We generally order by phone and pick up our food ourselves. It takes an average of 20 minutes. When you pick up yourself, the food is hot and fresh, of course. We've ordered many times and have never received cold or bad food. The vegetables were always fresh and crisp, and the portions were more than enough to fill you up. The prices are also reasonable. The chef usually serves directly and is always very friendly. The restaurant is simple and probably not for everyone. However, this is a visual issue; it doesn't affect the food or the quality. Card payments are not accepted; only cash is accepted. We highly recommend the food there; we've never ordered via delivery services, so we can't comment on that.

Waited over 2 hours and no answer to call

I ordered two Asian dishes online at 9 p.m. The stated delivery time was between 35 and 50 minutes, but unfortunately, the food didn't arrive for two hours. The food was advertised as being vegetable-based, but 90% of the vegetables were beans. The flavor was a bit weak.

Outrageous delivery times never again!!!

I waited over three hours for my food. Never again...I was told several times that they would leave right away.

3 hours of delivery, even though we called before ordering and were promised 70 minutes. Every call gave us a new excuse. It happened once before with 2 hours, but 3 hours is simply an absolute imposition. Never again.

I ordered my food from the restaurant at Lieferando. I only bought spring rolls. Actually, you can't go wrong with spring rolls and sweet and sour sauce. However, the sweet and sour sauce had expired (it tasted sour and rotten) and the spring rolls were like rubber and only tasted like fat. I've never experienced anything like that. No wonder the reviews here are accordingly. Never here again. Ps: the supplier couldn't find the address either. For next time: Google Maps helps👍

Have to wait 2 hours... The food wasn't good. I'll never order from there again. They should close their business

Ich kann die ganzen negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, bestellt über Lieferando wurde ganz klar eine Lieferzeit von 60 Minuten vorgegeben. Pünktlich eine Stunde später war das Sushi da. Ura Maki je Sorte 8 Röllchen, üppig gefüllt mit Lachs und Avocado. Frischer Geruch und schöne frische Deko aus Rettichjulienne und Ingwer. Ingwer extra je 1€, Wasabi und Stäbchen mit dabei. Prima unkompliziert.

Haben uns Essen von dort liefern lassen. Die Bestellung kam relativ pünktlich (kleine Schwankungen bei Lieferung nach Erlangen sind aber auch verständlich) und wurde uns freundlich übergeben. Geschmacklich gab's nichts auszusetzen, alles sehr lecker. Gerne wieder!

Essen ist sehr lecker. Allerdings wartet man ewig auf seine Bestellung. Zum 3 mal dort bestellt und es dauert fast 2 Std. Heute habe ich 3 Std vorher bestellt und den Lieferzeitpunkt festgelegt . Und sogar da dauert es noch länger als man verzeihen kann... Schade, ohne die liefer Probleme wäre es 5 Sterne wert...

Das Essen an sich war schmackhaft. Jedoch haben wir für 80 euro Sushi bestellt und nicht mal eine Haselnuss große Menge Wasabi dazu erhalten, was natürlich viel zu wenig war. Ähnlich auch mit dem Ingwer welcher kaum vorhanden war. Weiterhin zu bemängeln war das äußere Erscheinungsbild bzw Verpackunsbild des Essens. Ansonsten war das essen gut und auch der service war nett.

Wir gehen ins Sushi Luu normalerweise zum All You can Eat Sushi. Erwartungsgemäß ist zu diesem Preis keine Spitzenqualität zu erwarten, aber das servierte Ergebnis ist dennoch erstaunlich. Im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern ist tatsächlich Fisch und nicht nur Gemüse auf dem Teller, und das in durchaus ansprechender Qualtität. Die Leistung ist hier definitiv am oberen Limit, was zu diesem Preis machbar ist!

I went there to order takeout and had to wait while they made it. I waited about 40 minutes, and eventually the hostess looked at a box that had been sitting there for 20 minutes and told me my food was ready. That made me mad, but this is the kind of thing that happens to me as a foreign tourist who doesn't speak very good German, because I'm too shy to ask "Ist es fast fertig?" But I'm not going to lie, when I got back to the hotel and ate it was pretty damn good. I only had Thai dishes, no Sushi.
