Asia Gourmet in Esslingen am Neckar

We were there with 9 adults and one child. So I thought everything was great. We went to the lunch buffet and everyone found more than enough to please them. A huge selection and drinks are included free of charge. Only original drinks like Coca Cola, Fanta, etc. and all you can eat for 18 euros. Unbeatable. The employees were all friendly and very quick to clean. I can only recommend it and will definitely come back.

Large selection of food and drinks. Overall I was happy with the taste. Better than in comparable restaurants in the (further) area. Ambience, well, but that wasn't important to me.

We have been coming to eat at least twice a month for years. Today the staff asked us why we didn't finish our 0.33 cola. It was said, without exaggerating, that we should drink empty otherwise we would pay extra for the drinks as a penalty. Although it is included in the flat. Do it with a few regular customers and then you can close, like almost all shops in Esslingen. Simply get rid of the flat drinks if your costs are too high, but with 10€ flat drinks and we only drank a 0.33l cola twice, your costs are covered. Guaranteed. For us that was it...good luck.

Food is relatively tasty, but sometimes cold. Service literally exudes rudeness. Ambience is also relatively ok, but long removed from 5 stars. Store is recommended.

Decidedly average buffet restaurant, in a good sense. The food offering is what you would expect from an Asian restaurant and the buffet bowls are regularly refilled. There are also fries and nuggets for children or particularly picky people. For the evening buffet there is also a grill where you can choose fresh meat that is then grilled/roasted. Personally, I can recommend the lunch buffet with drinks for around €17. Only the cleanliness of the tables and cutlery could be better.

I recommend visiting once, like a buffet, pay and eat as much as you can.

Tried again after 4 months... and experienced exactly the same thing as back then. Friday evening... not much going on. Hardly anything fresh was replenished at the buffet. Some bowls EMPTY. Dishes have been kept warm for ages... but still cold... Put the meat together on the plate yourself and let it fry - TOTALLY frozen together!!! You couldn't pull it apart - but it didn't look appetizing either.... green/brown lamb chop... as well as beef etc. The finished food tasted good. However, in total for this price... insanely high... 28.90 ONLY including anti-alcolic drinks. When it comes to alcohol, things get even more expensive. Too bad....IT'S SO GOOD.... At 9:20 p.m. about 25 people came.... stormed in.... at the checkout... then there were packages and the crowd rummaged through the buffet. We lost our appetite for another course or desserts. When it comes to cleanliness, you should always remove cobwebs and other things from the men's toilet, as well as the disgusting ventilation grilles. Cleanliness... When you come in, we sat at the 3rd table on the right and looked DIRECTLY at a spider web about 1.5 meters wide... and found even more. So we're not going there anymore.

I love Asian buffets with all you can drink... Everything your heart desires. Pasta, rice, curry, chicken, beef, fish, shrimp, all kinds of sushi with avocado, spring rolls, all kinds of vegetables, olives, tomatoes, feta cheese, lettuce, cucumber, pickles, meat can be freshly fried until tender... Very nice restaurant with delicious specialties. I can highly recommend the stay. The food is delicious and fresh. As soon as something is empty at the buffet, it is refilled straight away. The ambience also looks very great and elegant.

The food is great, there is a lot to choose from and you can sit here really comfortably and take your time. Parking is available right in front and the atmosphere is nice. It's clean and the service is good. The prices are slightly high, but it depends on how much you eat. I can recommend the all you can eat.

Very good restaurant with an unlimited range of stir-fries, desserts, salads and ice cream. The most important thing is that there is an iron plate at night! Unlimited seafood and meat! The service is very good. If something is missing, the waiter will deliver it immediately.🥰

Sorry, but I always judge objectively and this idea wasn't nice... Good business continues...

Well - how do you say that so that it is understood authentically... the level of the food on offer should be in the range of warmed ready-made products - the gentleman behind the grill with tattered sweatpants and flip flops doesn't make it any easier. However, the prices for the buffet are dangerous and are more on the level of ambitious top-league restaurants. We came from our Austria vacation to Esslingen to celebrate my best friend's birthday. After checking into the hotel, we looked for somewhere nearby to eat. The restaurant was a quarter of an hour's walk away and we like to eat Asian food. The location of the restaurant is not really attractive in an industrial area. The look of the restaurant from the outside has probably changed over the years. The atmosphere in the restaurant is more reminiscent of a factory hall. Everything is very gloomy, even though the sun was still shining outside. The buffet consists of sushi, already cooked dishes, dessert and raw pieces of fish and meat that can then be prepared with other raw ingredients (vegetables, sauce, etc.) (Mongolian). This last part of the buffet was good. The sushi was one of the worst I've ever eaten. The rice seemed like rice pudding to me and it grew more and more in my mouth. The already cooked dishes were so mediocre, as was the dessert. The buffet is available with and without flat drinks. No matter what you decide, the price/performance ratio is poor, i.e. it is too expensive. I wouldn't want to go to this place again.

The floor around the food stations is sticky and every step makes a small sucking noise. The food tastes bland - perhaps without spices? No, not again so soon.

A paradise for foodies! I had the pleasure of dining at Asia Gourmet last night and it was an unforgettable experience! From the first minute the service was first class. The staff was friendly, attentive and always made sure that we didn't lack anything. The choice of food was overwhelming. Whether it was sushi, warm Asian dishes, fresh salads or desserts – everything was of the highest quality and perfectly prepared. I was particularly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the variety of flavors. There really is something for everyone, whether you are a meat lover, vegetarian or vegan. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant and invites you to linger. The furnishings are modern and clean, and you immediately feel at home. Despite the large number of guests taking advantage of the all-you-can-eat offer, everything was well organized and there were no long waiting times. A special highlight for me was the opportunity to watch the chef prepare some dishes. It was fascinating to see the precision and dedication with which the work was carried out. Overall it was a fantastic evening and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a first class all you can eat experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We recently discovered this gourmet temple as I call it and have already been there twice. Food is available from the buffet for 23.90 euros (without drinks) or for 28.90 euros (with drinks) There is very tasty food with many variations and a variety of food choices. I'm particularly a duck and chicken lover and I have to admit, I haven't had anything better in other stores. In terms of price, I think it's completely okay. I would say that the gourmet temple has space for an estimated 400 people. All very nice hosts and we will go back at any time and have a nice evening. At the end, of course, you get a few fortune cookies.

Ate today -> never again. Dry leftover food on the plate. Not a single plate was clean here! When we were made aware of this, the plates were rinsed with cold water and pressed wet into our hands. The rice and pasta were completely cold, as if they had been taken from the fridge. Taste ok. Paid €57 and received a €5 voucher valid for one month. Total horror. Not recommended! Especially not on a special day.

At lunchtime there is a buffet with ready-made dishes. There is sushi, salads, duck chicken, beef, shrimp, calamari, various vegetables and various sauces and a dessert buffet. MSN can take an all you can drink package. It was delicious.

Lunch for 2 people as a buffet including drinks for €33 is absolutely fine. The food is good, there is enough. You take your own drinks.

Chinese specialties. All you can do it. But super expensive in the evening hours. Almost 30 euros per person aged 14 and over. There is enough parking space. But you can also order menus but since we employees are very unfriendly and cheeky, you can be happy if you still get something to eat. It was an unpleasant experience for us as a family. Nevertheless, I hope things go better for you and I wish you bon appetite.

Kudos to the staff, especially how much patience you have with difficult visitors. Sometimes I can't think of how people can behave when they go to a restaurant as a guest and can't behave. Super friendly! The food is very tasty and a large selection. It could be better kept warm otherwise it's really tasty. What I would personally be happy about is more steamed dishes, e.g. B Baozi, that would definitely go well. I also really like the atmosphere. We've been there several times and I've always left the restaurant with a smiling face. It has always been clean so far. Keep it up!

I was there on March 8th with my daughter and granddaughter Lunch. . The food with sauce was very salty and after a week my legs were still very swollen. Like, I only ate half of it. My daughter had diarrhea all night. I think over the years I've been there at least 50 times or more. Nothing like this has ever happened to me. Actually you have to show something like that. I'll think about going there again to eat!

The ambience is big and with plants I like that. What I unfortunately have to complain about is that far too much oil is put into the food. Both at the buffet and when the raw ingredients are handed over to the chef, they are fried with a lot of oil. The food would definitely be better if there wasn't so much oil in it. It's really a shame, I think light Chinese cuisine goes a bit down the drain when it's so heavy in the stomach. What is recommended is the vegetables and the shrimps. You could pay more attention to the cleanliness of the dishes. What I like is that the staff is friendly and has a sense of humor. With a few improvements this could be a really great restaurant. And the food could be kept a little warmer. For me it was sometimes lukewarm.

Asian gourmet… I actually went there up to three times a week, always with a lunch break. I thought the food was great until this Friday. On Friday there were two of me, both ordered the same thing. After a few minutes the food came, served by the boss Both started eating until we saw something strange in the sauce, they were creatures with legs!!! Disgusting! Discreetly called the waitress to us, she looked at it and shouted: Nothing tiiireee Nothing tiiireee! We didn't expect anything like that!!! What I ate tasted good, especially the freshly prepared grilled shrimp and crab, various mussels, squid, many types of fish, many types of vegetables and all types of meat (including ostrich). The location is OK but the food is great.

Our visit to Asia Gourmet was a pleasant experience that I would like to share. We opted for the "All You Can Eat" offer and were not disappointed. The restaurant offered a variety of dishes including crispy duck, various meats, fresh fruits and delicious desserts. The ability to choose your own drinks from the fridge was a nice extra and included. The restaurant's furnishings are a bit old, but this was compensated for by the variety and quality of the food. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. Particularly noteworthy is the low price compared to other Chinese restaurants. Despite the somewhat dated decor, Asia Gourmet offers unbeatable value for money for a rich dining experience. Unfortunately very disappointing. The food at the buffet was only lukewarm and the taste was no longer what it used to be. Meat and vegetables for the grill were presented very carelessly, some of the vegetables were still frozen. Sauces and spices distributed throughout the buffet. Unfortunately there is very little choice for vegetarians if you want to call fries, rice and champions with brown sauce a selection. With the drinks flat rate you get the drinks yourself from the fridge, it's okay if you know that. Staff not very friendly and helpful, rather gives the impression of being annoyed. A pity!

The food is not worth the €25 per person with drinks. With that money you can eat better somewhere else. In addition, we had to sit at the table in a jacket because it was like a refrigerator in there (in winter). At least one heater could have been turned on. Have a good meal. Despite the fact that I have lived in Esslingen my whole life (24), I went to Asia Gourmet for the first time today. For just under €30 pp (including soft drinks) you can get usable fried noodles and breaded all sorts. If you like spicy sauce like me, you'll be disappointed because it doesn't exist. The baked chicken also tastes below average. However, the “fresh” meat that is fried is terrible. I only tried the beef, which was half-frozen in the refrigerator and covered in a jam-like red liquid (certainly not blood). The taste of the whole thing also reminded me more of liver. I have to admit that I had to spit out the only piece that I had in my mouth because it tasted really disgusting and indefinable. If you want to spend €30, you should go to kleine Traube in Esslingen (my local bar) for €25 you'll get your fill here and get a drink with it. Really just don't come here. PS I couldn't try the rest of the meat because it was completely frozen.

First of all - we won't be coming back! The food was lukewarm or almost cold (we were there on a Saturday evening at 6 p.m. and not towards the end). There was still plenty of choice at the buffet and it was always well stocked. I can definitely advise against the whole dessert!! The toilets were also anything but hygienic. Once and never again …..

Das Essen gleicht eher einer Massenabfertigung ohne wirklicher Leidenschaft für asiatisches Essen. Man muss genau schauen, wo man was wirklich Asiatisches bekommt - oft ist es frittiert für die Kinder mit Hühnchen Nuggets und Pommes. Das Sushi ist nicht so gut, da der Reis nicht gesäuert ist. Die Gerichte zum selbst zusammenstellen sind gut und die Auswahl an verschiedenen Lebensmittel ist toll.

Waren heute das 1. mal nach Jahren wieder hier. Früher immer begeistert gewesen. Heute jedoch Extrem enttäuscht fast schockiert. Lammkoteletts an der frische Theke gräulich,… Essen kalt teilweise und abgestanden,….alles macht einen schmuddeligen Eindruck,..durch das Getränke selber holen eher Tankstellen Flair,… Sorry Asia Gourmet,.. früher Top jetzt leider Flop. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.

Besuch mit gemischten Gefühlen! Sehr positiv war das gut gelaunte und zuvorkommende Personal. Auch gut fand ich die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Restaurant, diese sind aber nicht unbedingt ausreichend bei vollem Haus. Sehr angenehm fand ich auch das saubere Ambiente, so wie das Raumklima. Beim Essen bin ich sehr zwiegespalten, das Gemüse war durchweg lecker und die meisten frittierten Speisen waren auch sehr genießbar aber leider nicht alle. Die gekochten Fleischspeisen waren für mich nicht ganz so lecker, was weniger an der Konsistenz oder Qualität lag sondern mehr an den diversen Gewürzen. Das zu bratende Fleisch vor allem die kleinen Rinderstückchen waren sehr lecker, aber der zu bratende Fisch vor allem der Sepia und Oktopus ist wirklich nicht zu empfehlen!!! Ob das wohl immer so ist??? Der Nachtisch war mit Mini-Schokoküsse, Tiramisu, Götterspeise, viele Eissorten etc. mehr als ausreichend und lecker. Alles andere wie Sushi habe ich nicht probiert. Getränke gibt es, Cola auch Cola-Zero, Fanta, Mezzo, Säfte, Apfelschorle, Tee, Kaffee, Alkoholfreies Bier. Alles gut gekühlt und zur Selbstbedienung in Kühlschränken bereitgestellt. Alkoholische Getränke gibt es auf Anfrage an der Bar. Die größte Überraschung jedoch hatten wir an der Kasse. 90€ für Frau, Kind (12Jahre) und Mann! 30€ p.P. lag wohl daran das heute Nacht Sylvester ist?! Naja, letzten Endes sind wir alle mehr als satt geworden.

Sehr schönes Asia Buffet Restaurant mit Grill. Die Auswahl ist gut und das Ambiente sehr schön. Sind gerne dort zum Essen.

Samstag Abend, 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind. Preis für Buffet inkl. Getränke Flat knapp 70 Euro. Reichliche Auswahl, geschmacklich gut, allerdings vieles nur lauwarm. Man kann sich auch selbst zusammenstellen und braten lassen, aber das hätte viel zu lange gedauert. Die Getränke mittleres bis unteres Preissegment. Nachtisch relativ einfallslos. Es ging hektisch zu, das Personal war aber trotzdem sehr freundlich.

Wer so gut wie keine Erwartungen an Essen hat und auch sonst nicht wählerisch beim Essen ist, der ist hier genau richtig! Asia JA, Gourmet: NEIN! NEIN! (doppel NEIN)! Essen ist 70% übersalzen, nur mäßig warmes Buffet (also lauwarm)... Völlig lieblos zubereitet / hergestellt... Was schlecht ist, kann immer besser werden. Problem ist - wie schlecht muß es noch werden, bevor es dann besser wird. Im Moment wird's schlechter und schlechter. Für mich: Nein, "Danke"!

Früher war sauber und gepflegt . Jetzt ist nicht mehr so wie sein soll und Boden ist klebrig und rutschig! Gerichte manchmal haben keine Frische Geruch und Geschmack ! Selbstverständlich Qualität rutscht in falsche Richtung ! Abend zu kommen wir wieder und wünschen uns dass alles wieder gut wird ! Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt !

Wir haben hier das All-You-Can-Eat-Angebot genutzt. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist groß, aber die Produkte wirken preisgünstig, wohl um den Gewinn zu maximieren. Leider lässt die Hygiene zu wünschen übrig – die Toiletten waren nicht sauber, der Boden dreckig, und überall war Staub. Beim Eisbereich fiel uns ein Wasserbehälter auf, um den Eislöffel zu reinigen, jedoch mit sichtbarem Schmutz an der Oberfläche. Alles in allem gibt es wahrscheinlich bessere Alternativen, da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier nicht überzeugt.

Das Essen vom Buffet war leider kalt ebenso der Reis alle Gerichte schmecken fast gleich und auch das Essen vom Grill war leider nicht warm früher war alles viel viel leckerer sehr schade

Essen war teilweise kalt. Pfirsiche waren sicher abgelaufen,sie schmeckten penetrant nach dose :-(. Alles womit man leben kann und in Zukunft verzichtet. Empfangen sehr freundlich Personal ganz ok. Was aber ein no go ist .Es ist saukalt im Restaurant. Nur mit Jacke konnte man essen. Geht überhaupt nicht !!!

Ich bin Shockiert wow. Erstens wurde der wunsch beim Braten nicht beachtet. Mehr mals wurde darauf hingewiesen das ich eine Fischallergie habe, dennoch wurde beides auf einer Platte gebraten. In meinem Essen waren 2x ein Haar drinnen, ich wollte es abgegeben und wurde angeschrien , mit der Aussage es wäre verschwendung ??? Da waren mehrer Haare und ich soll es essen? Die Frauen dort haben uns angeschrien, mit dem Finger auf uns gezeigt und wir wurden beleidigt !!! Unglaublich wow. außerdem war das essen zum KOTZEN und als ich das erwähnt hatte sind sie dort esskaliert, hier darf also keine echte meinung geäußert werden. TOTAL respektlos und nicht gast freundlich. Die mitarbeiter stellen sich an dein tisch und beobachten einen förmlich beim essen. Wenn einem etwas nicht schmeckt hat man pech und muss es essen - das ist die aussage der Mitarbeiter ! Einfach enttäuscht trotz unserer ruhigen reaktion wurden wir angeschrien und haben auch noch den vollen preis gezahlt. Es wurde sich nicht entschuldigt. So viel dazu ,,Kunde ist König“ bei dene dann wohl ,,Kunde ist dreck“ . Zu den Toiletten: einfach ekelhaft, es stinkt total. Es wurde beobachtet wie eine mitarbeitern den müll dort beseitigt hat und OHNE Hände zu waschen ans essen gepackt hat!? Keine Worte mehr. der boden ist total dreckig. Früher war ich schonmal da und es war sehr sauber und fast freundlich jetzt einfach nur gegenteil von all dem. SCAHDE.

Einfach super! Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, einfach ein Fest für den Magen.

Gehe oft und gerne in AllYouCanEat-Asias aber dieser ist der erste der mich nicht überzeugt hat. Getränkeflat mit Plastikflasche und ein mageres Buffet haben mich echt nicht überzeugt. Die typischen Gerichte haben nicht den Geschmack wie bei den anderen und die Soßen waren eher wässrig. Leider nur 3 Sterne..

Negatives: Das zubereiten von den "warmen" Gerichten dauert zu lange, zumindest bei unserem Besuch. Wartezeit 20-25 Min. Außerdem schmeckt der Fisch geschmacklos ebenso so die Nudeln, schmecken nicht gut leider. Thema Toiletten: eine Kabine war leider mit keinem Klopapier befüllt, ebenso war das Handpapier komplett leer(links und rechts Boxen), zum Händewaschen. Außerdem gibt es nur 4 WC Kabinen, bei der größe an Restaurant, 250-400 qm. Positiv: der Kellner ist sehr sympathisch und nett. Das Team ist auf Zack, Teller werden schnellstmöglich wieder abgeräumt. Preis Leistung ist in Ordnung, Buffet inkl. Getränke ca. 27€. Große Auswahl an Gerichten und Getränken. Die Getränke sind sehr kühl, was ich persönlich sehr gut finde. Geschmacklich wird für jeden etwas dabei sein. Fazit: generell ein durchschnittliches AllyouCanEat Asia Restaurant. Mit nettem Service und Personal.

Naja, Buffet mit Grill für all you can eat. Das Essen ist nicht besonders hochwertig, aber für Pauschale mit Getränke für 26,90 Euro ok. Aber das Personal könnte trotzdem freundlicher sein, das kostet nichts!

Sehr großes Restaurant mit All you can eat und Drink . Büffelst war ausreichend alles was Mann so sich wünscht . Es gibt auch eine frische Theke zum wo Mann sich Fleisch und Gemüse frisch braten lassen kann . Salat Theke , gefallen Hatt mir das Mann Getränke inklusive buchen kann . Die Getränke kann Mann dann sich selber vom Kühlschrank nehmen .auch eine Theke mit süßes gab es . In Summe Hatt uns der Besuch sehr gut gefallen würde wieder kommen .Parkplätze sind vorhanden Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter ein sehr nettes Team

Sehr leckeres Buffet mit extrem viel Auswahl. Das Ambiente ist super und die Mitarbeiter*innen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was ich der hammer finde ist, dass die softgetränke mit im Preis sind, so viel wie man will. Ich komme wieder ❤️🙏

Man darf nicht zuviel erwarten ist eben all you Can eat aber die Auswahl ist wirklich toll

Essen war nicht so gut war ziemlich viel Salz an allem und nicht sehr warm

Wir wohnen nicht in der Gegend, sind aber fast immer wenn wir in der Nähe sind hier. Egal ob großes oder kleines Buffet. Preis/Leistung sind top. Und die Softdrinkpauschale bei der Hitze sowieso.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit allem!
