish, as I wasn't expecting it to be served this way. I felt like I had made the maki rolls myself at home, because a cut like that couldn't possibly have come from a professional chef in a restaurant. As for the taste, it was very average and didn't live up to my expectations. I definitely won't order again, and I think one star is a completely fair rating.

I actually love the sushi from here, but I think it's a disgrace to expect a minimum order value of €50 for delivery. I had often ordered by phone without meeting the €50 minimum order, but apparently that is no longer accepted either. I think it's a real shame.

Completely individual card. Good portions, crispy fresh, attractively prepared, super tasty and friendly service, what more could you want.

The card stated that the guest would receive 8 makis, but he only received 6 pieces. Sushi is lower standard and bland. Rice has little to no seasoning. Insect sprays are available in the guest area. Not a good omen...

Always good! Whether it's sushi, starters, soups or main courses, everything is always fresh and delicious. We just ordered from the menu for lunch for 5 people and everyone was more than satisfied. Delivery was also on time and a super nice driver 👍🏻

My absolute favorite restaurant when it comes to Asian food. The food is an absolute pleasure every time. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the restaurant offers enough seating to eat on site. Today I was there for the first time after the renovation and I have to say that it was more than successful. The ambience is really inviting and the Japanese blossom cherry branch gives the whole thing a nice flair. In combination with the calm music, a very nice atmosphere is created here. I would recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for good Asian cuisine and I look forward to my next visit.

Das Essen ist wirklich immer klasse. Wir kommen sehr gerne hier hin. Sushi frisch, schön dekoriert und preislich völlig ok. Gebratene Ente ist auch mega lecker, daher können wir uns nie entscheiden:-)

Mag das Ambiente, sitze irgendwie immer 15 Minuten da und keiner kommt um die Bestellung anzunehmen obwohl es jedes Mal staubtrocken leer ist. Dafür können sich meine Geschmacksknospen nach dem 4ten Mal immer noch nicht davon erholen, wie maximal lecker das gebratene Ente Sushi ist, 11/10

Für das Essen, besonders das Sushi, gebe ich immer wieder gerne 5 Sterne ABER seit dem Umbau würden wir nicht mehr vor Ort essen. Service? Hat leider völlig gefehlt. Nachdem wir unser Essen und Getränke hatten, haben wir niemand mehr gesehen. Sehr Schade. Dann lieber wieder bestellen und/oder abholen.

Geheimtipp „das Juwel“ in Bergheim! Premium Asia Food, eins der besten die ich jemals gegessen habe. Würde man von außen niemals erkennen. Klein aber fein, sehr gemütlich und eine sehr nette Inhaberin.

Hervorragendes Asiatisches Essen! Wir haben mehrmals verschiedene Sushi Arten und Gerichte liefern lassen oder abgeholt. Die Qualität und der Geschmack der Speisen sind für uns hervorragend. Wir kommen immer wieder!

Heute das erste mal hier bestellt, obwohl ich mehr Frischkäse in den Philadelphia Special-Rolls erwartete, wurde ich sehr positiv überrascht, ich habe nachgefragt und mir wurde alles genau erklärt, es handelt sich um eine andere Zubereitung mit dem Ziel den Geschmack nicht vom Frischkäse zu übertönen, was ich nicht wusste, trotzdem sehr lecker! Für das Essen und Service 5 Sterne

Meine Geschmacksknospen kamen nach 8 Stücken Sushi immer noch nicht klar. Ente-Sesam-Frischkäse 10/10

Ananassaft 2.5 Euro！aber kostet es heute 2.9 Euro!Die Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie gab mir die Preisdifferenz zurück.👍

Ich habe ein paar mal in diesem Restaurant gegessen und es ist jedes Mal ein Genuss. Das Restaurant bietet eine große Auswahl an leckerem Essen, insbesondere Sushi, das frisch zubereitet und hervorragend präsentiert wird. Insgesamt kann ich das Restaurant auf jeden Fall empfehlen und freue mich schon darauf, bald wieder dort zu essen.

Sehr gutes, frisch zubereitetes und leckeres Essen ohne Geschmacksverstärker, nettes Ambiente, Chefin und Team super freundlich und nett. Cocktailkarte und leckere vietnamesische Shakes, Kaffee und Eiskaffee. Lieferservice so schnell wie kein anderer👍👍👍Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert👍👍👍
