It was really disgusting. The food was cold, there was a hair in our sushi, and it was way too expensive for the service. My partner and I had extreme stomach pains the next day. Even one star is too much.

The four of us had a good meal; the food was hot! Nothing to complain about. The ambiance, like everywhere else, is somewhat neutral and spacious.

I used to come here often and was always very satisfied. My last visit was all the more disappointing: The vegetarian options are limited, the staff weren't very flexible, and the taste and quality of the food have, in my opinion, declined compared to before. The lights above our table were also flickering, which made the atmosphere very unpleasant. Overall, we didn't feel comfortable and left early. Unfortunately, the restaurant was completely inflexible – despite only one drink and a half-full plate from the buffet per person, we were charged the full price of €68. It's a shame – I would have liked more accommodating service. Our last visit here for now.

I was at this restaurant yesterday, and it's the best Asian restaurant I've ever been to. Compared to other restaurants, there's a huge selection here, and the price of €34 includes everything—drinks, all the food. You can even request that fish, shrimp, or crab be freshly grilled. The selection is huge, and everything tastes delicious. I will definitely go there again!

Asia Garten offers an all-around excellent experience. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The extensive buffet with fresh seafood, mussels, and fish, complemented by a la minute cooking stations, is particularly impressive. The two chocolate fountains are a highlight, especially popular with dessert lovers. The restaurant has plenty of tables inside and a very large outdoor area, which I prefer depending on the weather. For big eaters, the buffet price is worth it due to the wide selection. The drinks package is also attractive: just four drinks cover the price, including beer, cocktails, and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. For me, Asia Garten is the perfect place to go when I'm really hungry and have plenty of time.

A beautifully located restaurant with a great atmosphere and a good selection. The only drawback is the limited parking. Otherwise, the staff is super friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Purely commercialized and poorly organized, mass processing. The atmosphere is like a cafeteria: far too big, far too loud, and far too expensive for what you get there. You even have to get or fetch your own drinks.

Things have deteriorated considerably! More expensive is possible, but please prepare the food properly! Dirty plates, dirty cutlery. The whole place is filthy. Long-time customers, definitely won't be returning!

I was pregnant and politely asked the chef to open the door to let in some fresh air. He simply said the window was already open, but it was very high and barely any air came in, even though the hall is quite large. He laughed as if he were making fun of me. I found that very disrespectful. I used to come here often and was actually a regular customer, but after this experience and the rude behavior of the chef and other employees, I won't be coming again. It's a shame.

We ate there today, and absolutely nothing tasted good. The beef was completely wobbly, there was little to no seasoning, and when there was any seasoning, it was so spicy that it was inedible. There were 14 of us, and unfortunately, every one of them felt the same way. We were seated in a corner that was so warm and stuffy that we barely had any appetite. When we asked if they could turn on the air conditioning, we were told it was broken. Unfortunately, that was our last visit.

Absolutely disappointing – we've never been treated like this as guests before. We visited Asiagarten Mönchengladbach again today as a family, as we have so often in the past, and this time we were extremely disappointed. After waiting almost an hour for our live-cooked meal, which arrived ice-cold, that was just the beginning of a very unpleasant experience. A young waiter with slightly longer hair pointed out to us in an extremely rude tone that we weren't allowed to put our empty plates on a neighboring table, even though our table was completely full, because he hadn't cleared it, despite walking past us several times. Instead of showing understanding, he only responded with a dismissive "Then just don't come back," when we told him we wouldn't do that in the future. When we wanted to speak to the manager, we were laughed at and fobbed off with an ironic "Have a nice evening." For a restaurant where we as a family had been regular guests for years, this is absolutely disrespectful and hurtful treatment. We didn't feel like customers, but rather like a nuisance. What a shame.

Positive: The food at the Chinese Buffet Restaurant was truly delicious, and there was a wide selection of different dishes. You could definitely find something for every taste. Negative: Unfortunately, the overall visit was not a pleasant experience due to the behavior of other guests. The noise level in the restaurant was extremely high, making relaxed conversation impossible. Furthermore, the crowd was very unruly and showed little respect for other guests and the staff. A soccer ball was being played in the restaurant, which was not only disruptive but also dangerous. The situation in the restrooms was also unacceptable. People were shouting loudly and throwing toilet paper around. The restroom floors were also very dirty, creating an unhygienic impression.

We ate there yesterday and were asked if we would take the buffet, to which we answered yes. Since we never drink anything while eating and only after eating, we didn't need any drinks. When we wanted to pay we had to explain that we hadn't drunk anything. As a punishment we each had to pay 2 euros on top of the original. The dishes are all attractively arranged, but the temperature of the actually hot food falls by the wayside. The abundance of various drinks leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is friendly and accommodating, not necessarily as on point as you might hope. It's not a broken leg, but it certainly dampens the mood. Because no one likes to sit back at a table with used dishes. All in all: if you're hungry and have something else to do that evening, this is the right place. Rather suboptimal for a cozy evening in a cozy atmosphere...

Went there for the first time today and I'm very impressed. Great service, very nice restaurant and the food and selection are great. Everything was super fresh and super tasty. There is something for everyone. Simply recommended. We definitely won't be there for the last time

The selection was still quite large, but almost all of the finished food was not really warm. We would have to wait a long time for our plates from the Mongolian buffet. All meat was tough and fried to death. Too bad. We won't be coming back again.

I was at the evening buffet with my family. Our daughter wanted shrimp freshly prepared and we thought we would have a portion made for the middle. I prepared a plate with our 7-year-old daughter, clipped the pin with the table number to the plate and handed the plate over. When I handed it over I asked that the prawns should be fried until golden/brown, otherwise our daughter wouldn't be able to eat them... and that would be a great pity for the plate and the food. At the moment I asked for it (my daughter was holding my hand) an employee came and was of the opinion that they would do it in such a way that it would be cooked but would only be fried as far as they saw fit. It has a consistency and taste of liver. But it's definitely beef. I don't know what stuff the Asians put on the meat that always makes it lose its consistency. I then put together a plate myself and wanted it prepared. When the plate came back, everything tasted as if the dregs from an old pan had been washed off. This wasn't enjoyable either. Overall, I think the price of €32.90 is too high. It wouldn't have been too high if the food had been tasty. But since almost nothing tasted good except for the fries, which wasn't what I came for, I really have to give a very critical review. Overall, I notice that Asian food in buffet form has lost a lot of quality almost everywhere. Every factory canteen offers more taste.

It's always difficult. We had dinner there with colleagues. We had the buffet version. The selection is plentiful and tastes good. However, nothing was really warm. But that's complaining at a high level. It's a nice restaurant but I think if you order Asian food home it somehow tastes more intense. You can't satisfy everyone's tastes at a buffet.

The restaurant appears clean and there is also sufficient parking space. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The buffet is very large and is continually refilled. And I think the price is reasonable for all you can eat and drink.

At Asia Garten, a lot of tables would be packed into a large hall and a few buffet plates would be set up in the middle. If you're unlucky, you'll have to take a short hike before you can enjoy your selection of classic and non-classic Chinese dishes at your table in the pleasant noise of an airport terminal. The selection is incredibly varied and the only thing that the various dishes have in common seems to be the poor quality. The Mongolian grill freshly prepares the raw vegetables, meat and fish you select yourself. If you're lucky, they'll even have some residual heat when the waiter is kind enough to bring them over at some point.

Sufficient and tasty selection. The typical German dishes in between (asparagus in hollandaise, fried potatoes with bacon, etc.) are confusing, but can easily be ignored :)

Despite it being lunchtime, the food was a little over lukewarm (I'm not talking about ice cream), the selection was huge and there was enough of everything. You have 2 1/2 hours before the buffet price is called up again. Unfortunately the service is terrible and so was we in the evening. Unfortunately, four of us suffered from nausea and diarrhea. In terms of taste, I would give it a 3 out of 10. There are much better restaurants in Mönchengladbach at cheaper prices with significantly better food and good service. We will avoid this restaurant in the future. I can't recommend it, but everyone should form their own opinion if they think so.

You take your own drinks from the fridge and you can eat as much as you want in 2.5 hours. There are, among other things, scallops and many different types of fish that are freshly prepared. There is also sushi. Dessert is something to look forward to...chocolate fountain, ice cream, and soft serve.

The waitress said that we weren't allowed to eat anything after 2 hours, although I was told on the phone that I could come earlier (instead of 6 p.m.) to stay longer. First offer it as all you can eat and then charge €31.90 for such poor customer service. No thanks! I prefer to eat at a trusted Turkish restaurant. I can only advise you against it. The toilets were often full of vomit. Never again !
